Judge James Boasberg issues a three-page order [SEE HERE] demanding the Trump administration deliver cabinet level details about their criminal alien deportation operation.
Boasberg claims the information provided to him so far is “woefully inadequate,” and lacks the citations of what cabinet-level officials were involved in deporting criminal illegal aliens and Tren de Aragua gang members protected by a leftist immigration organization employing Judge Boasberg’s daughter.
Judge Boasberg appears to be focused on generating a contempt order against the Trump administration. Presumably, this would give Boasberg’s allied Democrats in congress a foothold for their needed 2018 election effort and another impeachment attempt.
“To begin, the Government cannot proffer a regional ICE official to attest to Cabinet-level discussions of the state-secrets privilege; indeed, his declaration on that point, not surprisingly, is based solely on his unsubstantiated ‘understand[ing],'” he said.
Boasberg then ordered the Trump administration to submit a brief by March 25 explaining why it did not violate his order by failing to return the individuals in question on the two earliest planes that arrived from El Salvador to the U.S. on March 15.
“By March 21, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., Defendants shall submit a sworn declaration by a person with direct involvement in the Cabinet-level discussions regarding invocation of the state-secrets privilege,” he added.

Boasberg had previously warned the Trump administration of consequences if it were to violate his order.

While most commentators and pundits focus on the lawfare aspects, the laws, etc. don’t forget that many of these judges were thrilling just months ago with Trump and Trump supporters before them as criminal defendants.
Don’t underestimate that at least in part, these orders are being moved (knowingly wrongfully) by pissed-off ideologues with angry, frustrated, overinflated egos. And almost nothing ticks off a judge more, even an objective one in an ordinary case, than a defendant disobeying his/her orders, let alone mocking them.

If they are going to do this they should put a District Court Judge directly in the Oval Office who can tell the President what he can and can’t do. Maybe the district court judges can rotate through the White House, on a weekly schedule, so that every District Court Judge gets a chance to run the country. And the US Military can do the same by rotating JAG judges through the White House the same way. This would eliminate all of the Nationwide Injunctions and streamline the process as well as give the Judiciary Branch an opportunity to strategically run the Executive Branch instead of on ad hoc basis as they are doing now. Another option would be to have a District Court Judge issue a nation-wide injunction that bans Presidential Executive Orders entirely. As such great efficiencies would be achieved, it could be John Roberts’ and the judiciary branch’s contribution to DOGE /sarc

This pipeline is the safest, most environmentally responsible method for moving North Dakota’s crude oil to refining markets around the country. Shutting down this critical piece of infrastructure would throw our country’s crude supply system out of balance, negatively impact several significant industries, inflict more damage on an already struggling economy, and jeopardize our national security.
This was an ill-thought-out decision by the Court that should be quickly remedied.

Judicial corruption has been a serious problem in America for a long time. Judges openly tell you in court that they rule by judicial opinion and civil code and I have seen judges arrest attorneys who bring up the constitution in court. Having said that, we have to also remember that when the President gets use to using the kind of power necessary to remove these corrupt judges, it sets a precedent of absolute power. Neither situation can last very long before complete tyranny reigns. The system of checks and balances and the form of government that our founding fathers gave us only works in a nation of people who fear God and live righteously. It is wholly inadequate for the governance of an ungodly people which produces ungodly courts, presidents and legislators.
So you say neither situation can last very long but then you say ” Judicial corruption has been a serious problem in America for a long time” .
Please read and attempt to understand the whole sentence before taking cheap shots. Corruption problems can last for a long time before it leads to tyranny which is usually of much shorter duration.
