Those of us posting here who are LOYAL to President Trump need to keep posting our support to counter all the negative crap being posted here.
I trust Donald Trump and his judgment. Period.

Yep – We must be involved. Expecting PDJT to solve it all without assistance is absurd. We have installed far too many spineless tools who consider only their own profit and gain. PDJT confronts the leviathan. We need to go to work to provide allies and assistance.
2026 is not far. The senate in particular sets up each class to “sound and look” like they support the people. We will see those up in 2026 put out statements and positions about how they support this or that – knowing that the moment they survive the cycle, they can go back to their full time grift. The 2028 and 2030 classes will make the votes to keep the swamp deep and profitable.
Examples: Graham put out statement about supporting nominees; Rounds (SDakota & good under radar) puts out a bill to take down Dept of Education; and so forth and so on. The 2026 class abounds with denizens of the swamp.
Further example – in 2026 class, the following voted for Merrick Garland:
Collins, Capito, Cornyn, Ernst, Graham, McConnell, Rounds, Tillis; and that group does not include Cassidy who voted to impeach, others who are as bad – Hyde-Smith, Mullin, Sullivan.
Never too late to start recruiting MAGA candidates for those seats.

I have been inundated in all forms of communication over the last many years with endless harbinger messages of impending disaster with the emergent need, of course, to prepare yesterday.
I can’t think of a single case in which the projected calamities ever unfolded.
Sundance as usual has excellent analysis on why he is against Bondi. I agree mostly; but, if Bondi is going to be loyal to President Trump’s agenda as he obviously believes, who am I to disagree?

Donald Trump and the Trump team have been clear, there was a learning curve in 2016. I don’t expect every selection to be perfect. I do expect to be able to discuss concerns.
On the tenor of dissent writ large, it would be unfortunate to become an echo chamber.
Look at the stats coming out on the democrat party and their inability to even discuss things. Any dissent is met with condemnation.
I will resist that on our side as much as I dislike it on theirs. I hope to always support the discussion needed to evaluate positions.

Trump KNOWS how critical the AG position is – no special counsels can be permitted to attack him during his 2nd term. He certainly knows how critical that is.

Trump would not put himself and his agenda in danger again… so I accept and trust PDJTs decision.

That said, it is still very valuable for Sundance to present the facts he knows about Bondi. I suspect that people on the Trump Campaign DO read CTH. The in depth analysis and research that Sundance has done is clearly worth their time. Trump will likely consider it and couple it with facts and knowledge he has about cabinet appointees that Sundance/we just don’t know.
One more point – Bondi has an opportunity to be a great and historical AG who will be instrumental in transforming our govt, weeding out systemic corruption … to literally save the nation.
To be a stooge of the DS will relegate her to the trash heap of history… as it will/has AGs Bill Barr and Sessions.

There’s a book by the author G.K. Chesterton titled “The Man Who Was Thursday, a Nightmare.” In it, there’s an organization of anarchist with a board of directors made up of 7 individuals. Each member is code named after each day of the week. 6 of them are undercover police recruited by the 7th (Sunday). None of the 6 know the true identity of any of the others. They are kept busy trying to undermine the plans of the others, plans given to them by Sunday. It keeps them distracted from seeing the real threat.
This place sometimes reminds me of that situation. Groups with the like minded goal of coming on here and undermining our support for President Trump, none knowing the true identity of the other. All puppets of their own Sunday.

