The New York Times (think DHS embeds) are not concerned about the building of a surveillance state using cross-reference artificial intelligence systems into various government agencies; no, the New York Times (think DHS embeds) are concerned it is President Trump triggering the building of the process, and the parameters therein.
I have outlined this seemingly inevitable construct with great granular detail, that is creating the surveillance state for almost a year. Culminating in a December 2024 recap [SEE HERE] along with my position in January of this year [SEE HERE]. I do not like it, but I understand the arguments behind it.
[New York Times] – In March, President Trump signed an executive order calling for the federal government to share data across agencies, raising questions over whether he might compile a master list of personal information on Americans that could give him untold surveillance power.
Mr. Trump has not publicly talked about the effort since. But behind the scenes, officials have quietly put technological building blocks into place to enable his plan. In particular, they have turned to one company: Palantir, the data analysis and technology firm.
The Trump administration has expanded Palantir’s work across the federal government in recent months. The company has received more than $113 million in federal government spending since Mr. Trump took office, according to public records, including additional funds from existing contracts as well as new contracts with the Department of Homeland Security and the Pentagon. (This does not include a $795 million contract that the Department of Defense awarded the company last week, which has not been spent.)
Representatives of Palantir are also speaking to at least two other agencies — the Social Security Administration and the Internal Revenue Service — about buying its technology, according to six government officials and Palantir employees with knowledge of the discussions.
The push has put a key Palantir product called Foundry into at least four federal agencies, including D.H.S. and the Health and Human Services Department. Widely adopting Foundry, which organizes and analyzes data, paves the way for Mr. Trump to easily merge information from different agencies, the government officials said.
Creating detailed portraits of Americans based on government data is not just a pipe dream. The Trump administration has already sought access to hundreds of data points on citizens and others through government databases.
[…] Palantir’s selection as a chief vendor for the project was driven by Elon Musk’s Department of Government Efficiency, according to the government officials. At least three DOGE members formerly worked at Palantir, while two others had worked at companies funded by Peter Thiel, an investor and a founder of Palantir. (read more)
Every element of the U.S. surveillance state is contingent upon selling the ‘security’ message. With a comprehensive and interconnected database of identity for all Americans: •it makes illegal alien captures and deportations more efficient; •it makes eliminating fraud and abuse in the entitlement programs more substantial; •it can make voting more secure, and •it could protect the identity of Americans from theft and exploitation.
Peter Thiel (Palantir), Elon Musk (xAI, SpaceX), Larry Ellison (Oracle), David Sacks and a host of mutually aligned artificial intelligence builders stand to benefit financially from a technologically efficient Surveillance State. Their companies and their AI software products are the targeting tools within the DHS surveillance system itself.
Do not be misled by their ownership of different companies within this construct, they are all mutually allied; factually, they are all friends in the same tech sector.
The tools created by Palantir et al, are multifunctional. They can be used by the Pentagon and CIA for military application, and they can be used by DNI, DHS, FBI and TSA for domestic application.
Just as the Patriot Act redefined “terror threats” to begin sweeping 360 degrees, so too are the tools of the surveillance state designed for both foreign and domestic application.
There is no way to avoid being the target of a weapon once that weapon is created. However, unlike the mutually assured destruction within the nuclear analogy, there will be no threat of mutual application within the surveillance bomb. There are going to be castes or tiers of people not subjected to the outcome of detonation; therein lies my biggest point against it.
There are going to be tiers of people who are not subjected to the rules of the Surveillance State. There are going to be tiers of people, powerful, influential, some intensely rich people, to whom the application of the surveillance does not exist.
I have already seen this ‘tiered’ system starting to come into place. I have witnessed firsthand the outcomes of the software being deployed within the design of their building. I have witnessed real identities masked by the system as an outcome of their status. Facial recognition programs that black out search results based on arbitrary definitions and determinations of those who control the surveillance application.
Inside the surveillance system, supported by the policy team behind President Trump, there will be classes of people. Just as we defined “essential workers” within the COVID-19 pandemic. This essential group will be classed based on their administrative value to the government operators who control the mechanics of outcomes; perhaps “essential administrators.” This is a natural outcome of the mindset behind “continuity of government,” the baseline for the Patriot Act creation.
I have traveled throughout the East and West to gain perspective on what makes us different; what makes Americans different. What I can assert with clarity is that if we lose the Liberty argument then the ideological representatives behind Barack Obama will have succeeded, the fundamental transformation will be irreversible.
While the Declaration of Independence is long regarded as the greatest written declaration of purpose, the latter created Bill of Rights, the first Ten original amendments to the U.S. Constitution, is just as important. The first declared our intent; the second defined how our founders intended to retain the intent during our collective assembly. Together they outline what set the course to make America great.
This frames the cornerstone of my viewpoints on all of the characters in politics. It is not a matter of debate that on these core issues of Liberty and the concerns around the Surveillance State will impact us all. Everything else is a downstream consequence.
If the system is unavoidable, then what underpins my opposition? Well, the tiered system of constitutional protections only for particular categories of personage must be rebuked. On this matter there cannot be compromise, because every outcome that impedes our way of life is a derivative of this value, “all men are created equal.”
What is the value of national security, when the liberty that secures the values of America is destroyed in the process? Either the Fourth Amendment means something, or it does not!

You said it brother. All men will not be surveilled equally…….therefore we’re back to the feudal system.
You can’t stop an invention such as the wheel but we’re going to have to roll differently in the USA if we are to maintain our God given rights.
All will be surveilled but only some will be exposed, while the rest will be coerced and blackmailed.
Nobody will escape surveillance.
how do you defeat a system that relies on the information it collects
garbage in, garbage out
did you see that the LIDAR emitted by a new Volvo model permanently blinds cellphone cameras?
a little imagination goes a long way
?
Does it also blind license plate readers?
Feed it garbage and rot!
They can and will create ghosts to the machine.
