Six months ago, I was asked my opinion of the Silicon Valley alignment with MAGA. I said at the time I thought it would last around 18 months and finally climax with a large fracture in the political movement around 2026. I had no idea at the time, the group of technocrats would begin publicly advocating for replacing American workers before Trump took office.
For the past several days I have watched Vivek Ramaswamy, David Sacks, Elon Musk and his big tech influencers debating with their followers about the importance for them to continue expanding H-1b visas for foreign tech workers. It is stunning to see this crew double, triple and quadruple down on advocacy, while defining American workers as inadequate for their Silicon Valley needs.
Alas, it is what it is. Within the argument Musk, Ramaswamy, Sacks and group have presented multiple justifications for their foreign worker assistance programs, while advocating for expanded immigration support therein.
Within the tone of their argument, they essentially say the American worker is (1) not intellectual enough; (2) doesn’t have the right work ethic; and the latest point of justification is that (3) American culture is to blame for their need to import foreign workers.
As Vivek Ramaswamy recently said, “Our American culture has venerated mediocrity over excellence for way too long (at least since the 90s and likely longer). That doesn’t start in college, it starts YOUNG.” Thus, as the narrative is sold, American workers need to be replaced with more culturally appropriate Indian tech workers.
When the Indian-American starts saying Indian culture is more adequate at creating workers for the American tech industry, he loses me completely.
If the Indian culture is the holy grail breeding ground for software engineers, then why isn’t New Delhi replacing Silicon Valley?
Considering that factually the Indian culture is entirely based on a caste system, the argument is even more absurd.
What we need are training and recruitment centers for American students. However, the larger issue within the billionaire tech team advocacy is an issue of self-interest.
What we see in the justifications and arguments of the Ramaswamy, Musk and Sacks group is a very specific point of immigration policy for their subset within a singular sector of the American economy. Perhaps this would not be such a big issue, if these points of advocacy were coming from outside government interest groups. However, with this tech team going into the administration, the influence becomes something a little bigger.
The part the Tech Group do not understand is the core of the American DNA, “Liberty“…
It is only from the position of liberty, intellectualism actualized in freedom form, that the working culture of America, the ingenuity part, can be understood.
If you attempt to quantify Americanism with math and algorithms, the translated outcome always fails.
Dear Vivek Ramaswamy, my counter take…
Several years ago, Florida Power and Light won the prestigious international Edward Demming Award for excellence in multi-platform engineering, efficiency superiority and total quality in the process of energy management.
However, the scruffy rednecks did not blow every PhD intellectual out of the water with slide rules, CAD programs, articulated and quantified quality improvement processes and engineering acumen. They did it with hard hats and dirty fingernails.
Because they lost the award, the jaw-agape Japanese spent 6 months visiting and reviewing FPL and later published a 1,000-page study essentially saying FPL “wasn’t really good, they were just lucky.”
You see, the reviewers couldn’t actually quantify the reason why the Florida-based energy company was so successful. In response the FPL field leadership laughed, took out magic markers and wrote on the back of their hard hats: “WE’RE NOT GOOD, WE’RE RUCKY.”
A few years later, every single Kuwaiti oil field was blown up by Saddam Hussein. Global analysts and think-tanks proclaimed it would take 5 years to cap them all off and restart the Kuwait oil pumping industry. Well, the Kuwaiti’s and Saudi’s called Texans, who had them all capped and back in working order in 6 months.
We are a nation that knows how to get shit done.
A few more years pass, and the Northern Chile mine workers were trapped two miles underground. The eyes of the world began to tear as the word spread. Most began to whisper no one could save them. Who did they call for help? A bunch of hick miners from USA coal country who went down there, worked on the fly, engineered the rescue equipment on site, and saved every one of them.
Yup, that’s our America. Ingenuity born from freedom.
Across the pond a half-breed Islamic whack job, armed with an AK-47 and a goal to meet his virgins, began opening fire on a train in France. The scruffneck Americans on board didn’t run to the nearest safe room and hide themselves amid baguettes and brie. They said, “let’s go”, and beat the stuffing out of that little nut with a death wish.
Legion d’Honneur or not, that’s us. WE ARE AMERICANS! That’s just how we roll.
In fact, Lady Liberty can stroll along the Champs-Elysées with a swagger befitting Mae West because without her arrival, they’d be speaking German in the Louvre. Yet, for the better part of the past decade, a group of intellectual leftists have been teaching our children that it’s better to be sitting around a campfire eating sustainable algae cakes and picking parasites off each other; because ‘save the planet’, or something similarly minded. It would appear, they hate the outcomes and inequities from freedom.
Warmest regards,
Americans First!
My BEST advice to @elonmusk @VivekGRamaswamy @DavidSacks and the Silicon Valley tech elites, is to keep talking. Just keep telling Americans how terrible they are and how they need to be replaced. Great Job.

There is just so much to say in addition to this article.
