Y’all know I sit very close to Suspicious Cat when it comes to the motives and intents of Robert F Kennedy Jr. However, that said, I put aside those concerns to state unequivocally my support for this Make American Healthy Again (MAHA) message.
I never quite fully understood just how much our core food products had changed over the years until I started looking for familiar products in foreign countries and found them missing. This piqued my curiosity and a sideline research endeavor that confirms the core message in the video just released by RFK Jr.
Example: Seed oils are banned in Russia. You literally cannot find any food processed with flaxseed oil, canola oil or any other industrial seed oil. To understand the ramification, go to your pantry right now and look at the ingredient label. Put everything you find containing Canola oil (also used as a preservative in semi-fresh foods) on your counter, then realize all of those food products are considered toxic and not readily available outside the USA.
Additionally, multiple food dyes are banned in Europe, and it is absolutely stunning to compare the ingredient labels of the exact same products in nations outside the USA. Our domestic ingredient labels are exhaustive and filled with massive amounts of chemicals. The same product processed outside the USA has nowhere near the same amount of chemical ingredients; they just don’t allow it. The scale of this is a bizarre thing to realize.
HOLY SH*T 🚨 Robert F. Kennedy Jr just exposed Democrats for poisoning children’s food 👏 🔥

.
Again, I still question the political motives of RFK Jr for multiple reasons, none need repeating. However, the issue he is using to put his foot in the door of MAGA is totally legitimate. Our food supply is making us sick.
Put this guy in charge of reforming HHS and the FDA, while simultaneously using the regulatory power of those agencies to ban these toxic ingredients. That’s the way to make MAHA support the objectives of MAGA.

If Sundance can be cautiously optimistic with a Kennedy, so can we. Recently I have been reading labels for shits and giggles, I need to google what it is and why in sam hill it needs to be in a processed product for human consumption. Yesterday I passed multiple 4 story chicken houses 2 football lengths long, 6 at one “farm”. Just do a side by side yolk test of store bought eggs and roadside farm, hobbyist, true amish eggs. It is truly amazing, the difference, corporate egg yolks are pale somewhat milky yellow and kinda flatish. Amish eggs have vibrant yellow stand up yolks. Perimeter shop at grocery stores and cook from scratch. In closing…. cigarette companies buying food companies always got the antennas up, a tiger rarely changes its stripes.
Oh yes, a healthy yolk is dark rich yellow!
Pasture raised is like that..dark rich yellow..
And the taste of the fresh egg is amazing! You can tell the difference by the taste!
Corporate eggs I have seen have a very dark rich yellow yoke with a very slightly reddish tinge . Darker than the eggs I get from my own chickens . This is because some corporate eggs have dye in the yolk .
When I first got laying hens I thought there was something wrong with my eggs. The yolks so dark and heavy! My chickens do get a lot of fresh veggies too. The crazy ladies Love tomatoes and will eat them before a watermelon.
Back in time when we lived in NJ we bought a house & with it came a small chicken coop with a few Rhode Island red chickens. Abundance of very large brown eggs for years. I recall those yolks were intensely dark yellow. And the eggs had so much more taste than store bought. Memories!
free range duck egg yolk is dark orange
I have noticed that about the color of my fresh Amish eggs as compared to the chain grocery store one buckwheat.
I buy a lot from my Amish neighbors.
I like their products because they never contain the varity of chemicals that so much of our foods have in them.
When my five boys were at home I was always careful of their diets and cooked mostly from scratch.
I really need to get back to that, the last ten years or so I have slacked off.
I need to get back into more cooking even though it is just my husband and myself here now.
You’re lucky you live in Amish country.
Walmart eggs make my eyes water.
Sundance’s suspicions are always well-founded. I will always be appreciative of RFKjr’s expose’ of Fauci in 2021.
I agree with RFK Jr’s insights regarding Big pHarma and Big Ag. Regarding his candidacy, my suspicions were raised by the two recent assassination attempts on President Trump.
It became clear to me that the UNiparty had planned to run a RINO had the assassination been successful. RFK Jr was set to be a splitter candidate should anything go awry with that plan.
And something *did* go awry with their plan to remove President Trump. So here comes RFK Jr.
Had he truly been MAGA he would not have run against President Trump. If he truly wanted President Trump to win, he would have left the race entirely, not merely “suspended” his campaign.
What he is now is a ballot splitter. Even if MAGA doesn’t vote for him, they will split off ballots from Trump to ensure Trump can’t possibly win.
Bobby Jr cozying up to MAGA makes their steal seem plausible. Splitter is as splitter does.
I didn’t know flour wasn’t flour. King Arthur Flour seems to be the best I’ve found, simply Unbleached Hard Red Wheat flour and an enzyme (they note for improved yeast baking performance).
Enriched flour touted by other brands has, among a handful of added ingredients, folic acid which can cause some issues.
The King Arthur Baking brands seem to be good (I know the BJ’s by us carries their flour and WalMart). They have a lot more than just flour.
Even pancake mix from some brands has a bunch of crap.
Get a flour mill . It’s great can buy organic grain in bulk and it lasts forever.
KAF also ran a baking contest banning white people from participating. Gave them the Big Goodbye after that.
I use Wheat Montana. No GMO grains, no preservatives. It’s good.
I used to be able to buy Wheat Montana flour but can’t find it now. It was the best-tasting.
Most of the brands we used to buy for pancakes, biscuits, and ready-made (mixes that you just add eggs and/or water or milk) are now polluted as well (Krusteaz is one that comes to mind). Poor quality, poor taste and full of chemicals.
We stopped buying King Arthur products when they had a “no-whites allowed” baking contest … just as we would boycott KAF if they did a “whites only” contest.

Sundance,
Welcome to our pew in the cathedral of the Great Awakening. Where to start?
