I could easily see how all of the DC headquarters staff either knew about the operation or was involved directly or indirectly in the Jan 6th operation. Also the Maryland offices and northern Virginia FBI offices would probably be involved indirectly or directly. So 13,000 FBI personnel being involved or knew about the operation is not that much of a stretch.

It remains a creation of the Executive.

I read this article yesterday which says he cannot dismantle USAID. These two articles seem to overlap. But, what is perfectly clear is that USAID falls under the Executive Branch. He could essentially keep it with a director approved by congress and just a handful of employees. Or he could just keep naming “acting directors”. Personally, I think Secretary Rubio is correct, any foreign aid should foster goodwill between the United States and the recipient of aid. Sending birth control to countries that don’t believe in birth control or pushing lgbtqxyz propaganda onto countries that are morally or religiously opposed to those ideologies certainly does not foster goodwill.
Besides, we know exactly what USAID is. It is a front for another organization. There is no accounting for the $Trillions that have been spent to line the pockets of greedy individuals.

After looking up the numbers, there are approximately 23 million local, state and federal employees vs approximately 13 million manufacturing employees. The Federal government employees over 3 million itself.

According to a friend of mine, OPM has been sending almost daily emails to every civil service employee offering the buyout. I have DoD friends telling me the same.
DoD has been mostly exempted from the hiring freeze and most people think they should be exempt from the RIFs. This is a huge mistake, if true.
It will create a safe landing zone for people we REALLY need to get rid of. Those CIA employees will be able to take their clearance and go to work at DoD.
Plus, DoD is a rats nest of corruption and wokism. People outside DoD don’t realize how bad it is. Fat officers. Trannies. EEO complaints to avoid getting fired. “Family day” long weekends tied to every Federal holiday. Dysfunction and low competence.
They need to clean house. Most of the civil service hires last year – and there were tens of thousands – were an effort to bloat the ranks of govt employees before Biden left office. The people they hired were not the best and brightest. It was mostly people trying to get into the retirement plan, looking for “stability” (contractors are easy to fire), and and people unable to land jobs elsewhere.
DoD should not be exempted. It’s creating an off ramp to a safe space for people we often do not want working inside govt.

To his credit, Rubio is a Republican who has spoken out against USAID a lot. Moving it under State ensures Trump stays inside the law (Congress required the creation of an agency, not how to do it). Then they can whittle it down and ensure any money that does flow out is controlled and supports the MAGA agenda.
Not all aid was frozen. (eg Israel). So they needed a way to cut off most of the funding taps and keep a few running.
It was moved to State Dept. years ago by statute, but they ignored it in their rebellion.

So far, Rubio has said and DONE all the right things.

I live in a Republican county and it’s so sad to see the rapid change in my community the last 4 years.
Maybe us citizens will be able to enjoy public parks again.

My wife does all the grocery shopping, but she asked me to stop by the store to grab something the other day… so I agreed. While there I happened to look at the eggs, expecting them to be $5+ but they weren’t.
I was pretty surprised to find them at a pretty reasonable $2.95/dozen….

My eyes have been opened even more in the last few days.
I know that USAID dangles the carrot of $$$$$ to these other nations. Then, once they are in the money pipeline they have to do what USAID tells them to do be it Rainbow Flags, Transgender, green energy, anti oil, anti sovereign nation, etc.
It just occurred to me that this is what our Federal government does to our States. The threat of losing Federal funding means that State officials parrot whatever they are told to do be it going electric, we love illegals, tiny houses, windmills, LGBTQ+ all over the place, and anti American propaganda.
The Federal government has become a shakedown operation: Do what we tell you to do or lose your funding.

It has me thinking about all of these corporations, sports teams, nearly every politician, local governments, election board, school boards, churches, hospitals, doctors, retailers, and more.

OK, here is the dumb question of the day. Since I was a former teacher, I always said there weren’t? Can President Trump take back the farmland in this country that has been sold off to foreign countries, mainly we know the Chinese? I often wondered if he would tackle this or could. Eminent domain? or not. I know there are some restrictions on it.
I believe that he can and he will.
The land next to military bases will be seized because of national security EMERGENCY. The same goes for farms (food emergency).
If these foreign nations will walk away then he won’t tariff the heck out of them. He might work out a deal that they get a deal if they walk away.
He holds all of the cards and they know it.
They seem to be able to do anything at all under National Security.

But the DOGE clock is going up faster than both the US Federal Spending clock AND the Official Deficit clock! Sooner or later it will catch up – but I agree, it’s very little compared to those.
DOGE clock is 1/33 the Official Deficit and 1/117 of the Federal Spending clock. So 2 weeks times 33 = 66 weeks to catch up with the deficit, and 2 weeks times 117 = 234 weeks to catch up with the Federal Spending. A little over 4 years.

Judge Lamberth–one of the cruelest and most outspoken DC judges, appointed by Reagan–just entered a temp restraining order related to Trump’s executive order on transgender inmates.
This is a good watch in the sense that he/she presents a completely dishonest series of arguments.
“They” talk about known chromosomal conditions like XXY, XXX, XYY, XXXX and XXXXX. If you look into these things, you will quickly find they are NOT transgender disorders. They are actually closer to Down’s syndrome in many ways. This is MASSIVELY dishonest CONFLATION of facts.
“They” also talk about transitioning children and claims it isn’t happening and has never happened. That’s the most dishonest thing I think I’ve ever seen from someone like this. With all that has gone on over the past 16 years or so, how could you NOT know about schools and states governments transitioning children without parental consent or even knowledge at times.
When you see these things, you become better equipped to answer the BS with reality.
