Y’all know I sit very close to Suspicious Cat when it comes to the motives and intents of Robert F Kennedy Jr. However, that said, I put aside those concerns to state unequivocally my support for this Make American Healthy Again (MAHA) message.
I never quite fully understood just how much our core food products had changed over the years until I started looking for familiar products in foreign countries and found them missing. This piqued my curiosity and a sideline research endeavor that confirms the core message in the video just released by RFK Jr.
Example: Seed oils are banned in Russia. You literally cannot find any food processed with flaxseed oil, canola oil or any other industrial seed oil. To understand the ramification, go to your pantry right now and look at the ingredient label. Put everything you find containing Canola oil (also used as a preservative in semi-fresh foods) on your counter, then realize all of those food products are considered toxic and not readily available outside the USA.
Additionally, multiple food dyes are banned in Europe, and it is absolutely stunning to compare the ingredient labels of the exact same products in nations outside the USA. Our domestic ingredient labels are exhaustive and filled with massive amounts of chemicals. The same product processed outside the USA has nowhere near the same amount of chemical ingredients; they just don’t allow it. The scale of this is a bizarre thing to realize.
HOLY SH*T 🚨 Robert F. Kennedy Jr just exposed Democrats for poisoning children’s food 👏 🔥

.
Again, I still question the political motives of RFK Jr for multiple reasons, none need repeating. However, the issue he is using to put his foot in the door of MAGA is totally legitimate. Our food supply is making us sick.
Put this guy in charge of reforming HHS and the FDA, while simultaneously using the regulatory power of those agencies to ban these toxic ingredients. That’s the way to make MAHA support the objectives of MAGA.

it costs more to eat healthy. The welfare system only provides a certain amount, processed foods are cheaper even though they kill you. Also 1990’s people had jobs, they were at work or producing something. 2018 remote work, little to no production economically, lots of desk jobs. The welfare system was not as extensive in 1990. We didn’t have 17 million illegals to pay for.
It takes more time to eat whole foods because THE COOK has to prepare the food for cooking.
Exactly; I cook from scratch every night..and I work.
These food companies and fast foods hire food scientists to concoct food products that are addictive. Nasty.
Many scientists previously worked for Big Tobacco and then came to the food companies when Big Tobacco began acquiring food companies in America. Casey Means (Good Energy book and online with Tucker Carlson) explains in greater detail.
We probably need a movie like “The Insider” for Big Food.
This is such a smart thing to do – “evangelize” prior to office. There will be pent up demand for healthier foods starting day one.
I can see a “no seed oils” movement similar to “no gmo” movement. Heck, I’m ready to go down to Walmart (and drag some friends) and demand a “no seed oils section”. Even with high grocery prices, people would pay more for “healthy”. I would. Think about how much is spent by Americans on supplements in order to feel better.
MAHA
I have not checked this lately, but, for example, I think the Nutella sold in Italy is differently made from that sold in U.S. Always read labels, and the fewer ingredients the better, and avoid products with unpronounceable names in them. In fruits and vegetables, look up listings of “the dirty dozen” and, as I recall, the clean fifteen (not positive exactly the number of the latter.) But you get the idea.
Nutella from Italy is totally different with none of the chemicals in the US product. Interestingly the US product is packaged in plastic but the European version has to packaged in glass containers so there is no leakage of chemicals into the product
I recently did some parasite research and came across this, can’t vouch for it so take it for what it’s worth.
https://rumble.com/v2uptwq-nutella-full-of-parasites-yikes.html
I no longer consume Nutella nor do I buy it for my grandkids.
I could get behind banning any dye in our food other than natural coloring. Problem is many natural food is also poisonous like plum pits which have arsenic. We eat with our eyes and so many people have gotten used to the look of certain foods it will be a big job to educate.
