Literally minutes before he leaves office, Joe Biden just issued blanket pardons for his closest family. Having previously pardoned Hunter Biden, the departing executive just pardoned his brothers, James and Frank, along with his sister Valerie, and their spouses.
The Biden family crime syndicate, those who engaged in the benefit of Joe Biden selling the influence of his office for financial gain, are attempting to preemptively pardon themselves from any investigation or prosecution of their criminal conduct.
White House – […] That is why I am exercising my power under the Constitution to pardon James B. Biden, Sara Jones Biden, Valerie Biden Owens, John T. Owens, and Francis W. Biden. The issuance of these pardons should not be mistaken as an acknowledgment that they engaged in any wrongdoing, nor should acceptance be misconstrued as an admission of guilt for any offense. Recent legal debate has surrounded the issue of a prosecutor who may bring an indictment against a person after they have been issued a pardon. The state may present evidence of the crime. The defendant may (or may elect not to) present exculpatory evidence or a defense and also plead the pardon.
The court might (or might not) proceed to render a verdict or judgment. If convicted, the defendant may (or may not) invoke the pardon, which prevents any criminal sentence from being issued. (i.e., the defendant may prefer obtaining a verdict of “not guilty” to a pardon.)
The defendant may be called as a witness (in another forum; and interestingly but unclear, in the subject prosecution). Following a pardon, the defendant likely cannot invoke the 5th Amendment privilege against self-incrimination, which is significant.
In the initial criminal court, it’s likely the defendant may be called as a witness, and then invoke the 5th Amendment at such trial, because the pardon has not been activated post-indictment. But this is an issue that would be contested; a lot of tactical decisions involved. I suspect that the evidence introduced at such trial (once re-authenticated) may be used in a civil trial and/or an impeachment of the defendant (despite the criminal pardon).

These Presidential pardons are for Federal crimes only. The President’s right to grant a pardon or commute a sentence does NOT extend to state laws. As state judges, Engoron and Merchan are probably immune to Federal charges for doing their jobs, however bent those actions were.
A state judge is not immune from Federal Law
I thought no one is above the law?
Every one of the ridiculous pardons should be immediately challenged based on the Demented Fraud’s diminished mental condition. Shouldn’t be big deal to put the old perv under oath and question him regarding every thing he signed.
The old dementia won’t know what he signed. And he’ll be honest for the moment with that statement.
Maybe, just maybe , these pardons will be beneficial to PDJT because the attempts on his life / desire to assassinate him could subside a bit.
pray for him .
NO, NO, NO.
Pray for PDJT? Absolutely.
Believe these sleezy pardons will somehow protect PDJT is lunacy.
The swamp will ‘hunt’ PDJT for the next 1465 days.
Wake up
Negative. The DS will not stop unless IT is stopped.
Today it was trash removal at the White House.
Hokey Pokey day! Put the Right one in, take the Left one out!
And the trash had a you know what look on his face.
And Fauci….I saw a headline somewhere on Al Gore’s internet.
Yup and that j6 corrupt committee, mark miley.
i hate to keep saying it but these people are pure unadulterated wickedness.
I seem to recall a few of those convicts who didn’t accept his pardon because it messes up their appellate efforts in progress. I’ve also heard that there was a SCOTUS case from 1915 concluding that acceptance of a pardon is an admission of guilt. That’s minutiae. Nothing will be done with this clown and his cartel.
Admission of guilt would help with civil actions against – say – Fauci
Two men on death row refused commutations for that reason.
Prosecute them at the state level. Releasing a deadly virus into the world which kills millions violates all 50 states’ laws against murder.
I’m wondering if another country could indict Fauci; perhaps then Trump could order his extradition to stand trial…
why did these people get pardons? What did they do so they need a pardon.
Does this pardon mean they could have murdered people the last 4 years, and this pardon forgets all that. Should the pardon say what they are pardoned for. This seems like an abuse of Pardon Power.
Can anything be done about pardon’s that were given out for people that were not charged for a crime?
An opinion found in GP.
Article II of the Constitution states “… he (the President) shall have Power to grant Reprieves and Pardons for offenses against the United States, except in Cases of Impeachment.” By our Constitution a person is presumed innocent until convicted, thus an action doesn’t become an offense until it has been adjudicated in a court; consequently President Biden can only issue pardons for offenses people have been convicted of or pled guilty to.
