What Murkowski fails to understand is that President Trump is not a cause of her republican party failure, President Trump is our response to her republican party failure. President Trump represents our weapon, her last chance, her choice.

Alaska has tried but can’t get rid of her. She lost the GOP primary some years ago, refused to accept defeat so ran as a write in and squeaked by. My bet is Alaskan Democrats saved her tush. I lived in Alaska. Beautiful scenery but cold in winter (60 below in Fairbanks). In summer the sun doesn’t set on June 21 and the mosquito is the state bird. I doubt Murkowski loves Alaska like Hillary loves Arkansas.

Actually the majority of residents are short term, transients, with no roots or attachment to our lands up here.
Alaska is essentially a multitude of completely urban people with long drives or flights between cities. There is not a substantial rural population like the outside states.
Most employment is fed, state and local government so we are overwhelmed with west coast lefties, Karen types with their limp wristed weasel men they dominate.
The villages have become ghettos. We had never relied on cops, the Elders word was law. The youth is disrespectful, lazy, high on meth or into alcohol. Most young Native youth don’t know their language, land, culture and the education system (highest cost per student) is 3rd world.
Our villages are now run by loud, obnoxious women, which is an affront to our traditional cultures. Powerful matriarchs were the center of families, and nothing happened without their approval, but they were not involved in public politics. Now they just argue who will get access to profit from the grant and public fundings which is the basis of rural economies.
The Permanent Fund perpetuates state government, and the carpetbagger politicians come up to join the ravens in plundering the funds.
Juneau is rotten, but sadly we have the compromised, corrupt and incompetent government we deserve.