There is so much about food that is simply wrong. Take avocados. I see people squeezing them to see if they are ripe. Ridiculous, all you do is bruise them causing quicker spoilage. An avocado is ready to eat when the color turns dark and the little button stem rocks out easily. Another falsity is that organic produce tastes better! My organic garden produce tastes different because certain varieties that grow better in a garden have better flavor. Big food grows varieties that keep well and look good but don’t always taste better. Like those stupid big waxy cucumbers!
If RFKJ does a good job many manufacturers will change their ingredients because it will be trendy and they can charge more. Maybe like alcohol and cigarettes they should ban marketing to children.
Well, I’ll have a hard time giving up my kettle cooked jalapeno potato chips but most of the other stuff I just don’t eat. Everything in moderation. Learn to cook from scratch. Start a little 4×4 garden and give some things another try to keep diversity in your diet.
Avocados. I buy a batch for my crockpot chili as completely bright green (unripe) as I can find them.
Then they go into a paper bag on the counter for exactly 5 days (I use a calendar reminder).
Then straight into the frig in the same paper bag, until I can make the chili batch (they are the garnish).
Pretty much foolproof ripe every time now.
But before I did this, much avocado sadness when they were never ripe at the right time. I saw a teeshirt once with a picture of an avocado – wish I’d bought it. It went like this:
Not Yet.
Not Yet.
Not Yet.
Not Yet.
Too Late!
Sounds like my fig tree, not yet,not yet, bug
Parental, obesity is now being directly linked to the rise in autism in children, so the secondary impacts of these additives are just as damaging as the primary ones.
The problem with our food products is the same problem with virtually every other field of endeavor. Congress sits on their collective a$$es and allows food industry lobbyists to write the governing legislation, in exchange for campaign contributions, boondoggle trips, promises of employment/consultation opportunities for family members and other bribes.
Meanwhile, why do we have a Surgeon General, NIH, CDC and etc. (assuming that they aren’t captured, either politically, or by the industries in question, of course) presumably with the expertise to advise congress on these matters, if we don’t make use of this expertise?
Of course, the last time that we desperately needed expert advice was during the COVID dilemma and we got smoke, mirrors and politically driven drivel, which no one now contests, with the exception of a handful of Marxist cat ladies. There have been no meaningful reforms of which I am aware, so why do we still fund these enterprises when all they seem to do is to periodically whine that the Second Amendment is the root cause of a health crisis? Besides, to the extent that there is a gun-fueled health crisis, it is directly tied to ceding control of the border to the drug cartels, so that they can conduct their smuggling, slavery and drug operations with minimal inconvenience. Statistics clearly indicate that the majority of shootings are as a result of suicide and illegal drug distribution turf wars.
And what do record suicide statistics really tell us, but that the people have totally lost hope in the future, due to the abysmal way that this country is being run!
The bottom line is that Congress provides the best government that the industries can buy and they get it at bargain basement prices!
… and by the way, have you gone to your neighborhood grocery store and earnestly tried to buy food with ingredients that you can actually pronounce? Even in the fresh meat and produce departments, you need to worry about gene splicing, hormones, pesticides and other chemical “enhancements” and preservatives. It’s ridiculous!!!
For those that are wondering about the good oils, they are Avocado Oil, Olive Oil and Coconut Oil. Additionally, Ghee and grass-fed butter are also good for home cooking.
.
We also need to regulate olive oils; they are allowed to be diluted with crap oils. It’s very hard to get pure olive oil. Also, don’t discard the fat from your organic meats; may be no good for baking but fine for cooking other things.
.
Dr. Gundry has some good info on olive oil and he also has some available for sale periodically. Yes, its more expensive than what you get at the grocery store. There is also Kasandrinos International which is a quality olive oil.
Ghee is shelf-stable butter, in glass jars. It’s a great way to make sure you have butter in case of a “zombie apocalypse.” It’s carried in most grocery stores, even Kroger and Walmart.
Stop questioning and get on board. This is real and true and RFK Jr has been aware of this and has many amazing resources behind him on MAHA.
I thought the program last night was excellent. I hope to see it again, and maybe a 3rd time, so I’ll be able to remember it better
I remember when I had nieces and one nephew that had teeth growing from the gum trying to come out before their others had left!
