I don’t think that the Federal government is involved AT ALL with elections, which are the responsibility of the States and any smaller government (counties, cities, etc.) as delegated to by the States.

Philly is trying to steal it from McCormick. Tonight they dumped 5,912 votes, 5,127 for Casey and 785 for McCormick. That is an 87%-13% spread when Philly thus far is 78.4%-18.8%. So a 40,000 lead is now down to a bit over 35,000. A few more dumps like that and we have trouble. What the hell is going on there?
We should be given an explanation as to where those votes came from 6 days after the election. No other counties have reported additional votes.