Let me start off by saying that since the 1980s we have an abundance of educated American-born citizens in all the technical fields. The problem with these elite doofuses is that they are not willing to pay the salaries of these American-born engineers, scientists, mathematics, statisticians, etc… Instead, they hire Indians on a work visa. These Indians are worked to death with half the pay in hopes of getting a permanent resident card. Doesn’t PM Modi realize his country is being drained of its native talent?
Many of us in the technical fields have been screaming about this for decades! I hope Trump realizes this and puts a stop to it!
By the way, the high-level technical stuff, like creating an energy plant using nuclear waste, is being designed by an American-born female scientist who was trained at MIT.
Michelle Malkin revealed that the shortage of STEM majors that started being pushed in the 80s was a lie. I forgot the book it was in. Vivek the guy who had to copy expressions from Obama. And his fraud regarding an Alzheimer Drug he bought from GSK is egregious. It had already failed clinical trials. He changed the name and acted like it was revolutionary. His stock price increased. He sold his stock. And of course, it failed the trials.
Vivek is a con artist because of that Alzheimer’s Drug fiasco. But he made his fortune off of it by bilking others.
Modi thinks India will be on top of the world in a decade or two, and he may be correct.
Not if the educated are leaving the country.
Not mentioned are the quotas these companies need to fill with a percentage of jobs going to people only based on the pigment of their skin, regardless of talent. These un-American regulations need to be torn up!
It would be a crying shame if the Trump Coalition came apart even before he takes office.
Trump needs to stick with the core issues that got him elected.
He got no mandate for a lot of this other stuff.
The TRUE Trump Coalition is We The People. With God’s help we can defeat these Silicon Valley elitists.
Three of my favorite words, “We The People.” And with God’s help we can defeat – anything!
Exactly, Foxtrot – the mandate is NOT for THIS!
I understand Larry Ellison is behind the scenes on the Trump campaign – I don’t think he likes to make a public spectacle of himself – I saw him ONE time on tv a few years ago railing about “the cloud” and “people” (I was thinking he meant Bill Gates) . . .
“People who assure you, who tell you, it’s all going up in the cloud”.
Larry Ellison was so annoyed, “it all goes on servers, a lot of servers, there’s no cloud”. He was so disgusted, like a gynecologist saying to a patient, “My God, you’re forty years old and you don’t understand how this all works?”
If I could judge Larry Ellison on how he does things, one prime example is the beautiful Indian Wells Tennis Garden which he created here in the desert. A lot of work. A few years ago he had all these beautiful date palm trees brought in and had them planted around the entry . . . you could just see that each tree was carefully selected to be a part of this promenade. It is the most spectacular display along Washington Street at Miles. I wish the rest of Washington Street could look so good . . . Washington Street looks really tacky as you are coming off the 10 freeway onto Washington Street going south (for example, if you are headed to the Indian Wells Tennis Garden). I wish something of the caliber of the IWTG could be done with that area.
Anyway, Larry Ellison does things really with great care and excellence, I would say and I hope he is drumming some of these people on the head telling them to THINK: what-are-you-doing? Nimnuts. Will someone come on here and tell me that Larry Ellison is all for what they are saying about visas for foreign workers and these criticisms about American workers? I just can’t think that someone that can do things in such a classy and intelligent way could be as ham-handed.
MAGA will wither on the vine after Trump leaves. It doesn’t require a rocket scientist to see that coming.
There are trillions at stake and the Don Jr, Vivek, and DeSantis are not MAGA.
Righteous Rant, Sundance …
Academia Delenda Est!
Sundance , for past 5 years, I have been outsourcing accounting to India for a major CPG company.
I work and live with hundreds of Indians, H1B, and Indian-Americans.
Your cultural assessment is correct.
Will be heading back to Delhi in 2 weeks for the forth time. I dread that place.
My US based company only promotes non-Americans for the past 10 year. Even pays massive relocation & legal expenses.
Like all things, I know there are exceptions. Regardless, we don’t need any more foreigners coming into USA.
Some 25 years ago, we were protesting illegal aliens for taking American jobs. Sometimes an American tech worker would come up to me with his hat pulled low to tell me in hushed tones that our government was helping Indian tech workers to get temporary work visas in order to take Americans’ jobs. Of course they worked for less money and got government help to stay here permanently. American tech workers were scared to death to complain. If they did, they said they would be fired and blackballed so they could never work in tech again.
SD, you, politely told Vivek to stick it where the sun don’t shine. BRAVO!!!
Will Elon and Vivek need to replace the US Military with foreigners before we can invade Panama, Greenland and Canada? Or at least replace the US Military’s tech workers?
You know that’s not a bad idea. Let the foreigners go fight and die or get their limbs blown off if they are so much better for America. Let them fight and die as all the dumb Americans and their ancestors did.
These billionaires are in for a very rude surprise if there’s a serious military conflict. There aren’t too many Americans willing to fight for a status quo where foreign billionaries openly sneer and discriminate against them. Let their precious H1Bs go fight the banker wars.
If we lose a war Elon and Vivek have a home country they can return to with all their bags of money. So, they don’t care.
Now I will wait and see just what President Trump will DO, not what he will SAY, but his actions specifically on H-1B visas.
I want ALL H-1Bs gone, ALL overstayed visas gone. Rules can be changed.
