Here is the game plan that the forces against Trump will be using for the foreseeable future.
They will attempt to get you to make the perfect the enemy of the good.
Be it the freedom clowns and spending, the immigration hawks with H1B visas, the peace doves with timing, the cultural warriors with total bans of DEI/CRT, the neocons with war fighting, or the swamp dwellers with draining the swamp.
All of them will attempt to get you to believe on whatever issue is the issue of the day that it doesn’t go far enough or do enough. They will try to make you think that some sub issue of that issue is more important and should be handled first, that since the issue hasn’t been handled yet it won’t be, that we can’t do more than one thing, that so and so is a plant to stop the draining of the swamp, or that because it wasn’t 100% Trump lied. On every single issue, one or more groups will attempt this strategy.
You can’t allow them that power over you. If Trump secures the border and deports 2 million, don’t allow them to reduce that good by them saying well he didn’t deport 2.5 million, so he failed or lied.
You can’t allow them to use the perfect to void out the good in the coming months.
They will try. They already have with the CR and the H1b visa debates. It works, that is why they use it. You have to keep it in the front of your head on everything about to occur that half a loaf or hopefully in most cases 7/8ths a loaf is better than no loaf.
Do not allow them to gaslight you into thinking the good is the enemy of the perfect.
In the real world, most things are never perfect, but if we try real hard, we can get plenty of good accomplished in the coming 4 years.

Not all presidential pardons are immutable.
“Preemptive” presidential pardons that can be shown to obstruct the administration of justice are ILLEGAL and violate the presidential oath to uphold the law. As such, they are null and void.
Reread this until it sinks in.

What about those who moved away from expensive WDC and bought homes in less expensive locales because they could work from home 29 days out of the month, go to their DC office on day 30 and first day of next month, then return to their home far away. I read or heard somewhere that those arrangement fulfilled requirement to be in office one day per month.
The rule was one day a month you have to show up in person. So there are many people who moved away to somewhere more affordable and they do their one day a month back to back and literally do not need to show up for approximately 60-ish days. They have gamed it out for maximum cheating. So it is really showing up 6 x per year.
Example: Jan 31 + Feb 1
Mar 31 + Apr 1
Rinse and repeat.
Now we will find out how many will quit, rather than going back.

In the public Statement, Bidens team asserts the recipients innocence, which is highly problematic.
It is uo to the Juducial branch, not the Executive, to determine guilt or innocence, NOT the Executive.
SCOTUS in 1915 stated a recipients acceptancr of a pardon IS an admission of guilt, and in accepting a plea bargain, it is always required that the defendant “allocute” or describe the crime they committed, and admit to it.
Some lawyers going to make a lot of $, resolving this legal conundrum..
And, when it gets to SCOTUS,WHO will argue to defend the pardons?
Normally it woukd be the U.S. Solicitor General, “defending” the Govt. position, but I doubt that will be the case…

I understand what 18 USC 73 is but I was asking if your post was a specific verbatim quote from it or simply your interpretation of how it could be applied to reverse the pardons that Biden gave out yesterday, specifically to members of his own family. Mary McCord is only pardoned regarding her work on the J6 Committee, if she was a bona-fide staffer. Nothing else. No blanket pardon for McCord or Michael Byrd for the murder of Ashli Babbitt, either.
The pardon only applies to offenses “related to the subject matter of the Select Committee to investigate the January 6th attack” on the Capitol building.
I believe Mccord’s seditious Laware activities against Trump are fair game for investigation and prosecution. So is Byrd’s murder Ashli. No pardon for Garland, Jack Smith or any of the prosecutors on his staff.
If….IF McCord’s pardon re: Jan 6 work was upheld after challenge, she would then forfeit her 5th Amend rights regarding said work and can be compelled by subpoena to testify under oath, over every aspect of it. That pardon would not cover any subsequent and following issues of perjury (ie. lying under oath) which could arise if she attempts to lie while under oath.
