Big Agriculture and Big Pharma were both preparing for a serious battle over food, chemicals, drugs and various health matters they control, with RFK Jr appointed to lead Health and Human Services (HHS). With that many trillions at stake, the scale of political capital needed to confront Big Ag and Big Rx was going to be astronomical.
If these reports are accurate, today Big Ag and Big Rx will breathe a collective sigh of relief, and President Trump will not have to worry about RFK Jr creating distractions from other priorities. All in all, an expected approach.

Kelly Loeffler was approved by the Sea Island control group, then appointed by Georgia Governor Kemp because Loeffler is married to Jeffrey Sprecher; a GOPe party insider, mega-donor, and multi-millionaire CEO of the Intercontinental Exchange (ICE).
Jeffrey Sprecher (formerly from the Bush administration) is the founder and CEO of ICE, which now owns the New York Stock Exchange. Bakkt is currently in the process of creating a Crypto exchange, with hopes of making Bakkt to U.S. Crypto what the NYSE is to stocks.
Kelly Loeffler purchased her recent Trump insiders’ ticket from Susie Wiles by leading the inauguration committee. Where ‘leading’ is essentially financing it with her circle of friends. On the upside, with this level of attachment to the Wall Street multinationals, the likely nomination of Loeffler to protect corporate food interests should settle down the opposition to RFK Jr in the Senate nomination process.
Much like yesterday’s nominee of Pam Bondi, billionaire mega-donor and former Senator, Kelly Loeffler, has the support of Nikki Haley, Mitch McConnell, John Thune, Chuck Grassley, all the Fox News pundits, and all of the key influence agents within the professional republican apparatus.
RFK Jr was likely to face blistering questioning and tenuous confirmation as HHS secretary, given his statements of intent about security American food supplies, diminishing the influence of Big Ag and confronting the Rx and Chemical industry. These are the corporate business sectors who pay the most for lobbyists in Washington DC.
By nominating Kelly Loeffler as Secretary of Agriculture, President Trump assuages the fears of the multinationals and likely makes the nomination of RFK Jr a little more stable. Loeffler will be a guarantor of the corporate interests that RFK Jr threatens.

Robert F Kennedy Jr and Nicole Shannahan are not likely to be happy about this, but compromises are needed. After all, there are trillions at stake in all of the sectors that RFK Jr is promising to change.
I would suspect that Ms Loeffler is traveling to Mar-a-Lago today for direct negotiations with RFK Jr before any announcement is made. Loeffler would also represent another gender positive move for the Trump administration.

That will be a big deal for the next Congress with House Rs announcing the bill is dead for the current congress; in particular Sen Stabenow will be out so the Sen Ag Committee will have a major reshuffle.
Never forget … GA Gov Brian Kemp (recently named leader of the Republican Governors Association) selected Kelly to fill US Senator Johnny Isakson’s vacated seat. Her weakness led to GA now having 2 Democrat US Senators. Gov Kemp & SOS Brad Raffensberger funded & sanctioned Dominion Voting Systems in GA; they refused to order the GBI to pursue “2000 Mule” voter Drop Box facts surfaced by True The Vote. Former GA Governor Sonny Perdue was Secretary of Ag for Trump 45; it seems he was pretty well respected. Kelly couldn’t attract Republican voters for Trump in 2020, lost the full term Senate election to Rafael Warnock, & simply has wealth on her side in the political world.

I’ve warned numerous times about the plan involving concepts like “natural asset companies”, along with land theft and the monetization of resources via GPPP (global public private partnerships).
Also, her husband chairs the parent company of the NYSE, which teamed up w the Rockefeller-backed IEG to develop “natural asset corporations” to securitize nature, particularly parts of the natural world that have up to this point been considered part of the “global commons” including clean air and water. It can be used for predatory land grabs, especially troubling for a prospective head of the USDA.
BTW, a former board member of Trump’s media company is working to turn the Amazon rainforest into the first “internet of forests”, monetize its data, surveil and end sovereignty of locals, and tokenize each hectare of the rainforest (he’s going it w a former top BlackRock exec who essentially invented ETFs). Wall Street is trying to turn all of nature into tradable financial products and it seems like the next admin is down for that (esp incoming head of Commerce Howard Lutnick!).

I’m a loyal DJT fan, and this won’t be a popular comment here. Considering how much DJT loves eating McD’s he’s not exactly the picture of trying to stay healthy and healthy eating.
