With the unusual conflicting information coming from the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, Tulsi Gabbard, about the lower confidence level in Iran’s weaponized nuclear weapons program; and contrast against the weird video she recently posted about Japan and the use of nuclear weapons; and considering that CIA Director John Ratcliffe has remained completely silent (although not surprising for him) about the Iranian nuclear program; there is the potential for this otherwise ordinary senate hearing to deliver some surprises.
DNI Tulsi Gabbard is the only administration official who has said publicly she did not think Iran was trying to develop a nuclear weapon. President Trump dismissed a question about the intelligence conflict last night, saying “I don’t care what she said, I think they were very close to getting one.”
As DNI, Gabbard has made some strong moves over the past three months in support of President Donald Trump, including the interception of an impeachment construct within the National Intelligence Council inside the CIA, and the beginning deconstruction of the Obama era Intel Community Inspector General (ICIG) construct.

I haven’t watched the Tulsi video so I don’t have any thoughts about its weirdness. However, keep in mind that Tulsi’s husband (Abraham Williams) is a documentary filmmaker by profession. He frequently travels with her and I would assume that he would have filmed and produced this video. So if it seemed “over” produced or performative, that may be the simple explanation.

I think that the ‘she’ refers to the advice she’s receiving, not her personally. I also think that the DS is not necessarily a mono-bloc, tempting though that image is, but populated by people who represent differing opinions about certain issues, in this case Iran. Trump destroyed that, dragging the US right back into a potential direct confrontation with Iran, and leaving Europe vulnerable to Russian pressure. The JCPOA, was the linchpin of the US pivot and by tearing it up Trump crippled his own efforts to build a new global economic trading arrangement. All the while China smiles and builds….. The US lost this battle the day Trump turned his back on the JCPOA. Now none of this matters IF Israel defeats Iran and the regime collapses. But….I wouldn’t hold my breath.

The commandment I’ve been given is to “go and make disciples of all nations”. There isn’t any carve-out for the current state of Israel.
I think the Lord has blessed the USA and used us as a friend to Israel, but the USA has also sent many thousands of missionaries into the world to spread the Gospel.
I think we have been used for several of the plans of God.

I believe Gabbard’s comments were from March and were only provided limited context recently.
There’s less light between the two that is being purported in my estimation.
What Tulsi Gabbard testified to on March 25 was what the deep state wanted her and Trump to know. That was only two months after Trump took office, maybe just a few days after Gabbard was confirmed, and there’s no way Gabbard had wrested control over the intelligence community in that short period of time. I doubt that she has much control over the intelligence community even now.
So the question is why does Trump now believe that Iran was close to having a nuke (which BB Netanyahu has been saying for at least 23 years according to video documentation)? Did the deep state not want war with Iran? I thought the deep state was keen on the war with Iran. Something doesn’t add up.
Concerning the bombing of Nagasaki and Hiroshima in Japan that Tulsi Gabbard mentioned and stating how bad it was and the area still in bad shape. I was in the US Navy and when in port in Japan back in 1970 went to the museum in Nagasaki. At that time their Memorial park was still under construction but the Museum was open. What shocked me was that America had dropped leaflets on Nagasaki for several nights in a row telling the Japanese to leave because of what was coming. All that was in THEIR OWN MUSEUM. That’s a fact that almost no one knows about. While in the area I saw no destruction but certainly I didn’t cover every foot of that town but never noticed any remaining destruction that would have been 25 years old at the time. Had we not bombed Japan like we did probably we would have lost another 100,000 soldiers in the assault of Japan. Those bombs did save American lives and likely a lot of Japanese as well. But when the Japanese lost thousands of their people in one night their leadership knew it was time to surrender. BTW our scientists had told the Japanese scientists we did have the bomb and they should surrender but the leadership of Japan would not believe it so we had to drop those bombs.