I also remember 30+ years ago when it was a thing for 10 year old girls to start forming huge breasts!
The culprit discovered was hormones injected in all forms of meats.
Not just in meats, although think of all the chicken nuggets and hamburgers sold in fast-food restaurants! But also in all sorts of other products. We live in a toxic environment – it is virtually impossible to remove hormones from the water we drink, and it is inundated by an unimaginable amount of hormones from hormone-replacement therapies by our seniors and now mid-life demographics.
I’ve been an avid label reader for a very long time. My husband had asthma and was allergic to MSG. If he ate anything with MSG in it he would get horrible migraine headaches, When I was diagnosed with systemic lupus – that affected my kidney’s – When I was my sickest I found a book, written by a medical doctor, who went into great detail on autoimmune diseases. He insisted we had to get rid of anything with artifical coloring, seed oils – heavily processed foods – stick to the outside aisle of the grocery stores with exception of aisle with olive oil and seasonings, [and of course paper goods and cleaning supplies]. followed his advice and slowly over many years I recovered and I’m in remission – though the kidney damage is done. I now buy a lot of Primal products made with avocado oil – or make my own from scratch. To be healthy we as a country needs to learn to start cooking from scratch again. I also buy mostly organic.
I’d be interested in the name of the book or the author’s name – I have a daughter-in-law with fibromyalgia who might benefit from knowing which foods to stay away from.
When you realize that the multinational corporations only allegiance is to their bottom line, you begin to view all the products they offer as unwholesome.
In my pantry there won’t be cans of pork and beans, there will be containers of dried navy beans instead to cook in the pressure cooker which I then add my BBQ sauce made from home canned tomatoes and bacon.
The more you choose to cook from scratch the better, you cut out the middle man.

I have a little cookbook from the 1930s though the 1970s that I have thought about putting on a blog to help folks keep it simple.
Watch out for those deadly nitrates in bacon….cancer causing!
I know but I love a little bacon now and then. I swear my hubby would eat a rock if it was wrapped in bacon. 🙂
I am all on board with removing the unhealthy additives in our food. My mother was all about natural food. Soda was forbidden in our house. I did my best to make sure my kids ate healthy. it paid off.
When my son was five years old, I would make him a cup of cozy time tea with honey and a small snack. One evening I asked him what he wanted for his snack, and he said spinach. I said I was not making him spinach. He stomped his foot and demanded spinach. I took a box of frozen spinach out of the freezer, put it in a pot and steamed him up some spinach. He took his bowl of spinach went and sat down at the table and ate about half of the box. No salt no pepper no butter just spinach.
My husband and I took our son who was ten years old at the time and his friend out to dinner at a restaurant called Damians. The kid’s menu had for sides French fries, mac and cheese and applesauce. My son asked the server if he could have broccoli. The sever surprised. The manager came to our table and complimented me about my son’s food choice. My son’s meal was free.
These are the best moments ! Our farm is in Wisconsin near cranberry country. Organic dried cranberries are a staple. Mornings start with porridge — that’s simple oatmeal with plain oat bran and then whatever is in season thrown in – apples, cranberries, raisins. My daughter has decided that the cranberries are best and demands a handful of dried cranberries as a snack … okay ! I can get used to this part.
Well…..you can always grow your own.
There’s an old saying and it’s worth remembering about people..
” Last on the train, first ones to jump off ”
If you want healthy, clean food grown in well maintained soil, don’t complain about $20 a head cabbage.
Not that anyone cares, but there’s a damn good reason why people gave thanks to our Father before a meal.
People are fat and sick because they are lazy and eat too much.
End of story.
Not that easy – I live in Arizona. When it hits 120 anything not in the ground with tons of water immediately dies.
So move and quit complaining
Stop eating carbohydrates and increase your animal fat intake. Beef, bacon, butter and eggs form the core of a healthy diet. Eating these will cause you to lose weight, lower your blood pressure, improve your mind set, take away joint pain, and make you happier. However, you have to stop eating carbs for this to be successful.