It’s possible, for those who don’t pretend, to see a direct correlation between those acquiring vast wealth, to those suffering increasingly poor health. Gotta be careful about jumping to conclusions when you start comprehending the degree of deliberate manipulation that our farmers have been exposed to in how they MUST grow crops and raise animals in order to survive financially. When you learn the massive tonnage of toxic chemicals that get used on a DAILY basis on US farms, you will double check the numbers. Our industrial farmers have been conditioned to wake up and think, what can I go Kill today so the only plants in my field are those I want. The goal is a perfect monoculture of identical plants. Hundreds of millions of acres of crop and pasture land is managed that way. The family of chemicals they use for control of flying or crawling insects are known as endocrine disrupters. We really don’t know what they do to humans. Oh, they’ve been “studied” but the ramifications of use on this scale is NOT understood by anyone.
There are multiple links between higher education in agriculture and medicine and the companies that make said chemicals.
I better stop now.
Consumers need educating on what REAL food looks like. I’ve seen people in stores picking over produce and complaining, and not even knowing its out of season. You can’t have citrus all year round, bananas, apples etc without using gas and preservation. My fruit preservation is in the form of canning what I pick in my own orchard, and vegetable garden.
There’s something quite glorious about producing your own food, and not just the appreciation of taste and knowing how it grew, but when your hands are in the soil, or you are pruning a branch, you are the closest you can ever be to God. God isn’t in the supermarkets, he’s in the farm stands, and small businesses who suffer to bring quality, and good health to your table.
On top of all that, there’s China buying up lots of farmland for what purpose?
Where I live, they’re buying it up for growing weed.
We had a chance recently to speak with a farmer in the Dakotas whose family has farmed for I think at least 3 generations. He explained that the government used to provide “parity,” which meant in simplistic terms (as I understood it) that your silo of whatever was valued at a certain level, say 92% of the cost of a tractor. When that was the case, they didn’t practice monoculture but grew flax, I think barley and a variety of crops; with the elimination of parity, they only grow corn (and probably soybeans) because it’s much more profitable (I’m wondering if the higher corn prices has something to do with ethanol; wheat doesn’t come close to being as profitable according to this farmer. Then again, who needs wheat flour?🙄).
Someone on here who is better informed can perhaps explain it all better. I just remember being shocked at the variety of crops that he used to be grown that he isn’t anymore, apparently at least partially because of (shockingly 🙄) government involvement.
I now live in Kansas – moved here from Colorado. There is a high rate of farmers who suffer and die from neurological diseases, especially Parkinson’s disease. Many take their own lives.
One friend told me that her uncle mixed toxic chemicals with his own bare hands before applying them to plants. One can see low-flying planes spraying corn fields on a routine basis.
Livestock are innoculated with antibiotics and steriods indiscriminately. We are eating the meat from these animals.
There should be a Department of Education dedicated to the farmers to educate them to bring health to this country’s food supply.
I hadn’t heard of flax seed oil being on a bad list before.
Me neither.
If I take flaxseed oil capsules instead of fish body oil, my blood pressure goes down at least 15 points.
Supposedly flaxseed can lower your testosterone , so might want to be careful if your a bloke.
And also lowers blood pressure which is a bad thing.
Article from Dr. Mercola entitled “ Flax Is Not a Health Food — Stop Consuming It and Use It to Paint Instead”
https://articles.mercola.com/sites/articles/archive/2024/06/04/flax-high-pufa-estrogenic.aspx
Cut down on consumption of imperial pale ales with are hop – heavy. Hops are also estrogenic.
Interesting! I didn’t know that.
Thanks!
Or Canola
Restaurants use lots of canola oil because it’s cheap – it’s the go-to oil for commercial use. For that reason, I don’t eat out much anymore – I have an instant digestive reaction to anything cooked in canola oil.
I’ve always heard that it is a healthy way to get Omega 3 in your system…..and you CAN buy it in the EU in health food stores.
If the food you eat is nutritionally whole, why do you need supplements? You don’t.
Some people do need a little B-12 and Iodine.
I see arguments online that all seed oils are bad/not all seed oils are bad, it depends how they are “pressed”, that sort of thing.
I look forward to finding out facts based on real science.
Seed oils have Omega 6, animal fats have Omega 3
The Omega 3 in flax is totally different than the Omega 3 in certain fish. Different people have different needs but you can’t get “too much” if you’re getting it from fish.
There are a number of good fish oils on the market that are made of cold-water krill. Good quality krill oil fish oil supplements are excellent and easy to digest.
I only cook with olive oil, coconut oil and butter (usually butter). I only resort to Canola oil if I have no choice, and I absolutely avoid vegetable oil. It’s impossible for me to eat scrambled eggs when that’s used, it tastes so…wrong. The stuff really isn’t good for you. Your body is meant to burn healthy fats for fuel. The healthcare system has been lying to people for decades about what’s good for you and what isn’t. And the reason is $$$$.
Vegetable oil for scrambled eggs???? EEEEEK!!!
For perfect scrambled eggs:
Crack your eggs into a large jug (I usually do 6)
Salt & Pepper (I also add a dab of garlic salt and new orleans spice blend)
GRATE about 2 tblsps of butter into eggs
Splash of heavy cream (or milk if you prefer) – probably a tablespoon or so.
Using a fork, whisk it all together thoroughly then place in fridge.
Pre heat a non-stick SAUCEPAN, medium heat.
Pour eggs into pan and using a WOODEN SPOON, stir the eggs keeping them from sticking.
Tilt the pan and continue stirring until they are just solid (should be a bit of liquidity).
Remove from heat and keep stirring as you take to the plate.
Your eggs should be soft (slightly wet) and scrambled… and DELICIOUS!
Top with grated cheese and devour.
We always cook the bacon first and use a bit of the bacon fat to fry the eggs. Delish
Only way to do it.
Yes, I also fry eggs in bacon fat… but scrambled eggs go nowhere near a frying pan!
Cooking with non-stick pans? No thanks. I’ll stick with my butter.