If Silicon Valley only wants to hire Indians let those companies all move to India.
Maybe Trump needs to offer American incentives ONLY to companies that hire AMERICANS NOT FOREIGNERS on visas.
I am so ticked off. Beginning to wonder if there are not just Decepticons but also Deceptechnocrats.
PT is sympathetic to H1 Visas….it is how he runs some of his hospitality companies especially where tourist season exist. Hope he sees the difference with tech.
Meanwhile the tech oligarchs go down to MaL and hand PDJT $1 million each for his inauguration. I hope he can see through their tactics, but he has fallen for flattery before….
I voted for Trump, after NOT in 2016 or 2020, for ONE REASON – he promised to STOP the destruction of American workers.
As a former software engineer, I worked with a number of H1-B visa holders.
In addition to their greatest weakness — COMMUNICATION, which is the most important aspect in guaranteeing successful outcomes — these foreign workers are held hostage and will work a lot of overtime for no additional money (being on salary) because if their company fires them, they must either find a new job/sponsor quickly or leave the country (or stay and be here illegally).
It’s the invisible version of the suicide prevention nets surrounding the tech factories in China.
Maybe Silicon Valley needs some?
I second that, ShainS. I don’t work for tech, but I work as medical billing analyst reviewing medical and billing records before they are incorporated into documents going to trial.
The data input for cases can require 3-100 hours, depending on the complexity of the case. Rather than pay Americans to do the data input–for which we ARE QUALIFIED to do–these services are done offshore in India for $6.25/hr rather than onshore by Americans for $30/hr. (Actually, offshore data workers are salaried, but for an American calculation of 2,080 hrs/year, this is what it works out to hourly. In reality, it is less, as they put in overtime free of charge as salaried workers.)
So: my company not only refuses to pay Americans a fair price for jobs they can do WITHOUT the communication barriers that eat up a lot of time, they exploit their workers in India for unpaid overtime.
Who needs H-1B when companies can opt for this? Pursuit of the Almighty Dollar/Profit at all costs will be the end for many US companies.
Trump is still the BOSS. Hopefully he sees what’s happening here…
“Personnel is Policy”.
He sees everything. He didn’t before, but he’s not the same guy now. Trial by fire.
Trump changed drastically after the bullet to the ear, and not for the better.
I’m not sure I agree with that.
Thank you Sundance! I rarely post on x but these comments got me fired up. As a software engineer, I see the alleged top . 1% of talent he is talking about. Trust me they are crap workers who just serve to lower wages. We need to absolutwly humilliate these fools who want to import more workers.
Depending on the industry, the current American worker ain’t what it used to be. We need massive cultural and educational changes until the average American worker is worth hiring. Sad, but these tech guys are right. My wife and I both hire a lot of people and you should try finding a worthwhile employee under 35.
Stop paying peanuts and you’ll attract better American workers.
Lol… thank you for letting us know you’ve never been in charge of hiring anyone or owned a business who is hiring.
We are not talking about Hour wage earners but US citizens that actually paid tuition to qualify for a job….doesn’t spell out as slackers.
Most people over 35 remember being able to buy a house, a car, and afford to have a family and a family vacation even as a HS graduate. Now most people cannot have those things even with a college degree. Why work your ass off when it gets you not much, but only gets the house, family, and vacations for the business owner?
So true, Stephanie.
I’m an independent contractor for one company, still living off of pre-Covid hourly wages. After the last two years of record profits, the salaried staff have gotten their 3-4% wage increases with bonuses, but whenever we have asked for some of that profit be allotted to us, we are told “it’s not in the budget.” I’d would love a $1/hr “raise.”
If Trump gets this economy going again, this 55-year-old will hopefully have more opportunities out there so I can kick the current company to the curb.
I started my engineering career in the late 60’s. The electronics company I worked for hired Operation Paperclip participants. More German was spoken than English in the labs. Often, they were hired in at 25% of US engineer wages. They were very talented. In the 1980’s, I worked for a beer company. Many Russian Jewish engineers were smuggled from behind the iron curtain. Again, low pay but lots of talent. However in both cases, American engineers were the majority. We all benefited. So this is not a new story, and, as Elon says, helps America. In fact you may find the “foreigners” are not castrated by the wokeness infecting our university graduates.
It doesn’t help America. It helps Elon.
Indians live like animals with 50 to a house in Silicon Valley. They may not be woke but they are racist instead.
You say: “We all benefited.”
That is NOT TRUE. AMERICAN WORKERS DISPLACED BY THESE FOREIGNERS DID NOT BENEFIT.
tour de force. after reading this article i’m ready to smack some elitist scum snout talking us down.
The biggest cities in India don’t have indoor plumbing or a functioning sewer system. People use the streets as their bathroom.
How much intellect and work ethic does that demonstrate?
This is a key point, not a trivial one. Victorian England created modern sewage systems with the technology of 1850 – wheelbarrows, spades, bricks and lots of burly lads who basically got paid in beer and sausages. EVERY COUNTRY IN THE WORLD could recreate that model in the 21st Century if they wanted to – but they don’t want to.
