Despite our already outlining each of these details the New York Times is now confirming, do not overlook the geopolitical consequences that will surface as a result of their publication.
The New York Times published two articles {HERE and HERE} revealing: 1) that U.S. military boots are on the ground in Ukraine. (2) The U.S. military is actively involved in the ongoing targeting of strikes into Russia. (3) The CIA is operating in Ukraine and conducting targeted strikes into the Russian Federation mainland.
New York Times – […] [F]or nearly three years before Mr. Trump’s return to power, the United States and Ukraine were joined in an extraordinary partnership of intelligence, strategy, planning and technology whose evolution and inner workings have been known only to a small circle of American and allied officials.

Task Force Dragon then gave the Ukrainians the coordinates so they could shoot at them.

As we have outlined for several years, including our own research by driving through Ukraine, the CIA has been operating on the ground in Ukraine from the outset of the conflict. Over time the CIA took over most of the strategic operations, and as it currently stands the United States CIA is organizing the majority of the Ukraine war against Russia.
This is where you need to understand how CIA authorization takes place.
In order for the CIA to operate in Ukraine, Joe Biden had to sign a “presidential finding memo” authorizing the CIA to conduct covert operations. This New York Times article is describing the outcome of those “finding memoranda.”
Which brings me to this Tweet I sent in response to the revelatory article:
Dear President Trump, if this NYT article is accurate (it is), there has to be a “Presidential Finding Memo” authorizing the CIA to coordinate attacks into Russia.
You might want to have CIA Director John Ratcliffe, and DNI Tulsi Gabbard pull it out of the authorization library for your review, prior to the next call with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
Also, to avoid embarrassment, as your team are likely aware – and possibly willing to admit, that “finding memo” was also briefed to the former Gang of Eight in congress. Which means Secretary of State Marco Rubio as vice-chair of the SSCI and Go8 member, already knew of this CIA operation, authorizing their involvement in targeting Russian Federation territory.
You might want to ask Secretary Rubio about that, and organize a way to discuss it, prior to Rubio coming face to face with his Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov at the next meeting.

The motive is clear for the New York Times to outline how the CIA is operating inside Ukraine to target the Russian Federation.
The operatives who leak to the NYT want distance between Trump and Putin. This admission of CIA involvement puts Trump in an awkward place.
The awkwardness expands, when you understand how the CIA is authorized to conduct these operations. The President, Biden, signed a “finding memo,” authorizing the CIA to conduct missile strikes into the Russian Federation.
Senator Marco Rubio as SSCI vice-chair and a Gang of Eight member, was ‘read in’ to that CIA authorization.
Senator Rubio is now Secretary of State facing Sergey Lavrov, and the Russians know exactly how these things are done.
On one hand, the NYT article spills the beans and informs the public. On the other hand, their reason for purposefully spilling the beans is to create a problem for Trump and Rubio, and possibly between Trump and Rubio.
It makes sense now why Secretary of State Rubio was the first Trump official to publicly say the United States was in a proxy war against Russia using Ukraine as the justification.
On the upside, this creates an opportunity for President Trump to distance himself from the prior administration and withdraw all CIA operatives and admitted/revealed U.S. military boots on the ground in Ukraine.
President Trump could use this revelation, now public and widespread, to reset the U.S-Ukraine dynamic and withdraw all elements of prior Biden authorization from the conflict.

I read most of the voluminous NYT piece, which claims that the author, Adam Entous, “…conducted more than 300 interviews over more than a year with government, military and intelligence officials in Ukraine, the United States, Britain, Germany, Poland, Belgium, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia and Turkey.”
Given the well-known and intimate relationship between the NYT’s foreign correspondents and the CIA, (read Sage Journal’s July 20, 2024 “The dance of shadows: The New York Times and the CIA”), I highly doubt that Mr. Entous was in the dark about CIA involvement in Ukraine until last year. It’s more likely that the event timeline in Entous’ piece was being compiled by the NYT in real time over the three + years since the war began and shelved to be used at a time advantageous to the CIA.
That time is obviously now, as Elon Musk’s DOGE is tying the udders shut on the CIA’s cash cows at USAID and Treasury, and the best way to compensate for that is to sabotage Trump’s peace initiative in order to restart the hundreds of billions the U.S. has been pouring down the rathole in Ukraine.
But the NYT/CIA plan to sabotage President Trump’s peace initiative can itself be sabotaged by Trump, if, as Sundance suggests, he rescinds Biden’s authorization memo allowing the CIA free rein in Ukraine before he talks again with Putin!
From the moment that memo was signed, the world was on the brink of nuclear war, but didn’t know it!

The “no boots on the ground” lie has been around a loooong time. Remember the Libya lie? They even put a Canadian General in charge to advance the lie. That was done because the Republicans in Congress desperately wanted the war, but the public wildly opposed it. So Paul Ryan sidestepped the People so Obama/Clinton could go to war in Libya. There was zero chance we dropped bombs in Libya without SF on the ground, and CIA. Zero. That war largely fractured what was left of the conservative inc. Neocon coalition with Base Repub voters. Their Arab Spring was met with middle fingers, and their “no boots” lie was derided.

I think it’s good for Trump to try and negotiate peace. But the problem isn’t Putin. The problem is the warmongers in D.C., Brussels, and Kiev. They do not want peace. Russia is winning the war. If Trump pulls up stakes, Ukraine will collapse. Perhaps this is for the best as a full Russian victory would quell a broader civil war in the country.

I think Trump will eventually conclude that Europe and Kiev do not want peace. You can’t broker peace when you’ve got fanatics who suffer from blood lust. And while Trump has threatened to increase weapons to Kiev, it’s not going to change the outcome. Russia will eventually prevail. The American People want nothing to do with it.
Ultimately, while I think he will continue to try and negotiate peace, the better thing to do (and I’ve been saying this for awhile), is drop the sanctions on Russia and offer to conduct a joint investigation into how the war started. If Washington was involved, anybody who participated in the planning or execution of combat operations should be removed from their jobs permanently. Whatever contractors helped launch rockets at Russia should be debarred or at least lose all their federal contracts. The government employees should be prosecuted for carrying out warfare against Russia without a declaration of war by Congress.
I’ve used the phrase “flip the script” a lot because I don’t think there’s any value in peace negotiations. Trump has an iron will, but a very weak hand.

I have ZERO confidence in the “attempt” to report news versus, IMESHO, its real effort to detract from the MAGA effort. Every time Trump negotiates some element of truce with Putin, the CIA goes out immediately and violates that specific element, by droning Russian energy infrastructure, or droning black sea shipping, etc.
Instead of trying to get Putin to negotiate with Zelenskyy, who is the creation and the puppet of the CIA, Trump should just get Putin to negotiate with their mutual enemy, the CIA.