What I was thinking of was the number of “new” posters and if one could simply change the name, using a generic avatar (but using my own personal avatar as proof). So I tried my experiment, my second post went into moderation immediately and never posted and was then removed.
My name is attached to my email and cannot be changed randomly, and personal avatar if you have one, must remain the same as well, which is good to know.
I cannot post as say, “Dutchman” any time I feel likes, which totally makes sense now that I think of it, I’m a bit slow, but wanted to try it out.
Conclusion: There is an army sent out at specific times OR there may be a limited number of posters that have many email accounts, ones that have previously been approved.
I think there is sometimes too much emphasis on critical thinking being assumed as betrayal or undermining. Just because someone has a critical comment or concern of something Trump or the GOP is doing doesn’t mean they support him any less. You could flip it around and say that if you never question anything and constantly state every move is in our best interest that sure sounds like what we say the other side is doing. Also known as an echo chamber. I wish there could be more agreeing to disagree and get back to discussing the nitty gritty details of things. Granted there are plenty of comments that seem a little strong on the emotion but I think most are good people who are so much more connected to politics that it can be overwhelming and make you feel defeated at the turn of a dime.
I truly appreciate that we can, and do, have freedom to ask questions and express opinions here, as long as it is done respectfully.
I can, and do, support President Trump, but I also have my own thoughts and concerns on some of his nominations , based on my own knowledge and research.
I think the most dangerous trap any of us fall into, be it in politics, our jobs, our faith, and life in general, is to become intellectually lazy and just allow others to think for us.

I am all for vigorous debate. The only way to detirmine what is truth, (other than accepting Gods truths, which we do on faith) is by subjecting it to the test of fire, in the crucible of debate.
I LOVE debate, and one if my regrets about our current situation is I used to seek out intelligent liberals to debate, i..e. people who disagreed with me. That gave me the opportunity to hone or polish my thinking, see flaws in my thinking, etc.
Back then I could find liberals who understood the basic rules of debate, and just can’t find them, any more.
Anyway, the thing is we ARE subject to being bombarded with INFLUENCE AGENTS, who, under the guise of “just presenting legitimate criticisms” of PDJT, Sundance or the group concensus, are using manipulation and other techniques to try to discourage us, and sew dissention in the ranks.
For the discerning reader, there are usually several key “tells” that can be useful in spotting the influence agent,…in addition to no history of posting comments, i.e. screen name we haven”t seen before, and actually there are a couple of long term, frequent posters that are suspected of being “sleeper” Influence agents.
If they can get us fighting amongst ourselves, they win.

I do have an issue with the way gnome put this. While it is right and correct that any person selected to serve in the Trump administration should he absolutely loyal to President Trump (or else resign) the loyalty that runs between We the People does NOT run up from We The People to President Trump.
It must run, always, from President Trump down to We The People. The second that stops being true, is the second my hackles go up and I call it out.
My loyalty is to the Constitution of the US, which I have raised my right hand to swear to protect, not to any single, fallible man. My loyalty is first to God, then to Family, then to Country.
To start demanding loyalty to President Trump and unquestioned affirmations of everything he does is to start down the path both to blasphemy and to tyranny.

PDJT was making a harmless funny. Something about this being the most important election of our lifetime, so if you don’t like to vote, you need to at least get out and do it this one time…and then you won’t have to vote again.
I heard both versions, and as usual what the media played was completely out of context. Just like the 60 Minutes cut-n-paste of Kamala (only they do it to smear President Trump).
As stated elsewhere, God doesn’t choose the qualified, God Qualifies the chosen!
Those that God chooses are also subject to allowing his/her own emotions and human fallibilities to cloud the focus on accomplishing the mission. If PDJT’s primary mission has been and is the economy and illegal immigration, then his picks may be instrumental in achieving those goals.
However, what I thought the mission was is more wide-ranging than just the economy because without foundational changes, successes even in the economic/immigration missions can simply be erased after 4 years.
That is the source of my frustration and disappointment in a number of PDJT’s picks.
Being here, I like to see if others have made similar observations or if anyone provides plausible considerations that might explain the choice of seemingly weak or outright bad picks or if I am simply wrong so that I can adjust my reasoning.

What we are dealing with are INFLUENCE agents, which is quite different.
They post comments here, and on other MAGA popular sites, designed to inflence us, and our opinions. And, not refuting their lies, promptly and thoroughly means their lies, distortions and manipulations stand, to be viewed by 10’s of 1000’s of eyes, SOME of whom may be susceptible to falling for the manipulation.
Fortunately, we have a # of keyboard warriors adept at identifying these influence agents and dispatching them.