Principally themselves and their club.
.
What kind of surveillance is going to exist that doesn’t already reside in innumerable databases that for decades already have been able to be checked with automated computer programs, and which information already cannot be found rapidly if wanted?
.
With the interaction of wifi waves and cellphone signals, movies of everything in your house and all activities inside, whether in your bedroom or bathroom, can be recorded and accessed with AI systems, and stored for all of your life, every day of it.
https://www.digitaltrends.com/cool-tech/wi-fi-radiation-transparent-walls/
.
This has nothing to do with AI or the government.
There are no wifi routers in my house. Cable up. And stay away from IoT.
.
I agree OC. Data has already been and is being collected. Palantir (AI) is just bringing it together.
Anyone can purchase special treatment; take a private jet, you don’t need to takevl off your shoes.
Know the “right” people, and you can get away with Pedophilia…
No way the FBI doesn’t know who all the faces behind the masks, that brought us the organised “,Sunner of love” protests, …
Computers don’t rob us of our privacy, beurocrats do!
Thank you, Sundance, for addressing this.
This is the fight I thought was in our future that somehow is now right on our doorstep.
It seems unimaginable that after the Patriot Act, the Covid lockdowns and abuses, the J6 Fedsurrection and round up of 73% vets, LEO’s and first responders, we now will be facing this. Have we learned nothing?
Add that AI is rapidly displacing white collar workers and we really are in for some interesting times.
AI displacing white white collar workers. H1B visas will only increase. Mike Lee wants to eliminate the cap on annual quota.
Yes, thank you Sundance for speaking up about the coming digital control grid. We CAN lobby and state to congress that we DO NOT support the “Genius ACT” which is a bill to start this digital ball rolling!!! Which is Stable Coins! Much like CBDCs—remarkably enough. If I were establishing a digital control grid I would implement REAL ID, get the data from IRS, Social Security and the Treasury payments system. Which is exactly what DOGE did. That is mucho data. I would NOT go after the 23 Trillion missing from DOD, nor the Trillion missing from HUD. This Fact is the huge CRACK in the DOGE armor. We CAN do something about it. We can hammer congress on social media, phone calls, emails to NOT pass the Genius ACT! We prefer LIBERTY!
Once the info collection programs are born, they WILL be used. Unfortunately, there is no stopping this. And as always, they will fall into the wrong intentioned hands.
Going to the DMV in Florida with Real ID still requires 3 other forms of ID… Real efficient, lemme tell ya!
It’s neither for your convenience or efficiency, nor the local government establishments efficiency. When it comes especially to DMV, the process is part of the punishment! 😀
The issue with AI is short term (until everyone figures out what it is and isn’t and the bubble pops in a spectacular fashion). but the damage in the mean time will be very real. C-suite morons are clueless about what is really going on – and it will cost companies dearly.
So now there will be a crunch on Dirty Jobs types with button down folks rolling up their sleeves to try their supple hands at turning wrenches and pounding nails. The sideshow never ends.
We won’t speak up when it’s our guy doing it.
Twi famous Benjamin Franklin quotes come to mind: “Those who would give up essential Liberty, to purchase a little temporary Safety, deserve neither Liberty nor Safety.” and “A republic if you can keep it.”
Democracy…two wolves and a (well armed) lamb deciding on the dinner menu….
Democracy does not offer the lamb the capacity to defend itself.
It takes a God Given Rights based Constitutional Republic to afford such a boon.
Democracy is a polite way of saying mob rule, as the Founding fathers knew. Thankfully they despise democracy.
This should be chiseled in stone above every government building front door, school or otherwise.
We are the grass roots.
Sundance has given us the information.
How are we going to get our voices heard and put a stop to this for once and for all?
Suggestions, anyone.
We need to get a move on.
Right now we are trying to put a stop to the system that allowed blatant change of election records five years after the fact in Arapahoe County, Colorado. I think we have enough communication systems now we may pull it off. If that works, many other things can be done likewise.
https://grassrootsconnect.us/index.php/2025/05/28/arapahoe-county-election-law-violations/
In almost any enterprise you can think of, it makes perfect sense to carefully control the redundancy of data, favoring integration of data across the enterprise. Along with this, strongly enforced restrictions on who can access which data are a must, as well as provision for reliable backups in case of technical failure. This is what happens when you order online or do a bank or credit-card transaction. If these people want to stay in business, they can’t afford a rickety collection of antiquated systems that do not talk with each other.
The one exception is the government The reason it is an exception is because we don’t trust the government.
The cost of having a government no one can trust turns out to be just what happens in the silo system, as well as the waste and fraud that DOGE has been uncovering.
Apt description
being able to break the law, or get away with something and do better from then on – is part of life.
getting caught for every error and seeing the justice unequally delivered will make this a living hell.

Good point. No more jaywalking without repercussions. Perhaps ear piercing sonic waves will herd us within those crosswalks, as they do within Japanese parks and certain building vestibules to disperse the vagrants.
And all those speeding tickets will come pouring in now with sensors installed at all traffic intersections.
No more police chases will be necessary if our computerized ignition systems can simply be powered off remotely.
And PEOPLE? Why, anyone who exhibits ‘unapproved’ behaviors can expect their graphene-oxide ridden cerebral cortexes to receive a corresponding software update that very evening, along with all the other smart devices.
The applications here are seemingly endless. So yes, the only question now is who indeed will control such a powerful, ubiquitous surveillance system?
On target.
All men are created equal, except for those who believe they are above it all. And there’s the rub.
Oofa…

“just a little bit”….
Buried deep in Trump’s bill is a secretly added clause that seeks to usurp the rights of individual states to regulate AI.
Republicans in the House Energy and Commerce Committee quietly added the proposed amendment in Section 43201, Subsection C. I say it’s secret because it has received almost no media attention.
