Earlier today the U.S. Senate voted to confirm Robert F Kennedy Jr 52-48, with Senator Mitch McConnell (U-DC) the lone Republican joining all 47 Democrats to vote against him. Kennedy made pledges to protect existing vaccination programs in a bid to secure votes of hesitant lawmakers.
Completing the journey to align Make America Healthy Again (MAHA) with Making America Great Again (MAGA), Secretary RFK Jr will now run a Health and Human Services agency that coordinates more than $3 trillion in healthcare spending. Also under Secretary Kennedy are the Medicare and Medicaid programs that provide health insurance for over 140 million Americans, along with the National Institutes of Health.
During his swearing in ceremony RFK Jr pledged to work to end chronic disease. Previously Kennedy said he wants to break any ties between employees at the U.S. drugs regulator and Big Pharma industry. In any case, no matter what she thinks of Bobby personally, there is no reason to air it to the public. He prayed for this job for twenty years. That is a man in despair of ever reaching an end to a terrible problem. That shows resolution and merit, no matter what his failings are in her eyes.
She questioned Jr, ‘s abilities “ to take in this position …what “abilities “ did she have to be an Ambassador other parlaying her family name and inherited wealth? She and her family really came across as petty, shallow, mean people, not to mention such hypocrites in light of their own immediate family’s history. Somehow, the behavior of fathers, uncles and cousins were totally overlooked. The best they could have done is to publically congratulate him and wish him well.
Her son is a prime example of just how shallow her skills as a parent and/or human being are.
Anyone can raise a piece of sh*t with little or no effort.
Creating and molding the character and morals of a child, with direction of christian values and real love is rewarded within the end product. And although we all have faults, we all can also recognize a wonderful human being when we meet them and – Caroline, unfortunately, is not one of them, nor is her offspring.

A couple of friends have just finished reading Charles Piller’s latest book “Doctored” (released 2-4-25) .
It’s main focus is to pull the curtain back on research fraud … something this article doesn’t mention.
The “highly politicized” scientific community is filled with bad actors getting plum jobs and filthy rich while
the watchdogs sleep (or take kickbacks).
Hopefully, RFKjr will check into this aspect of Health, also.
For sure scientists can be bought just as easily as politicians—some even more easily. And the old saying: “You get what you pay for.” certainly applies to so much of the “research” published today. The medical journals, health related associations, the universities ALL have beem bought off by Big Pharma and Big Food.
Definitely an area that needs to be thoroughly scrutinized! Having watched my own mother suffer with the ravages of dementia for over a decade, the idea that all of the research was being guided by money, rather than actual scientific studies, makes me both furious AND heartbroken! How many lives did these people ruin by pursuing avenues they knew were dead ends, but which were financially lucrative for their NIH/Big Pharma masters? And to add insult to injury, how many BILLIONS of taxpayer dollars were wasted along the way?

I loved his speech. He spoke with real passion, and true gratefulness in having this opportunity to help our nation HEAL, in health. His stories of his youth and his uncles, etc., were heartfelt. I think he will be a wonderful HHS Secretary.
He mentioned the last time he was in the Oval Office was in 1962, as a young boy when his uncle became President. What an amazing piece of history for him to be there today as a Cabinet Secretary.
A personal note, I was one of the first Peace Corps volunteers, under Kennedy, and was “pinned” upon graduation from training by Sargent Shriver, who was the first Director. I noted that two young members of the Shriver family were in attendance at the ceremony. So, today’s ceremony was a bit of memory lane for me, as well.

I think the money spigot that funded Senate votes has been cut off. They used to advertise their vote could be purchased by saying “they still had questions about so and so” waiting for the offer –the USAID money has been cut off.
I’ve got to admit I did a double fist pump when he was finally confirmed. I have my doubts about some of his positions outside medicine, but I hope that he is what he seems — a genuine advocate for health. Something is seriously wrong in this country when we spend so much on medical care without good results. We spend a lot on medical care, food, education and housing to name a small subset, but we don’t get good results. There are reasons we are unhealthy and they are likely well understood, but the corruption of formerly honest institutions has driven us down this road. Like USAID, they know what they are doing is wrong and they do it anyway.

I hope Mr Kennedy also ends drug company scientists in the structuring and execution of all drug studies. If they wish to do studies fine, but FDA should rely only on independent studies with zero drug company involvement, especially funding.
The problem is there is corruption in the university research centers, in the medical community.
Legitimate scientists seeking pure truth: won’t be funded, won’t be published, won’t be approached by industry for partnerships. Those who apply the science in medicine, nutrition, pharmacy, devices are compromised.

Seemed as though things finally began turning around in November 2021 when RFKjr published “The Real Anthony Fauci” and _dared_ Mr. “I am the science!” to sue him. He wants good science restored, free from the control of commercialism and industry
He wants healthy children and healthy citizens
He recognizes PDJT as a good man, a good leader, one with spine
He has demonstrated the strength of his own spine
He comes from an family of addicts, and humbled himself to a process and God as he understood him
He still goes to AA meetings
He still gets on his knees every day
He attributes his opportunity to do what he has been praying for for 20 years to God – through PDJT
He exudes inner drive, inner resolve, benevolent purpose. He despises non benevolent power, but is not afraid of it.
I’m concerned that a person like RFK Jr who considers the power of Almighty God to save him from his addiction, would defy the power of God who creates and sustains life.
His ingratitude to God for saving his own life is shown in support for the murder of the unborn. If he still holds that position he needs to pray about it and let God change him.

It is the moment which begins a thing that people will eventually come to understand as restoring the health of the nation. Physical health becomes mental health. Mentally and physically healthy people are more self-sufficient and think more for themselves.
If you think the poisons in our food was just for keeping products on the shelves longer, you’re missing how this is actually a system of control of the people. In short, weaker people, dependent people, are easier to control and thus become Democratic supporters.
Democrats currently do not know how to get back to the center. Their party is under threat of extinction.