Yes. There is a difference between disagreeing with PDJT’s decisions and politely stating your reasons and making post after post stating your opinion again and again all the while insulting people with whom you disagree.
State your opinion once and then move on. But they do not do that.
I have two friends who have Stage 4 TDS. After the election I was able to get them to at least wait until April 2025 to see if PDJT makes any improvements. They do not hate PDJT based upon policies. They hate PDJT because he is a rapist, hates women, has filed for bankruptcy 6 times, and is Putin’s buddy. I was finally able to convince them that voting R or D never got us anything but misery. So why not give they man who is not a politician a chance.
These two friends actually said that we need to close the border for 10 years and not let anyone else in and deport the illegals. They also said that if they want to own a gun then they should be able to do so. They agree that our political class has allowed jobs, wealth, and businesses to be shipped out of the country. They know that our food supply is poisoned and that our country is controlled by big corporations.
I almost recommended CTH as a source of information. Good thing that I did not do so.

Agree! I certainly understand concerns about the Cabinet nominees. If we had all the inside info, we may better understand the logic behind nominations we do no agree with. My suggestion is that you should express those concerns to your senator along with any questions you would like that nominee would be asked. If President Trump read some of these comments, he would wonder why he even bothered.
Maybe each potential nominee should be vetted through the critical thinking MAGA voter lens. That way, when a Pam Bondi is selected, the announcement addresses the Trayvon Martin issue in a way that assuages our concerns.
When a Surgeon General is selected (I don’t care to learn to spell her name), the announcement addresses her masking and shutdowns and clot shot advocacy in a way that assuages our concerns.

The concurring opinion in the SCOTUS Trump “immunity” decision clearly telegraphs the thinking of some at that level relative to this issue.
I believe that the appointments issue was not raised in connection with the Mueller appointment and thus was not decided one way or another.

I just read the law. It is 28CFR part 600, 601,602,603, regarding federal special counsels. They are not subject to Senate approval. They are appointed by the Attorney General or Acting Attorney General, in consultation with the Deputy, subject to a background check and ethics review. They must be lawyers in good standing. What they are to investigate must be spelled out, but they may investigate tangential matters. They are to be from outside the Federal Government, and there must be a conflict of interest preventing Justice Department staff from conducting the investigation itself, and the investigation must be in the public interest.
This law was struck down by Judge Cannon.

The main idea is that minions in the federal gov’t cannot willy-nilly create new “officers” out of whole cloth, and send them off to do whatever. Only Congress (and approved by the President) can do that.
So Jack has to be a Senate approved officer.
The argument then is, “What is a US officer?” Everyone agrees United States Attorneys, who serve as the chief federal law enforcement officers, are officers and must get Senate approval. Because Jack exercised the same powers, he was deemed to be acting as an officer. But he was never approved by the Senate.
Jack Smith is appealing the decision, but until it is overturned (if ever), Jack is not “legal.” If the 11th Court were to overturn it, the Supreme Court would probably (but who knows!) side with Judge Cannon. The common sense of it is you do not want the gov’t assigning its pals to powerful positions with no checks and balances.
What you cite is not the statute. Rather it is part of the Code of Federal Regulations or CFR. The Constitution requires a statute, meaning an act passed by both chambers and signed into law by the President. That CFR was written by DOJ minions.
Jack Smith’s appointment under the CFR cited is invalid. Moreover, the DOJ paid him out of funds not appropriated for the purpose he was performing, albeit unlawfully. Everything Smith did is invalid!
The Trump DOJ should prosecute, as appropriate, both Smith and Garland, using a duly-appointed U.S.Attorney. (That U.S. Attorney may hire an assistant from outside the government.)
Please understand that Trump opposed Jack Smith’s appointment as unconstitutional under the appointments clause and the appropriations clause. Judge Cannon agreed and ruled the appointment was unlawful and that he was improperly paid over 22 million dollars. Are you now suggesting Trump, or his DOJ should do the exact same thing?
Judge Cannon also ruled that the CFR you cited was not sufficient and could not be construed or interpreted as Constitutional authority.
Trump should insist on compliance with the Constitution. We do not want a kangaroo proceeding, nor do we want to validate Jack Smith.
The interesting question was whether Matt Gaetz could be appointed an Independent Counsel in the new administration? I just finished reading Judge Aileen Canon’s ruling, cited above.
I remember the Republican Party generally hated the Independent Counsel Act, which expired in 1999. Judge Canon said it had the kind of clear language she desired for authority for Independent Counsels. I remember that Ed Meese was acquitted or exonerated from an Independent Counsel investigation, and he said, “Which door do I go to to get my reputation back?” In his amicus to Judge Cannon, Meese argued that Jack Smith was not an inferior employee, because he was acting with the authority of a principal officer.
It seems upon the expiration of the Independent Counsel Act, the law meandered back to precedence from United States vs. Nixon in 1974, which held the Attorney General could delegate authority to inferior officials he appointed. In fact there is a line item in the Justice Department budget to pay for Independent Counsels, and Congress approves those line items, albeit indeterminately.
So, Judge Cannon dismissed Jack Smith’s case against President Trump, but at the same time he still has his job. He will be able to report his findings, despite never convicting anyone for anything. So, it looks to me like Matt Gaetz could be appointed an Independent Counsel, and investigate under the authority of the Attorney General, but to bring a case he would have to either have Congress fix the law, or give the case to a confirmed U.S. Attorney. We all believe the next Attorney General will have the authority to fire Jack Smith, and in general if a person has the authority to fire, she has the authority to hire as well. It has always been Democrats investigating Republicans, and I like the idea of the shoe on the other foot.
Let him fill the same roll as Andrew Weismann. No Senate approval. In fact, have Sidney Powell also fill a similar role.