You can use any saucepan – you just might have to do a bit of scrubbing afterwards… and there is definitely butter being used if you reread my post 😉
I definitely dont mind scrubbing versus using anything non stick. BTW, while on the same subject…I’m not so sure all these plastic air fryers aren’t adding chemicals to our foods too. I mean, people are concerned about plastic water bottles sitting in the sun/heat and leaching chemicals into the bottled water…so what does it do to food, if heated to high temps in an air fryer comprised of mostly plastic?
I cook my steaks and meat in beef tallow – the taste is really heightened and the smoke point is very high.
I’m from that generation who grew up with a mother that cooked with bacon grease which was kept in a can in the cupboard under the kitchen sink.
It’s not the flax plant that’s the problem, it’s extracting and purifying the oil to use as a stand alone product. If you consume the entire seed it’s very nutritious and contains fiber that your gut microbes need for fuel.
“…it is absolutely stunning to compare the ingredient labels of the exact same products in nations outside the USA. ”
Not to detract from the message but the laws on food product labeling are surely different in nations outside the USA.
To add to the message…..While looking for a flammable substance to light my pellet stove if the ignitor failed, I thought about peanut butter knowing that peanut oil is flammable but when I tried it, it wouldn’t burn.
I read the label expecting to find peanut oil listed but instead found Cottonseed, Soybean and Rapeseed oils.
Apparently peanut oil commands a better profit so it is extracted and replaced with the junk oils.
This probably explains why about five years ago, I found I could no longer eat peanuts because they would just sit in my stomach and not digest…….because they’re extracting the oil and replacing it with crap.
“Denatured alcohol” available at the hardware store (paint section) works well for that.
This works great.
Speaking of toxic ‘food’ & fire starters 😳

I have zero trust in RFK jr. Actually, less than zero. He’s a statist, every move he makes is to expand Government.
EVERY. SINGLE. MOVE.
There are thousands of competent people with far more knowledge and ability to do what he advocates here …all without expanding the role of government in our lives …all without giving siloed bureaucrats more power to do unto others what they won’t do unto themselves.
RFK jr. is right about as often as the MSM. Yes, there are adulterated food additives in our diets, and many are potentially dangerous …and many more are demonstrably beneficial. What RFK jr has wrong is what we do about them. Giving unaccountable bureaucrats MORE power is ALWAYS THE WRONG ANSWER.
You imply Russia doesn’t allow such while we do. Thus, their bureaucracy must be better than ours. Garbage thinking. You know better. Bureaucrats are bureaucrats wherever they rest their heads. Their income and power depend almost solely on the size of their budget and the number of people reporting to them. Merit, efficiency, and customer (us) satisfaction has no meaning in their equation, only power. Good is defined solely as that which expands their power.
Look at Red #2 vs Red #40. We don’t allow one and do the other. Europe/Russia are exactly the opposite. But the science and politics behind both are the same. That’s only one example out of countless others. Ability to regulate equals ability to control what other people do. The result is always the same. Facts rarely matter and even then, the bureaucrats twist them to fit their own agenda to grow their power. Government grows, freedom dies, always.
Bureaucracies never die and are never accountable. Like infections, they must be eliminated.
Stop advocating government bureaucracies/solutions already. The FDA is not found anywhere in our constitution. Disband it entirely. Enable market-based solutions like ‘UL and others to replace the FDA bureaucrats mission. If they get something wrong, they lose public trust in their products, and a competitor replaces them with a better solution. The marketplace, sans monopolies, is always accountable.
That NEVER happens with any government provided solution. NEVER.
I know you meant well Sundance but this backdoor endorsement of RFK jr and the FDA is misguided at best. Socialism remains evil no matter what cosmetic you paint it with. Putting a different socialist in charge of the FDA will only expand the problem. We need less government, not more.
William: I agree with you. Government is not the solution for anything related the individual, especially health.
I don’t think that it was the FDA that found that, for example, tartrazine could be an added colorant, or that fluoride should be dumped in water. These were ‘market based solutions’ that came from private enterprise, when trying to find a way to profit from ‘byproducts’ of production.
Such as turning corn into ethanol and dumping that into our gasoline.
It should be made part of the education system, and food products should carry health warnings like cigarette packets. Watch how many people walk away when they see truth on the label
The best person to take care of yourself, is yourself.
Thank you for posting this, Sundance!
It is a wonderful video – watched it on the computer here – will now go play it on the tv for my 96 year old Mom who will be gratified to see it as well – she KNOWS and has known for a long time that something is not right, making more people sick.
I really appreciated the credit given to President Trump for what he did in his first term.
Your 96 YO mother will really appreciate seeing this.
She witnessed it all happening, gradually, in real time.
From clean, heathy food to chemical laden crap.
I was just talking with my 97 year old mother and she said he longevity comes from everything she ate as a child was from what her daddy raised on the farm.
Something has to change. A lot of people have a hard time with RFKj. But at this point sometimes the enemy of my enemy is my friend.
Moving forward, everyone needs to trust but verify.
My mom is 97 and grew up on a farm. They had their own fruit, vegetables, meat and even bread. She is doing pretty well for 97.
In keeping with the mom theme, my mother also grew up on a hard working dairy farm. When she was in her 70s and 80s she did not have the typical bone density issues most older women had, she claimed it was due to the fact that they used real cream on their cereals when she was young. (No, she was not heavy.)
Her hair didn’t go gray until she was 80. She died just before her 95th birthday.
My grandmother was one of five sisters that grew up on a farm in Southwestern Iowa – all five lived into their 90s and two made it to 100.
He isn’t wrong. It is a challenge to find everyday food w/out all the toxins, same w/researching vitamin supplements. And no, not all of us can grow our own food or can afford some of the local organic farmer prices. I feel blessed I can find organic eggs for $2 a dozen, so I eat lots of those. As far as chicken meat, organic matters, I get it on sale.
I have nothing against children, but I always do a cringe when I hear it is about “the children” aka Pelosi. It is about all of us and I appreciate he at least threw in some video of all ages.