Biden cannot pardon non-crimes, presumed crimes, or imagined crimes. Nor can he pardon actions where guilt or harm has yet to be established in court. (Or he would be usurping the court’s role of judgement.) Trump should disregard the fraudulent “pardons” and prosecute all crimes to the fullest extent of the law.
“for offenses against the United States,”
“can only issue pardons for offenses people have been convicted of or pled guilty to.”‘
Covid 2020 all over- they will say its legit, we will comply while saying they are full or crap, then 4 years later you will find out it wasnt legit and it will be time to move on.
I’m tired of repeat insanity.
Get the J6 pipebomber – use it to show Kamala’s detail planted it. Show the criminality of these people to the public. Wake up more democrats and republicans – then pardon the j6’s or have the damn court reverse the charge. whatever.
but do it to where you train the public, and remove the narrative of PDJT [pardon’d people thats tried to murder congress people.
Did Kamala and/or her staff get pardoned? Ol’ Joe forgot somebody and that is the weak link in the corrupt chain.
no clue
Further, Joe is senile. The DOJ announced it in the Hur Report. All executive actions he has taken since, should be subject to being overturned; since Hoe does not have the mental capacity to know what he is doing.
at least since the publication of the Hur Report going forward.
I agree that President Trump will do good by us in these next 4 years. I have no optimism it will reach what we all wish or want.
but i do think, part of fixing the mental divide in this country is addressing the deception by the government over RINO and Democrat minded people.
Identifiying Biden’s mental capacity (Now All Sides Agree, use the debate to remind them of bitching about why they didnt know earlier he was mentally incapacitated) and then identifying how order and things got signed from that point out – would really benefit this country.
A staff can’t operate this country under the guise of a President. We have groups of ideologically aligned people steering our country for their causes.
for example – Mary can’t pardon Mary by talking to her team that is on Biden’s staff and having it drafted for him, and once they dope him up and wake him say “you have things to sign to today Mr. President(mocking tone)”
last thing – Can anyone definitively provide information that a human’s name can be pardon’d (while wrapping words of a circumstance around it to make it appear its for j6 or for this or for that – There Is NO Charge, therefore there isnt shit to pardon)
Don’t say Nixon or whoever did it – because thats irrelevant if it was never going to be challenged. Biden could say he is Superman it doenst make it so just because no one went to court to show its wrong.
Hear! Hear!
At first the Bidenistas were departing with some composure. Now it is a mad dash for the exits.
Mmmm…. looks like Jill is gettin’ hung out to dry! So to speak. LOL…
I think the saying is “rode hard and put away wet”.
I doubt there were any recent “hard” rides. At least from Joe.
LOL… could be!
Joe had to wait for the last minute for Jim’s check to clear.
Just a reminder that the the issue, and the solution, are much closer to home.
When Tom and Suzie homeowner stop lending their mower to the fed next door, when they stop acknowledging that the kids of that demon exist, when the kids are ostracized, when the local plumber refuses to show up, when they can’t buy groceries because the owner refuses to let them in. That’s when things change.
When the family of the local cop who arrested soccer moms for speaking at the school board meeting can no longer participate in society, that’s when things will change.
When the store manager who refused service to anyone who refused to wear a diaper or kneel to the cult of fentanyl addicts is unable to get his car repaired, that’s when things will change.
When being an enforcer for evil has a price, that’s when the evil ceases to operate.
Until people are willing to ostracize the enforcers, goons will continue to goon and rulers will use them to abuse us.
Too many that are on the side of the pardonee will ensure that doesn’t happen.
You assume the people on that side do anything useful. 😀
That’s why we need a website with all the names and businesses. We can call it sunshine dot …..
MOGA . com
make ostracism great again . com
Joe Biden is senile. All of his executive actions, including pardons, after the publication of the Hur Report in which the DOJ announced his senility, should be challenged. We do not know who has been running the executive branch – his wife, staff, cabinet members, or a past president- but We The People know we did not elect any of them President.
WTP didnt elect Joe Biden either. That was a coup
The point is, they were all acting as imposters.
https://constitution.findlaw.com/article2/presidential-pardons-under-article-ii.html
Thought you had to be first convicted of a crime to receive a pardon for that crime. Logic breaks without that caveat.