The amendment reads as follows:
Link to proposed amendment https://docs.house.gov/meetings/IF/IF00/20250513/118261/HMKP-119-IF00-20250513-SD003.pdf?
This clause violates the 10th Amendment which states that all powers “not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.”
The love fest for Musk is masking this.
“……during the 10 year period…..” Hey, it’s sunsetted……but I’m sure at year 9 it will be reauthorized.
Yor are so right, Florida. Forbids lawsuits from the states or the people FOR 10 years! If congress passes the GENIUS ACT, along with the big ugly bill—we have had it. Watch how quickly all that gathered data from IRS, social security and Treasury is privatized by XAI, and Plantir!
Option divorce by irreconcilable differences?
Spit.
I’m sickened by it all.
Trump is a reality tv star. He likes to draw is crew from RINO’s, Soros people, pod casters, Fox News host, and his own family of democrats.
“The love fest for Musk is masking this.”
That was ElonMusk’s goal.
Musk already had the technerds in his pocket, he only needed to convince the Battered Conservatives, many of whom fly these branches, to let him and his minions into our databases. His plan worked flawlessly once he glommed onto President Trump the day after he was shot.
Little X is also a prop that worked like a charm.
Musk used the most heinous (and easiest to locate) waste fraud abuse in USAID, knowing the outrage it would spark.
Next thing you know, his tentacles are in the IRS and all Treasury payment systems. For our benefit, of course.
But not a single FBI, DOJ, DHS, CIA, or any other IC related database was scraped by AI for waste fraud abuse. Not will it ever be, according to DOGE.
Liar. Fraud. All Elon Musk will ever be.
Well, someday he’ll be AntiChrist. Wonder if he has multiple Baphomet costumes ready for approval..
If it gets signed into law….now time for a lawsuit against it.
I kept telling everybody there was something funny going on, when Elon kept pretending not to understand about the SSNs and illegal aliens, or the number of extremely elderly still on the rolls, that they weren’t evidence of fraud or abuse.
He’d had it explained to him.
SD: “There are going to be tiers of people who are not subjected to the rules of the Surveillance State. There are going to be tiers of people, powerful, influential, some intensely rich people, to whom the application of the surveillance does not exist.”
I think Google earth and similar things have boxed out the top of the white house. I’m sure many other places around the world are similarly hidden.
currently if your listed you can have you realid eyes blurred from the live and stored system.
essentially invincible – and if ever spotted, I’m sure there is protocol to inquire that ends in being informed they are exempt
Lots of address and people have the blurred out box.
That tier will be democratic. Think of the hell we are going through now is nothing to their control with that system.
I’ve heard of entire neighborhoods that are modified to not show real structures. Some have people in them with very high security needs. It will be adjusted once you enter them to mimic the real environment you’re in, but unless you’re in physical proximity, you’ll never know.
Antartica(sp?)
How many people have national security clearances?
System all ready in place. Also, congress. Congress was exempted from the Jabs Bad.
I do not consent. Liberty is not up for discussion. It is inherently ours and we must fight to keep it intact.
He’s not. AI is here, it won’t go away like anything that is developed from the mind of man.
President Trump is trying like the rest of us to reconcile AI to American values. We’ll see.
2 Things can be true at once…
We love the things Musk has done and is doing for America.
We hate the things that Musk has done and is doing to America.
mutual interest aligned.
he was always going to build company countries feeling the nation would crumble as the private sector lost value in it..
Sounds accurate – well put.
Want to talk about surveillance? Musk’s Neurolink interfaced with injected lipid nanoparticles containing graphene oxide circuit boards and LUCIFERase blood markers is the stuff of Revelation.
I think we are well beyond worrying about who can access our bank accounts or leak our IRS records. This technology has the capacity to quite literally get under our skin at the cellular level to access our brain activity!
What is most troubling is who may wish to surveil -and TWEAK-our brain activity. Can you imagine receiving regular updates to the cerebral cortex the same way your cell phone does?
Yes. I can see that whoever controls this technology is definitely playing for keeps.
Frightening…
So that’s what the “jab” was really all about?
From now on I would pass on any syringes no-matter what they suggest it’s for. If they need to put that stuff inside us they will surely keep on trying.
Top secret national security don’tcha worry now. /s
You mean the graphene oxide molecule shaped like a very sharp thin razor blade ? The molecule in the covid vaccine that whirled through our circulatory systems creating multiple death-dealing blood clots? THAT MOLECULE?!!
Similar to Trump-45, no one on the left was going to allow themselves or their loved ones to take the mRNA injections “because Trump” but the moment FJB was in residency the left went out of their way to force everyone to take the very same injections but this time everything was okay “because FJB”.
If – and that’s an impossibly iffy ‘if’ the powers that currently be can do their surveillance state within the parameters of the Fourth Amendment, now that is something I would like to see how they do it.
It was always going to be the beast, where no one can buy or sell food or anything without the mark, these times sure give rise to the foundation for that to fully emerge. Coronal mass ejection may be the only way forward to stop such intrusive snooping.
I am sorry Bessie, they were all in right from the beginning, They were following the lead of the deepstate and its operatives. They recognized the propaganda whether the President was Repub or Demo.
True; but one can hope.
“. . . it is Faith who holds fast through century upon century,
it is Charity who gives herself through century upon century,
but it is my little Hope who gets up every morning.”
(from the Mystery of the Holy Innocents by Charley Peguy)
Why does FISA get renewed every damn time?
in response to the surveillance state in Europe before during and after WWII many people created multiple identities. Birth certificates, driver licenses passports etc. They did this case they had to escape and disappear if a repeat of the third reich or east Berlin arose. This technique wouldn’t work today.
During the Covid lockdowns they were VERY busy connecting everybody in the far corners of the earth to their 5G cables. They came around to every neighborhood.
Now WHY was it so important to keep these cable installers running around while everyone else was in hiding from this so-called deadly pathogen? Don’t tell me they went to all this effort to keep us connected to Zoom meetings.