Our kidneys do NEED SOME complex carbs (as opposed to simple carbs). How much we should have varies between people. Healthy fats, good protein, and some complex carbs make up my diet. Sugar frosted flakes and the like are not part of it. Whole oats are part of it.
Yes and don’t be alarmed about your cholesterol on such a diet. It’s healthy just keep your triglycerides and glucose spikes down.
There is a Christian telegram Channel I follow. He posts photos of prayer groups in support of Israel.
I’m shocked and embarrassed at the obvious lack of health in general of the Americans compared to many other countries that
send in photos.
Personally I try to read every label to avoid high fructose corn syrup and any form of maltodextrin. By avoiding them I’m probably avoiding a lot of other bad stuff also.
Vital to eliminate seed oils, but a lot of good oils like avocado and olive oils are adulterated, so buyer beware. Do some careful research.
Years ago, my husband began to be troubled with arthritis in his hands. I did some research and found out sometimes corn could aggravate arthritis.
He would often buy cornflakes for an evening snack that I told him was junk food. I got him onboard to try eliminating corn from his diet as a test, no cereal, corn chips, or anything with corn syrup.
The arthritis cleared up and now it only flares up when he gives into temptation.
Corn has been genetically altered so much in the last 50-60 years. I remember how upset my dad was the year he bought our seed corn for our farm fields from the local feed & supply store and the kernels were bright pink instead of the usual pale yellow. He was very hesitant to plant it, but it was all that was available throughout the county. A couple of years later, all of us children developed allergies and/0r bad reactions to corn and corn products, which continue to this day.
I’d love to see her serve in a potential Trump Administration.
Dr. Casey Means: “I learned virtually nothing at Stanford Medical School about the tens of thousands of scientific papers that elucidate the root causes of why American health is plummeting.”
“I did not learn that for each additional serving of ultra-processed food we eat, early mortality increases by 18%.
This now makes up 67% of the foods our kids are eating. I took zero nutrition courses in medical school.
I didn’t learn that 82% of independently-funded studies show harm from processed food, while 93% of industry-sponsored studies reflect no harm.
I didn’t learn that 95% of the people who created the recent USDA food guidelines for America had significant conflicts of interest with the food industry.
I did not learn that one billion pounds of synthetic pesticides are being sprayed on our foods every single year. 99% of the farmland in the United States is sprayed with synthetic pesticides, many from China and Germany, and these invisible, tasteless chemicals are strongly linked to autism, ADHD, sex hormone disruption, thyroid disease, sperm dysfunction, Alzheimer’s, dementia, birth defects, cancer, obesity, liver dysfunction, female infertility and more.
I did not learn that the eight billion tons of plastic that have been produced just in the last 100 years … are being broken down into microplastics that are now filling our food, our water, and we are now even inhaling them in our air, and that very recent research … tells us that now about 0.5% of our brains by weight are plastic.
I didn’t learn that there are more than 80,000 toxins that have entered our food, water, air, and homes by industry, many of which are banned in Europe, and they are known to alter our gene expression, alter our microbiome composition and the lining of our gut, and disrupt our hormones.
I didn’t learn that heavy metals like aluminum and lead are present in our food, our baby formula, personal care products, our soil, and many of the mandated medications like vaccines, and that these metals are neurotoxic and inflammatory.
I didn’t learn that the average American walks a paltry 3,500 steps per day even though we know, based on science and top journals, that simply walking 7,000 steps a day slashes by 40-60% our risk of Alzheimer’s, dementia, type 2 diabetes, cancer, and obesity.
I certainly did not learn that medical error and medications are the third-leading cause of death in the US.
I didn’t learn that just five nights of sleep deprivation can induce full-blown pre-diabetes. I learned nothing about sleep, and we’re getting about 20% less sleep on average than we were 100 years ago.
I didn’t learn that American children are getting less time outdoors now than a maximum security prisoner, and on average, adults spend 93% of their time indoors, even though we know from the science that separation from sunlight destroys our circadian biology, and circadian biology dictated our cellular biology.
