Senator Tom Cotton appears on the CNN show State of The Union with Dana Bash. Apparently, the joint U.S. State Dept./CNN production team in control of setting election year objectives have decided to resuscitate the “Russia, Russia, Russia” election conspiracy.
After an initial question about Liz and Dick Cheney endorsing Kamala Harris, CNN host Dana Bash then spent the next several minutes questioning Tom Cotton about reports that Russia is funding various alternative information podcasters and pundits.
Perhaps by now everyone should know the Russian government laugh at how the U.S. media push the ridiculous accusations about Russian interference. The Russians know how to snark toward the U.S. government as controlled by Democrats. This insufferable election interference narrative gives the Moscow gremlins a lot of smiles, as they look upon the proverbial western media selling a story that to them is quite funny.
Senator Cotton does a good job refuting the claims by CNN; however, it is worthwhile remembering that outside of the USA the majority of the world look upon CNN as the “state news” distribution for Washington DC. The propagandists questioning Senator Cotton about propaganda is a case study in gaslighting and the manipulation of information. WATCH:

Dana Bash’s face looks like it was designed by Salvador Dali.
Brilliant!
Reminds me of Joe Camel!
If they’re ginning up “Russia-Russia-Russia” that’s a good indicator they think Trump will be back in the Oval Office in January 2025.
Cotton should have responded to Bash’s question about the Cheney’s supporting Harris by saying they are doing so out of fear that Trump will reveal Dick’s duplicitous, illegal and evil machinations on behalf of the globalist elites.
Yes, Dick Cheney should be charged with war crimes and crimes against humanity. He most definitely was part of the planning and execution of the mass murder that occurred in NYC in 2001.
I think it’s hilarious. Up until 10 minutes ago, Dick Cheney was the spawn of Satan himself, worse Hitler. Now, because he endorses Harris, Dems have decided they like him? Weird.
You know they used the FISA court illegally again on this current Russia, Russia. Russia! Can someone explain to me why Carlos Slim can own The NY Times and spew foreign propaganda every day? Isn’t that worse than Dave Ruben?! 😂 wtf
The Bible says these kind will be rich and miserable worrying about things they have no control over. What a miserable woman.
Dana since Dick was VP we have learned he was more involved in 9-11 than than we could imagine in fact he had a hand in allowing it to occur.
CNN is on in every major airport (at each gate and in the hallways leading to the gates). You would think CNN is the news provider of choice. However as I understand it CNN pays the airports to use CNN. Nice way to get higher viewer numbers– pay them to watch. Biggest bunch of liars I have ever witnessed.
It’s probably US Gubmint $ ==> CNN ==> Airports
You haven’t been in an airport in a while, have you? CNN lost the contract for propagandizing the airports a number of years ago. I’m actually sitting in a boarding area at a major airport right now typing this, and it’s blissfully free of agitprop and smarmy gabbers.
we are sick and tired of the dickhead a– hole dems and the liberal POS media constantly bringing up russia….any one pushing anything russia should get their ass kicked….whipping their as- is worth a night in jail…
It’s stunning that theses politicians never push back with concrete statistics about how left the MSM leans and WHO are the major stockholders who own these media companies and how they consistently vote. THAT is something Senator Cotton and every conservative should have ready AT ALL TIMES when going on these shows to effectively push back.
CNN wants to go after these conservative bloggers because they are such a threat (which tells you a LOT.)
I know, they sit there like a bag of lard and never push back. I’ve never liked Cotton anyway, he is a RINO hypocrite.
I wonder what Dana thinks about China funding CNN.
I wanted to respond to Regitiger’s post on page 2, but here so it can be discussed; it’s right in front of our faces (and us Treepers know):

Joseph Goebbels, the Nazi propaganda minister, developed several techniques that have influenced modern journalism and advertising, albeit often in controversial ways. Here are a few key aspects:
Repetition: Goebbels believed that repeating a message frequently would make it more likely to be accepted as truth. This principle is widely used in MSM and political campaigns today, where slogans and key messages are repeated across various media channels.
Emotional Appeal: Goebbels emphasized the importance of appealing to emotions rather than intellect. MSM, like CNN, often uses emotional triggers to connect with audiences, whether through heartwarming stories, fear, or excitement.
Simplification and Stereotyping: Goebbels advocated for simplifying complex issues and using stereotypes to make messages more digestible. This can be seen in how some media outlets reduce complex topics to simple, often biased narratives: look no further than Russia, Russia, Russia (as done by Bash) and now the pushback by MSM and leftists against Ohioans angry about illegal alien Haitians who have destroyed Springfield- now calling them racists for not wanting this to be happening.
Control of Media: Goebbels controlled all forms of media in Nazi Germany to ensure a consistent message. While not as extreme, modern media conglomerates often control multiple media outlets, leading to a homogenization of messages:
Creating an Enemy: Goebbels often created a common enemy to unify people and divert attention from other issues. One only has to look to us Deplorables, us MAGA, us Americans….that is the enemy they are creating.
They act as if we can’t see it but CTH and it’s members see the strings.
Tom Cotton is a good man I think? However his responses to her questions were very weak. He could have used A MUCH STRONGER reply then he did siting provable and reported upon facts.
Typical weak, gutless coward, just like the entire GOP in the house. They got the majority and did not do one thing to use the power they were given.
He could have mentioned the fact that Dana’s Bash’s husband was one of the “51 intelligence officials” who falsely labeled the Hunter laptop as “Russian disinformation”.
Not to take a swing at a guy in the corner but he didn’t defend Trump or the steal in 2020.