All of the major manufacturing companies use the wicked ingredients and bio-engineered junk so I quit buying their stuff.
It is hard to infer phony or insidious intent in RFK Jr. The paranoia surrounding his background and family connections seems to be just that. A person who is deeply concerned with the health of children and all Americans is not a person who would also betray them by arriving in office to turn them over to the same monopolies he is clearly exposing and combatting by assisting in keeping the Deep State in power. That this man went through the excesses of the 1960s, made his personal mistakes and learned from them seems clear.
One thing is factual: A mind is either evil or it isn’t. But minds that were indoctrinated in youth, struggled in adolescence and matured to error in their thinking can change, see the light and finally see the larger picture of the world struggling against truly bad people. This guy seems to be one of these. He’s no devious sociopathological saboteur. And if the Deep State held power over him, blackmail or otherwise, it would already have unleashed the hounds.
You see a genuinely good intention in every public video. And against this you have his liberal upbringing, drug history, notorious family connections, past policy positions and initial stance as anti-Trump prior to coming on board.
So I guess it’s going to come down to, Who are you gonna believe, your deepest fears or your lying eyes? It would appear that President Trump has made his own decision.
Godspeed. ^^^^^^
Want to end BlackRock? Stop buying what they invest in.
BlackRock has its tentacles in everything! I need auto tires. My mechanic has suggested South Korean-made Hankook.
Want to buy American to stay true to our Real President.
Landed on Goodyear after much searching. BlackRock owns 12% of Goodyear.
Am at a standstill.
Goodyear sucks! Terrible product! Firestone/ Bridgestone is your best value you’ll go crazy trying to buy stuff bad guys aren’t invested in.
Mothers are the backbone of a family and country. The social pressures to push mothers out of the home into industry and necessitated by reduction in purchasing power of the currency via inflation is a direct and indirect cause of this.
Yes, and the pressure and time required by having a job outside the home means children and families get shortchanged. Moms depend on shortcuts, prepackaged food items and fast food to feed their families, get dinner on the table ASAP, because they’re working and can’t devote the necessary time to shopping and cooking healthier food.
He is a talent. We are fortunate to have him on our side. He has the strength and courage to expose this through Children’s Health Defense.

For years the food production is done in “manufacturing plants” we all know what manufacturing plants look like and if you don’t go visit one! you are not going to find a bunch of cooks cooking up the food and entering it into jars or cans. I have visiting one of these manufacturing plants both for humans and for animals (the plants that make up dog and cat food) its an eye opener for sure. Our foods are full of salt and sugar for “shelve” stabilization! well much healthier to grow your own or find a farmers market and even investigate their procedures. If Robert Kennedy can contribute to “making America healthier again” I am all in! we have all been lied to, cheated and disrespected period!
https://www.youtube.com/shorts/yoM82z9ItLw
Creepy…
We have to break up the USDA and its partner the FDA…and surveil the CDC….and all the agreements, both national and internationally, for “allowable” parts per million or billion, in our foods….be it bugs and yes bugs are allowable too….
Then we have to get to the bottom of the research barrel and identify the harmful stuffs in our “foods of convenience”….generated because of the need for the “service industry” which was also a joke. Add those EBT and low info people and there is an exploded industry with a side effect of sick people.
They want us dead.
Since we are non compliant with that idea…(compliance is not in our DNA)….
They will find a way to weaken us beyond belief….and make us sick…and dependent on the same meds pushed by big pharma….so throw in the DEA as well…
Am still healthy…for now…
Some one posted that graham bears or whatever…have trisodium phosphate in the ingredient list….
https://www.thisoldhouse.com/cleaning/22221192/trisodium-phosphate
M&M’s have carnuba wax in their ingredient list. It adds shine,,, like it does to my car when it gets waxed up! :))
IngredientsMilk chocolate (sugar, chocolate, skim milk, cocoa butter, lactose, milkfat, soy lecithin, salt, natural flavor), sugar, cornstarch; less than 2% of: corn syrup, dextrin, colors (includes blue 2 lake, blue 1 lake, yellow 5, yellow 6, yellow 6 lake, red 40, red 40 lake, blue 1, yellow 5 lake, blue 2), carnauba wax, gum acacia.

I love M&Ms but stopped buying them when they became noticeably anti American and anti Trump. This information should make boycotting them easier.
In the 1800’s and early 20th century dying of food poisoning was not uncommon. That is one of the reasons the FDA was created. Preservatives in foods and refrigeration have dramatically reduced that risk. However in the case of Preservatives the Food Industry’s attitude has become if a little is good a whole lot must be wonderful which for many additives is definitely not the case. The FDA like many agencies has become corrupt and lazy and has not been doing their jobs as well as they should. I think Kennedy may well be on to something, especially since conditions that use to be rare or at least uncommon have now become widespread. (i.e. type II diabetes, which when I was a kid was unheard of and now common place).
The reason they can sell so much toxic garbage is because people love convenience.
I switched to coconut sugar last year, it is unprocessed sugar.
I’m confused. A decade ago, we were told that flaxseed oil was a good oil for Omega 3 oils (Udo’s Choice). Now it’s listed with the other seed oils? I’m in the EU….I can still buy flaxseed oil at the health food stores.
Why don’t these company CEO’s care about themselves, or their own families eating these products that have these unnecessary and harmful additives?
I cannot believe their housekeeper’s and maids are not buying and serving these foods and name brands in their households.
The so called elites eat at restaurants, they travel on commercial planes. They may think they are better than the people sitting in coach but a First Class meal is still made commercially.
It is almost impossible to avoid these additives.
Once again, my old brain cannot wrap my head around the degree of evil – in every direction – that is instilled at the top levels of this country.
The royal family don’t eat what we eat. Its all produced on protected organic farms. Their children don’t eat garbage. If they want cake they cook it from scratch, same with bread etc.
Perhaps the royal family does – or they believe they do.
