MSNBC host Andrea Mitchell just didn’t know what to do with Republican Senator from Tennessee Bill Hagerty, after he outlined all the motives and justifications for President Trump to appoint Matt Gaetz for U.S. Attorney General.
Senator Hagerty cites examples of the Main Justice targeting of President Trump from the 2016 campaign all the way through the IC manipulation of the Hunter Biden laptop story in 2020, to the continued use of Lawfare to target President Trump throughout 2024. Based on the things that Hagerty said, I am writing to both my Senators to tell them to confirm all of President Trump’s nominees, especially Matt Gaetz. It is time for an end to Americans having to be afraid of the FBI or the IRS or some other government agency gunning for them or showing up at their doors with weapons drawn in the middle of the night.
Rep Senators that don’t vote Gaetz to be AG, they will be reminded that if he doesn’t get it, DeSantis will appoint him into the Senate, ready to expose each and every one of them. Seems like a no-brainer to me.
Either way, exposure is in their futures.

Wish Sen. Hagerty has listened to Shawn Ryan’s interview of Pete Hegseth. Hegseth has no problem with female pilots serving; he just is against women serving is areas where strength is a differentiator. He does not think standards should be decreased for women. The entire interview is worth listening to as one will have a totally understanding of who Hegseth is and what he believes, but the area regarding women is a ~ 57.
Think about the obvious physical disparity we see between “transgender” males-pretending-to-be females and real biological females. Think of the records stolen, the severe injuries being inflicted on these poor women, the loss of opportunities.
Now picture just how much of a physical disadvantage females are at on a ground battlefield. Imagine that knife-fight scene from Saving Private Ryan, but instead of German and American male soldiers it is now a male enemy fighting a female American. Imagine needing to drag a buddy out of a burning vehicle wearing 40 lbs of body armor. Imagine having to attack across open terrain up a steep muddy hill with machine gun fire coming at you.
The emotional distress intentionally inflicted on individuals and this nation is horrendous and downright inhumane.
I hope you might have an opportunity to listen to Shawn Ryan’s interview with Pete Hegseth, specifically around 58/59 mins where he says women should not be in any position which requires physical strength. He is in favor of women pilots.
The entire interview was quite good. I liked Hegseth from the little clips I’d see of him on Fox with PT. His strong, good, character came through, but this long interview shows how he thinks and who he is and how he is going to lead…and nothing will deter him. It’s very uplifting and encouraging to listen to it.
Somehow, may the many injured individuals in all this trans sports crap, who were denied the rightful win, heal as they see this wrong righted and many of the trans perps be stripped of any medals and removed from and records. What I am most confused about today (all days since the election) is that it is reported that women don’t believe Trump will be a good thing for women. It is comical – in a very sad sort of way, I guess – to watch an “interviewer” (sic) from MSNBC who simply cannot shut up and “interview the guest.” She is speaking to a United States Senator, but apparently that does not call for “respect.” It did not seem to matter to her at all what her guest had to say – only what she was talking and sometimes mumbling.
This is one reason why our house does not have a television – and has not had one for thirty years. I don’t miss the thing at all. It frankly astounds me that these media companies are still in business.

After the ceremony, I needed to find my niece and tell her something important, but I found her husband first. I said, “since you are now one, I can just tell you.” He agreed and smiled. Of course, that marriage must maintain respect and love for each other.

That concept was repeated in their vows and I find it escapes most modern day women who feel trapped by a man or they are in competition with him. Or, they have listened to liberal women who often are very ignorant.
Ephesians 5:33 comes at the end of 32 other verses where God tells husbands and wives how to treat one another, with the greatest emphasis being on how a husband should treat his wife — since he is the head of the home and family (including his wife).
That said, chapter 5 ends with these instructions from God, “However, each one of you also must love his wife as he loves himself, and the wife must respect her husband.”
If your husband loves you he will do so sacrificially, like Christ loves His church.
If you respect your husband you will do so sacrificially, as if unto the Lord.
The only thing that we deserve, or that goes both ways, is to honor God in all we do.
Very nice comment. However, in this case I am referring to respect for the Office of Senator, and it would be appropriate whether the occupant was a man or a woman. This is a very elite group of people – and I use the term, “elite,” in the right way.
The fact that it is a woman, no matter her job, talking to a man, no matter his job, in such a disrespectful, condescending way, has been the “new normal” for many years now.
Many women seen to believe they have to “win” or “get the better of” a man in order to be his “equal.”
