He or she is not a cabinet member nor a “department” in IMHO. That position should be filled by whomever the president chooses and no meddling by the senate. I watched the video and read your thread Sundance. My response is that Snowden got basically kicked out of the country for “telling the truth”. He became a naturalized Russian citizen in 2022 by what I found on the web.

I read the “read this” and I have to say Sundance could improve his writing of the truth by revealing sources and names he has not named in this article.
Sundance states “When doing these research projects, you discover that certain DC “insiders,” media people and current/former silo staff, names most of you know very well, are also aware of the information you are discovering.”
Other paragraphs and comments also refer to “bad actors, those who they do not talk about” and more. The Last Refuge comment guidelines spell out pretty clearly how we need to get to the truth.
4.) AVOID GENERALIZATIONS – Do NOT speak in riddles. Words like “he, she, they, it, them” should rarely be used. Spell out “who” using the name, spell out who “they” are at the beginning of every sentence in your paragraph; so that there is clarity as to who you are talking about. Avoid using acronyms.
There are readers and commenters that have been in the Treehouse for many years and also some very new. Whether by memory or newness, everyone here does not keep these “names” front and center. I also realize that comment guidelines are not Sundance guidelines.

My father-in-law once attempted to perform a citizen’s arrest on Rep. Leon Panetta back in the 80’/90’s (?) in Monterey CA for treason and was laughed at, mocked and quickly shown the door, although his assertion at the time was in fact constitutional.

Article 1, Section 8 Clause 15 regarding militias, which he can extrapolate into “citizen” militias even being provided for by Congress, but for this purpose to “suppress insurrections”
Article 3 Section 1 regarding judges performing “In good Behaviour” which one can say they are not performing as
Article 3 Section 3 regarding Treason, and the need for only Two Witnesses (not defined but could be ordinary citizens)
9th Amendment: “The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people”.
His conclusion is that We the People, have the authority to have a citizen militia, provided for by the Constitution, be lawfully able to go to Capitol Hill, with Two Witnesses with knowledge of the Constitution, and arrest the entire government and judges on charges of Treason.
It does make sense, but I am not a “Constitutional” professor or lawyer.
My response to him was the same as those when he tried to arrest Panetta, “Yeah, you and what army?”

Exposing the truth to the people? That is what we heard from Jordan, Comey, Johnson, Biggs, etc. etc. They wanted us to know the truth about the crimes, but they didn’t want to hold anyone accountable for the crimes. I don’t agree with your take on it, but I am expecting that the establishment will attempt to massage our expectations down to an impotent rage.
On the other hand, this is it… If PDJT allows all these things to slide, everyone in his orbit will be hunted till the end of days, or rot in jail. And no pardon will save them.
PDJT knows he’s in a deathmatch.
Thus, I am cautiously optimistic.
Why do people think pardons will save them? It simply stops the repercussions of a person. Not a business entity or civil suits. The courts should proceed anyway to expose corruption. It shouldn’t hide the truth. I’m not sure why anyone thinks a pardon’s worth anything. The search for truth is worthy in its own right. Just because there won’t be jail time doesn’t mean it won’t expose facts.
When I was in finance, the first thing I would ask clients:
“Do you trust the government?”
Most said, “no”, the rest laughed.
Italians have a saying… the truth, after the fact, won’t help you much.
Declassify all J6 materials.
