The Musk, Thiel, Sacks, Andreeson et al operation cannot succeed without: (A) a distracted President Trump not seeing their schemes; and (B) without JD Vance, who they positioned for installation of their interests.
Watch JD Vance in this dynamic through the prism that Vance is on team “Tech Bros.” That will be a big tell.
Remember, ultimately the goal is for the removal of President Trump no matter what that takes; and yes, the billionaire tech bros are willing to use their financial resources to upend the 2026 midterm election in order to achieve their larger objective, control retention over policy.

As a dad with an autistic son, this melt down by Musk is a very normal response to an unexpected event (public push back from supposedly good friends). The world in their brains are only black or white (no grey). Even with years of therapy, the brain of an autistic person just does not process personal relationships like most. If I say it is raining like cats and dogs, he expects to see cats and dogs falling from the sky. In other words, every minute of every day if you are not 100% for him, then you are 100% against him. This may seem irrational, but to the autistic mind this is just common sense.
Unless the other party de-escalates the rhetoric, the conversation will never return to a manageable temperature. It is like inviting an addict to a room filled with the addictive material and expecting that person to act normally. It is not a realistic expectation.
My son is one of the nicest and most respectful persons you would ever meet and you might even get a first impression that he is a normal young adult, but if something unexpected happens or is said his behavior can become just like a cornered cat instantly. Now a person who is unaware of his condition may conclude he is a crazy person and completely dismiss his unique talents and gentle heart.
Even without the challenges of autism, Elon Musk’s life is high stress. Stress is the one factor that brings out the extreme behavior the quickest. While words and actions can have severe consequences, I personally have a lot of empathy for Elon right now since leaving DOGE (something he was totally invested in for the last 6 months) is a very dramatic life change for him creating a lot of additional stress.
What is happening right now in my opinion is more about realizing that maybe all that extreme work effort 7 days a week 18 hours a day may possibly not translate into immediate change in direction on government spending. So, it is more of a reaction to unrealistic expectations; which is very, very, very important parameter especially when navigating for success with someone with Autism.
However, I am not discounting the perspective put forward by Sundance, but providing a possible explanation for the accelerated breakup timeline.

Just my opnion though.
Trump should have led that MAGA bill a lot more in Congress, and kept tabs on it and structure it.. now he’s stuck defending “that thing” and poison pill.. which Congress itself created.. and have made sure is almost impossible to defend. It’s like defending a turd from stinking. And now he lost Elon over it as well. It is what it is, and we are where we are.
The people who created the bill are actually quite devious
Think about this
One, It (pork of the bill) does general real world damage if it gets passed and is implemented.
And two, it does damage by just trying to defend the pork in it. If it gets altered beyond recognition, it looks bad on Trump and Repubs regardless.
What is worse, axe or pass.. damage either way.
Poison Pill Bill is what it should be called, and whomever wrote it is not Trumps friend.

The DOGE cuts cannot be included in the BBB because of the type of bill it is –A reconciliation bill strictly limits what types of things can go in it and cuts to discretionary spending ( most proposed DOGE cuts) are not allowed.
The DOGE cuts will be included in rescission bills and/or the future budget bill.

With that said, all the oligarchs are invested in every kind of possible AI firm, start up firms, they discuss whether AI will take jobs away from people, and then they argue, no there will be many jobs created. They never discuss will AI start unknowingly killing people, or putting them in places that the can’t survive in. AI is really like the NWO’s plan for elimination of mankind.

But what do you see that Vance has done in office that showed any agreement with them. Yes he made his money on tech, but I don’t think for one instant, even if Vance betrayed, that America would vote for him or support him.

Whether the feud is real and Trump knew this was inevitably going to happen and has been planning for it, or if this is staged right now for a particular objective in mind, I don’t think we can say that this is “organic”. Someone is playing someone.
There is certainly more focus now on the Epstein files as well as the big beautiful bill than just a few days ago. And the market is getting spooked as well.
This really does seem like theatre.

It’s quite telling in some of Musk’s rantings today that he whined about EV subsidies being ended. The telling part about that is he used so-called “oil and gas subsidies” as the justification for keeping EV subsidies. No one seems to have picked up on the hypocrisy here.
Musk sold himself as the waste and fraud DOGE King who was going to cut federal government to the bone. When I saw his statement on subsidies, my question was: Why not call for an end to BOTH? The feds shouldn’t be “subsidizing” any private industry. Musk’s ox is being gored and he doesn’t like it.
I’ve said for a very long time DO NOT TRUST ELON MUSK. A big reason he is a billionaire today, is because he used the feds and taxpayer dollars to start his empire.
And he has a “size” issue.
His trillion dollar savings shrank to $150 billion.

two subsidies are different. We need energy, infrastructure built up now to get this country up and running faster than its demise rate. Electric cannot do that. Maybe once great again subsidizing products consumers do not want or need can be indulged but not now. Short term subsidizing product that contributes to rebuilding puts the two groups on unequal footing.
I must not have made my point clear enough. Musk doesn’t have a problem with subsidies; he has a problem with not getting one to help himself. DOGE was his cover – or camouflage, if you will – for that.

Question: Was Starlink used in the drone attack against Russian bombers? Did Putin tell President Trump on the phone that there was a mole in the Kremlin, and that exposing the mole would lead to persons in the Trump administration, who had kept the President in the dark, fomenting an act of war outside his knowledge? Did the President dismiss Musk in advance, knowing this would come out?