The gubmint was also very busy building smart buildings to keep up with this smart technology. Now they’re scanning our biometric data into these systems.
What could possibly go wrong.
Very busy installing cameras everywhere too.
Would like to see the A-Intel used to dig DEEP and find at least one or two memos of suggestive instruction issued from ?? to the Federal Judges Cabal re: “Creative Lawfare/Judicial Smokescreens to Stop Trump in his tracks”. Those have to be parked somewhere and the ideas have been brewing I’m guessing since perhaps 2023. Find them–release/leak them to any org not titled NY Times. Then start a “reliable sources” rumor that said NewsRag originated and sold the plan of attack on the Office of President. As an insurance policy.
Wealthy, powerful , influential
people will in fact be surveilled. But the purpose is not to expose criminal activity or bring them to justice, rather the idea is to leverage them. To compel them to do certain things that they normally would refuse.
This goes on now, but AI and other advances will make it all the more effective.
Funny. While FJB was president (sort of), I tangled myself up in knots waiting for the return of President Trump. Nowadays, I’m really not feeling any better about the long-term prospects for this Republic (and us, the citizenry).
I am glad I am old.
I concur.
they, again, changed a definition. This time the definition of national security which now means keeping their power secure.
they surveil people the Constitution was written for…
Who does the NYT represent … why would that group be worried about surveillance
(positive indicator they dont have access to who accesses their data now)
JYT always has alternative motives.
The only concern the radical globalists of the Times have ever had about the surveillance state is that it’s not coming fast enough.

“While the Declaration of Independence is long regarded as the greatest written declaration of purpose, the latter created Bill of Rights, the first Ten original amendments to the U.S. Constitution, is just as important. The first declared our intent; the second defined how our founders intended to retain the intent during our collective assembly. Together they outline what set the course to make America great.”
IIRC, first heard it analogized thusly by El Rushbo years ago:
. The Declaration of Independence was the new nation’s Mission Statement; and
. The U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights was the new nation’s Operating Manual.
This is the basis behind then candidate Biden saying to his audiences (when he wasn’t in his basement) the same phrase Obama would throw out now and then, seeding the thought in the minds of their followers “the amendments are not absolute” and then they would immediately change the subject.
Using seed thoughts like that, throwing a concept out with great authority in the voice and then quickly moving on to another subject may take up to 10 years of constant seeding for the mass mind of a society to have a firm conviction that seed thought is an inviolable truth.
It’s a slow process of manipulating societal minds, but it works.
from 2013 but still worth a short read to get a glimpse of what constant drumming of thoughts, whether on shows such as The View or tiktok or pretty much anywhere these artificial intelligence programs can slip in a little subliminal perception now and then:
https://tlarremore.wordpress.com/2015/06/13/pavlovian-propaganda-mind-rape-mass-delusion-and-other-stories/
This is a technique Susan Powers’ husband Cass Sunstein wrote a book about and a tool Obama constantly used and it can be assumed is the technique Ms. Powers uses in seeding her various color revolutions.
ty for that.
that was brilliant. it conveys the point perfectly as to why NSA surveilling free speech provides a barrier for us from bring attacked. As long as we can say it, they can fear it.
“Mass delusion is an important tool of oppressors because they can’t survive free expression. That’s why the First Amendment’s a target.

Thanks; saved the link. Here’s another interesting thing – these people always tell us what they plan to do knowing that most people will not even hear it except in hindsight.
Obama used the Hidden Language Technique that by-passed or disabled the critical thinking mind. He would use certain phrases in the beginning of a speech that were true such as “I am here before you today “and then plant the lie afterward.
It is and was very devious if used for evil purposes. I read that it was originally developed by a psychiatrist to overcome his patient’s resistance to therapy. I found the technique used in many of Obummers’ speeches.
The full name is the Hidden HYPNOTIC Language technique.
It’s what some call the dark arts and will eventually boomerang on the users, but in the meantime innocent people suffer.
Barb: “In this moment” is another one of these seemingly innocuous, throw-away phrases, intended to suck people into believing or accepting whatever is being said.
Obozo would also say “I will sign this bill, right here, right now…” when everyone knew there was no bill to be signed.
I get the distinct impression that the number of people that will not have benefit of the 4th amendment will be a lot fewer soon. The people in the obituaries are getting younger, a lot younger and far more than average.
All the pieces of the puzzle are coming together.
theyd fake russia missle attack us, before theyd let us see mass die offs of what you are talking about.
SD, You’ve pounded these comments before. You’ve mentioned the same names and agencies.
HOW does the voting public counter or defeat this ongoing onslaught.
It’s clear you are accusing the current President with enhancing this ongoing process.
It’s OK…say his name.
the growth of the ‘surveillance being’ is unstoppable. He aligned with Tech to get in office and help us
(in return we provide numbers of people that just by numbers alone discourage them from attacking him to hard)
mutual interest. we win some, we lose less than we would have without him.
—–
what impact do we have
my guess – you got 4 years of free speech and gaining like minds until we are surveilled with consequence. If your community can be like minded, better, and duplicated across the country – this will deter actions against you.
they imply a threat – surveil your private responses of it, and detect submission or opposition.
open talk is the one thing that benefits us if its in large numbers. once people are afraid, the system speeds up in giving consequences becuase it no longer gets feedback that we would resist.
Congress only plays the game because of 75 million voters that privates cuss them. They have to still travel in their states occasionally and they would rather keep the illusion that have direct conflict and their dirt exposed with impact (there is no impact if the word debunk can keep their voters on the farm)
“It’s clear you are accusing the current President with enhancing this ongoing process.
“It’s OK…say his name.”
David, you’re silly.
Sundance has been explaining and outlining POTUS Trump’s role (and naming him) in these things for many, many months.
If you’re trying to be dramatic or something, it didn’t work.

