As an aside, Russian Orthodox Christians call these spiritual guides staretz. Its always been understood that typically priests aka pastors are NOT suited to be a staretz and expecting them to serve in this role undermines their ability to do the jobs God called them to do.

The hosing down of the roof of the building where Crooks was shot was very understandable – for me anyway. August was very hot and very sunny.
