I do not know much about Mark Halprin other than what I have discerned from watching him sporadically discuss politics for years. However, I have noticed in the last few years he is evolving toward a more sensible, pragmatic and non-pretending type of political analysis.
In this video below, Halprin speaks to something that everyone on the left is avoiding, the known problems with Kamala Harris as a candidate.
Brian Fallon is managing and hiding Kamala Harris, because Fallon and the rest of her handlers know there is very solid reasoning for why Kamala Harris was never considered a viable alternative to Biden before. A few short weeks ago, the professional left were riddled with anxiety over Joe Biden’s mental and cognitive status, while simultaneously those same people did not want Harris as a candidate because they knew she had no skills.
You don’t have to argue with them, just ask any Democrat/Leftists to name the greatest accomplishment of Kamala Harris and you will see them melt in front of you. Nothing about that has changed, and that’s why the DNC/Brian Fallon must hide Harris in order to maintain her ¹polling position. If they let Kamala campaign and talk to the media, she will tank just like Ron DeSantis did (for the same reason).
Listen to Halprin first. He’s right about this, and beyond his accuracy, what he says “might happen” – I would say is a virtual certainty.

¹Polling Position – I cannot emphasize this enough. The DNC (Obama/Clyburn) goal with Kamala Harris is polling position. They need her to have the biggest appearance of support possible. It is polling they need – REMEMBER THAT!

Democrats didn’t need a switch-out candidate who could beat Donald Trump; they needed a candidate who can give plausibility to the Clyburn ballot counting results that will say Trump lost.
The issue they had with Biden was that he made the fraud too easy to see. The Democrats do not need a candidate who can win votes, the Democrats needed a candidate who can make fraudulent ballot results seem plausible.
The need to retain ballot plausibility is why the most important political narrative for the people who control Kamala Harris, is polling!
If her handlers think she will hurt her current polling by being visible, they will keep her hidden. If her handlers think she will hurt her polling by speaking, they will keep her quiet.
Everything Obama/Clyburn and the team will do is to manage the illusion of Kamala Harris in order to preserve the media polling narrative and thereby facilitate the determining factor of Ballot Harvesting (Obama) and Ballot Scanning (Clyburn).

Sundance, You are correct in thinking that the CHEAT machine has to continue to spout that Coupmala is ahead slightly or tied in each and every poll being released. These results in conjunction with the lopsided press reporting will continue well into the end of October as the flood of illegal voters’ mail-in ballots arrive into vote tabulation centers in each mega-city within our country. I will posit that here in Maricopa County that Trump and Lake will once again be stymied by illegal ballots and that no judge in Arizona will touch any lawsuit wanting to once again show and prove the CHEAT. I remain saddened by what has become of my country.

Here’s the thing I haven’t seen mentioned; if Bai Den had legitimately received 81 million votes in 2020 he’d still be the nominee. He would have received more than the half black “Lightbringer”. Sure he would have shed some votes but not that many to make a difference & certainly not enough to justify the coup that utilized to rip him off the ticket.

She dropped out of the 2020 Dem POTUS primaries nearly two months before the Iowa Caucuses so she did not receive a single primary election vote even back then. I recall a statement made by one of her staffers saying that American voters should be ashamed of themselves for being racist and misogynistic for dissing a woman of color as a candidate for the top political job in the country. My immediate thought at the time was “Sorry honey, but it was not the American voters in general that did rejected your boss but the Democrat voters in particular that did so. It was a party primary after all and they knew she was (and still is) weak sauce.”

It has long been assumed by a large number of people that Kamela Harris was a DEI hire who also served a purpose as impeachment insurance protection for Joe Biden. Biden also gave her the important tasks of border security, as well as a diplomatic effort to prevent the war in Ukraine- probably knowing how inexperienced and incompetent she is,(especially with the obstacles he placed in her path), that she would be a complete FAILURE and thus not become a political threat to him. He sure got that wrong. Pelosi even knifed her own nephew in the back, Gavin Newsom, to step over this DNC Heir Apparent and promote Harris as the POTUS candidate in the Coup to oust Biden. This is the stuff of Shakespearian dramas and Third World Banana Republic sagas.
Additionally, how is it that no one in the GOP would touch impeaching Biden for the LONG LIST of impeachable offenses we have been eye witnesses to for YEARS, “because then we’d have Kamela- (what a disaster)” and now no one wants to call this like it is? It is complete INSANITY that we are living in a country that would even consider this dangerous, corrupt, Dirty Cop Communist as POTUS, who has never gotten even one vote from the citizenry for POTUS in a primary but has been appointed the presidential candidate by a shadowy criminal element of the DNC without a word of protest from the complicit, feckless GOP. I believe that Biden endorsed Harris to spite Obama, Pelosi, and the others who pushed him out in favor of someone other than her. His “resignation” letter, which was probably not written by him, said that there’d be more conversations later in the week about a path forward, and then suddenly a few hours later he endorsed her.
If I were one of the people on the other side of the door, I’d be smashing the glass and cracking some heads.