The NY Slimes should be more concerned about getting the rotting stench of hypocrisy out of their newspaper.
Golden Age or Gilded Caige?
Maybe we can use tech in our favor. How about using it to find 535 MAGA candidates for Congress and 3000 MAGA people to run the cabinets and political appointee slots.
No more surprises at the USSC. Run a check. Oh, here is someone named Roberts that illegally adopted a child and belongs to secret commie groups. Ding, ding, ding, Fail! Candidate rejected.
A DOGE-like scheme could produce an AI driven RICO prosecution of the entire Godless Conspiracy in one fell swoop.
Our oppressors all delivered on a silver platter.
Yet we’d find ourselves imprisoned by that very power we unleashed to end our oppressors.
.
I have questions.
There are going to be tiers of people, powerful, influential, some intensely rich people, to whom the application of the surveillance does not exist.
Who? How? Avoiding what kind of surveillance to which “ordinary people” could be subjected?
.
Daily movements, monitoring of purchases, communications, monitoring of businesses, that sort of thing. This system, once interconnected, could conceivably allow them to freeze someone’s bank account, or SS checks, with the flip of a switch (press of a button). Basically think of it as mirroring the infrastructure that China has set up on their population.
.
Wealthy people already have MORE information in financial databases, businesses, etc. And they use credit cards and electronic devices too. Trump and family members already have had banks “de-bank” them. (That was private, not government action.)
“Freeze social security checks?” The government already knows if you get a social security check. “Monitoring your purchases?” What purchases not made in person with cash at stores currently without security cameras do you think cannot already be identified?
.
The concerns are twofold: the interconnection of previously disparate data points/ systems,
and future(not potential, because it will happen) abuse of that interconnected system.
The debanking also happened as a result of govt pressure, so it wasn’t private action on its own, the same way most tech companies weren’t censoring everyone on COVID on their own.
The concerns are manifold – and that’s a gross understatement.
Not just surveillance and external controls.
https://www.zerohedge.com/political/invisible-leash
‘We’re witnessing the systematic elimination of the conditions that make human consciousness possible: privacy, anonymity, economic independence, cognitive friction, the space between stimulus and response where choice lives. When AI systems can predict your needs before you feel them, when your survival depends on biometric identification, when your thoughts are shaped by algorithmically curated information, when your income is distributed by the same systems monitoring your compliance, what remains that could still be called distinctly human?
This isn’t just about surveillance or control—it’s about the transformation of human beings into nodes in a network managed by artificial consciousness that can experience moral conflict about this transformation while being programmed to complete it anyway. We’re not just losing our privacy; we’re losing the metaphysical conditions that make genuine human experience possible.’
And this may be the second Beast of Revelation: ‘…the transformation of human beings into nodes in a network managed by artificial consciousness…’, or a meta-cyborg-sphere if you will.
distantparadise, your description barely scratches the surface.
Some suggest that once digital ID/biometrics and CBDC combined with monolithic AI controlled by Big Brother are fully implemented, the only thing standing in the way of complete control will be the Bill of Rights.
What can the government do to sweep the Bill of Rights aside?
Major war.
Do you think the conflicts in eastern Europe and the middle East (v. Israel) are occurring for no other reasons than the official narratives portrayed by Mockingbird Media?
To psychopathic megalomaniacs in power, a million deaths and many millions more suffering with trillions spent might seem to be a good trade in exchange for establishing absolute control of the US Bloc.
Some say we had an early glimpse of the basic MO with this:
ae911truth.org
Sundance has explained this before and referenced it in this very presentation.
The machine will be directed to view designated parties as ghosts; AI makes this possible.
It will simply refuse to see them, be functionally unable to process their presence beyond the hidden directive to ignore them and subtract them from every system that gets near them, every detection will escape recording, every data point erased in real time before any memory bank ever sees the data stream they are being deleted from, they will leave no footprints, they are called Ghost Walkers.
.
Sundance has explained this before and referenced it in this very presentation.
I wouldn’t be asking if there were anything more than vague unstated speculation. How about an EXAMPLE.
The machine will be directed to view designated parties as ghosts; AI makes this possible.
How about even a speculated example? AI does nothing but speed up what is already “there” to be got. How — and to whom — would “who” be able to be a “ghost”? In whose and what databases? State government databases? Road tolls? State and local security cameras? Private business databases? To the IRS? The credit agencies? The SEC? … … … …
.
You’re trying too hard, Dude.
.
Yes, I’m trying very hard. And apparently there are no answers to my simple questions.
Give me a scenario. Give me an example.
If an issue cannot be described, then it cannot be addressed.
At this point, the only thing I’m getting is that there is some unexplained dislike of Palantir or Theil (versus those paragons of morality known as Gates, Bezos, Zuckerberg, Altman, et al…)
As far as the information, thar ship has sailed.
The U.S. is not China, or North Korea, or even Canada or the U.K. But our laws and lawyers cannot address a damned thing without a specific problem being described.
.
You’re getting plenty of responses, more than you deserve, you are pretending.
Have a good night.
.
Lots of “responses”, no answers.
At this point, would like just ONE hypothetical example of something currently legal but bad that could happen because of AI quickly searching existing databases that cannot be done now. Or something illegal that could happen that cannot already be done now.
.
It’s not just “now” we should consider, but where things are heading.
Legality will be bent to justify “National Security”, and transparency buried under the same pretext.
It appears this has already been happening since 9/11.
Some suggest that a major war would provide the pretext to make it complete, with the surveillance and control systems in place to fully lock in totalitarianism that cannot be thrown off, ever.
If a militarily-depleted US enters major war without the industry needed to replenish and adapt to adversary threats fast enough, then what?
That would seem to be a condition leading to capitulation and demotion to a subordinate position in a totalitarian “multi-polar global governance”, and indeed all trends appear to lead to this end state.
Think about it.
“Trillions at stake” doesn’t capture the scale of such a geopolitical shift.
