Can anyone explain why the “Kill Tony” guy was one of the speakers?
I have no idea who he is and I didn’t hear his act, but I found this on X:

I never heard of the guy. He was so un-funny that if they hadn’t said he was a comedian, I doubt half the room would’ve known it.
And yeah, I do wonder who thought it was a good idea to have a “comedian” who’s not funny perform at this rally.

Never heard of him before. If he really is a comedian, then he’s a darn poor one. That was an extreme insult to all those who live on the island of Puerto Rico. Any idea who brought that guy in to speak? Somebody has some explaining to do.
If he was alive today, Don Rickles would be able to take that supposed comedian to task about the importance of knowing your audience before you open your mouth.
Essentially it was an insult to the government officials who do a rotten job and need to be called out and replaced.
To put on a great show of being offended “on behalf of” the people of Puerto Rico is to deflect from WHY IS IT a mess? The hurricane supplies being hidden in a warehouse, as one example. Who were all the people involved in HIDING the supplies in the warehouse?
It’s like if you point out a woman’s terrible injuries of being abused and you get certain parties that are offended that you are pointing out the apparent abuse, that it is humiliating for the woman for you to do that, nevermind that someone is abusing her!
If you want to see or read something lame, I would bet you a fat man to a hole in a doughnut that Karl Rove will focus on this in his “Wall Street Journal” op-ed this week on Thursday, that he is gleefully shaping his attack and it will be all about Puerto Rico on the last week before the election; it will be as if Donald Trump himself said the words “floating garbage”.
The thing is, maybe the people of Puerto Rico want their island to be beautiful again, and clean and safe and will be voting out the politicians who have been enriching themselves and neglecting Puerto Rico.

I know… the don’t know him, he has an incredible show called Kill Tony on you tube, it’s the # 1 you tube podcast. It’s raunchy as all get out, and really, there are times I can’t go there, but he’s a big time guy in comedy for the 40 and under and he’s places in Austin

I only finished watching this, couldn’t do it live. I’m so happy for President Trump coming back to his hometown with this massive support. I really do hope New York is in play, wouldn’t that be something? I almost think there might be a little something brewing between President Trump and the mayor, Eric Adams. His being sympathetic and Adams also saying Trump is not a dictator. As if on the verge of some kind of understanding.
I do have a couple of questions if anyone might answer. I know Melania is keeping Barron out of the limelight but I wonder why Ivanka and Jared wouldn’t be there in support. Are they still New Yorkers?
Second, what’s up with President Trump and Melania kissing only on the cheek? I seem to remember quick kisses on the lips in the past in public. I hope there is no strain between them. I didn’t see any other strained body language, though. But it struck me a little.
Anyway I am allowing myself to hope all will be well for him becoming our President again, the signs here and there that the Left machine is acquiescing to a Trump victory. I really want to relax and not worry. But still praying and for his and his family and team’s protection. It would be icing if he got the popular vote, too!
IMO, the President was whispering in her ear, not avoiding kissing her on the lips. She was smiling from ear to ear and it was genuine.
My take on what was going on there was that he was basically thanking her for what she has had to endure since that escalator ride, letting her know in no uncertain terms that he owed it all to her for her unflagging loyalty, support, and inspiration. It was the greatest moment of his life….and he laid it all at her feet, in gratitude.

I went to the rally to see for myself.
The line outside was full of Jews as well as every other demographic, chatting to each other like old friends. Inside there were large Israeli flags prominently displayed by several groups of attendees. Several speakers proudly declared their and Trump’s support for Israel. The pro-Israel lines got some of the biggest positive reactions of the night.
The idea that this is a Nazi rally is a disgusting lie which disrespects the memory of the victims of actual Nazis.

I was there and attended the event with my husband and two friends. It couldn’t have been a more peaceful and wonderful event. The crowd was awesome. Every speaker added something although Dr. Phil did go on a little bit too long for my taste, but he was there to support Trump as was I so it was all good.
Jim Breuer makes “Kill Tony” look like the pig he is and Jim would have had the whole MSG laughing deep inside.