Back awhile I read something about Princess Margaret. The author stated she would only drink bottled water. If they didn’t have any available her staff would fill an empty water bottle with tap water and show the name brand bottle to her. The claim was she never knew the difference… haha
I cook with whole foods, seldom use any pre-processed stuff except salad dressings. I eat a ketogenic diet, so avoid all the stuff added to grains, breads, cereals, flours, etc.
I found this discussion very enlightening: https://www.prageru.com/video/dr-marty-makary-on-eye-opening-discoveries-in-health-and-medicine?utm_source=facebook&utm_medium=paid&utm_campaign=real_talk&utm_content=dr-marty-makary-on-eye-opening-discoveries-in-health-and-medicine&utm_id=6645948752801&fbclid=IwY2xjawFiijZleHRuA2FlbQIxMAABHcc6sq3jacqyT6K9vOt8dI2VUI5PyXU7PNidj7SgCB2g7vLKemH3oeZcpw_aem_t3hN1YVdvr8SA1vlHJhJZQ
Think about this –
The only thing you have absolute control of in your life is what you put in your mouth.
Been eating this garbage for several decades, and compared to my parents, aunts, uncles, and grandparents, when they were my current age, they were more energetic, alert, and physically healthier.
The old time farm breakfast. We have been told it was all bad. Go with old time farm meals and we should be ok.
I think it was WWII when the government promoted grain based breakfasts. Fat went to the war effort. Really harmed us.
Same.
It’s pretty clear that people’s health started going downhill in the 60’s, and accelerated quickly from there. So if you were a young kid back then, you probably will not be around to meet your great grandkids.
I hung out with 4 of my great grandparents til I was 14 YO, they all lived well into their 90’s>>>> no dementia.
My grandparents, ALL of them lived into their 90’s. Again, no dementia. Never went to the Doctors!
Parents generation (aunts and uncles) was a mixed bag. Some healthy into their 90’s, some passed from cancer, diabetes, and a few with dementia. By then, they were all seeing Doctors regularly.
It’ll be interesting to see what happens now with us 50’s, 60’s and 70’s born kids. So far we’ve lost two, both in their 60’s.
RFK jr. has been exposing this for years. You can see his passion on educating the public and on stopping the madness. He and Trump have found common ground. I hope he keeps making more of these videos and going on TV shows and radio.
My fear is that, just like every other 3-letter agency and just as EPA has overwhelmingly demonstrated and just as an overwhelming medical establishment exercised during the Covid Scam, the very ability to control will encourage and allow any and all the powers to regulate to be used for more control by the government. It takes a strong person to resist the pull of such power-grabbing and to realize he/she is not an all-knowing being who simply wants “the best for everyone,”and therefore everyone else must surrender to the guidelines imposed by these self-annointed “gods.”
With RFKJr being a liberal democrat, fully invested in the values democrats hold dear (including bigger government), I think he poses a singular danger of using any regulatory role to broadly expand government control over our and others freedom to speak and to choose. I’m not sure how you would put the RFKJr genie back in the bottle once he is let loose.
I’m suddenly reminded of that scene in the 1997 movie, Jungle2Jungle, where Tim Allen’s character reads the ingredients off a cereal box to his 12 year old son visiting NY for the first time straight from a literal jungle. About halfway down the list Allen figures out there’s no food and he can’t pronounce all the chemicals: “Oh, just eat it.”
From what I understand about GMOs (genetically modified organisms) is that before planting the seeds, they are treated with herbicides like Roundup.
When I found that out,
it made me a believer in organic foods.
If anybody here has done the paleo diet or some variant of that, you quickly realize how cutting a lot of junk out of your diet and sticking strictly to protein and good veggies helps with losing weight and improving your overall health. Plenty of people that have traveled outside of the US for an extensive period have all realized how toxic our food is compared to what they eat overseas.
I respect and trust Kennedy’s MAHA superpower. Have been a vegitarian for 3+ decades, so I’ve known abt the cancerous dyes, toxic additives and sugar addiction by design, courtesy of our corrupt govt. I use Barleans flaxseed oil as part of the Budwig diet and have found it to be unfiltered, free of additives. I’ve always referred to the FDA as the food gestapo… just like data, it’s garbage in and garbage out.
Comedienne Leonarda Jonie:
“The government recommends 8 glasses of water every day.
Why? What’s in it?”
“We dig our graves with our own teeth.” Author unknown.
I go to my pantry and it is full of jars of home-grown fruits, vegetables, pickles and jams. I try to avoid any food that the label goes beyond basic words I recognize.
I don’t buy boxes of breakfast cereal. I have a simple granola recipe that I made since back when raising my kids (nealy 70 now).
Since I don’t TRUST corporations that don’t care who they kill, I made it a point to read labels decades ago.
Not even our spices are without poisons so I grow my own.
Grandma lived to 86 making biscuits with lard and I follow her lead.
Corporate capture is a real thing.
Breakfast cereal!! Some of the cereal flavors made today sounds revolting – Oreo O’s, Smores, Reese’s. I don’t buy them but do feel sorry for the young mom’s with little kids who beg for this stuff.
We were told presweetened cereals were bad 50 years ago yet cereal companies have only increased sugar levels over the years.
RFK Jr says that 8 of these additives were banned under President Trump.
That is the 1st I’ve ever heard about that.
Turns out Trump did more great things than even I knew about!
Thanks for getting the word out about that, RFK Jr!
I did not know that. Of course, the MSM didn’t want us to think Trump did anything good.
I fear the damage done can’t be undone for us boomers – but so hopeful and grateful if this can be fixed for future
If RFK Jr can do something about the forced vaccines on our babies and toddlers I will forgive him anything.
I read something the other day that fits in. “One hundred years ago, 90% of the items in the grocery store were not there. And neither did we have 90% of the illness’s.
Here is a question about what to replace the middle of the store with. Yes, I know that the higher upfront cost for the healthy outer ring saves money years down the road. SD, you’ve been other countries. What are their stores filled with? Can quality healthy stuff be manufactured on huge scale to take the place of current stuff?