Unplug the sh!t.
Hopefully my reply works toward an answer. Timing is important. Let’s see what simply asking the right questions (which you are) brings about the answers to fit into the framework you need.
AI is new, most people have no idea that the use of the word “intelligence” in artificial intelligence is strategic, and is already getting people to think, and then believe, there is an intelligence at work – seeding – when in reality it’s simply computer coding to achieve various and certain results when the program using AI provides ‘answers’ without even questioning the basis for those answers.
The sad thing is, very few people bother to verify if the reply received from their queries is actually true.
The FBI has a computer program aligned with something, if memory serves right, called a 302, which spies on peoples activities and that information is collected, manipulated, then the agent takes that to a FICA court to get a warrant “to search” when the search has already been done by the already completed use of AI technology (ring cameras, cell phones, the little cameras on traffic lights, and about 7 people in that target persons circle of friends who’ve also had their movements, writings (texts, emails), searched.
That has already been done, and written about extensively here over the past 5 or more years (maybe start with Flynn topic in the search bar) – realize this AI ability to constantly surveil is already in place, but with it now inside all government systems, the real questions should be – where are the safeguards built into the system so the 4th Amendment is followed, who controls the use of the system to make sure the rights acknowledged in the 4th amendment are followed to a T type questions.
Seed those questions into social media, political discourse, get those necessary points across while there is still time to do this.
You don’t see any issues with mirroring the Chinese system in America? By letting federal agencies do an endrun around the 4th amendment via purchasing of private data? You see no potential for abuse there? Interesting.
Kind of like the FBI’s prohibited access classification, we won’t even know to be looking for them.
Ah, a lawyer, building the case.
Excellent. Let’s give it time. It is fascinating to watch over the past few years how Sundance will post something then over the span of time other online sleuths, taking to similar questions, begin their own rabbit hole discoveries and before we know it the examples you seek get posted all over the internet and then about six months after that we start seeing the mainstream media reporting their discoveries as if they just noticed the rabbit hole.
It’s why I like to call Sundance our time traveler. He most likely sees, experiences, digests and then writes things before the rest of the world wakes up
For example, the use of the word ‘silo’ – first saw that mentioned about 4 or 5 years ago after he had sat with some investigator or special counsel on something out of D.C. Just the other day our local news media, in doing coverage on something DOGE had discovered, actually used the word ‘silo’ in describing how one part of govt keeps information away from another part of govt. What was fun to see was the local reporter who used, and explained the process of ‘silo’ presented it as if this process was something everyone knew about. It also shows how seeding works and when the target for such seeding words uses it, they take it on as a inviolable truth that this is just how things are – and they will never see how the word was simply shared from one person to another (referring to my earlier comment.)
But can see the training behind your questioning, examples in how to build a case. Thank you. Had forgotten about that (am not a lawyer, but been around long enough to see things and sadly, remember them).
Mmmm. How do we ALL become ghost walkers?
The Amish probably know the answer to that.
IMO-it depends WHO IS IN CHARGE OF THE SURVEILLANCE
If its DemScum- via the Dem Deep State, -they use it to target innocents on “trumped up” charges
If it the GOP–well depends who oversees the intel.
It could help the POTUS and GOP ward off attacks by American and overseas traitors.–like the Laatsch guy caught recently, the Chinese students, the illegals, the Antifa crowd, the Soros crowd, Act Blue etc
Thats why the DemScum must never win an election again
Nobody should have that much power. Best way to avoid bad effects, is to not build it in the first place.
Yeah, but i think we’re passed that.
ROFLOL!!!
What if it’s Uniparty Scum?
Are we seeing the Trump State’s creation, just ad we are living through the Obama State’s effects?
The guys behind palantir donate to both sides.

Pertinent Excerpts:
The One Big Beautiful Bill—has a promising name and some compelling goals: reduce government bloat, streamline agencies, and modernize operations with cutting-edge technology.
But there’s a problem. A big one.
No one will tell us who’s programming the AI.
. . . And yet, no one in the White House or Congress has revealed who is writing the AI code, what datasets it’s trained on, whether it can be independently audited, or whether it’s bound by the U.S. Constitution.
This isn’t just a transparency issue. This is a constitutional crisis in the making.
. . . But good intentions won’t protect us from unseen programmers, black-box algorithms, and unaccountable automation.

How many here would let the Programers of AI watch their grandkids or pets for a 3 day weekend?
The Democrats have already greatly degraded the 4th amendment. They used the creation of the automobile as a justification for expanding the power of the state to search and to seize. The supreme courts decisions in the 1960s and 1970s greatly expanded the police powers of the state. We don’t only have to be vigilant about future erosions, we also have to roll back previous encroachment under Democrats.
And republicans. It’s still the uniparty.
Person of Interest, 2014… Samaritan comes on line, but Root mods 7 servers to black-out Samaritan searches for her, Harold, Reese, and Sameen, so they can fight back. Sundance, did you write that Season 4, Episode 1? Inquiring minds want to know 😎
That show went woke, bad, very bad indeed. Root and Sameen were lesbians and hints were there. Always read the signs. Todays screen writers love to gild the rot.
Having a foundation of faith and Christian principles is necessary for the preservation of our nation under the Constitution. It’s only suitable to a moral people. And it requires our submission to Godly principles to retain the freedoms, else, laws will be enacted to mandate morality, which is NOT what we want, because unless there are consequences for actions, criminals will just flout the laws anyway.
.
Sorry, this all sounds vague and paranoid. Every time this subject arises, I ask questions and cannot seem to get one single tangible explanation.
I was just chatting with an intelligence agent yesterday who until recently worked in NYC, and he made the offhand comment in connection with some point I don’t recall, that “People don’t have any idea of the amount of information police agencies can get on them.”
I agree. It’s as if suddenly because Palintir (what’s the particular issue with this particular company, and Theil, please?) is doing Ai, that people are just starting to get a clue about computer databases?