There is considerable conversation this morning about Western NC and the flooding associated with Helene. Below is a 28 minute video by an area geologist that explains the phenomena. I live in WNC and believe me this biblical catastrophic event was much more than people living in floodplains. The death toll is being reported in the low 100’s. I assure you it is much higher and I do not understand the lack of transparency.

Years ago I went on a Clemson Geology field trip. It was a small landslide down a mountain side (killed about 5 people in a small community). We climbed to the start point. Saturated soil about 2 feet thick on top of nearly smooth flat bedrock. Water logged soil just got too heavy and of course a lower friction water on the bedrock. The soil almost began floating on the bedrock. Did not take much once it started moving to gain speed and more mass. It went several hundred yards down the mountain side before it got to the community.
I took geology in college, but not in a mountainous area. This has been eye-opening. I also grew up in the Mississippi Delta region, not exactly high altitude.
All of this happened in Katrina. Land grabs, selective fema payout, high dollar areas expecting property tax payments on what was there, not what was left. As if nothing was amiss. Another fraud of office. The Mayor is supposed to represent the citizens of Denver. To not only not represent them but to cut services to them in order to pay for the NWO’s attack on our sovereignty makes his office an oxymoron. So as you can see We the People will be getting a lot of positive changes where we return to an environment closer to what our founding fathers envisioned.
What is missing and is my #1 concern is that I just don’t see the head of the snake, the pure evil that took over this country being stopped. It feels like it is going to be allowed to go underground for 4 years only to reemerge post PT.
This evil that has committed so many crimes against this country and Americans MUST be exposed. This means deep investigations, using all legal means to gather evidence such as FISA warrants, declassifying documents, using ODNI to get their COMMS, whistleblowers, etc.
Then we MUST have the ass kickers in place to take these investigations, gain grand jury indictments and prosecute those who conspired and broke the law in very public and transparent trials.
IMO the crimes are broad and cover hundreds if not a few thousand people who have participated and conspired to purposely harm this country, its citizens and many of its leaders including a sitting President and Presidential candidate.
PT can not allow the ring leaders to escape justice. It is now or never. There will not be a second chance. And although many will welcome the 12 wins I list above, 2029 will be here fast and if the ring leaders are not exposed & captured we will be right back where we are 6 months ago.
There is only 3 positions in this government where top leadership has the power and authority to investigate, gather evidence, indict and prosecute people and crimes and that is ODNI Director, AG and FBI Director. It comes down to their direction from PT and their true will to snuff out and prosecute this evil.
So out of the 4,000 positions that get appointed and confirmed, these 3 IMO plus PT are absolutely critical to the post 2028 survival of America as our founding fathers designed it.

