According to leaked media reports [CBS HERE] President Trump is going to unveil a private sector launch of $500 billion to create data processing centers for a national Artificial Intelligence (AI) network. The network will be known as “Stargate.”
SoftBank Chief Executive Officer Masayoshi Son, OpenAI head Sam Altman and Oracle co-founder Larry Ellison are expected to be at the White House for the announcement.
The initial launch will consist of $100 billion for the first Stargate (AI processing center) in Texas. Other projects in other states will come online in the future.

I work with AI on a professional level in IT and programming and it gives the wrong answer over 50% of the time, in some cases it gave the wrong answer 90% of the time.

However, I always laugh because, at the contract rates they’re offering. the best in the IT world are clearly not a part of this current job wave. If you’ve ever worked in IT, consider priming the AI engine with the worst co-workers you ever had. Who, of course, often do things completely wrong.
The propagation of social science bias and misinformation across the Internet, with the help of AI, is epic because the databases being leveraged are under the control of the political left in charge of large organizations, public institutions, and government bureaucracies.

What are the built in mechanisms going to be that assure the technologies compliance with the 4th amendment and the Constitution (Bill of Rights)?

They are talking about creating customized cancer treatments. AI would know the technical details about your cancer, and (I assume) your health and individual biochemistry, and tailor a targeted treatment. Like any cancer treatment, it will have risks, but it promises to be better than existing, cruder treatments.
So while it uses mRNA technology, it’s like the COVID vaccines. It’s only for cancer patients and it’s not one-size-fits-all.

Since the late 1980’s our medical records have been available to the federal government and it is to this very day.
I know because I was working in the medical industry at the time of the federal government instituted this process and procedures sending reimbursements to hospitals based on the their DRG’s (Diagnostic-Related Group), which is the basis for reimbursements.
That is why, in many instances, when Granny is 90 and dying, she is taken to physical therapy, x-rays, bathed, etc., etc., and dies the next day. The hospital is reimbursed at a higher rate for that care.
We have been “spied” on by our federal government for many, many, decades, believe it or not.
I thought we were aiming for smaller Govt’; WTF are these people talking about….. Didn’t Obamacare streamline Healthcare information sharing in a digital format. How much did Oracle make on that?

The AI at issue here are neural net based. Neural nets are math simulations of how the neurons in our brain work. What distinguishes neural nets from our real neurons is that our neurons change constantly with experience. Once a neural net is “trained” it is fixed in stone and cannot change. This AGI they are talking about is making neural nets that work like our neurons and can change with experience. That is, they can “generalize”, which is what the “G” stands for.

Eventually, they won’t let you turn it off because they need the user stats to ramp the stock and make it seem they are revolutionizing the world.
It will work for awhile, but inevitably fade. 15 years ago, it was called “expert systems”. 10 years ago it was called “neural networks”. Now it is called AI. They need to keep rebranding the concept to mask the failure. Because part of it is also their desire to mimic God and be just like him.
