So many politically aware & engaged Deplorables been saying more or less the same thing for 6 years (2018 midterms) with only very limited success. Repeating the same Platitudes year after year simply doesn’t solve the problem.
These corrupt incumbents have created very strong financial backing networks and have influenced their home state GOP organizations to tilt every primary election in their favor, suppressing or shutting out the challengers until the state voters put up a very large, very loud argument in support of a pro-MAGA challenger and against the incumbent. IMHO too many voters pay too little attention to state primaries.

I followed the Zimmerman case also. But I wasn’t tuned in to this site at that time. When I discovered SD’s site, it was during the Big Ugly and I had missed all the Trayvon stuff. I went and searched the archives and discovered that even though I was following the Zimmerman case, there were a lot of things I was unaware of. I suspected that Shanteil or whatever her name was, was not the real girlfriend. But Bondi knowing the girlfriend on the stand was a fake and allowing it to go on was a revelation.
Not sayin this one doesn’t hurt…it does. But I’m coming at it frm a bit of a different perspective than the ultimate Treepers here. I don’t know how much PDJT can fix, although I’m always rooting for the max. And I am a believer in Divine Intervention and God’s Hand working through Trump, this country and the world to His will and plans, even as I write this. What He wills remains to be seen, or not seen, as it unfolds. That said, I can tell with a certainty that this is the time for small justice. I’ve been with Donald Trump ever since he came down the escalator. I had the good fortune to work with men like him when I was a young man back in the arctic oil fields over fifty years ago.
But now I’m wondering for the first time. Sundance had a strong suspicion of Vance and Ramaswamy. Was that “deal time” with the IC? I rationalized the choice of Rubio, but now this is impossible to to get past, I’m afraid.
I’ve always had the suspicion that Donald Trump was a correction to the main trend. Studying markets most of my life made me think that way. The cycle is going to unfold like it will, but I was at least hopeful that this correction might be a significant one. There is only one way to reset the cycle – we need to go through something like my parents and grandparents went through in the 30s. That’s just what major bear markets do – change the psychology. There is no other way. I believe the Russian people went through this in the 90s – as did China earlier.

I have read on several sites that Gaetz resigned from his *current* seat. Not the new one he was just *reelected* to.

For those whining about Bondi — keep in mind that Trump has already nominated Todd Blanche, who represented him in several criminal cases, for the position of Deputy Attorney General, and Emil Bove as the chief assistant to Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche. I do believe Sundance gave a thumbs up to these 2 picks.
Bondi knows that she is expected to clean the Augen Stables. I don’t know much more about her other than what I’ve seen on TV…but she does appear to be an actual conservative and has had lots of critical things to say about all the Lawfare that Trump has experienced. And as a former State AG, her experience won’t be an issue.
I became aware of Bondi during the Trayvon Martin debacle. Despite being quite clearly a self-defense case, Bondi and Governor Rick Scott appointed a special prosecutor to go after George Z. Thank God jurors acquitted GZ.
Since 2015-2016 it does appear Bondi has been close to and very supportive of Trump. Loyalty is the most important quality, IMO. And as you said, she’s a conservative and she’s an experienced AG, both of which are great positives. Maybe this will work out.
