I was working that night at the Bellagio which is approximately 1 1/2 miles away from Mandalay Bay.
Between the MB and Bellagio there is the Luxor, Excalibur, Tropicana Blvd (7 lanes), NY NY, Monte Carlo, City Center (ARIA), and Cosmopolitan. There were plenty of options to hide well before the Bellagio unless there were additional shooters that far down the Strip.
The shooter was facing east. All people had to do was go hide on the north, west, or south side of MB which they probably did. The people stampeding into the B ran into the building because there were more shooters down the Strip.
MB is right next to Las Vegas Intl Airport (I won’t call it Harry Reid) which would be easy to extract certain Saudis out if that was the reason. Footage shows “black helicopters” headed into that area.
I am not sure why they had to kill people instead of just frightening them and making them scatter while they did their dirty deeds. It’s the killing of innocent people that confounds me.

The interview was severely edited to attempt to make Harris look better. A question was asked and while she was answering they lowered her volume, while the next question was being asked. They cut short her word-salad.