The issue that is being “fixed” is that people who held jobs in the private sector (and paid into SS) were having that benefit cut a certain amount if they also had a public service pension. It was called a “windfall”.
So, they earned both types of retirement money but the SS was being cut because they also had another pension pot from public service… note that those in private sector who earned both a pension and SS benefits did not have the same issue.

And I worked my entire life 50-60 hours a week only every step of the way to have my money taken and property rights attacked by schemeing government. Now in retirement beuarcrats and politicans are raising my taxes on all fronts – still sucking all they can..
I barely saved our home from government regulatory taking, and still lost half its value. I personally had to take on legions of local, state and federal bureaucrats who were intentionally flooding areas to run their Agenda21 graft.
After I saved my home (12 other families lost theirs). I then worked to expose them for thier crimes. At every step there were overpaid bureaucrats (federal, state, local) just grinning like jackals. To try and stop me they sent lawyers and police to harass me and even took an innocent loved one to jail in handcuffs while I had to watch, on trumped up charges.
Never once did anyone in government I brought the evidence to, ever offer to help or do the right thing.
But now that I think about it maybe I was wrong – they are predators not just parasites.

I admit i use too broad a brush. Exceptions to all things like this. My experince with politicians and public employees is that the exception is rare. Government and thier globalist henchmen are choking the life out of working people. If I were to work for government I’d have to accept what I was part of.
SS is going broke. The point of this bill will take money from those who have to plyn by the rules and give it to government retirees who do not like the rules.
My husband is one of those workers! He spent over a decade in jobs in the private sector, fully paying into Social Security that entire time. He was then hired as a firefighter at age 28, a job he held for 31 years. During that time, he longer contributed to Social Security, but instead paid into a state fund for police officers/firefighters, from which he now receives a pension.
(He also did occasional independent contract work on the side during his career, for which he again paid full Social Security – both halves – as a sole proprietor.)
However, because he receives a “government pension” which he paid almost 9% of his wages into over 30+ years, when he applies to begin receiving his Social Security in a few years, his benefits will be reduced by almost half, even though he contributed the full amount during the times he worked non-public jobs. His SS isn’t going to be a huge amount obviously, since he only has about 15 years total in which he paid into the system, but he DID pay into it and, IMHO, he, and others like him, deserve to receive the full amount to which they are entitled.
That is all this legislation is doing -restoring the full amount earned, back to those who earned it! If the Congress wishes to change the rules going forward, they can certainly do so, but how is it fair to penalize someone who is simply attempting to collect the benefits that they earned?
Isn’t that state pension you’re referring to? I believe the issues on the table are federal gov issues. Maybe I’m wrong I haven’t studied this close, but it sounds like from 30,000ft your husband should be fine.
It’s not fair, and there are plenty of people like your husband who worked hard at their jobs in and out of the private sector and deserve to get their benefits.
Unfortunately, there is also a lot of dead wood on the government dole, and some people are incapable of differentiating the good servants from the bad.
When I joined the military, I did it for the right reasons. I was promised free medical care for life, which was a lie. After 25 years of loyal GOVERNMENT service in the military, I still wish I could count on what was promised to me, but that ship has sailed.

My point, which I’m clearly not making well, is that whether it be public private, military service, etc. people who sign up under one specific set of rules should expect those rules to be followed at the end of their tenure.
The financial issues that we are dealing with now have been caused by politicians who continue to change the rules to benefit certain constituencies whose support they want to receive! The giant financial buyouts in 2008, and the big businesses who made bank during C0v1d when they were allowed to stay open and the mom and pop stores were not, are just a couple of examples I can think of off the top of my head. Those are clearly wrong and those are the kinds of policies that need to be reformed going forward.

There is NO discussion of anyone collecting Social Security who did not pay into it! It is simply removing the penalty that is currently imposed on people who WORKED and PAID into two different systems!

