From memory only so could be wrong, but in reading historical Supreme Court rulings on immigrants and anchor babies, the Court had ruled that if the parents were subject to the rules and laws of their native land, then their children are also subject to those same rules and laws and therefore not to be considered a United States citizen or ‘anchor baby’ for
example, a foreign student who is in the US solely for their education and their Visa says they will be returning to their native land upon completion of their education, any child of that individual born while the person was still in the US under that Visa would not be a US citizen.
Had a relative who married a British citizen and they moved to Guam and before the wife became a US citizen had two children and those children, when they turned 18 both had to make the decision to either claim US or British citizenship and had to swear off the nationality for the nation they decided to not claim citizenship of – and this was just a decade ago.

Oh, yea I have been attacked relentlessly on this issue. One of the fathers was brought over when he was very young, joining our American military at 19 and now working corrections in Calif. My son-in-law got deported at least once and came back over each time, working with fake, maybe stolen ids for years until he finally applied for citizenship.
However there comes a time when enough is enough. Comes a time when it not only impacts yourself, but your community and the country as a whole. People crossing our border illegally is one of those crimes that others and I cannot and will not ignore being broken any longer.
What is really weird about those entering America illegally, it is VERY rare that their crossing the border illegally is the only American or state law they end up breaking. Usually within days, they are either working illegally with NO papers, or committing a felony by using fake documentation or stolen identification. Regarding the “compacts between states”, they think they’ve found a loophole. The states pass laws that say “when enough states to exceed 270 electoral votes implement this, so will we.” They believe that because it’s not an agreement with any other states specifically that they are OK. Naturally if they had a majority on the Supreme Court it would sail right through.

Like the intro to “Jump Around”, the White Stripes’ “Seven Nation Army” has a melody you’d recognize immediately if you ever watched a single high school, pro, or college basketball, baseball, or football game, because it became one of those ubiquitous pieces of crowd-hype music snippets, just like Queen’s “We Will Rock You” did for two decades.
It is so ubiquitous in large crowd events no judge would dare rule against “Fair Use”, I think.

The Russian software company RAU IT is hoping to cash in Donald Trump’s US election victory by selling drinks, including spirits and mineral water, branded ‘Trumpovka,’ RBK reported on Monday.
Similar moves have been made in the past. Several years after Vladimir Putin became Russia’s president, ‘Putinka’ vodka was released. The brand was a top seller, and the marketing move was seen as a success.
So far it is unclear when Trumpovka could hit the shelves, but other Trump-related merchandise is already entering the Russian marketplace, according to Mosckvich Mag.