They worship cows but themselves live like animals.
Tucker Carlson H1-B, F1, OPT VISA: “The F1-OPT, in just four years from 2009 to 2013, replaced nearly half a million American jobs… And since employers who use H1B visas are not required to pay payroll taxes, they get, in effect, a tax subsidy for hiring foreigners over U.S. citizens. How’s that for America last?“https://x.com/i/status/1872444216548462647
In a sane world, companies sponsoring H1-B workers should pay at least triple the normal payroll taxes. That would help boost the sorely depleted Social Security “trust fund” and might partially offset the huge number of US workers who get laid off and end up on SSDI.
Another angle to the invasion! SPIT!!!
I’ve been on the fence with Musk. I’ll spare ya’ll my reasons. VI FAKE is a snake oil salesman and a Trojan Horse. Been saying it since day one. Been shouted down by VI FAKE supporters. Now..I feel better.
You’re not alone. I’ve always seen him as a PR guy for globalism among the GOPe. No point grousing about him being so close to Trump, since Trump knows what he’s doing. But yeah, it’s vindicating to see the stupid weasel showing his hand before the game has even begun. Let everybody see what he’s up to!
He’s a creepy dude who has some weird breeding program where he has children with different women. I’ve long thought he’s trying to breed particular traits into offspring. It’s not just immoral it’s creepy.
In college most of my professors were Indian. I worked with a lot of Indians. My doctors are ALL named Patel. They do not need be calling the shots in our Oval Office. FULL STOP!
Do a search on Jayant Patel, aka Doctor Death.
His mind is in the clouds and his talk is all make believe
Oh lord, the man’s a fraud, he’s a flim flam man
Pretty sure his comments today on X has ended any future in politics Mr. Ramaswamy thought he just might achieve.
Shakespeare phrase
‘Hoist with one’s own petard’. The expression is well-known, and it describes someone who has been scuppered by their own schemes, someone who has come a-cropper because of some mischief they intended against others. “
Not if he can get his people into America, who WILL vote on ethnicity.
Vivek on X — https://x.com/VivekGRamaswamy/status/1812929198433964249
“So proud of my friend, classmate, and fellow southwest Ohioan today. We used to watch Bengals games at the bar in law school, it’s awesome we’re now here a decade later with JD joining the strongest presidential ticket in our lifetime. He’ll be an outstanding Vice President and I look forward to everything ahead for him and for our country.”
JD Vance is/was buddies with Vivek.
I once read JD’s wife is related to Vivek. True? Maybe. Everything seems like crazy land right now.
JD has a son named Vivek.
Just like Scumbama in 2008! I tried to tell the guys that he was scum, total Muslim, anti-American, and pure communist. FAKE
I am the strongest for protecting American workers, but Vivek et al all DO HAVE justification for their claims about American workers. If you’re a businessman in America, you know that for the last several decades it has been almost impossible to find good, hard-working, young workers. They do not have the drive or desire to work to their best or hardest.
Ask any employer in any field, they will say the same thing. I’ve talked to dozens and dozens of businessmen from all types of industries. They say the same thing. It’s a culture issue.
The young people (mid-age now) are fine with “good enough”, just mediocre. Excellence is not in their work ethic. It’s a fact. I’ve personally struggled against this very thing in my own business. There are a few who are the exceptions to this, but for the most part Vivek et al are right.
Stop paying peanuts and you’ll attract better American workers.
Again, thank you for proving to all of us that you have never hired anyone or owned a business where you’ve had to hire anyone.
Even Sundance doesn’t understand the actual problem here.
Lots of new names chiming in to support putting America last – strange…
Yeap, always happens.
Outsourcing offshore or to a subcontractor is the definition of “fine with good enough.” They will do what is in the spec if you are lucky, but never one iota more. There is no reason for them to ever go above and beyond. Their only incentive is to get the fee and get the job over with as little work as they can get away with.
It’s easy for us to blame the young generation worker but do we stop to see how businesses have evolved over the years? How do they treat their workers compared to the past….do they offer decent healthcare? Do they offer advancement opportunities that are actually quantifiable? Do they offer long term benefits like pensions…401ks? One could argue that increasing government regulations, rules, have pinched business to the point of having to come down on employees to curb cost. But the bottom line may be the reason for bad work ethic= not so great employers.
There were plenty of bad ones in the past but at least back then if you put in your 40 hours a week, even at a crappy job, you could afford a house, a family, a car and put food on the table. Now, not so much.
Then these businesses should go to India and they can have endless Indian workers.
BINGO!!!
Or maybe they would like to at least be able to afford their own house before they break their backs for an employer? Whereas new imports will work for cheap and have several compatriots as roommates and don’t mind it so much. You did see the slum photos from India, didn’t you?
.
I might agree with you regarding laborers and lower-skilled workers. NOT re white American boys without a background “sob story” who have had to figuratively beat their heads against walls from middle school on, and maintain exemplary grades, test scores, and outstanding extracurriculars just to get a chance to maybe get into a top college STEM program over the past 20 or so years.
.