You are completely missing the actual problem being corrected.
Some people worked in the private sector and paid into social security. They also worked jobs in the public sector and paid into that pension scheme. So, they have paid into and earned BOTH retirement benefits. However, when it comes time to collect, SS reduces their SS benefits so that they do not get a “windfall” despite the fact that they fully paid into both.
This does NOT give people SS benefits who only ever worked public sector and thus never paid into SS.
Pensions in the private sector are nearly extinct and have been for a while.
But they are not extinct (looking at my husband) and so my assertion stands.

We are on fixed retirement income. Our advisor called about a month ago and told us we had to to make some changes to generate more future income than we’d orignally planned. She told us SS benefits would be cut and eventually phased out.
She added that the politicans will have no say in it – it is going to happen.

We kids would look up at Mom – there were always tears running down her face. That was the feeling of pride like none other. Pride in each other – in our nation, but most importantly in a free nation.
To be frank though, NASA’s “one giant leap for mankind” oneliner while hoisting America’s Stars and Stipes on the moon, watered it all down. The begining of political correctness.
Later in life I had the great fortune to land a job out of college writing launch software for Space Shuttle. Again, watching that first launch, stomachs in our throats, was a pride that will always live in me.
All that said, please Elon Musk, don’t think just going to Mars can recreate that inspiration and pride. I can tell you it will not.

Departments are created by Congress, not the president. EO’s are policy directives to Executive Branch agencies and must be within the law.

Consider another WWII analogy.

But now we need Ike to formulate the master plan to move forward from here, rather to assemble the minds who formulate the plan, then Ike sifts and chooses and browbeats the politicians and everyone else into doing it.
And then we need Patton.
Unfortunately the public expects Trump to wear all three hats. He can’t. He’s not capable of it. Nobody is. The very skillset required for him to be Churchill, against the biggest voter fraud operation in history, is contradictory to the skill set required to be Ike, calmly sifting and assembling and then browbeating as needed.
Likewise the skillset is not compatible for him to be Patton. Making deals is his legacy, it’s his dream in life, it’s the thing he does. Patton is the antithesis of that. Patton is the guy we need to go in and flame thrower the office, shoot the fleeing rats, and then have the ground salted where the agency once stood. For Patton the only deal he’ll consider is surrender, or possibly not, maybe the deal he’ll offer is stand still and we’ll only have to shoot you once, it won’t hurt you as much that way.
I honestly think this is a fair but crude analogy, crude as in not refined or detailed, but accurate.
So if I’m correct, who do we find to be Ike and who will be Patton? To be sure, each will need to grow into the job, after proving themselves on the way up. We have 4 years and a few weeks. About the time it took in WWII really. We as a movement need to recognize and accept that the Real President has one job and he’s done it, he got us to the point where we can now fight back. His skills have been critical and he’s got his plate filled and overflowing on the aspects of the job he can do, economic issues and some other areas.
Patton proved himself elsewhere before he proclaimed he can save everyone’s chestnuts in the bulge and Ike believed him, because he had proven himself prior. He’d already run amok elsewhere and shown that his way works for the need of the times. We need to look around and recognize the next one like him. Same with Ike, somewhere there’s a master strategist who can assemble the right team.

You are correct on nearly every concern you raise. I have two points though.
One, you seem to have taken offense where none was offered. I apologize to anyone who has been offended in this way. It was not my intention to critique anyone expressing concerns or doubts or even discussion about what is taking place in the appointments or other affairs. which leads to
Two, you are way out over your skis on timing in the analogy. Yes, the concerns are all valid, borne out by history. But what I was trying to hypothesize is this: we are not at D-day plus one. We are not even at anywhere near that far along in this struggle. We’re at the point where we are no longer just giving up. And further, the person who got us here has done what he can. Not that he won’t do tremendous more good in the coming struggle, but he is not capable of doing the other jobs that need doing. The letdown that many are feeling seems to be a result from expecting him to have skillsets that are contradictory to the unique talents that were needed to overcome the corruption at all. He did what he had the unique talent to do, he won against the fraud, he exposed the corruption and he restored hope to the populace which inspires us to face the coming struggle.
President 45-47 got us this far, but we are now facing actually responding to the war already in progress. We have not yet really entered that phase. We are just days past “we will fight on the beaches, we will fight on the fields”.