Article II, Section 2, Paragraph 1 of The Constitution of The United States declares the following: “[The President] he shall have Power to grant Reprieves and Pardons for Offences against the United States…”. There’s nothing therein that allows for “offences that may have committed”. The Granting of a Pardon is an EXPLICIT ADMISSION that the one being pardoned, DID, IN FACT, commit such offenses AND, by acknowledgement and acceptance of any such pardon constitutes an admission that they are, IN FACT, GUILTY of having committed offenses against the government of The United States of America.
This was a bi-furcated inauguration: The first part stage-managed by the Democrat Party wherein Party Apparatchiks acknowledged that they, in fact, engaged in the very activities that they are admonishing the incoming administration to refrain from doing. The Second Half was the Incoming Administration reminding THE WORLD of the hideous, CRIMINAL behavior of the previous administration and their Party, going all the way back to the War Between The States by the signing of the Anthem, The Battle Hymn of The Republic. The first half was infuriating but the second half was glorious in its indictments of the outgoing administration.
I have but one up vote..
Thank you Trump. Thank you all. My username is now legitimate!
He forgot Major the Dog.
That’s gonna’ come back to bite him.
Quotes:
So two officer who are suspected of offering false testimony in the Oath Keeper cases have been pardoned.
THAT is justification to pardon all the Oath Keeper defendants.
The criminals have been pardoned.
History will take note of these events.
Why is it that 18 yos can sign contracts but the contract can’t be enforced against them?
Yes, it can. If they signed when a minor, they can still usually repudiate it at age 18.
and . . . did he forget to pardon himself ?
Incompetent to stand trial. That’s what Hur’s report was basically saying.
Biden Justice Department tells court an acceptance of pardon is “a confession of guilt.”
“This brings us to the differences between legislative immunity and a pardon. They are substantial. The latter carries an imputation of guilt; acceptance a confession of it. ”
https://supreme.justia.com/cases/federal/us/236/79/
POTUS Trump should write an EO directing his AG to dismiss all charges with prejudice due to the pardons given to the J6 committee and their staff.
Notice the Jan 1 2014 start date…
Good time to start looking at…
Trust God.
Fear not.
There was no way this wasn’t happening.
Corrupt to the core.
So now we know which Bidungs have accounts at the “local credit union” on some Caribbean island.
They can’t plead the 5th now. Haul them into a court room with cameras and put the screws to them and hope they are dumb enough to commit perjury
Three scenarios: 1. They fail to show up & are held in contempt; 2. They show up, tell the truth & we finally learn how utterly corrupt they ALL were, especially & including Brandon, or 3. They show up & commit perjury, in which case they can be prosecuted b/c the Biden pardon(s) are retrospective, not prospective.
For what it’s worth, A.I. claims that Pardons for crimes that reach the level of “Treason” require the approval of the Congress? So, we’re going to need people to be charged w/crimes first, then the true test will begin and it needs to happen.
See, even Attempted Intelligence gets it..
Wait…didn’t FJB spend his last 4 years endlessly proclaiming that NO ONE (but mainly Republicans) is above the law. I guess we can put that lie to rest.
To say he is a hypocrite….
Brandon is a living, breathing, (barely) walking & talking prevarication. His whole life is an utter, contemptible lie.
Looks like he pardoned that murderer Fauci.
Tick tock
These actions tell the world that American Presidents, their politician friends, their family, and personal friends can commit crimes without legal justice. Everyday citizens will continue to receive the full sentence from kangaroo courts especially if they are poor. We need Trump’s Justice Department to pursue the truth and let the world see how hypocritical and fake all of the establishment democrats and republican have been regardless of the ability to pursue criminal charges. Let them become social pariahs.
Can a President preemptively pardon an unborn child for all of his or her future crimes?
If the courts allow this sort of thing to stand, they are part of the problem.
Still doesn’t prevent States Attys Gen to file charges against all those pardoned.
These corrupt criminals disgust me. i pray that they get what they so richly deserve.
Flight Special Mission is taking off. (The aircraft can only be called Air Force One if the sitting president is on board.)