Can a comparison be made of price (and constant availability) of “fossil” fuels for energy as compared to “renewables”? The same for organic healthy foods vs middle of the store mass produced foods.
Please, don’t pick on me. I’m asking questions here about right now alternatives.
Now apply this level of scrutiny to your body lotions & face lotions etc. and instead use organic grass-fed beef tallow mixed with small amount of olive oil and essential oil. Get rid of the garbage chemicals you put on your skin for your health!
Coconut oil has an SPF of 5 I read–and is great for skin and hair.
Few people realize that 60% of whatever we slather on our faces and bodies goes right into our bloodstream.
We have been lied to about so much. Animal fat is healthy. Cholesterol is healthy. LDL and HDL, mine are through the roof but the ldl to hdl ratio is under 4. Cholesterol has nothing to do with clogging arteries. Insulin resistance does. High triglycerides and blood sugar does
. Eisenhower had a heart attack and the ensuing Framingham Study is cited as a determining factor to blame cholesterol, even though in that same study the numbers show that there was a lower mortality rate with higher cholesterol. Saturated fat was blamed so they could sell industrial lubricants for food, which Proctor and Gamble figured out how to make palatable by hydrogenization.
I’ve been on a straight carnivore diet for over a year now, and at 60 I’m in the best health of my life. Beef, butter, bacon and eggs. No sugar. Very few carbs. Fiber is absolutely unnecessary and not healthy. Doctor wants to put me on statins, he can pound sand. That quack bastard wanted me to take the Covid jab. Also refused to prescribe Ivermectin during the fake pandemic, so we cured our flu with livestock Ivermectin. As far as I’m concerned he’s a criminal. They want us sick. I’m so happy they are being exposed.
Alex Clark was on The Charlie Kirk Show today discussing her recent experience testifying before Congress. She felt that she was well received and that her concerns were shared by moms all over.
She is the “Culture Apothecary.”
Thank you for the recommendation.
Confine his contributions to the food industry and the assassination cover ups only. Do not let him into any inner circle.
I went carnivore Jan 1, 2024. Down 73 lbs. No body pain, most allergy symptoms gone (due to food and additive allergies) and over all feel 30 instead of 90 at 60 yrs old. I deep dived the many Dr’s that are promoting carnivore and admitting their training was flawed and that our shitty food that the FDA says is just fine just flat out isn’t. Not everyone has to go as extreme as carnivore, there is Keto, but sugar is a killer. There is no recommended daily allowance on carbohydrates. You Don’t need them. Wanna feel better and give your body a fighting chance to heal? Eat meat.
Eating meat and reducing sugar in the body kills off bad mitochondria in your gut and grows NEW HEALTHY mitacondria. Heal the mitochondria in your gut and your mental health and your hormones improve.
I would be okay with that, except for Doritos. They’s special.
That Dorito taste is addictive, and goes straight through your nucleus accumbens, the human pleasure center, as does everything else that humans crave. It seems to me that giving in to that craving occasionally is perfectly acceptable as long as you take it for what it is, just not every day. I do ketogenic diets, have quaffed 8 beers in 4 years, and enjoyed every one!
Lay’s original potato chips over here. 😬
The entire Kennedy clan seems to hate RFK Jr, so he can’t be all bad.

General Jack D. Ripper was correct. 😁
As someone who has observed an written about what I call The Great Realignment, it is gratifying to see it finally playing out. The post Civil War political alignments are breaking down, and collapsing with them are the post WW2 and post Cold War orders.
MAHA is an example of this realignment.
Those three political orders left us with a Republican Party that serves no purpose. There is no more slavery, for example. And the neocons who joined the GOP in the 60’s-90’s during the Cold War has slunk back over to the other side (think Bill Kristol) without the Soviets. The Muslims were an attempt to resurrect their glory days, but the Muslims turned out to be an easily defeated enemy.
Both those groups have lashed up with Democrats who are at their core now a globalist and corporatist “permanent war” party. They are, always and everywhere, at war with everyone all the time. Russia, China, Iran, MAGA voters, PTA parents, just a constant state of war.
But a lot of our friends and neighbors we called Democrats are not corporatist, or globalist, and a lot of them cringe at the three new wars we’re fighting. (a mercenary war is still a war, and morally worse)
MAHA is anti corporatist. MAGA is anti globalist. Both are anti war when that war serves no national interest. ConAgra and LockMar share prices are not national security interests.
You also have the deep authoritarian streak of the globalist/corporatists. Forced masking and vaccine actions. Deep internet censorship (another area where they are constantly at war). That’s why “lefties” like Glenn Greenwald suddenly sound MAGA.
I don’t agree with everything RFK says about MAHA, particularly the slippery slope climate science garbage. And I would watch him like a hawk if he’s given any real power. Instead, take his core message but put people we trust in front of the change.
He can do little to no harm to Trump from FDA, and do tremendous damage to the science-I distrust complex. So if anywhere, there.
https://calleymeans.com/
Calley Means and his sister Kasey Means, MD. https://www.caseymeans.com/. teamed up to educate people about the US’ captured agencies which ensure BIG Ag and Big Pharma flourish at the expense of the people who live here. Calley describes how Big Tobacco invested in “food manufacturing” as tobacco was being sued out of business. The very same chemists who added substances to tobacco to make it addictive were moved over to the food business to addict Americans to processed foods. Dr. Means described her realization of the medicopharma industry’s focus on prescribing drugs for problems without considering the person as a whole being with integrated systems. Whole food. Period.
I love this interview with Tucker. We have a serious food issue that goes further than just eating right – we also have massive corruption that goes deep.
