Despite our already outlining each of these details the New York Times is now confirming, do not overlook the geopolitical consequences that will surface as a result of their publication.
The New York Times published two articles {HERE and HERE} revealing: 1) that U.S. military boots are on the ground in Ukraine. (2) The U.S. military is actively involved in the ongoing targeting of strikes into Russia. (3) The CIA is operating in Ukraine and conducting targeted strikes into the Russian Federation mainland.

As we have outlined for several years, including our own research by driving through Ukraine, the CIA has been operating on the ground in Ukraine from the outset of the conflict. Over time the CIA took over most of the strategic operations, and as it currently stands the United States CIA is organizing the majority of the Ukraine war against Russia.
This is where you need to understand how CIA authorization takes place.
In order for the CIA to operate in Ukraine, Joe Biden had to sign a “presidential finding memo” authorizing the CIA to conduct covert operations. This New York Times article is describing the outcome of those “finding memoranda.”

You might want to ask Secretary Rubio about that, and organize a way to discuss it, prior to Rubio coming face to face with his Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov at the next meeting.

Briefly scrolling, I saw General Christopher Donahue’s name. That the the same person who zoomed into Kabul and took command of the evacuation from Hamid Karzai airport.
From what I understand, Donahue was the person at the top of the food chain when one of our soldiers tried and tried but failed to gain permission to fire on the suicide bomber at Abbey Gate. Targeters were aware of the bomber and had informed our military. Far from being taken by surprise, guards were watching for the bomber and knew how to identify him. Thirteen of our military were killed along with 169 Afghans.
After that horrible fiasco, Donahue ordered a trophy vehicle to be loaded onto the last flight out. He left human beings behind.

Every NEW Ukrainian Army Brigade created since the Fall of 2023 was created by NATO, armed by NATO and has a cadre of NATO Officers commanding it, as well as a cadre of lower ranking volunteers down to squad and combat vehicle vehicle platoon level. I use Fall 2023, because those Brigades that were supposed to win the war during the Spring 2024 Ukrainian Spring Offensive … supported by the disruption which the mutiny by Wagner Group Units was supposed to cause. From that point forward, every NEW Brigade was formed by NATO and manned by a NATO cadre.
ALL the Ukrainian fire support Batteries and Battalions (Field Gun, MLRS, Drone, Harpoon, et al) are manned by NATO Troops.
There is no way the Ukrainian Land Forces could rapidly switch over from Russian to NATO Made weapons and doctrine in such a short time period, while remaining a viable force in being if this were not the case.
Case in point … look how long it took Ukrainian Pilots to transition from Migs to F-16’s … Ground Combat Systems are just as complicated and training up a Combat Brigade and Fire Support Units to be “just” proficient (let alone effective) takes at least 12 to 18 months, if starting with TRAINED TROOPS. it is naive to believe these Units could conduct any effective large scale offensive operation without having a NATO Cadres involved.
This goes way beyond a CIA-US Army, joint Task Force. Also, these assets and NATO Cadres were in place before 2022.
Time ORDER out ALL US assets and make it known publicly that anybody staying behind IS NOT Protected by the US Government and considered a deserter liable to be prosecuted in the US. Anything short of this places doubt on the any claims of neutrality by President Trump and his team.
The NYT may have just done President Trump a big favor.

Going back to that disastrous Oval Office meeting, if you see President Trump as not knowing certain things, you see it in a new light.
The usual suspects blamed Trump, of course; but there were people who were pro-Ukraine or neutral, who nonetheless blamed Zelensky for the breakdown.
It was suggested that it may have been the language barrier.
What if, aside from President Trump not knowing the extent of our involvement, President Zelensky did not know that President Trump didn’t know?
