My last trip to Phoenix, AZ it snowed. It was in January. The TV broadcasters were hilariously giddy the next morning. At 5 AM they had their helicopters out scouting for footage of houses with snowmen in the yards, allegedly while still trying not to wake people in their neighborhoods.
Unfortunately the weather made my rental Mustang convertible a total waste on that trip. I had left in blizzard conditions where I lived at the time, Indy, where I learned about and got my first intro to “lake effect” weather.
That was the 2nd out of 3 bz conventions my company held, always in January, where the warm state we went to was C O L D. The 1st was Amelia Island, FL. The only one out of 3 with good weather was our convention at The Doral, pre Trump ownership. Sadly they kept us so busy we had no real time to enjoy it, but we took what we could get.

Firstly, banning such a party would not have much meaning, as those in leadership positions would just embed themselves in any other parties, and continue their efforts.
The political process is doing what its supposed to, and killing the party, anyway.
To my mind, and based on what we are seeing, even those voices crying out for chsnge such as Maher and Carville, still have no idea whats actually inherently wrong, and sound like the girl who thinks if she just changes her lipstick, she can win her boyfriend back.
FAR more urgent, IMHO is that we address the REPUBLICAN Partty, which is where the real rot is.
You mention County Recorders who count the votes; it is REPUBLICAN recorders, in many cases that ushered in Joe, Maracooa Countybeing just one example.

H-1B and F-1 student visas are non-immigrant visas. If holders have a child in the U.S., the child wouldn’t receive birthright citizenship, following the same protocol as foreign diplomats, who are excluded from the 14th Amendment’s provisions. They’d just be classified as ‘dependents’ on their parents’ visas.
It is a good thing as Judgement Day on this illegal practice will come a whole lot quicker.

Here’s the gaping loophole that I found YEARS ago that protects employers from prosecution by being able to plead ignorance and illegal aliens from discovery via their fraudulent documents when they apply for a job. It effectively says that CONFIRMING the validity of an alien’s documentation and, thereby, catching fraudulent documentation is VERBOTEN! This is actually indented in the code, probably so employers don’t miss it:

The Justice Department announced that it has secured a settlement agreement with Navajo Express, a Colorado-based trucking company that operates nationwide. The settlement resolves the department’s determination that Navajo Express violated the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) by discriminating against non-U.S. citizen workers when checking their permission to work in the United States.
“When employers reject workers’ [appears on its face to be -W] valid documentation proving their permission to work and demand other types of documentation, they construct unnecessary hurdles that can mean the difference between a worker getting a job or not,” said Assistant Attorney General Kristen Clarke of the Justice Department’s Civil Rights Division. “The Justice Department will continue to hold employers accountable for discriminating against workers because of citizenship, immigration status or national origin.”
In other words, checking that the APPEARS to be valid documentation which COULD be fraudulent IS in fact NOT fraudulent is VERBOTEN!
In other words, “two forms of ID” is NOT permissible to request from aliens, just from YOU.
BTW, WHO is the only person responsible for changing that code if it isn’t effective? From that code:
(1)(A) The PRESIDENT shall provide for the monitoring and evaluation of the degree to which the employment verification system established under subsection (b) provides a secure system to determine employment eligibility in the United States and shall examine the suitability of existing Federal and State identification systems for use for this purpose.

So, go ahead; lobby your STATE legislature,to write and pass laws, so that the tax dept. which issues business licences (which authorise busineses to collect sales tax ) has the authority to enforce employers to only hire legally authorised.
The legislation could even specify e-verify documentation will be accepted as a affirmative proof of right to work.
Point being, it is NOT up to the Federal Govt. it is up to the States and WE, the PEOPLE.