Elon’s done a surprising amount of good nobody but someone like him could do (I really didn’t expect it, I find him pretty cringe)… hopefully he still keeps doing good besides this
Love seeing the massive pushback from American voices, and I think it’s taking our tech team more than a bit by surprise. Unlike others I think this is a good time to highlight any cracks in the overall MAGA movement—people are fired up, they’re engaged, they are unafraid to shout back and aggressively advocate for American citizens over foreigners. Kicking this issue down the road might’ve risked a populace comfortable with wins (such as active deportations) and softening on legal immigration (which imo needs to be sharply curtailed for at least a decade while we get our education system on the right track).
Hey!!! America First!!!
Are you kidding me…hiring foreigners to run the technology that is being built to enslave us.???
No, No and No!
Train Americans.
.
And this is an outstanding point. These are the people who ALSO have caved to DEI, censorship, and other crackpot anti-Anerican ideas. These are not people schooled in or who care about the Bill of Rights or our history or values. (And, by the way, the supermajority of Indian workers hail from the top castes, and are quite arrogantly elitist. They are not your old-time European scientist refugees.)
Side note. We keep hearing about how recent “immigrants” have made America richer and not harmed American workers. Taking out the corporate lower-wage advantages of the most recent billionaire tech company profits, a lot of this nonsense is based on studies from the 90s and 10s that have looked at, inter alia, the wave of Iranian immigrants after the fall of the Shah and similar.
These studies’ methodologies would look at and compare immigrant “worker” education and pay scales, and the effects on American workers, etc. They crow about increased not decreased opportunities. What they ALL completely have ignored have been the economic infusions and benefits from wealthy entreprenurial “immigrants” who were never, or only briefly marginally anyone’s worker employees.
.
Sundance most readers don’t know about the Kuwaiti oil fields or the Chilean miners. Americans get things DONE!
Sundance has no clue of what the problem actually is. These heroic stories he tells us just isn’t what is actually happening when employers go looking for qualified help. These are great stories what they have nothing to do with what the actual problem is.
The problem is employers evidently look at third world workers, compare them to Americans, and expect Americans workers to take abuse like they do, saying Americans are lazy if they don’t. What the…
Post a job and keep raising the advertised compensation package until actual qualified Americans applies for the job however, as employer you must then adjust the costs of what you sell to fund the higher compensation package while your competitors don’t. Americans then purchase the much cheaper products or services. Your market place shrinks and cost cutting ensues.
Unless there is a level playing field without any illegal workers American workers are screwed.
Mr Bot?
No, but your inability to respond coherently proves you are.
.
What kind of “qualified help” are you referring to? Tree pruners, house cleaners… or computer scientists?
.
I have four people who work for me that some call tile cutters, wood cutters or just carpenters who work when they want to work, vacation when they want to and clear $250k a year so put that in your pipe and smoke it.
.
Okay. I believe you. Construction laborers. That’s not what these tech guys are talking about importing, under the pretext that they can’t find American computer coders and engineers. For a white boy to have got into and graduated from a top, or just above-average school in this area, given the college admissions criteria over the past two decades, he’s likely to have been an exemplary student and hard worker.
.
Sundance May be in error but the facts came out before Sundance came to be.
I’ve about had enough of Musk and Ramaswampy. Starting to feel not so good about what is coming up.
They should stick to what they know. D.O.G.E
They will probably use DOGe to get rid of Americans and replace them with foreigners too if this is their attitude. Trump should kick all three of the to the curb immediately!
Nothing overseas is excellent or exceptional. If it is move there.
This is a bs argument. Stop all H1Bs and importing slaves.
If those people are so great move to India.
If all foreign workers are so great, and their culture is so awesome, why do they keep coming here?
These people pushing this hate Americans. Looting, pillaging, and sadism is their goal.
You are totally incorrect. Just like Sundance you don’t understand the real problem here.
Please elaborate. I, as would many others would like to see this explanation in depth.
.
Me too. Is he talking geologists here? Or tech helpline wage workers? Electrical engineers? Or lawn maintenance workers? Construction project managers? Or waiters?
.
Take a look on the next page.
I would acknowledge all of the points. I would differ on some of the interpretation that underlies the perspective however.
I actually do.
I might know a few.
You are incorrect and you don’t understand.
And you know how, exactly?
And Elon can take his ass back to South Africa if this is his attitude towards Americans, and make SA great again since he is so smart.
But then he would not have the American taxpayer paying for many of the “government” subsidies and government contracts that make his businesses so profitable for him.
Thank you!!!
Seems we’re not the only ones discussing this issue; CFP just posted this:
https://www.newsweek.com/h1b-immigration-visas-india-elon-musk-vivek-trump-2006308
Someone may have already contributed this – an analysis of Indian culture-resulting personality traits by someone from India who can see the big picture of the ‘workers worldview’.
{ India: It’s Worse Than You Think… }
“… I grew up in Bhopal in central India. Since as early as I can remember, I worked in my father’s printing press. I studied engineering in the nearby city in Indore and went to Manchester Business School in Britain to do an MBA. I returned to India to set up a subsidiary of a British company, which was a huge success. When I lived in Delhi, I wrote for the mainstream Indian media. I traveled widely in India and around the world.
