Last week Ukraine presented President Donald Trump with their “term sheets,” what they require in order to accept a ceasefire. Today in Istanbul, Turkey, the Russian Federation presented the Ukraine delegation, and likely a transmission to the White House, with the Russian “term sheets.”
This further clarifies the content of the significant meetings this afternoon in the White House, where President Trump assembled his “military leadership” and likely foreign policy team.
Vladimir Medinsky, the head of the Russian delegation at the talks in Istanbul, said Russia is offering Kyiv a temporary ceasefire. Medinsky said that Russia has prepared a two-part “memorandum” proposing a ceasefire and ending the war it started. The second part of the “memorandum” provides for “variability” and “several paths”, he said.
It should also be noted, the lack of a severe response by Russian President Vladimir Putin to yesterday’s attack on Russian air force bases likely indicates President Putin has what he wants. These terms and condition sheets were created prior to the Ukraine attack on Sunday. These are Putin’s conditions to stop further military conflict.
In Section II containing the “Ceasefire Conditions” (below) Russian President Putin demands Ukraine conduct democratic elections (#7, #8). Putin seemingly knows western installed President Volodymyr Zelenskyy will lose and as a consequence weaken the western influence operations. Both President Trump and Secretary Marco Rubio have previously advocated for the same.
♦ Ceasefire condition #3 would include requiring President Trump to remove U.S. military support.
♦ Ceasefire condition #4 would require President Trump to remove CIA operations from Ukraine.
However, as noted by Vladimir Medinsky, the head of the Russian delegation, the Ceasefire Conditions provides for “variability” and “several paths.”

In WWII after the Battle of Kursk everyone knew the Germans had lost the war. However years of fighting still had to take place. The example in Ukraine is the battle for Avdiivka. That was the fulcrum point but much fighting still to come.
Poltava three centuries past saw Sweden defeated at the hands of the Russians, ending the Thirty Year War.

True cooler heads prevailed but allot of that “coolant” was provided by the fact Russia put a fully supported Airborne Mechanized Division on the ground while NATO had zero assets with sufficient mobility and firepower available to counter.
Interesting note is that NATO’s and specifically the US Military’s inability to respond during the “Pristina Airport Incident” is cited as one of the major driving “Operational Need Factors” justifying the Future Combat System Program.

This is the problem that always bothers me. It’s always the “DS” or the “IC” or some other mysterious “they” – but there are actual people behind all of this. You would think that the key to ending it is to first find out who is doing it. I would be thrilled beyond measure if Pam Bondi announced the arrest of Bill Gates and Anthony Fauci for the murder of hundreds of thousands of Africans and South Americans during the period 1995-2020, and conspiracy to murder millions of Americans and non-Americans around the globe during the Covid Op. Those would be legitimate charges, supported all over the world. But NOTHING happens.
Aside from Covid, Ukraine is but a symptom of our larger underlying problem. These ultra-rich globalists want to take over the world, and they have bribed western governments, including our own, and including elements of our military and intelligence agencies to further their objectives.
We simply can’t continue to exist with this situation where American military assets are not fully under the control of the President. Forget Ukraine, forget Russia, we need to clean OUR house right now. And if it doesn’t happen under Trump, it will never happen, and our children and grandchildren will live in a country (or an entire world) ruled by the CIA. That is intolerable.

I do not see that either term sheet would affect that mineral rights deal that Trump made with Ukraine in April, except of course for any minerals that would be on the Russian side of a future border. Unless I am just missing something in the language, it does not look like the Russians object to that manner of ongoing U.S. involvement.
The terms sheet is an opening salvo to a series of prolonged negotiations that lead nowhere. There will be no ceasefire anytime soon. Why? Because this a proxy war and there has never been a single Congressional challenge to USA involvement and conduct of the war.

6 – War crimes trials are held, in Donetsk, for the all the perpetrators of the bioweapons labs in Ukraine. These perpetrators include western officals.
7 – War crimes trial are held, in Lugansk, for the Nazi leaders of Ukraine, including but not limited to Zelenskyy, Zhalushny, Budanov, the perpetrators of the Odessa Trade Council massacre, and leaders of the Azov Battalion, Right Sector and other neo-nazi groups. I think Russia has screwed themselves at the negotiating table by alienating Trump with their random attacks on Kiev and its civilians. Now Russia is demanding elections? That is laughable given Russia has not had any elections of its own that would be advantageous to the West. Why would Trump push for elections in Ukraine now that Zelensky has signed the minerals deal?
Trump at this point doesn’t like either Zelensky (who basically represents Germany) or Putin (who at this point is a China puppet).

The Mertz Trump meeting will be a very important one from the standpoint of which side Trump is more thinking he can deal with long term. A couple of months ago it looked like it was Russia. 6) The EU has no bargaining chips whatsoever. The Marshall Plan is ended. They will crumble under tariffs. Russia has very-patiently said that they are attacking military targets. Unfortunately, sometimes Kiev uses civilians as human shields. If they wanted to carpet-bomb Kiev, taking out everyone indiscriminately, they could have done so years ago and they still can. But, that is not and has never been their strategy. More than two years ago, Putin stated what the strategy was, and wasn’t, and to their credit they haven’t deviated from it since. It is a “long game” approach.

“NATO expansion” was always a not-so stealthy preparation for World War against Russia. A true defensive alliance would naturally want a buffer-zone of neutral countries that the belligerent would have to cross in order to reach them. Whereas an offensive alliance would want to be right next to the enemy’s borders on all sides. Ukraine was the straw that broke the camel’s back. But, previously-neutral Scandinavian countries have also recently joined the effort to pin Russia (specifically …) on all west-facing sides. These are not the credible actions of a defensive alliance.
This is: “Operation Unthinkable, Redux.” Plain for everyone to see – including Russia.