I have long thought this may be the one instance where it is appropriate to “kidnap” your child (or children in this case) and leave the US for a non-extraditing country, at least until the child is grown.

It snowed in western NC. A family which had been living in a tent was rescued by someone bringing an RV for them.
But the RV had a lien on it and was repossessed by a repo company which left the family no other choice but to return to the tent with their 18 month old, who died of hypothermia in the night.

Retired Magistrate here: My job as a Common Pleas Court Magistrate, who handled the entire Domestic Relations Docket (about 7,500 cases over 10 years), was to ensure the best interests of the child. There is no way on this earth that I would have allowed the “mother” to do this to a young boy.
Father would have been granted full custody and “mother” supervised visitation. May GOD put his angels around this child.

Retired Magistrate here: Yes, it was. After 10 years and a broken hip right before the new Judge came on with his Magistrate I knew that it was time to retire. I did do part time work in another Court for about a year to help out their Magistrate, but after that I was done. Domestic Relations work is a burn out profession.
Bless you for carrying on when such a heart as yours was more needed in that venue than in any other (I would imagine). I know the cost to it was great and often more than difficult to bear, seeing as you did the human wreckage which is always with us which affected most children in ways that shaped the rest of their lives. Heartbreaking.
Governor Newsom’s making California a so-called sanctuary state for trans gendering kids is part of this. Are these judges and other fanatics of a gender-affirmation so delusional that they can’t focus on protecting a vulnerable 12-year old. They would permanently harm his health and his life instead of waiting until he was adult enough to decide for himself? Two questions for these courts: Was the mother abused? Has anyone first tried separating the child from her to see if his “symptoms” improve? Is that too much to ask when his health and quality of his entire life are being decided by what looks to be a politically correct lynch mob.

Factitious disorder imposed on another (FDIA), also known as fabricated or induced illness by carers (FII) and first named as Munchausen syndrome by proxy (MSbP) after Munchausen syndrome, is a mental health disorder in which a caregiver creates the appearance of health problems in another person, typically their child, and sometimes (rarely) when an adult simulates an illness in another adult partner. This might include altering test samples or injuring a child. The caregiver or partner then presents the person as being sick or injured. Permanent injury or death of the victim can occur as a result of the disorder. The behaviour might be motivated by the caregiver or partner seeking sympathy or attention.
The cause of FDIA is unknown. The primary motive may be to gain attention and manipulate physicians. Risk factors for FDIA include pregnancy related complications and a mother who was abused as a child or has factitious disorder imposed on self. Diagnosis of a child’s caregiver is supported when removing the child from the caregiver results in improvement of symptoms or video surveillance without the knowledge of the caregiver finds concerns. The victims of those affected by the disorder are considered to have been subjected to a form of physical abuse and medical neglect.
Management of FDIA in the affected ‘caregiver’ may require putting the child in foster care. It is not known how effective therapy is for FDIA; it is assumed it may work for those who admit they have a problem. The prevalence of FDIA is unknown, but it appears to be relatively rare. More than 90% of cases involve a person’s mother. The prognosis for the caregiver is poor. However, there is a burgeoning literature on possible courses of therapy. The condition was first named as “Munchausen syndrome by proxy” in 1977 by British pediatrician Roy Meadow. Some aspects of FDIA may represent criminal behavior.

It’s kind of hard to find someone from “down on the farm”. I’m from Western Kansas and many farmers are selling their farms to corporations because they want to retire and their kids don’t want to farm.
That happened to a very successful farm with a huge retail operation near where I used to live when I was a kid. The children who I knew personally did not want to do that so one became a teacher, the other an accountant and their famous family traditional Bakery/Farm Produce operation went out of business. Their used to be lines all around the building during Thanksgiving,Christmas. I have never tasted Apple Cider Donuts as great as theirs. Its sad, I guess farming is not for everyone, but God bless our farmers.
