This is a good opportunity to remind everyone that installing Justice Ketanji Brown-Jackson was an Obama operation using Joe Biden. I wrote about the plan a full year before KBJ was nominated to the Supreme Court [GO DEEP] Everything was by design.
Ketanji Brown-Jackson was always going to be installed in the supreme court as part of the overall Obama team’s use of Joe Biden. Merrick Garland was removed from his position specifically to create the path for KBJ to travel. Everything about this was planned well in advance of Biden’s installation. KBJ is to the judicial branch what BHO was/is to the executive branch.
Merrick Garland was pulled from the DC judicial circuit to replace him with KBJ. Garland was never going to be the U.S. Attorney General in anything more than a title. Deputy AG Lisa Monaco was the person in control of Main Justice during Joe Biden’s tenure.

The high court granted the administration’s emergency appeal seeking to lift that block while litigation continues.
While about 500,000 Cuban, Haitian, Nicaraguan and Venezuelan immigrants are directly affected by the ruling, it may have consequences for about 500,000 others allowed into the U.S. under the same parole provision, including Ukrainians, Afghans and children from Central America. (read more)

Institutional collapse of the judiciary is not off the table. If they stay on their current trajectory, SCOTUS’ ruling nowithstanding, they run the risk that people stop paying attention to the courts. That they stop reporting for jury duty. That they stop obeying court orders. And so forth. These Lawfare attacks are so completely unhinged that it’s impossible to take judges seriously.
That will probably need to become a carefully worded element of Trump’s rallies going forward. We have an FBI and a DOJ that are almost hopelessly lost. (The FBI really is hopelessly lost. It cannot be rehabilitated.) The courts have becoming rabidly partisan issuing fiat nationwide rulings that lack common sense let along a grounding in the law. He’s not speaking enough about working with Congress to massively reduce the funding, size, and jurisdiction of the inferior courts. This is something even the money-hungry RINOs can get on board with because the courts create all kinds of problems for industry as Lawfare is deployed against companies, too.
As far as Jackson goes, she’s not going away. I know people want to use Biden’s competence as an issue, but the Senate confirmed her. And he gave the nomination speech with her in the room, so nobody can say it’s an autopen / proof-of-life issue.

The key to Trump’s second term strategy is the understanding that everything that maximises building support across the country is key to being able to initially deliver your programme without institutional support. Once those programmes start delivering real improvements and increased support you now have carved out room to manoeuvre to compel, or confront those corrupted institutions.

Practically speaking, I am curious to know how this might affect me and others “way out in the country”… should a million angry “refugees” who have enjoyed loaded up debit cards and free housing in the cities try to find a place to hide out.
Well, I’ll retell a small story. My neighbor and I were in discussion, he on his tractor, and I on my feet, when along came a vehicle down the country road with “foreigners” in it. The foreigners stopped and started asking questions of my neighbor, still sittin’ on the tractor, chewin’ tobacco, and carryin’. They used Google translator and tried to pronounce the words. My neighbor told them there was nothing out here they wanted, so they turned around and left in their vehicle. He then turned to me and advised me to close the farm gate, let the dogs loose on the property (I have way more dogs than anyone needs), lock the doors, and keep an eye out. This was all said very calmly. Pretty much everyone carries out here with backups for the backups. His parting words to me were, “They ain’t got no business out here in the country.”
What’s interesting about being “out in the country” is that everyone knows everyone else. It’s so quiet out here, you can hear vehicles coming from miles away, and if you don’t hear them, the dogs do. It looks like you could hide in the forest, but that is very unrealistic where I live. In some places, far North, you probabaly could, but then you’d freeze to death come winter. The safest places to hide for these people are in the really large cities.

I think, once a Judge issues a sentence outside of the laws guiding sentencing, or if they ignore any law on the books to judicate in a fashion they deem fit, then all citizens, key term, citizens, should be able to hold sue that judge in civil court if that criminal then goes on to cause harm to those suing the judge.

That’s another illegal 500,000 social security numbers to add for the DOGE team to revoke. Back in late 2023 we started to get applicants for work who had this letter from DHS that said they were permitted to work. But there was no SSN with that letter. The temp staffing company I work for uses E-Verify and we follow the federal/state laws regarding work entry.
When I saw this starting I knew it was the bogus “refugees” the Biden Crime Syndicate trafficked into the country. The bogus refugees were told they had to have SSNs before their application could be accepted.
In March, I warned my boss what will probably happen since these bogus refugees could be tracked that the work permits for these refugees will be revoked and we had better figure out how to manage this. Even though at the time we employed the refugees it was legitimate, this was going to become our problem. Why? Because all it takes is one client to hire full time one of these refugees. Said client runs the refugee through the system and what? They are not permitted to work. To the client it’s now “our” fault. Next thing you know, the client stops giving us orders due to our onboarding practices.
It’s called being between a rock and a hard place.
Snook is golden. NOT ONE dem operative has ever been sent to prison. Oh, some have been charged, indicted and even been found guilty but not one has ever gone to prison. Dems only get investigated if they annoy the DNC or a dem POTUS like Bob Menendez, Eric Adams, Rod Blagojovich, Henry Cuellar or Sarah Sanders.

The fake outrage in the media over this whole episode is beyond transparent. Biden decided in October 2024 to not extend CHNV, and DHS sent out FAIR WARNING at the time that if you want special consideration then you best get yourself on a list for extended immigration benefits (green card and whatnot). That was EIGHT MONTHS AGO... and especially after November 5th, 2024, everybody knew this outcome was INEVITABLE. Every one of those lawyers on TV bitchin’ and moanin’ about Trump need to look in the mirror…

Well, one of these days a case will get to the SC that deals with men versus women which KBJ must accuse herself from. She couldn’t answer “What is a woman?” so how can she rule on a case that demands judges know the difference between men and women?
