The message is good. The intent is good. The part of the Kennedy/Shanahan process that continues to befuddle me is not actually them. Instead, it’s the DNC/MSM and left-wing corporate group’s silence about parts of this unity message they would normally jump on.
Normally, if the left considered a political effort a threat, they would deploy severe countermeasures against it.
Meaning, any slight or diminishment of candidate Donald Trump, real or imagined, by an incidental, off-color or poor judgement statement by Kennedy would normally be exploited by the professional Marxists. However, when RFK Jr besmirches Donald Trump, the professional political leftists remain silent and do not exploit the opportunity. This ‘absence of antagonism‘ is very unusual; as a consequence, I’m not quite sure how to evaluate it.
If you have watched USA politics closely since the rise of the Obama movement (circa 2006-ish), you will note their heavy emphasis on using the Alinsky tactics against their political enemies. They always isolate, ridicule and marginalize (Alinsky Rule #6).
As the DNC, under the full operational control of the Obama network, use Alinsky attacks, the Republican wing traditionally enhance the attack using virtue as a weapon. It’s normally a one-two punch.
The Democrat/Hollywood wing ridicules, isolates and marginalizes (ie “weird”)… then the Republican/Corporate wing comes in on their high-horse and affirms the ridicule (“wingnuts”). This UniParty approach toward us as enemies has been consistent for almost two decades, and we all have “Tea Party” references for previous examples.
In this unification push, ie “Making America Great and Healthy Again,” RFK Jr is surprisingly the one political element the Democrats and Republicans have not exploited as an attack vector against President Trump. [For example, when RFK Jr said President Trump’s behavior on January 6th was “reprehensible” (Tucker Carlson interview), the DC media collective stunningly ignored it.]
Perhaps the corporatist beneficiaries do not want to bring attention to the collaborative MAGA/MAHA unity effort. I’m genuinely unsure of the reason for their lack of action. If that reason is accurate, this attention deficit would be the first time in modern political history when the UniParty did not attack middle America.

Judges hate election lawsuits.
Long, long before the 2020 election, courts have generally refused to get involved in election disputes. The Bush/Core fight was a massive outlier.
I was a lawyer for 25 years in a purple state. There are simply no disputes that courts try harder to avoid than ones that involve elections. The short timeframes, inability to develop complete evidence, emotional toll on all parties, and the extremely high risk of being overturned on appeal, (plus a myriad of other issues) makes election lawsuits far and away the #1 type that judges do everything possible to avoid.
That’s not a defense, it’s just reality and was on full display n 2020. It will be on display again in 2024.
There are only two possible solutions. Either clean up the front end so the results cannot reasonably be challenged. Or significantly lengthen the time between the election and certification dates. Which would mean altering the entire framework. Which wouldn’t be a bad thing, but isn’t likely to ever happen.
When you consider that even ‘simple’ cut and dry civil or criminal lawsuits can take months, if not years to resolve…and the try to reconcile that with an election lawsuit involving millions of ballots, hundreds of affidavits, dozens of witnesses, etc., that all needs to be resolved in a few weeks, the problem should be obvious.
Judges are human. Some of them are corrupt. Some of them are not. Many of them are incompetent and have no business running a courtroom. A lot of them shouldn’t even be in a courtroom. But no matter their status, political leanings, competence, corruption, honesty, dishonesty etc their stance on election lawsuits is all the same…which is anything and everything to avoid ever having to make a finding of fact and render a decision.

I’ve heard they drive them from their precinct/voting place to another place (like their home) & swap out R ballots with D ballots; then deliver them where they are supposed to end up. An audit wouldn’t catch this. Poll watchers won’t catch it unless they follow where the ballots end up.

They did that in 2016. It had some effect but not enough to deliver the outcome they expected. They used BAMN rules to get Trump out of office and are doing worse trying to keep him from getting elected again.
Trump uses tactics they can’t defeat quite so easily and frankly, it’s not helpful that the Agenda is becoming obvious to a rapidly growing population so it’s kind of hard for the people to not hate the bad people who deny the problem or to not identify the people who caused them. I wrote about it this last week… The same is going on with Gabbard though she has not said anything bad about Trump yet.
The Media is ignoring both of them… Never pointing out anything they do or say…good or bad. (an example for Gabbard is that she was put on for debate prep not a word was said about it by the left)

Yep. I agree with you 100%. Today she told Lindsey Graham to come out of the closet. Then she went off on another woman who’s been backing Trump publicly for over 10 years. Made remarks about her being “glammed up” and her only accomplishments were wearing a bathing suit and a tiara. Loomer seems to feel threatened by attractive women (because she isn’t one). I sure hope Melania knows this is all a bunch of bull crap. I do not for one second believe President Trump would ever be unfaithful to her. I think their love for one another is deep, and it’s apparent just looking at them together, how deep and true their marriage bond is. Loomer is garbage.

For more than a good part of my life I did not trust my gut/instincts. I should have as it would have saved me from many bad things. They have a contract with USPS to haul mail by truck. I just found it curious due to the fact that the USPS was involved with all of the mail-in ballot nonsense in the last election. Just wondering what you think about it?

That’s really not unusual. USPS contracts with a lot of mail contractors. I have relatives who have worked for mail haulers. It a cut throat business, always on a razor edge to secure a contract with the USPS. Trucking is not for the faint of heart. They come and go….

RFK Jr) has the potential to really HELP Trump. So their tactic is to IGNORE it altogether, and hope the average “moderate” or independent won’t even realize it’s happening.
