A trade agreement between US and UK would be very good. I’m sure this would be more friendly and reciprocal. This would be the ground work for similar deals and also addressing the reciprocity of the tariffs with the rest of EU and the west.
A state dinner was a brilliant idea. It shows the rest of the world the bond between our countries and it also shows the respect that they have for the United States and our President. 47’s comment that it is for you, our country and not him, was very classy.
I was also impressed with how Starmer shut down the reporter and stated the obvious, you are trying to drive a wedge between us and it’s isn’t happening.

Trump can use economic leverage to get what is best for the US out of the interaction, but also use that leverage to free the people of the UK from their own government by promoting free speech.