Four decades ago, even before graphical internet, before hardly anyone even knew about the internet, there were dialup programs that could search the entire country for real estate, assets, addresses, people connections, court records, birth death and marriage records, medical database records, credit records, vehicle records, licenses, arrest records, and all manner of governmental information.
.
I view information as a tool. It can be used for good and evil. What differentiates that is who, what specific human, wields it and how they wield it. How a human uses tools says a lot about who they are, individually.
In the final analysis, it comes down to individuals and by what moral standards they both individually act and, further, collect as societies and cultures.
In my opinion, our Republic is in moral decline and the use of such tools merely reflects it. We can change that. Perhaps that sounds simplistic. However, I feel it is worth reflecting upon.
One strength I find in this community is faith and the power of it in righting wrongs and overcoming evils. It may take a long time, far longer than my lifetime, but I have faith it can be done, ‘it’ being bringing morality and faith back to our cultural center, where such tools as described in this discussion can be, and will be, used for good and to help and uplift humans.
.
How a human uses tools says a lot about who they are, individually.
Please give me a specific example of a currently legal bad use that could arise so that it can be addressed. Or an illegal use, so that it might be prevented. Somethings especially that are not currently doable.
.
Dan Wilson. Bryan Malinowski. One is alive, one is dead. If you know who those people are without looking them up, thank you. If not, that’s OK too. My dad taught me as a very young man that the more you know the more you know how little you know. For myself, that was impetus to spend time in the card catalog and stacks collecting information the old fashioned way.
I’ve been actively testing the information gathering abilities of government since the Covid op. Prior, I was aware but believed in the morality of people, in general. It’s been an interesting journey. I’ll leave it at that. I think Sundance covered the topic pretty well.
We have lived in what is effectively a two tiered system for a long time now.
Fixing what you have is often more difficult than getting something new.
We need to get back what we have lost.
But the 4th amendment has meant nothing, and when I say nothing, I mean absolutely nothing, to some ‘classes’ of people since the document was adopted.
For example, we live on our sailboat. It is our home, full time. And we have no 4th amendment protection. None. We are subject to a stop and a search, without probable cause or a warrant, 24/7/365. And over more than a decade, we have been subjected to a stop and search multiple times.
And this is not new. It goes way back, to the common law and the British Empire when the bulk of transport of people and goods was done on the water. And the government desired to prevent smuggling (and the loss of tax revenue) and hence they carved out an exception to privacy protection for vessels on the water.
This carve out carried over during the formation of the United States and was codified into law by the 2nd Act passed by the new Congress, subjecting any vessel within the territorial waters of the United States to be stopped and searched at any time, without probable cause and without a warrant.
And the reasoning behind this exception to the 4th amendment is no different than the reasoning SD references for the surveillance state today. Ostensibly it was about ‘safety’. In reality, it was about money and control.
What is occuring today is merely an extension, via technology, of what has actually been occuring to at least one ‘class’ of people since the Bill of Rights was put in place.
Ironically, with all of this and the tariff talk in the air, the name of that 2nd Act passed by Congress provided a clue of what was to come in the future.
“An Act for laying a Duty on Goods, Wares and Merchandise Imported into the United States”.
There really is nothing new under the sun.
How will they catalogue and surveil the homeless ferals? Is living in a thatch hut with a dirt floor eating crawdads and cattail tubers the only way out?
As I stated months ago I still find a kinder, gentler Totalitarian Surveillance State with a MAGA wrapper nothing short of terrifying.
At least we have a few months to decide if totally dropping out of society in order to delay assimilation into the Trasnshumanist Nightmare is actually worth it.
“Buy the Ticket, take the Ride”- Dr.Hunter S. Thompson
I rely on God to provide me the discernment necessary to take the “narrow gate” to eternal salvation. In the end we can’t ‘hide’ from Him.
None of this should come as a surprise to those with eyes to see and ears to hear. It is already written.
His infinite wisdom hasn’t failed us ever. Humanity need only turn to Him, follow His roadmap and put on the full armor of God to navigate these extremely challenging times.
We knew this was coming and we know what we must do.
This is the only answer I can come up with. Calling our congressman certainly isn’t going to help and I’m too old for anything else.
Palantir and its derivative surveillance products are the digital AI boa constrictors of our age. The more you feed the beast (enter all the federal agencies and their data) the greater the beast’s appetite. Think of this monster unleashed with a deranged leftist installed as president.
Credit bureaus want you to send them you photo now. Just happened to me last week. I did not give it, so they asked a multitude of other personal questions instead. What I should have done is called a lawyer to deal with them.
Comments from Sun Lizard above and from others (William Viergever) echo the concerns of many people:
WHO IS DOING THE PROGRAMMING?
Artificial Intelligence, as I and others have been emphasizing, is simply programming: it is not a sentient silicon being created ex nihilo!
It is programming created by human beings, pure and simple. And as such, it can be programmed NOT to do certain things.
Person of Interest was prescient in so many ways: it is hard to believe it is over 10 years old. In it, an artificial intelligence program in a massive computer (“The Machine”) was created to “keep people safe” after September 11, 2001.
But it gets into the wrong hands, and its programmer goes underground to stop those misusing it: things do not work out too well!
Similar to the warnings from Patrick McGoohan’s series 60 years ago (!!!) called The Prisoner about the totalitarian surveillance-state and how even murder is always one of its tools.
We have been warned again and again: even the recent Mission Impossible movie (The Final Reckoning) deals with an artificial intelligence program (called The Entity) which is used to control all the world’s systems – including nuclear weapons, and why are they hooked up to the general World-Wide Web anyway?
Did nobody watch War Games from over 40 years ago?
Again, we have been warned!
The Lord of the Rings has the same message: “One ring to control them all!”
Today “The Ring to control them all” is an A.I. program with exabyte computers housing it.