I didn’t learn that professional organizations that we get out practice guidelines from, like the American Diabetes Association and the American Academy of Pediatrics, have taken tens of millions of dollars from Coke, Cadbury, processed food companies and vaccine manufacturers like Moderna.
I didn’t learn that if you address these root causes that all lead to metabolic dysfunction and help patients change their food and lifestyle patterns … we could reverse the chronic disease crisis in America, save millions of lives and trillions of dollars in healthcare costs per year.
This is a spiritual crisis. We are choosing death over life, we are choosing darkness over light.
We need a return to courage. We need a return to common sense and intuition. We need a return to awe for the sheer miraculousness of our lives.
We need all hands on deck.”

I don’t want the government telling me what to drive,
where to go, what to eat!
I don’t want government allowing Americans to be slowly poisoned to death.
MAHA baby. Good stuff.
Suspicious cat unnecessary.
I’m so tired of everyone pretending they did not hear RFK say, during the suspension of his campaign, how he hopes to defeat Trump by staying on the ballot. If you don’t know what his plan is then you should because it is possible to achieve with limited fraud.
Yes! He is right on this issue. Will he get to this before or after he takes your guns and makes you buy carbon credits?
If he’s going to take my guns, he’ll have to have risen to the level of President just to make the attempt. If he was going to make me buy carbon credits, he’ll have to find himself House Majority Leader. Neither of these is going to happen.
The a-paranoic truth seems to be that he has swallowed his TDS, accepted that if he is going to have any role in shaping the country, it will be through some kind of service in a cause he believes in and would have absolutely no chance at realizing in a Democrat pharma-cozy administration. His history of supporting, fighting for, combatting pharmaceutical gives him more street cred than bitter remarks made when throwing in the towel on those presidential ambitions. And you have to believe you’re a lot more insightful about RFK Jr. than Donald Trump and people serious about MAGA who are welcoming him aboard.
Of course only time will tell; but if he’sDeep State, then so is every formerly dedicated Democrat who can’t take the corruption anymore and has defected. Tulsi Gabbard comes to mind. Joe Manchin. Krysten Sinema. There’s enough evidence of a fundamental decency to RFK Jr. that we can all be hopeful. Remember his father and uncle would be MAGA themselves by today’s standards.
He’s a politician, sewer maggot.
President Trump , who’s also the real current president because he won in 2020 ( we lost America that year without a full on revolution ) is a Statesman.
Statesman are who founded the opportunity. Buttworms like kennedy destroyed it from within.
Nothing more than a name that arrived because of the mafia securing the nomination. Well, his daddy was criminal scum so it wasn’t a surprise.
I’m simply pointing out what RFK Jr himself said was his stated goal…
to generate an electoral tie to throw the election back to the House of Representatives to decided by a small number of individuals who can be strong-armed instead of allowing the American people to decide.
It would be far less difficult to swing a few states, once most of the counting is almost done, to create a tied electoral vote, than any other possible fraud scenario.
RFK stated that is his goal on video, during his speech suspending his campaign.
Apparently you “believe you’re a lot more insightful about RFK Jr.” than RFK is himself.
He’s playing chess. You are smoking hopium
This is so big. They are taking on maybe 2/3 of the American economy, considering food, medical, research, education, etc, so I expect there is going to be fierce resistance. And they play dirty.
But the point is, as it always has been, that RFK has a vital role to play in a Trump administration, it’s just that that role must be carefully restricted to certain areas.
I’d also like to hear Trump himself hold forth on RFK’s proposals, to verify and empathize them.
I’d like to see President Trump eat healthier,he’d stick around longer . Assuming he has a private security detail not connected in any form to the sewer
Yes. The diet soda is murder.
“Put this guy in charge of reforming HHS and the FDA, while simultaneously using the regulatory power of those agencies to ban these toxic ingredients.”
Exactemundo.
Nope.
Put all sewer maggots to death.
Start over with honest people who dig the graves for the people they replace.
