Washington DC is creating a surveillance state. We can debate the motives and intentions behind it, but the core of their creation aligns and supports a fully comprehensive American surveillance state.
We cannot be intellectually honest with each other about how the tools of a weaponized government were deployed against Americans, specifically in the example of presidential candidate Donald Trump, without accepting the tools exist for far more consequential reasons than just Donald Trump.
In this segment from April of 2024, Tucker Carlson (motive irrelevant) accurately outlined the purpose of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) and how that legislatively created tool is being used by Washington DC, both parties.

My personal experience with the IC surveillance state mirrors that described by Tucker Carlson. As you step into the world of real data, unfiltered by the systems intended to control our perspectives, the system tends to see you as a threat.
Ongoing research into the dollar-based Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC) has made the surveillance system much more visible. All of these systems (Real ID, Digital Identity, Facial Recognition, metadata collection, AI search and result capability, etc.) are eventually going to merge and connect, unless we do something to stop the people who are creating this system.
Previously in 2013, Harvard Law professor emeritus Alan Dershowitz and former Department of Defense Chief of Staff, Kash Patel, appeared on Fox News with Maria Bartiromo to discuss President Donald Trump’s criminal case, the J6 targeting and the use of FISA-702 to conduct political surveillance.
I am prompting the earlier video to 02:20 to focus one aspect of the interview on the 2013 Republican led FISA-702 reauthorization and extension. I agree with almost everything Mr Patel says about the ramifications of the GOPe House, led by HPSCI Chairman Mike Turner, and the FISA extension. The CIA director, NSA director, ODNI, FBI Director, etc are not in charge of the compartments they represent. They are simply functionaries -middle men- who operate in the space between where the compass points are directed, where the data originates, and oversight of that data that is ultimately filtered and delivered to the functionaries, who then brief the representatives…. who then create policy… albeit flawed policy…. based on a very specific, controlled, compartmented and skewed information flow. The value of Kash Patel’s institutional currency is connected to this access, even with Republicans in charge. The same is true for any other member of the Intelligence Community, including John Ratcliffe, current CIA silo nominee.
As a result, the corrupt DC functionaries operate without any accountability, no corrective action ever takes place, no accountability is metered out, and WORSE…. an oblivious public cheer on people like Kash Patel and many others who give the illusion they are railing against corruption.
For those who choose denial and pretending over the brutal reality, their criticism of me is irrelevant. The truth exists regardless of our comfort level.
Accepting we are abused victims to professional gaslighting, manipulation and Machiavellian deceit, carried out by those who claim to be our allies, is painful and unnerving. However, failing to accept the reality only retains our status as victims; we become codependent enablers and battered conservatives. The surveillance system continues to be assembled and refined. It is a remarkable dynamic.
Many people can now see how DC functionaries played this intelligence game against President Donald Trump, using the false justification of “national security.” However, those same voices cannot see how we are continually being played by the same defenders of a corrupt system within DC.
Changing the system first begins by awakened people thinking about the long-term ramifications from what is being assembled. What is the value of national security, when the liberty that secures the values of America is destroyed in the process?
Either the Fourth Amendment means something, or it does not!
But as we saw, the Constitutional Bill of Rights was set aside during the plandemic.
And the judiciary completely failed to protect the citizenry from the authoritarian overreach in time to prevent serious harm. It never did touch the questions of whether the overreach was justified on a scientifically-sound basis.
So much for Constitutional rights.
That’s because it didn’t rise to the point where the 2nd Amendment was necessary. But with Vaccine mandates it got awfully close.

Actually, we don’t really know how many individual citizens were in favor of suspending constitutional rights during the fake Plandemic. My guess is a clear minority were in favor of that. NO ONE I know was in favor of it.
All the covid statistics that were blared across TV screens and MSM internet sites have turned out to be blatant lies. People weren’t asked to have their 1st Amendment rights cancelled by Governors, who did it illegally claiming fictitious emergency powers. Small businesses were closed and many went bankrupt due to lack of income while the expenses did not stop.
Our 1st, 4th, and 6th, 8th, and 14th Amendments were violated during covid and have been continuously violated since then. People need to wake up to this fact. Read them and then think if those rights have been upheld without exception…. Nope.

I said nothing about being in favor of or not – I said ALLOWED it, regardless of their viewpoint of it.
Official State mili tia units need to be reorganized to become another check on the system. Not private armies, but locally constituted units organized under elected county leaders.
Holistically, these units would be a very strong political force, as much as a NGO or other national organization has today. They will not be all-powerful, but together they do have clout. And a seat at the table.
Wouldn’t it be funny if we eventually learn that Team Trump cranked out a few FISA warrants of their own before Collyer handed her pooper scooper off to Boasburg?

What better time for the US Supreme Court to intervene and defend the fourth amendment for a change, now that all their treasonous asses are the ones on the line.
John Roberts supervises the FISA court so this is not going to happen. His record there, as in so many other areas, is one of failure.

To me, the obvious coarse of action is to use this tool to expose them all, use this “Secretive” program to shine SUNLIGHT in those areas where THEY don’t want it shown.

And, we MUST so totally discredit these people, their policies and ideology, that it is banished tovthe ash heap of history, and they are forever shunned from public life, and no where near the levers of power again.
And, the way to do that is not by trials, nor Congressional hearings, which are corrupted to NOT find and expose the truth, but just the opposite.
Its by putting out into the Court of Public Opinion, IN THEIR OWN WORDS, their plotting and scheming as they carried out these operations, each of which was too massive and involved, to have been carried out without major comms, all captured in the NSA database.

I am confused by Sundance’s position that Trump’s encouragement of Stargate means he is on the side of government surveillance, and on the side of using mRNA as a “treatment” for cancer.
Why would Trump do everything in his power to get elected again, for the purpose of destroying the deep state and making American great again, and then undo all of that by being a participant in creating a globalist sovereignty grab through continuous surveillance of all the people? If Trump wanted that outcome, he could have stayed home and let the democrats win the election.

It’s interesting to me to observe that Tucker Carlson has in many ways become the “Uncle Walter” of this generation.
Walter Cronkite (RIP) was a man who took his responsibility as a television journalist very seriously. For 19 years. And his steady voice wound up reporting some of the most serious events ever to occur.
(Although “the longest-running broadcaster in the history of the world” was Chattanooga’s own Luther Masingill. He first signed on the air on New Year’s Eve, 1940. And he “signed off” from this life at 6:00 AM in 2014, less than a month after his last broadcast. The very time he would have gone on the air for another day’s work.)