For the ten minute flight to Delaware. Didn’t we have a bus available that would be more cost effective?
Or Amtrak.
Joe’s favorite means of transportation.
A prominent test case is needed for determining the legal validity of Biden’s preemptive pardons.
Charge Liz Cheney and Bennie Thompson with criminal destruction of government records, and with criminal obstruction of justice, for their violation of federal records management laws in directing the total deletion of all exculpatory testimony from J6 committee witnesses.
Why does the deletion of witness testimony made to the J6 committee’s investigation staff rise to the level of a true criminal violation of federal records management law?
It’s because the J6 committee report was used in federal and state criminal prosecutions as one basis for charging individuals with federal and state crimes, and for challenging the presence of Donald Trump’s name on the presidential ballot in several states.
Haul Cassidy Hutchinson before a hearing…threaten her with perjury and let her sing like a bird…
There is nothing in these pardons to keep Fauci from being tried in another jurisdiction for crimes against humanity. What would happen if, for example, Hungary were to issue an arrest warrant for Fauci and then go through the usual procedure to have him extradited for trial?
Lawfare is a game that two can play. Surely there are literally hundreds if not thousands of state statutes that these miscreants have broken. Attorney General Paxton, are you listening?
Notice who didnt get pardoned as per a X post
Jack Smith
Chris Wray
M.Garland
To be verified i guess
8000 is alot to sort thru
Mayorkas?
Time to arrest & prosecute Every accomplice.
How is that not somehow an abuse of power…????
F the pardon, hand them all
Now we know, beyond suspicions, how deep political corruption reaches into most long-term politicians!
I believe Treason unpardonable?
What many of these creeps did rise to the level of Treason and we should take a hard look, if so what is the penalty for treason?
We’ll see.
Biden, a piece of work, as they say, pardoned his family but it ain’t over until the fat lady sings, as they say.
Crooked to the end. And all the pardons go back to 2014, the year obama closed domestic bioweapons development, but quietly exported it to Ukraine.
They can run, but not hide. The truth is going to come out. Without the 5th Amendment shield they will have to testify. And if they perjure themselves that will be actionable.
And there’s also international court for crimes against humanity.
They are by no means out of the woods.
Does Pam and Kash have the gonads to pursue?
Time will tell…
I think it begins with congressional investigations. Then any actionable crimes can be referred to Justice.
Biden: a true Piece of Sh1t right up to the very last minute….
[…] those who engaged in the benefit of Joe Biden selling the influence of his office for financial gain, are attempting to preemptively pardon themselves from any investigation or prosecution of their criminal conduct.”
given the diversity of his record breaking number of pardons, there is a long line of people who took advantage of the situation with Joe’s dementia for their own benefit.
I thought a pardon is for an existing conviction or existing jail time. You cannot issue a pardon for the possibility you might be indicted at a later time.
If what Biden just did holds true, then what’s there for future Crime Families to pillage the country then issue pardons for themselves after?
That’s a sure way for the Republic to fall. Not only that people will not trust anyone in power, knowing they might do things in the open…
Imagine a President with Congressional support steals openly and laughs in your face, then issues a pardon for the future so you cannot touch him and his associates… Crazy?!
they can do anything they want and more.
The steal wasnt done in 2024 because the Tech Bros needed new negotiation people in Government to further their ambitions and access to more Federal Money (they also knew it wouldnt be believable to the Left either and they need useful idiots for the future).
if the inteception of ballots is the only reason we won, I’d be shocked. my guess would be they knew the outcome prior and made it look close to keep the illusion.
2020 steal – raped us and ended with pardons for that raping.
—–
if it isnt addressed, then we only have 4 years to harden our defenses (away from IRS’s ability to take money from your bank; ability to evade debt (even if that means selling your stuff to a family member, declaring bankruptcy, then them letting you use it until you die; )
So you the Crime families are invincible and outsmarted Trump/MAGA for the future? Don’t be so sure!
so far. i hope they didnt or cant.
and its not really outsmarting. its just stealing the white house and then using the power of the white house to cover the steal and all that followed. pretty simple. that seat is all powerful for the things they needed – usrurping, taking, and removing threats.
