I’m not convinced the one on the far right is accurately categorized there.
So much has happened that one can forget that Trump has been in office only eleven weeks.
The Dems’ lawfare was ready, but so were Trump and some great DOJ appellate lawyers. The early setbacks in district court are being turned around one-by-one, sometimes on procedural grounds, without getting to the substantive legal and constitutional issues.
While any delay is unfortunate, I am still cautiously optimistic, given SCOTUS’ 6-3 rulings on the authority of the Chief Executive in US v. Trump, that Trump will prevail on the firings and the expenditure cuts. Once these rulings come in, there will be few lawfare options for the Left (not that they won’t keep trying, of course).
I just wish Trump would get started with district court and appellate court nominations. DC is stuck with Boasberg as Chief Judge, but there are still other courts where a Trump judge could make a difference.

I anticipate the day when SCOTUS applies the US v. Trump dicta to squarely presented facts, whether on immigration, the removal power, or diplomatic relations.
However, we should also understand that once the Uniparty loses their lawfare war, Cabal plan B isn’t going to be pretty.
Right now they are hoping for an unlikely win while mostly playing for time so that other events can come to the rescue (think another Butler or similar).
Once SCOTUS rules as it should? Heads explode.
Then, probably, there is a high risk of other things exploding.
I think an all-out effort to steal the House in 2026, so they can start impeachment proceedings is in the playbook.
There will likely be a lawsuit in WI asking its supreme court to re-apportion the congressional districts.
SCOTUS is also busy abdicating their responsibility to 2A, arguably one of the core rights they must stand behind if we are to keep our republic. second case in a row the last week or so (NY state law, and the “ghost” gun canard)
You can see it coming a mile away, what they are expecting.
