Good question, but actually they cannot pursue this project serially. They, with an army of myrmidons, will have to go after dozens of targets simultaneously. Furthermore, they have to go after the big problems first, because as time goes on the the lower priority targets will have time understand the tactics being deployed, and so will be able to start developing defensive tactics, which will slow down the overall campaign.
So the better question is what should be the high priority targetS to go after first.

I disagree. Each silo will have a captain. Immediately removing rot and excess from each one puts them on the defensive and forces the Deep State to come up with outside funding for the exemployees and the push back. They will not be able to use our money against us.

I like Kelleigh Nelson’s articles. But, she needs to stop armchair quarterbacking President Trump. She is pushy, impatient, and rigid. Perhaps she should send her resume to PTrump and see if she can fit in.

I like Russ. He did some solid work fighting DEI stuff too while in Trump’s admin. I’ve never seen an administration official do what he did — solicit tips on Twitter/X to himself personally which he would directly act on. Pretty cool stuff.
I believe Vought was also part of the Mick Mulvaney team… and I liked Mulvaney until he got weak in the knees and ankle grabbed at the end. But Mulvaney worked with Rand Paul to come up with a pretty solid budget plan to cut a number of Departments entirely. Hopefully that budget is still sitting on Rand’s desk somewhere, and he can be useful in that regard instead of just throwing roadblocks “out of principle” in front of PDJT.
Mick never recovered from that disastrous press conference and then he went wobbly and finally fell right off the edge

Regarding their conversation about the inability to terminate career civil service employees.
Transfer them. Pay them, but give them no authority. Transfer them to a new, glass Federal building in Alaska or the Mojave Desert. Glass, because they are assigned a desk, given a government computer with maybe ONE application on it, and no connectivity anywhere. No personal phones or computers allowed. They sit at a glass desk, 8 hours a day, then go home, do nothing, and get paid. They can’t speak with anyone else except in SCIF’s, which are never available. They can stay employed as long as they enjoy “the Japanese treatment, i.e. how they deal with people who can’t be fired.
Don’t fight the civil service lawyers. Offer them a termination, with a lump sum severance payment, or mandatory transfer.