Depopulation. Maximum extraction of wealth from our gradual demise and misery. Repopulate with disposable slave labor.
Russians do use industrial seed oil—sunflower oil. They may very well have banned the other oils to protect their domestic seed oil industry.
I don’t want government telling me:
Where to go:
What to say:
What to think:
What to smoke:
What to eat:
Taxpayers subsidize the results of chemicals posing as (healthy) foods in grocery stores and for the results in medical care and “care “costs the and the cost of real food for those who cannot live off the land.
You, better then most people, should understand that the reason these various foods (like seed oil) are banned is NOT because anyone can prove they harm you but rather because of the many, many civil lawsuits against food processors and manufacturers AND because of massive misinformation, i.e. there is literally no food that is not criticized and lied about. The truth is this is most like Prop 65 in California where after a deluge of misinformation a majority of people actually believe food is poison. Peanut butter is poison to .01% of people but the rest of us can eat it.

There is a facility in Memphis that manufactures 90 of the chemical additives in food products but also soaps and household products. It is part of a huge chemical company (Witco / Compton) that sells bulk to brand manufacturers.
It aint about agriculture!
I started down the food rabbit hole in 2019. Once Covid hit in 2020 (around here), I added it to my plate. Then this spring I discovered the sunlight rabbit hole. It all ties in together. Our corrupt government agencies (FDA, CDC ), along with lobbyists from the food industry, big pharmacy joined with corrupt government and the medical establishment have been pulling the wool over our eyes. There is a wealth of information on the internet. You should try to consume it before the Censorship Industrial Complex shuts it all down.
Food in the USA doesn’t taste nearly as good as the food we’ve enjoyed in South Africa, Chile, China and Japan.
I don’t travel any more.
But I can at least attest that there is a world of difference between the raspberries, peppers, and especially redskin potatoes that I’ve grown in my own backyard and the ones from the three supermarkets around me. So much flavor…
Yes, the garden fresh are not designed for uniform appearance and to pick prematurely for long distance travel and long storage, which does not allow flavor and nutrition to fully develop, and then not irradiated, which destroys more of what nutrition remains. Why vitamin pills and their natural food counterparts have become such big business.
That is because of the mineral content of what you’re eating. Also known as nutritional value. The healthier and more balanced the soil is, particularly on a microbial level, the more nutrients are available to the plant and what it produces.
That means you eat less because you’re getting what you need and you are healthier. You are what you eat and it is that simple.
Navigating the garbage starts with taking responsibility for what you put in your pie hole. That’s the challenge, it means the absolute end of convenient eating .
The rest is just complaining and excuses .
You are SO right about the red skin potatoes! We took over the garden of our neighbor when her husband died and the only thing she was adamant about was the red potatoes. Once they were ready we baked them and they were so creamy and delicious that you didn’t need butter or salt or anything!
When you get your food sorted out and get used to reading labels, rejecting any food with ingredients that you don’t recognize as safe, then it is time to start thinking about plastics – microplastics in food. They are now finding microplastics in everybody’s blood. It can cause blood-clots and strokes, and who knows what other serious medical problems.
Everything is packaged in plastic these days. Soft flexible plastic is the worst for shedding microplastic particles. Add heat and you get mega-doses of plastic particles (microwaved plastic food containers, plastic soup bowls or cups, plastic water bottles stored in the heat, etc.)
It’s not hard to greatly cut down on use of plastics. But if you ever go to the hospital and get hooked up to an IV bag with a plastic IV hose, guess what. That’s right, you will leave the hospital with more plastic in your blood than what you came in with.
Fire your doctors and eat healthy food you grow yourself. That is the only way I know of to avoid the toxins & microplastics.
Also ponder how to to convince women to surrender their birth control pills, so their urine does not dump estrogens into the water systems, and likewise artificially fatten them up. Maybe that movement will finally cause the leftie women to reject environmentalism. Dare to dream.
My wife is a Functional Medicine MD. I recommend all of my fellow treepers get a functional doc. Their specialty is addressing everything regarding health RFK Jr espouses. You WILL get healthy again.
