This is a very thoughtful, interesting read and possible perspective into Pope Leo’s upcoming leadership of the Church.
I hope those in the President’s circle with eyes on will see it and relay it to him if he hasn’t already seen it.
Other readers here might share my impression that it’s in line with much of President Trump’s thinking on the fruits of our labors and be likewise hopeful it could represent a common ground between the new Pope and himself.

The Democrats are holding up President Trump’s nomination for Ambassador to the Vatican. The Pope’s enthronement is on May 18th.
I can’t think of any action more petty or vindictive than this.

I was reading so much high praise for President Trump’s speech in Riyadh, I decided to watch it in its entirety. I guess the most exciting parts are in the last 15-20 minutes.
Foreign policy is not my thing.
One thing that struck me is Elon Musk’s demeanor. You can see his analytical brain shift into overdrive. His applause is automatic, that isn’t what he is focused on.

Birthright citizenship. My thoughts (and then optimal solution) on the matter are it was for children of slaves and not kids of illegal immigrants. Sauer put it perfectly. When the amendment was voted and passed, illegal immigrants weren’t even a discreet population.
My optimal solution. If the commies want the exact reading of the amendment, give it to them. The amendment says nothing about the parents of the child. Deport the parents and if they want to take the child with them, that is there choice or the choice of leaving the child in the US.

Not long ago, Karl Denninger wrote an excellent column absolutely destroying the case for birthright citizenship in the Constitution and any attempt to use United States v. Wong Kim Ark for same in the case of illegals. I posted the key points here at the time, but he doesn’t retain all of his columns and it is no longer on his site.
The best argument against birthright citizenship I ever read was on AmericanThinker, but I can’t find it now.
Everyone always says this “longstanding” interpretation, but in truth we have only been giving citizenship to babies of tourists and invaders since the early 1980s. Before that everyone understood the XIVth Amendment.

If Comey didn’t participate in the ‘cool’ shell arrangement on his favourite walking beach, why in blazes didn’t he use his years of FBI training to intuit that this was possibly an indirect threat to Trump? Rather than taking a photo of it and posting it to Instagram, why didn’t he cordon off the area and wait until the employed spooks arrived to investigate?
OTHER QUESTIONS/OBSERVATIONS:
There must be some video footage available from dash cams, drones, security cameras etc that could shed light on who was on that part of the sand/beach for the amount of time it would take to do the arrangement.
Is there footage of Comey on his walk bending and stooping to pick things up off the sand?
Beneath the shell arrangement are faint indentations and ridges in the sand. Are these relevant?
The first 3 numbers are somewhat distinct. Check them against Comey’s own hand writing. It’s not foolproof, but it would provide some insight as to whether or not he was involved.
If Comey wasn’t involved, why would he delete the Instagram post (evidence) and replace it with a pathetic excuse explaining why he posted it in the first place?

Notice that with the exception of the #7, none of the other numbers have any sand on them.

I just sent a letter to Secret Service Director Sean Curran and FBI Director Kash Patel, urging an immediate joint investigation into former FBI Director James Comey for a disturbing social media post in which he called to “86” President Trump.
The letter requests a formal inquiry into possible violations of federal law, including:
18 U.S.C. § 871 — threats against the President
18 U.S.C. § 875 — interstate communications containing threats
It also demands confirmation on whether Comey still holds a security clearance or has access to any classified materials.