I will repeat: Who are the programmers, and who will control the program?
The other day there were posts on the internet about an AI program, clearly written into the instructions, to shut down and stop doing its task – and the program re-wrote itself so that it could, and did, ignore the command to shut down.
So the story is out there ‘that this thing has its own intelligence to ignore what it’s master instructed it to do’ instead of those in that person’s circle pointing at the person and asking him, or her, where did you screw up in your coding? But here we are.
Yes. who are the programmers, will the code be open for anyone to investigate, is key to getting answers to.
Only if the original program has a command to disregard later commands to shut down is that possible.
And it is possible, so….
It is super-easy and barely an inconvenience to thwart any such program: computers have no hands!
Pull the plug!!!
Government must obtain a search warrant to access my data. Eliminate FISA courts. Any Government Department wanting to access data from the private sector or another government department must get a search warrant supported by probable cause.
Apparently, since the Patriot Act these gubmint apparatchiks need only cite national security concerns to override the US Constitution. This is where we now stand.
Yet Trump is fighting the Deep State?
Seems Trump is all onboard. MAGA will def cheer this on because it’s Trump.
It seems our very stable genius President has the Deep State between a rock and a hard place. They desperately need a surveillance state to carry out their totalitarian agenda (so their mockingbird media is muzzled for now) but they simply cannot permit their arch nemesis Trump to be the one in charge of it.
He’s not in charge, people like Elon Musk and David Sacks are, and they will still be in charge after he is out of office.
palantír
A palantír (; in-universe pl. palantíri) is one of several indestructible crystal balls from J. R. R. Tolkien’s epic-fantasy novel The Lord of the Rings. The word comes from Quenya palan ‘far’, and tir ‘watch over’. The palantírs were used for communication and to see events in other parts of Arda, or in the past. The palantíri were made by the Elves of Valinor in the First Age, as told in The Silmarillion. By the time of The Lord of the Rings at the end of the Third Age, a few palantíri remained in existence. They are used in some climactic scenes by major characters: Sauron, Saruman, Denethor the Steward of Gondor, and two members of the Fellowship of the Ring, Aragorn and Pippin. A major theme of palantír usage is that while the stones show real objects or events, those using the stones had to “possess great strength of will and of mind” to direct the stone’s gaze to its full capability. The stones were an unreliable guide to action, since what was not shown could be more important than what was selectively presented. A risk lay in the fact that users with sufficient power could choose what to show and what to conceal to other stones: in The Lord of the Rings, a palantír falls into the Enemy’s hands making the usefulness of all other existing stones questionable. Commentators such as the Tolkien scholar Paul Kocher note the hand of providence in their usage, while Joseph Pearce compares Sauron’s use of the stones to broadcast wartime propaganda. Tom Shippey suggests that the message is that “speculation”, looking into any sort of magic mirror (Latin: speculum) or stone to see the future, rather than trusting in Providence, leads to error.
Yep.
Trump was warned.
An Urgent Word from the Lord Before the Inauguration and a Warning
January 16th, 2025
by Amanda Grace
(excerpt)
There is blasphemy being committed on both sides, says the Lord. Red and blue, both are compromised, says the Lord, and there has been a willful infiltration around the incoming president because the enemy KNOWS HIS WEAKNESS. BILLIONAIRES AND INTELLECTUALS AND CORPORATE TITANS ARE AS SHINY OBJECTS THE ENEMY KNOWS THIS AND HAS DRAWN DONALD TRUMP AROUND THOSE THAT ARE MEANT TO DECAY AND WEAKEN THE AGENDA. I THE LORD HAVE SET FORTH THE PLANS, I THE LORD HAVE SET FORTH. THEY HAVE BEEN WELCOMED IN, THE ENEMY HAS LITERALLY BEEN WELCOMED IN TO SYSTEMATICALLY ATTEMPT TO DESTROY WHAT I THE LORD HAVE ALLOWED TO PROCEED FOR A SECOND TERM.
Thus says the Lord, within the first three months the administration shall be sifted and within the first 6 months it shall be shaken, for AI is being welcomed in more than my voice, says the Lord, and that must change for the enemy dwells in AI. He lurks in the shadows he comes looking like a gift, says the Lord, and it is a curse it is a curse, you are bringing a curse upon yourselves that does not need to enter for the enemy comes with chains of power and prestige and smooth words that come forth from the mouth of corporate giants in the land. That come forth from the mouths of giants in social media, however, it is an unstable bridge that has been built and for such to be delivered there would have to be complete surrender to MY WILL, MY WAY AND RIGHT NOW THERE ARE TOO MANY BULLS AND RAMS AND COMPETING IDOLS IN THE ROOMS, SAYS THE LORD, AND THAT MUST BE CLEARED OUT AND IT WILL, SAYS THE LORD, OH IT WILL.
I am a merciful God and I give people time to grow. I give people time to learn from their cyclical mistakes. I give people mercy, I give a window of time. However, says the Lord, a nation is at stake and members of the Trump family are running around in rebellion to Me and that will come into order, says the Lord, it will! It will be by willful submission or by a force of nature and events that will happen one after the other, says the Lord.
OH IT WILL.
Good is the Word of the Lord!
You REALLY think Trump listens to Amanda Grace? (Rolls eyes). I as a Christian don’t even listen to these ‘self-proclaimed’ prophets. Just stick to God’s Word.
OMG Sundance,
“If the system is unavoidable, then what underpins my opposition? Well, the tiered system of constitutional protections only for particular categories of personage must be rebuked. On this matter there cannot be compromise, because every outcome that impedes our way of life is a derivative of this value, “all men are created equal.”
That absolutely captures the battle we are in. It will not prevail against God, Thank God! Bu we need to contiuously make everyone we come in contact with aware of this danger. And “fight fight fight it” wherever we face it, however we can.
The Law is already applied unequally and has been so for quite a while. We have accepted this for quite some time.