President Trump’s focus won’t be on what Joe’s team was. He will be focusing on foreign affairs to get American back in a good place. focusing on business at home, focusing on the dollar value… manufacturing at home…
he may chose to move on
Until all this can be sorted out, I’m waiting for Johnson to expel those Reps receiving pre-emptive pardons from their assigned committees, their House staff members pardons and the Reps’ security clearances need to be pulled. Pardoned staffers also prohibited from playing musical chairs within Trump’s admin. Capitol Police receiving pardons also need scrutiny – all officers falsely claiming faked injuries in 76ers’ trials must be terminated and prosecuted for perjury. We need to play hardball.
Agreed. This sets an absolute disaster for the survival of the Republic. You mean to tell me that another crime syndicate can attain power, do as they wish and then pardon each other? That’s banana Republic stuff.
thats where we are.
Now you see the reason for PDJT’s compromise looking partnerships – Elon, Vivek, Vance, Oracle, Meta, aws
got to work with the world you got
I think these pardons are for the time period up to the date of the pardon only.
To protect them from future prosecution of anything they did in the time frame indicated.
Which is absolutely ridiculous.
Yes, but they are still “blanket pardons” as they don’t specify what as yet uncharged crimes they are being pardoned for.
So many legal issues with this; its true Nixons pardon did not specify which crimes he was being pardoned for…but while that does establish a kind of precedent, its a weak one, as nobody clallenged it in Court, and took it to SCOTUS and got a ruling SAYING it was Constitutional and legal.
Usually, a pardon includes contrition, and here again we have no admission of guilt, let alone contrition.
In fact, even though the SCOTUS has stated a pardon IMPLIES guilt, none of these recipients has admitted any guilt, and in the pardon statements themselves, they deny any guilt, which is bass-,aquwards, to say the least.
Surely these pardons WILL be challenged, it WILL go to SCOTUS, and as SCOTUS weighs the questions, even the liberal justices will have to think not just in terms of Biden, but to consider PDJT, or any future POTUS.
CAN they pardon themselves? Almost the same thing, pardoning Biden Inc.
Lots of lawyers gonna make lots of $, argueing this.
“ Lots of lawyers gonna make lots of $, argueing this.”
That’s the goal, imho. Bankrupt these people, bleed out their money paying lawyers in an endless string of subpoenas and pardon appeals.
Huge opportunity to both get sunlight on corrupt people while also effectively fining them indefinitely using lawyer fees.
IANAL but took a quick read through the two main Supremes decisions, United States v Wilson (1833) and Ex Parte Grossman (1925). The scope of the pardon power seems to have been constructed using the history of the common law, which provides broad application except in the bar of impeachment. The application of the pardon power depends on the defendant accepting and producing the pardon as a deed in the court; that is I don’t know that it stops the DoJ from seeking an indictment and presenting a true bill to the court. Only after the bill is presented could the accused present his pardon for consideration by the trial court.
I would suggest to President Trump.. that Today He Pardons himself and his entire staff and everyone he knows for any future crimes until death… Lets see how the media reacts to it and the congress as well as the courts… Lets see if that kind of thing is actually allowed… It would speed up the process of making the pardons useless because the Media would MELT and so would the democrats
Indeed.
When the Marxist Dem “pardoned’ Criminals and their co-conspiriator MSM scream,…just tell them that we now playing by Biden’s rules.
Then Indict every last one of them. 2 can play this Crooked, Lawless game.
Make’em now lie in the beds they’ve made for themselves,…. in Leavenworth.
Here’s hoping SCOTUS slaps down Biden’s ‘preemptive’ pardons.
It shouldn’t be hard for the DOJ to indict them later, Joe just admitted they’re all guilty.
Just don’t have Comer & Jordan involved, they got zero done in 4 years.
The only way this doesn’t work out for Biden & his cohorts/family members is if the wrath of God, karma & sense of fair play come about. I’ll stick my faith there because our justice system is in its death throes. “Justice” was a nice intellectual idea that mankind failed once again. FJB just proved how the “law” works for the powerful.
Here’s hoping, yes. But John Robert’s is an obsequious coward when it comes to executive power. They’ll likely refuse to hear it.
Constitutionally, these pardons should be null and void, as they do not specify which crimes are committed and pardoned, and the receiving individuals had not, at the time of pardon, even been charged.
