Yes, the Senate confirmation process is a fact.
However, I don’t buy the rest of what you wrote. First off, as already mentioned, Trump can use the “temporary” for a long time. But, even more, Trump can use the megaphone to get it done – as he always does.
For example:
Get a qualified candidate in place. When the Senate starts to push back, go live nationwide and put the swampy Senators under the spotlight? What is wrong with this candidate? What qualifications are missing? It will be clear that the Senators have no reason that they wish to discuss.
Expose their lack of substance on why they don’t like the candidate. Put them in the spot that they don’t want to be and start the process of exposing the swampy connections to the IC, etc.
The Nation will learn little by little about how corrupt the Senate is and pressure will build to fix. Just as Trump has done these past years teaching us how the news is fake.
If you want to clear out the Deep State, start with the Senate. The nomination and approval process is a great way to get the ball rolling.
But, if Trump caves and goes with more Sessions and Pences, we’ve given him a mandate for nothing.

There is in fact a real bioweapon, or “gain of function” SARS virus, that was manipulated in a bioweapons Lab. It was a SARS variant with a cleavage site insertion that was definitely man-made, and not naturally occurring.
The fact that this virus didn’t kill as many as was reported, and didn’t have an accurate test, is another topic entirely. Yes, they fudged the numbers and killed high-risk people through medical malfeasance. But that doesn’t mean the bioweapon itself was “fabricated,” as implied in the article. To suggest it was lets these bioweapons labs off the hook.

I’m just sitting here in Orange County California watching as just about all the post election day mail in ballots are going to Dems. When I look at returned ballots I still see the returned counts increasing. I see more R and Independent ballots returned and even though the R count increases more than the dem count day by day. The counted vote for dems keeps catching up. Seems lots of independents in OC didn’t vote like they did across the rest of the country. Also seems like more turned out for Garvey then showed up for their local precincts… Seems there are watchers but from the look of it all they can do is watch. Steel is only up by 7948 and Kim is up by over 35K with a lot of ballots to count still. I expect the house majority to falter in the next week as this continues. Meanwhile right leaning web sites are posting like we have this in the bag….. Maybe the GOP/RNC will drop something legal they have been watching but saying nothing about but I don’t have high hopes for that.

2 comments. 1st, my dad’s wife found out end of last week she has ovarian cancer. Now, she is nearly 80, so there is that factor. But, I’m 100% sure she is vaxed and updated as needed. As is my dad. Anyway, the deaf son wakes up about 430 am Wednesday morning to carbon monoxide alarm flashing (deaf remember). His service dog beside bed (hasnt woken up). He calls dad. Dad asks about dog, he is alive. Says get out of house (with dog). As going thru living room can see upstairs door of the grandad room is open. Dad says, get out. Fire dept comes. Grandad is dead has gas leaf blower between legs, empty tank, warm engine. Last text to nephew in NE is, it’s over see you later. (Obvious reaction to election).
Son goes on to law school since end of semester can’t miss a minute. There, he is of course out of sorts goes to hospital, now hours after got out. Doctors tell him he probably had 5 minutes left.
CO monitor was unplugged. Did have battery back up but probably were nearly a year old………

For MAGA to become self-sustaining, two things need to happen.
Firstly, look at Congressional leadership contest; the Republican Leader of the House,(whether Speaker or not) and the Republican Leader in the Senate (whether majority or minority leader) control the Republican Congressional Campaign Committee funding, the Republican equivalentvof the DCCC.
This is virtually UNLIMITED Money, ostensibly spent for “party building” and the RINOS have so far used this control over these moneys to thwart the will of the base, from the Tea Party to MAGA insurgencies.
HOW is it all those Tea Party candidates promptly wenr squishy, once they got to D.C.?
How is it Ryan got 40 Republicans in safe seats to retire?
How is it that while we have had OCCASIONAL successes with Primarying RINOS, so many GOOD,STRONG MAGA candidates, the most MAGA, Lost in 2022 (Karamo, Mastriano, DePerno, Tshibaka, etc.?
Because if you are running as a Republican for House or Senate, and the leadershio WITHHOLDS access to these UNLIMITED campaign funds, whereas your Democrat Opponent has access to comparable DCCC funding, YOU CAN NOT WIN.
We, MAGA MUST ultimately gain control of these Congressional leadership positions, and then use the powers just as ruthlessly as McConnell/McCarthy/Ryan have, to insure the RINOS are driven out, never to return.
Secondly, not one of the 57 State Republican Party Executive Committees is MAGA Dominant, all are controlled by RINOS, most of whom have been on the boards for years.
Likewise, THEY can direct or withhold RNC and Donor funding, as well as campaign assitance, to candidates and they, by that control can, (in “Red” States) install RINO election officials like Richer and Gates, or in “Blue” States simply concede these vital positions to cheating Democrats.
Hence, gain control of our State Republican Party Executive committees, then we gain control of both State and Federal Legislatures, and USE that control to consolidate and solidify our position, and MAGA will still be going strong, 100 years from now.
THATS the true battle; for “the soul of the Republican party” and it always HAS been, since its inception.

It is not always easy to distinguish between those who are part of God’s Kingdom and those who are not. It also emphasizes patience and trust in God’s ultimate judgment, rather than premature judgment by humans.

Instead of requiring these false believers to be rooted out of the world, and possibly hurting immature believers in the process, Christ allows them to remain until His return. At that time, angels will separate the true from false believers.
In addition, we are not to take it upon ourselves to uproot unbelievers because the difference between true and false believers isn’t always obvious. Tares, especially in the early stages of growth, resemble wheat. Likewise, a false believer may resemble a true believer. In Matthew 7:22, Jesus warned that many profess faith but do not know Him. Thus, each person should examine his own relationship with Christ (2 Corinthians 13:5). First John is an excellent test of salvation.
Jesus Christ will one day establish true righteousness. After He raptures the true church out of this world, God will pour out His righteous wrath on the world. During that tribulation, He will draw others to saving faith in Jesus Christ. At the end of the tribulation, all unbelievers will be judged for their sin and unbelief; then, they will be removed from God’s presence. True followers of Christ will reign with Him. What a glorious hope for the “wheat”!

Logically, if PDJT appoints people who are war hawks, ie, Rubio, then that gives Trump more leverage to end these wars bc it confuses Russia, Ukraine and China, Iran, etc., as to Trump’s intention.
During the campaign Trump said repeatedly that he can end these wars in 24 hours. Well, putin Xi bibi are not just going to lay down and obey. They heard him too. They certainly created a strategy themselves… and have had many months to do so. EGO alone will stop Putin from quickly obeying Trump… and Trump knows that. Putin will not want to appear to be a puppet of Trump in front of his citizens. Zelensky has little to no leverage.
Also, PDT can always call heads of state to check-up on Rubio if he thinks Rubio is not telling him the truth re: various negotiations. The concern is if Rubio lets a lot of these leftists remain in their positions in the State Dept… but Trump can question and even order Rubio to remove people.

I am of the opinion that Putin, Xi and POTUS already have some basic understanding and guiding specifics, agreed upon at least in principle, that will result in future optics; a display international of “diplomacy”. Leading those nations back to more normalized relations between them, with the UKR deal made first.

My hunch is that Sen. Rubio remains in the Senate as he has a strong voice there; and also believe that he learned a lot about President Trump and the President’s strong support for the Cuban-American community and so is not as big a threat to MAGA as he first might have been, and should he stay in the Senate may end up being a very staunch supporter of President Trump’s agenda.