I had first returned to India with the idea of improving it, but after 11 years, I realized that India was a sinking ship, with worsening and increasingly shameless corruption, degraded people, and a society that was falling apart. I had never met an honest bureaucrat or politician. I applied to emigrate to Canada and my application was approved in a record three weeks.
I now advise East Asian and Western corporations on investing in India. Most of what I tell them sounds to them exaggerated, unrealistic, and unbelievable. After much dance, drama, and a great deal of lost money, they begin to believe what I tell them. However, this learning is never institutionalized because of a refusal to understand India. This is a form of political correctness, a poison eating away the innards of Western values.
When I was a child growing up in India, I learned that “might makes right.” Power was often abused, with those in control acting as if they had a God-given right to exploit and dominate others. The display of authority could be so extreme that questioning it or expecting those in power to do their duty might lead to retribution. Those in authority seemed to believe that their positions were not for serving others but for personal gain.
…”
This article is edification; I can see more clearly now why Vivek-&-family scammed billions out of investors to get rich off an already-proven-failure of a pHARMa drug by re-branding it & lying profusely about its “potential successful performance & profit potential”.
Can’t trust a pHARMa snake oil salesman; double that for this one.
Came in to post this. Read the whole essay, Treepers.
The link isn’t blue, so it’s easy to miss — it’s the “[India: It’s Worse Than You Think…]” at the beginning of AmaraGrace’s comment. Leads to Zerohedge, Authored by Jayant Bhandari via American Renaissance.
A lot of Westerners (especially Americans and especially Americans who’ve never been to a non-Western country) fail utterly to understand that our values are not universal, but cultural, inseparable from Christianity. India’s caste system and Hinduism is an exercise in sadism, and it doesn’t surprise me in the least that that spills over into every other aspect of life there.
BINGO!!! Winner, winner chicken dinner!!!
If we do bring in foreigners, IT BETTER DARN WELL BE ONLY FAITHFUL CHRISTIANS!!!
Make your own countries great again!!!
We will watch who sides with whom. Very interesting but I feel like I have been here before. Ground hogs day
Yes, in the 2016 election… and then candidate Trump was taking the side of the Disney IT workers who were training their H1-B replacements before losing their jobs.
Yep. If they refused they wouldn’t get severance pay! They must have thought people forgot about that but they didn’t.
Another thing that happens in tech is if you are an American you may not get a raise for years and years and the unspoken elephant in the room is that if you dare to ask for one they will replace you with a foreigner on a visa. Then what? Work for Uber?
We can not expect foreigners to have any concept of the common sense concept of unalienable rights. We are the only country on earth who have ever done that. While I admit that modern day Americans mostly have no clue what unalienable rights are, they are still raised with the assumptions that they are free to live their own way as long as they allow other people to do that as well.
Let’s see…Most of these people are immigrants or maybe first Gen.
They no nothing of America or Americans. Not necessarily their fault, because they can’t know, which is the same reason they shouldn’t be doing what they’re doing.
They can go back and enjoy their ancestral homeland at anytime.
This import worker stuff is a combination of lies and neo slavery.
For educational purposes:
Im sticking with what I said the first time. With a bit of a change after getting more information about these 2 guys.
I agree with SD, and most of you on a lot of this.
However, I personally believe that the talent pool is not up to par. I just look at the College Campuses, and the product they have turned out for quite some time, and I find it hard to believe there are enough qualified students to fill the spots, at the highest levels. Im not saying the H1B workers are any better. Im simply suggesting that higher education has been turned into a babysitting job, and these kids are taught Marxist ideology, where their views are not challenged, and their educators dont ask for the highest achievement possible. Just good enough and average is acceptable.
There certainly are exceptions to this, and there are quite possibly a pile of super smart, highly skilled engineers coming through the Colleges, that are American citizens.
But at the speed of how fast technological breakthroughs are moving, I repeat, that I would not be shocked to find out there simply aren’t enough.
As far as Vivek goes, since I wrote what I did, not long ago, he does now appear to be a Snake Oil salesmen, I do know a lot more about him now, that I did not know at the time of writing that old post. His rise seems rather unlikely, and many of those details I was not aware of. Seems a little sus, at this point. He rode coattails and latched on to get where he is. Smooth talker, fast talker. Just a little too much. He makes my spidey sense tingle somewhat.
As far as Elon goes, I still sit on the fence.
He very much seems like his heart is in the right place. There is 0 question about SpaceX being the king of the hill for that particular set of high end goals and accomplishments. His company does what no other can do at this point, at a lower cost than any other entity. When I’ve seen video of his staff during the launches, the control rooms and other spaces certainly is dominated by white tech bro’s. So I cannot see that he needs workers from India or anywhere else to accomplish what he has. It isnt him himself, of course, doing all the heavy lifting. I do not know the number of H1B workers he has at all of his company’s. But if SpaceX is any indication, it seems that diversity is not high on the list of things going on. Tesla also does not have a company that can compete with that level of engineering. And from seeing video, it seems his staff look to be mostly white, mostly young men.