Every Republican in the country to should be on the nextworks saying “you wanted proof of criminal culpability? Here it is. These pardons are an admission of guilt.”
The several individuals should be investigated regardless, and any information discovered should be made public.
As the Supreme Court stated:
The Supreme Court has made clear that, subject to the exception for impeachment, the president’s power to grant pardons is “unlimited,” with virtually no oversight or limiting role for Congress. In Ex parte Garland, which involved President Andrew Johnson’s pardon of a lawyer who had served in the legislature of the Confederacy, the court indicated that the president’s pardon power covers all federal offenses. The president can issue a pardon at any point after a crime is committed and before, during or after criminal proceedings have taken place. The president cannot, however, pardon someone for future crimes. A pardon covers both the offender’s conviction for the crime and the sentence for that crime.
A pardon can be issued after the crime was committed but before any criminal proceedings. This applies to those FJB pardoned.
Also:
In Burdick v. United States, the Supreme Court addressed the case of a newspaper editor who declined to testify before a grand jury, invoking the Fifth Amendment, even after the president pardoned him. Burdick declined to accept the pardon, and he was held in contempt for refusing to testify. The question before the Supreme Court was what effect, if any, the unaccepted pardon had. The court ruled that a pardon becomes effective only if it is accepted. The court also compared immunity, granted by Congress, and a pardon, explaining that the differences are “substantial.” Unlike immunity, the court reasoned, a pardon “carries an imputation of guilt; acceptance a confession of it.”
If they accept the pardon, they are ‘confessing that they committed the crime’.
But:
A presidential pardon applies only to federal offenses, so it would leave open the possibility that anyone whom FJB pardoned could still face charges in state court. In 2019, in Gamble v. United States, the Supreme Court upheld the “dual-sovereignty” doctrine, which allows a state to prosecute a defendant under state law after the federal government has prosecuted him for the same conduct under federal law without violating the Constitution’s ban on double jeopardy.
If states have similar laws that the pardoned individuals broke they can be prosecuted. Plus their acceptance of the pardon can be used depending on state’s evidence laws.
All one has to do is look back at what the swamp and demo-fascists did to Trump. They tried to impeach him, they sued him in civil court and brought state charges in GA and NY. All of these are/were meant to prevent pardons from being used.
They don’t have to have criminal proceedings for the pardon to be issued but by accepting the pardon the individual is admitting that they did commit the crime.
Like Roe v Wade, if the court stated it once, they can unstate it. I just don’t have any hope that a court headed by John Roberts would take this up.
Interesting, PDJT enters CapitolOne Arena NONE of the Secret Service bunch was around him – just his personal security teams. The men are maybe 50ish+ and hyper vigilant – mean-looking SOBs. No Sean Curran his usual #1 Secret Service… This might be the reason for sudden changes in the different event locations and and last minute Capitol Statuary Hall or White House or outside or inside… Wonder if his security picked something up?
Nixon wasn’t convicted of anything either, but was pardoned by Gerald Ford…
I may be wrong, but there were specific crimes listed but Nixon resigned prior to any impeachment and conviction. But impeachment is a political event.
So, to me all bets were off on all of it.
Nixon was framed by the CYA to begin with.
“In late July, following its investigation and hearings, the House Judiciary Committee voted to adopt three article s of impeachment against President Nixon. 12 The first impeachment article alleged that the President obstructed justice by attempting to impede the investigation into the Watergate break-in. 13 The second charged the President with abuse of power for using federal agencies to harass his political enemies and authorizing burglaries of private citizens who opposed the President. The third article accused the President of refusing to cooperate with the Judiciary Committee’s investigation.”
PS Gerald Ford, who was on the Church committee, was the only formally unelected President. Everyone else, Bush Senior, Clinton, Bush Junior, Obama and Biden…were informally not elected.

Imagine how bankrupt we can make Mary McCord as she tries to fight revocation of the pardon by SCOTUS.
Poverty is an excellent answer to this problem.
Great argument you’ve made. Some of the Founding Fathers made the same argument. There is an example of a pre-emptive pardon: ex parte Garland from the 1800s. In any case, corruption is never okay. Originally, some of the Founders wanted to make sure the government could dispense mercy. I don’t think Mr. Biden was dispensing mercy.