I too was all in for R Kennedy and his endorsement of Trump and their pledge to clean up the food supply sources. However, that he believes he could become President if neither of the two candidates gets 270 electoral votes and therefore wants his name on the ballot in NY so he may become President is disengenious. It shows more than a little of the lack of depth in his endorsement of Trump. He opines that if neither candidate gets to 270 then the House could declare him the substitute winner. Ha! Typical of the Kennedy clan’s lack of true morality. RKjr is disappointing to say the least.
Here’s what we know:
1) Trump can’t implement his Agenda 47 if he loses to the Marxist Harris.
2) Kennedy can’t implement his MAHA agenda if Trump loses to the Marxist Harris.
3) The DNC’s lawfare against Kennedy ensures he can’t win against either Trump or the Marxist Harris.
4)The DNC’s lawfare against Trump will probably land him in prison if he loses to the Marxist Harris.
5) Trump’s chances of beating the Marxist Harris improve with Kennedy out of the race and improve even more with Kennedy’s endorsement.
Which is why,
6) Trump called Kennedy months ago to write a new chapter in ‘The Art of the Deal’.
I read Trump’s book a long time ago and I like his new chapter best of all.
For the sake of my granddaughters I hope I’m going to like the MAHA chapter Kennedy plans to write.
For the sake of my country I hope I’m going to like the fruits of the Trump/Kennedy alliance.
This has been sort of a pet issue of mine the last several years. I have become a label reader of foods and now pay more for products that don’t have these chemicals. I also read labels on toothpaste and other hygiene and grooming products. Do I think RFK Jr is sincere? Yes. However, make no mistake about it. Republicans are equally as guilty for this happening as democrats. To me it’s not a partisan issue. Big Agro bribes both parties. Don’t make the mistake of looking at this as a left/right issue. The democrats would oppose anything Trump attempts even if it would cure cancer. The republicans would give cover and try to find a way to delay reform as well because they love the money. You’ll find, at least on this issue, some of your biggest allies are on the left politically. Not in politics but the foodie and hygiene products world.
There’s an app for that!
Check out the YUKA app…it has changed my life. I have lost weight, don’t get hungry as often and I feel better!
I 100% support Kennedy in this food fight. Thank Almighty God for Trump and bringing Kennedy on board!
https://yuka.io/en/
Thank you! Looks like a great app.
A friend shared it with me about a month ago. I love it! And I share it with everyone I meet. Cashiers, waitresses, neighbors, family and friends.
I have been saying for a long time there was something wrong with the food. It’s terrible what the FDA and the American Heart Assoc has done.
Check out the documentary on Youtube called FAT FICTION. I learned so much from that film. RFKJr is right over the target.
As I went to YouTube to watch this Fat Fiction video, I found I could only buy or rent the video – that’s a new one! to me.
It’s free … try this link
I think intuitively we know what we shouldn’t buy. But, when you see the ingredients and additives, you have more information. I love the alternatives section too.
Me too. It’s the best part. Again. It has changed my life in so many ways.
YUKA is free and based on real science. It gives easy to read ratings of each food . You simply scan the bar code.
There are layers of detail. Click on dangerous, goto next layer, each dangerous additive is listed. Click individual additive , see why it’s dangerous, below this is links to scientific papers explaining why.
In supermarket when i see people reading labels I show them YUKA on my phone. Showed a guy, ran into him later . He said my favourite bread is going to give me bowel cancer.
Got it! Thanks, Sheri.
My family has been using Yuka for over a year now. You find yourself scanning every product in the store before purchasing. It rates products on a scale from 0-100 then it tells you if any additives are in the product and what those additives are and how they affect your body. Excellent app. Works on toiletry items as well. Game Changer!
I was surprised to find that my regular (cheap) shampoo was actually superior to the most expensive ones!
Awesome. D/L’d it to my iphone.
Tried it out on various items in my pantry & fridge. OH No…..!!!!
But some were very good. My hot sauce was 51/100 (whew!)
So I went ahead and upgraded to Premium for $15 / year to my Apple ID. Easy-peasy.
Thanks Sheri!!
Love this app. It really does give you a great breakdown on what you’re eating. All in all though, stay away from the middle of the store. Even better, focus on meals you can prepare yourself go find and visit your local farmers markets, try to get back to basics.
Thank you, Sheri912. A sample of my pantry produced a mixed bag of data. Bad (instant mashed potatoes) to good (EVOO). Invaluable.
I haven’t seen Yuma catch Canola oil yet or Palm oil either. Still it’s a great app.
I was just getting ready to post this! I use Yuka all the time now, surprising at how many things you think are fine are actually toxic.
Exactly!
Thank you, Sheri. Love the app!
Seed oils – the hateful 8 are absolutely not good for health. One of the main contributors to macular degeneration which is affecting more and more people leading to early blindness.
Seed oils are in virtually every food product that is processed, 60 plus percent of the calories in the American diet are from seed oils. These are waste by products that are pressed then processed with chemicals and additives to cover the rancidity. Used because they are cheap.
One of the reasons Americans are fat and sick!
Chips and french fries are so popular!
And so tasty
Try some old school fries prepared in beef tallow the way they used to be fried.
Or duck fat or goose grease
Now you are talking! I just bought some beef tallow to fry some potatoes!
I stopped eating fries when McDonald’s switched over to veg oils rather than tallow. Fries never tasted good after that. No wonder Americans have to put ketchup icing on their fries.
Right on Sheri! Thanks.
Canola oil as you point out is processed using Hexane. Yes. Only way oil can be extracted.
Hexane is in the gas tank of your car. Fuel additive. Wikipedia it.
Canola is rapeseed oil with euric acid pulled out/lowered. Spain 1980’s open market olive oil merchants swapped in rapeseed oil
5000 died. Countless suffered catastrophic debilitating injuries.
i found rapeseed oil in Chobani Oat milk at supermarket. Yup. can’t make this one up!
Turn RFK jr loose as FDA head. The guy will follow his life passion and put any meddling risk out the window.
Canola oil was used as lubricant in diesel engines in Canada during WW2 when petroleum products were scarce due to the war.