If I am mistaken about the number of workers he has that are not American, Im all ears. Ive just not seen that in videos, or any numbers, posted anywhere.
All that being said, it would help, if there were new rules, that limit the number of H1B workers, if not eliminate them altogether. But…..and I know a but, after any statement seems weak, however…..
The facts as I see them, are that the American Education system needs to be ripped out of the hands of the left. Get back to math and the sciences, and get at them hard. Reward excellence. Reward employers that hire American talent, by paying them properly. When you pay these kids the money they deserve, the American kids will get er done. I have 0 doubt about the ability to learn and bring their skills to the table. But the left needs to booted out of this system, yesterday, and get back to rewarding American students, and workers, and give them a much higher incentive to produce top tier product and work. Get rid of the woke, and the sky’s the limit.
As it stands now, there is no incentive for Corporations to hire and pay these kids the money they deserve. Or even pay American engineers, who are already in the system, what they deserve, when they can just hire the H1B holders, and pay them a lot less, and abuse them.
This is systemic in nature, and it needs to be changed. America First only works when the rules get changed for hiring these out of country workers.
Right now, I see things as they are, not what I want them to be.
You actually took screenshots of Treepers posts?
That is some stalker level crazy stuff.
Really ? Wow!
Unbelieveable😬🥴🙄🙄😡🤬

Yeah,
Seth has reached S.o.b. status for me.
Taking screenshots of other Treepers

India: It’s Worse Than You Think
by Tyler Durden
Monday, Dec 23, 2024 – 06:40 PM
Authored by Jayant Bhandari via American Renaissance,
Most Westerners know nothing about India beyond vague ideas about Hinduism, yoga, gurus, and maybe a dash of Bollywood. To such people, this article will be a rude awakening…
I grew up in Bhopal in central India.
I could tell you a thing or two about Indian doctors I have worked for – but I won’t because my mother told me if you can’t say anything good about a person say nothing at all.
They shouldn’t be a DOGE if their attitude is to replace American workers with foreigners that will accept anything from an employer in order to not have to go back to their country. How would they run DOGe with this attitude?
This is like the communists who on election night started tweeting stuff similar to “If you wanted $10 tomatoes I guess you got what you wanted…”
In late 2018, the company I worked for that engineered, tooled and manufactured plastic automotive components, decided to move all tooling, engineering and project management staff to the plants – actually laid 95% off and claimed they were going to have the plants hire replacements. I was 63 YO and although I kept trying for two years (through COVID), I couldn’t get hired to a comparable job, even if I relocated. So I retired. Now I keep hearing about “work ethics” issues with the new college grads . . . while we boomers were booted to the curb.
I empathize, gz.
At 55, I’m hoping that AI won’t take over my job before I am 60. Whenever it does happen, I’ll probably have to retire early (sigh). Preparing now for what seems to be inevitable….If I can get 4 years of a booming economy/investments in Trump 2.0 that I had with Trump 1.0, forced early retirement may be a softer landing……
Thank you, Sundance, for providing us with reliable, well researched information.
I look at all of the political winds swirling around us as a crash course in “We The People.” President Trump’s victory in November was huge, but that’s only one battle. The Anti-Liberty forces of evil will never give up. We must continue to prayerfully fight every day for our God-given Natural Rights.
President Trump needs our prayers for Divine Intervention. He needs protection from the grifters and “corporatists” that seek to defeat MAGA. The fight is never-ending.
It is interesting that Laura Loomer decided to throw flames so early in this process, before President Trump even takes office.
More interesting is to watch the tone-deafness of the Silicon Valley unfold before the eyes of the world – and, after many have posted for them to stop digging the hole they are in, deeper they continue to dig.
President Trump is going to have to step in soon or there won’t be any D.O.G.E. or, if Loomer gets her way, feeling her oats so finding a new target no Kennedy Jr in NIH either.
Take a look at the responses on X to Vivek and Elon. They are getting SLAMMED and rightly so. No one is buying this.
Well said, every word. The only thing I would add would be a little mouse displaying a single finger salute.
Oh, and perhaps “repeal the H1b visa provision of the statute.” Have a shortage of a certain skillset? Do what American companies have always done: start training programs to train Americans.
If they want Indians, go to India. Make America great by making Americans great. Not by imporing foriegners. Those countries need their own talent. Every country should be friends but able to be self sufficient. When the economies integrate and specialize, it becomes a weakness, like cells in the body, a cancer can then spread throughout. Human resilience benefits when the mistakes of a nation are isolated to that nation. For example, the shitiness of Kalifornia affects all of America because we are integrated and so it goes with nations on a global scale.
.
We don’t want more off-shoring. Not a solution or good retort. The tech mega-billionaires and mega-billionaire companies are not scraping to pay their employees.
.
🐂💩
I personally know tech people who had to train foreign workers as cheaper replacements for their own jobs.
