I see people hoping President Trump will pardon the J6 protestors who have been unfairly jailed and persecuted for four years. I hope he doesn’t. Having attended President Trump’s rally on January 6th I can tell you that I’ve anticipated many scenarios happening here at home over the last almost 4 years, and none of them are nice.

Andy McCarthy gave an interview today and he said that, if the pardon occurs before sentencing, then the conviction is erased. So, even though Hunter was convicted of these felonies by juries, it’s not official until his sentencing. I think the first sentencing was supposed to be 12/12/24, so not sure why they did give it a little extra time.
Hunter was to be sentenced on Dec. 12. Joe wanted to do the pardon before the sentencing. In many states, a person has not officially guilty and convicted until he is sentenced. By pardoning Hunter of any crimes he committed and any crimes he may have committed. Keeps him from becoming a convicted criminal.

During a Super Bowl game a few years ago someone threw a snowball at our big picture window and broke it.
We went outside and saw a single set of footprints in the freshly fallen snow.
We followed it to a house three doors down, where the footprints ended by going inside.
We knocked on the door and told the only “adult” in the house what happened. They came outside, saw the footprints (now three sets) and walked with us to our house where they could clearly see the footprints stop, and where they could clearly see the snow scooped up to make a snowball from our yard. No other footprints, anywhere.
The parent of that troubled youth refused to believe his son would ever do such a thing and fully backed his son’s assertion that he was innocent. Obvious proof of guilt meant nothing.
If I knew my child did something to harm another person or their property I would not pardon them, I would make them restore the damage they did as much as they could. Any parent gives a blanket pardon is part of the problem.
There is a big difference between making the child pay for the windows he broke with a snowball and sending him to prison for it. Also a big difference between vandalism with property damage and lying on a gun application. I agree he should pay his taxes.
How about extortion and treason. Would you pardon your son for 11 years for any crime he MAY HAVE committed? Would the fact that your son made a fortune for you matter that he was a criminal?

I see people hoping President Trump will pardon the J6 protestors who have been unfairly jailed and persecuted for four years. I hope he doesn’t. Having attended President Trump’s rally on January 6th I can tell you that I’ve anticipated many scenarios happening here at home over the last almost 4 years, and none of them are nice.
The worst thing I’ve imagined is being away from my husband of 50 years.
So if I were in the gulag right now, and had been there for any length of time, I can say without a doubt that I would not care if everyone thought I had been pardoned for committing a crime (I did not do), all I would want is to be with my husband again.
These people don’t just need to be pardoned, they need to be exonerated and paid back for being unjustly imprisoned by the criminals of the Biden Regime. I want to see GARLAND and WRAY in the cells the J6ers leave on Jan. 20, and I want them there for DECADES.

I wouldn’t be surprised if he’s been merching his position all along and those pardons are sitting in safety deposit boxes, waiting to be produced as needed. Just like a will, no one knows that the pardon is there or what’s in it until the right time.
Andy McCarthy gave an interview today and he said that, if the pardon occurs before sentencing, then the conviction is erased. So, even though Hunter was convicted of these felonies by juries, it’s not official until his sentencing. I think the first sentencing was supposed to be 12/12/24, so not sure why they did give it a little extra time.
Hunter was to be sentenced on Dec. 12. Joe wanted to do the pardon before the sentencing. In many states, a person has not officially guilty and convicted until he is sentenced. By pardoning Hunter of any crimes he committed and any crimes he may have committed. Keeps him from becoming a convicted criminal.

During a Super Bowl game a few years ago someone threw a snowball at our big picture window and broke it.
We went outside and saw a single set of footprints in the freshly fallen snow.
We followed it to a house three doors down, where the footprints ended by going inside.
We knocked on the door and told the only “adult” in the house what happened. They came outside, saw the footprints (now three sets) and walked with us to our house where they could clearly see the footprints stop, and where they could clearly see the snow scooped up to make a snowball from our yard. No other footprints, anywhere.
The parent of that troubled youth refused to believe his son would ever do such a thing and fully backed his son’s assertion that he was innocent. Obvious proof of guilt meant nothing.
If I knew my child did something to harm another person or their property I would not pardon them, I would make them restore the damage they did as much as they could. Any parent gives a blanket pardon is part of the problem.
There is a big difference between making the child pay for the windows he broke with a snowball and sending him to prison for it. Also a big difference between vandalism with property damage and lying on a gun application. I agree he should pay his taxes.

In this case, I believe Joe pardoned Hunter to save himself so Hunter wouldn’t rat him out. Joe’s going to have to pardon his brother, James, as well as himself and others in his family. The corruption runs too deep and there is fear tha some in the family might use Biden’s dementia to convince him to keep them and himself out of trouble. I believe Biden’s legacy will be that of the most corrupt presidency in US history if all was exposed.

Presidents and first ladies like to have a legacy, though not this kind. Putting former presidents and first ladies in jail is bad form. Pardoning a former president makes a strong statement. Informing the public of what went on is grand. I would love to see President Trump read the pardons of his tormentors aloud (if such a thing were possible).

My guess is that hundreds in the IC and in the Deep State who might have committed a provable federal crime will be preemptively pardoned by Joe Biden, and/or by Kamala Harris if Biden resigns before her term is up.
Accepting a pardon implies guilt and removes 5th Amendment protection from self-incrimination.
If these pardoned people are called as witnesses to Congressional hearings or to federal prosecutions, they may choose to perjure themselves in their testimony in the belief that a Washington DC jury would never convict them.