How do I find a Functional Medicine MD = preferably somewhere near Wisconsin but I am willing to travel.
Thanks in advance !
FFA, you can search for Functional Medicine clinics in your area. Best to look for an MD as chiropractors also use the title.
One of the first things I was taught when trying to seriously lose wight: If you want to eat real food, go kosher. Even if you aren’t Jewish, those foods have standards that are actually followed. You’ll be eating real food again.
Every unhealthy snack food in the stores are kosher.
So true! We used it for flood allergies as well. It is very helpful as many trace amounts are not included in label and you can skip the labels.
Not gonna lie, this is a good topic and while I don’t like him even a little, he is bringing light to something many of us have known for a long time. However avoiding it has not slowed it down one bit..
Old joke on the topic..
What is Clark Griswold‘s profession? Anyone? Anyone?
I know. he developed a non-digestible coating for cereal so it would stay crisp.
Drinking a gallon of soda and a plate full of fries isn’t helping either.
I’ve always said I am like those little fish seen swimming down inside of the storm drains. Almost my entire life has been spent living atop a toxic superfund site, but I keep on ticking.
I kicked my kids out of the nest so they would move far away and maybe have a fighting chance. It is criminal and positively demonic what these greedy bastards have visited upon us and our children. May they answer to a righteous God for their actions!
This is a major fight we really need to win. We are allowing ourselves to be poisoned and most people have no clue it’s happening. RFK has been working on this for a very long time and has a tremendous amount of information about it. He knows the Dems would not touch this if they are in charge again, so he changed course and is working with MAGA to get this matter front and center. He looks at this and health related problems as his legacy if he can only get to a place where it will be addressed in a big way. I for one hope and pray he can achieve his goals in these matters. We desperately need to reveal to all Americans how our sick health has been the result in many ways of what we have been sold to believe are safe foods and medicine.
Well, that blows… here I think I’m eating a generally healthy snack in home popped popcorn in coconut oil and I find out the Flavacol seasoning has yellow dye #5 & #6… time to revert to plain old salt and maybe a little butter 😉
MAHA!
We brown our butter for popcorn and the kids call it Chocolate Butter. It really adds a different flavor, we pour it over broccoli, too. It’s also really good on noodles. I don’t know if buttered noodles is still a side dish for dinner but it was when I was growing up.
Not just colon cancer I suspect.
Colon cancer rates skyrocket among children, teens – UPI.com
I join you and Suspicious Cat with respect to RFK Jr., but I also join you and him in this fight against the food giants who are poisoning us with the blessing complicity of the FDA and NIH. These institutions have been coopted by the very producers they are charged with policing.
He could have a great impact in joining the fight with Casey and Calley Means. Watch “Calley & Casey Means: How Big Pharma Keeps You Sick, and the Dark Truth About Ozempic and the Pill“
It is hard enough to understand RFK Jr. without that annoying piano music in the background. Let us hear him not some body tinkling on the ivories.
Not Cheeze-its!!!
Great idea. At the same time we need to ban processed foods in our homes.
Glad to see Sundance moving a bit in the right direction here. I don’t fault the general skepticism, and in fact, I think it is totally possible that this is a move of self-aggrandizement. HOWEVER, just because it raises RFK’s profile, doesn’t mean there won’t be a net benefit for the American people.
In other words, doing the right thing for the wrong reasons will still benefit us and our kids. Sticking him in the cabinet, to me, is a worthwhile risk. He has to agree not to bring woke DEI crap into whatever agencies he’s in charge of. He has to agree to fill administrative positions with conservatives. But outside that, I support it. And MAGA should support it too.
Glad to see Sundance coming around.
Thank you Sherrie. I read your post upon arising about 2:30 a.m. and then downloaded the app and scanned barcodes all day. Trashed many products ….(or fed some to our dogs). I hope to alleviate hub’s arthritis and diabetes issues. 🙏🏻
Thank you, Sheri. Love the app!