So once again . 🐂💩
DJT is not even in office and this is a DOGE proposal? 🐂💩
My son is finishing up his computer science masters degree. Great work ethic, smart as a whip. Since he is not a pajeet or female..or brown in general…companies are ignoring him completely. It is so frustrating to both of us that we have invested this much and ir t will be difficult for him to get a job.
It must be even more frustrating to hear criticism of the American workers.
My youngest son is a trader for a big Wall St firm and runs into the same situation.
H1B is full of fraud. Indian workers come over under one employer, get benched or moved to another employer paying half the promised wage. Ask the clerk at your local Days Inn how he get here.
sorry to say it appears
all Trump’s election win did was swing power from one group of billionaires
to another group of them.
we were the fools thinking we had some kind of say.
maybe we will get a bone or 2 tossed our way
but the good stuff will always be kept from reach

Hackers had ‘full functional control’ of Nasa computers
During Obama all of NASA was pillaged. Everyone thinks the South African is so smart….is he really? Our life-long government thugs got paid for all that advanced intelligence.
American engineers are smart and innovative. But they want to get paid. Visa HB1 etc are just blah. They don’t have it, because if they did then India would be a world leader.
Silicon Valley has our NASA advanced research. They already have the innovation that WE paid for. These nerds just need copy-cat thirdworlders to grind because the hard work and genius has already been done.
There hasn’t been innovation in Silicon Valley since Steve Jobs died. Tech is producing tracking and spy devices to control populations for meglomanics. These nerds are just paid lackies of the government. A government that murders all around the world in our name. The subcontractors of war. Some Google engineers complained that the AI software they sent to Israel was being used as genocide. That is what Google and Amazon work on now. Genocide.
DC is very interested in the AI software too. It is used in close quarters…. like states and urban areas. Probably those drones were mapping us.
It is not hard to figure out that we are in deep trouble. We got sold by our own government. Big Pharma and Big AG have been poisoning us for decades. No one cared that 1 in 36 of our kids have autism. If you say anything Americans flip out “anti-vaxxer” and continue to act like it is some kind of mystery. The loss of the Constitution is the least of our worries now. They want us dead and they want our stuff.
The fact that most people don’t believe that is what is happening is just a dream come true for these sociopaths.
Well, if technotyranny is their game, and it does appear that it is, I suppose they would prefer foreigners with no qualms about illegal spying, taking away Americans rights, and putting us down every chance they get. And if they can pay them $9 an hour to do it even better. Some serious evil afoot against Americans.
They know if they can break the American people they will have won the world. No one else will fight back if we go down. Game over.
We only see the shadows on the wall.
What is behind the Vivek and Elon shadows?
What is behind the Don Jr shadow? [If Don Jr is the future, MAGA disappears in an instant.]
What is behind the Patel and Bondi shadows?
But most of all, what is behind the JD shadow? [He is the puppet of the tech oligarchs, we already know that much!]
I never liked Ramaswamy, I think he’s for one thing: Ramaswamy.
Musk is useful but should be dealt with carefully. He’s in the gray zone because of his transhumanist man-machine merger ideas.
That’s not gray zone ideas!
American schools are not turning out kids who can read and do math and science. We need to change how schools are teaching our kids. How about school choice . How about somehow (I don’t know how) lessening the influence of Unions and the government mandated DEI, targeting of parents, Trans education, sex change,Trans males in girl’s sports.tc. etc. Hopefully that will all change with DJT as demanded by the voters. Unfortunately, it will take time and the kids who are now in school will suffer.
.
This is true “in general”, but these companies aren’t looking for the libarts etc. majors. There are plenty of extremely hard-working and brilliant American boys in the STEM majors in top universities who have had to buck enormous discrimination just to be there in the first place, given the admissions “criteria”.
.
So, in one breath we admit to having schools in the US that are failing society. The next breath we wonder why US citizens aren’t getting the “good” jobs.
Some aren’t seeing what the real problem is. It will take at least a generation to fix this. In the meantime someone else thats more qualified and will work for less is going to do the work.
America is its people, not its government or a plot of land. The handful of successful brown people or foreigners we’ve got in the coalition doesn’t change that. Vivek’s obligation is to the American people — not companies, not foreign workers, not the stock price. America is what it is because of its people and if he doesn’t understand that or insists on being a “nation of immigrants,” he can f–k off back to wherever he belongs to make it “great.”
Sigh. The campaign was about stopping illegal immigration and deporting those who came here illegally.
How many people in the USA were aware of this monumental salvage operation to the utterly mad act of Soddaam Inseinn. This should have been the most catastrophic act of environmental terrorism EVER. The prevailing winds blew eastward. If those wells had not been capped and had spewed oil for years, they would have destroyed hundreds of thousands of Sq miles of ag land in Iran and beyond
Millions might have starved
So who in America even knows who was in charge? What was the name of the name of chief Company fighting these monstrous flames? Were Americans killed? (Yes) What percentage of Americans knows the answer to any of these questions?
Meanwhile, what percentage know the name of Rodney King? And what great thing did he do, other than mindlessly try to avoid arrest after he was mindlessly operating a vehicle under the influence of any number of drugs. I think somewhere in the difference between the coverage of those stories is the reason for America’s decline