Actually it’s suspected that our military poisoned those people somehow. Here, from wiki:
since up to now, experimental studies performed in a variety of laboratory animals have failed to reproduce the symptoms of human TOS.[3] None of the in vivo or in vitro studies performed with toxic-oil-specific components, such as fatty acid anilides, and esters of PAP, have provided evidence that these markers are causally involved in the pathogenesis of TOS.[3]
Data discrepancies combined with both a high level of secrecy surrounding the huge investigation and the fact that the first cases of the syndrome were located in Madrid (near the U.S. military base in Torrejón de Ardoz) spread the idea of a conspiracy.[citation needed] Several of those affected by TOS claim they never consumed any of the tainted oil products. Furthermore, the tainted oil was primarily sold in low-cost street markets; yet, a considerable percentage of the patients were wealthy. Another theory suggests the toxic reaction was triggered by organophosphate poisoning (e. g., from pesticide residues in tomatoes) and covered up by the Spanish government and the WHO.[4]
This video just supports what I said in a previous thread about why are so many kids autistic. They get up every morning and start the day with a bowl of sugar, oh, I mean cereal. Then they snack on candy and call it energy bars and people think they are giving a healthy snack to their kids. Just no!! Stop it please! I see people giving sweet treats to babies who don’t know the difference, why give it to them…Just no!
I am glad I was into good food going way back to the 60’s….does anyone else here remember Adelle Davis’ book “Let’s Eat Right to Keep Fit”? She also had a book “Let’s Have Healthy Children”. I have her books to this day and in fact I bought a new copy (actually new used copy) on Amazon because my copy was falling apart from using it, primarily the tables in the back where you can see the nutritional content of individual foods. She was a pioneer and although so much more has been learned about nutrition and health but I still highly recommend her books.
Being a good Hippie, I knew all about food and organics…I still live that food style and am proud to announce that in my older age I am healthy, fit, and active. I have no chronic illnesses and have never been in a hospital. But I realize anything can happen at any time…so I just keep on keeping on.
And eat organics as much as possible. It’s hard to be 100% because of availability and price…but so worth it. I spend far too much money on food but that is where I enjoy spending it.
I thought the video was great and the plug for President Trump was nice…
Organics have been tied to e-coli and other problems just like regular foods.
https://www.foodsafetynews.com/2021/05/investigators-identify-organic-produce-as-possible-source-for-e-coli-outbreak/
E coli has nothing to do with organics; you get e coli from food that has been contaminated by human waste products, etc. Organics is the non use of chemicals to grow or harvest the foods.. Your comment shows a lack of understanding of food and contamination and organics.
It’s possible that organics are more tied to e coli infections because they use animal waste as fertilizer where regular vegetables are fertilized with petroleum chemicals. If you are eating organics be sure to wash them well. However, any vegetable, regardless of how it’s fertilized, is prone to e coli contamination from the human harvesters many of whom have no problem using the field as an outdoor latrine and never wash their hands afterwards regardless of where they are.
Organic food has been proven to be healthier for people and provide nutrients that are removed from processed and chemically laden foods. The cost of organic food is higher initially, but in the long run the health problems from our sick food supplies causes far higher medical expenses and lifelong chronic illnesses. The only thing to be aware of is that those with money at stake are finding ways to claim foods organic which isn’t really organic at all. Buyer beware.
But pretty sure our “organics” in the food store are not “organic” the way everyone thinks. It is a branding scam, and the qualifications are basically nothing really “healthy” at all. It is more like a VAT tax companies pay to be able to brand things “organic” so tiktok moms will buy it.
At least that is my understanding about what “organic” really means in the food stores. I did a fair bit of research on this years ago and found it to be true. Buying the organic vs non, milk or blueberries for example is just giving away money. They are exactly the same and come from the same corporate farms. One just can’t use this, but uses that instead (and not any healthier).
Totally agree, “organic” means the producer/manufacturer met the bare minimum requirements to be able to label the product “organic” and charge sky-high prices for it. Disgusting.
Believe it or not, organics are lower priced than non-organics where I live in particular, the produce which is to me the most important. My Whole Foods is less expensive than the Ingles grocery story which is the major grocery store chain in NC.
Mike Adams with Health Ranger Store agrees with you.
He sells good foods that are tested. Really expensive, but healthy.
It is false to say they are really expensive…see my comments above. Apparently chemicals are more expensive than cow manure.
Real cow manure is relatively cheap.
The bovine manure we get from the govt. is outrageously expensive…..
It sounds like you read Consumers Report. On the one hand organics are no better than non organic, but on the other hand organics have the least amount of chemicals, etc in and on them…..keep on trucking…some day you may figure it out.
An EPA 2017 report found that more than 99% of conventional and organic food samples were within safe and acceptable limits, with over half having no detectable pesticide residue.
In summary, while organic farming prohibits the use of synthetic pesticides, organic crops or products can still contain pesticide residues due to environmental contamination, cross-contamination, or the use of natural or non-synthetic pesticides. However, the EPA ensures that these residues fall within safe and acceptable limits.
I also have all her books on my shelves too and also healthy at 69 without medications.
Gardening keeps one fit, and you get strawberries!
And raspberries!
I do have one health situation – osteoarthritis – undoubtedly from getting obese 4 decades ago. Cleaned up the act for 3 decades now and have maintained good normal weight for years and years, especially since cutting out added refined sugars. But the joints appear to have suffered some permanent damage.
Eating more and more local produce every summer now. And in my case “local” means grown by myself and people I know personally -yes even in the suburbs!
Thanks littleflower! I was slower on the uptake. When the best chemical engineer I know (I literally know thousands) became the CEO of a Big Food company, the light came on. Glad you escaped the Chronic Disease Industrial Complex.
I freeze dry fresh fruit for my grandchildren. They love their tasty sweet snacks and its healthy.
I remember Adelle Davis very well. We had (4 – 6) of her books. She was a frequent guest on Dinah Shore’s day-time Television program.
