If her story on the video is true, FWAC (flying while anti-communist) or FWADP (flying while anti-democrat party) is worse than DWB. She and her husband were subject to secondary searches multiple times in a very short period by TSA and even spying by U.S. Marshalls.
This brings me to my second point. 9/11 happened because terrorists gained access to the cockpits of multiple airplanes, The common sense approach which has been taken was to strengthen cockpit doors and have protocols for pilots to have bathroom breaks. The TSA has not prevented a single incident and we should be able to accompany our loved ones to the gate and kiss them good bye. The TSA should be shutdown with the FBI.
Strangely my common sense posts do not resonate very well with people on this site. They’re perfectly happy with 95 year old granny being pulled out of the TSA line for “enhanced” screening.

I don’t know if you saw my analysis of the true motive behind the airport security protocols, but that aside, I remember the days when there were no scanners, facial recognition implementation, or pat downs of “enemies of the state.” Our families used to walk right up for that hug goodbye at the jetway ramp.
Unfortunately, we now have a reality on the ground problem with imported masses of illegal immigrants and terrorists.
They have to go back before we can get back to how it always should have been, I think.
In the meantime, native born American citizens with no record of felonies and no families ties to terrorists (Defined broadly enough to encompass letter agency type terrorists) should be able to bypass security, period.
We were never in danger from our own.
My wife thinks that I don’t like traveling. That’s not it at all, I don’t like being lorded over by incompetent, despotic TSA agents. The end result is that I’ll stay home. At least I save money.
Maybe the TSA is the cause of some of these ridiculous fights in the air between passengers too.
We need to find a balance between liberty and safety and I don’t think today’s airport is there. I do agree that deporting illegals is an important step in the right direction though.
