I’m not surprised, I’m just angry. According to Kevin Rojek, the head of the FBI’s Pittsburgh Field Office leading the investigation into the attempted assassination of President Trump, Matthew Crooks acted alone -no coconspirators- and the FBI has no idea what his motive was.
According to the representative for the “best men” the Federal Bureau of Investigation has, Crooks might have been a leftist or a far-right extremist, they are just not sure.
What the FBI does know is that no one taught or helped Crooks make complicated explosives, and they are sure he acted alone… for some mysterious reason…. that culminated in a bullet passing through the top of President Trump’s right ear.
The pretending that permeates the FBI is infuriating to me. It is almost difficult to write or share this stuff.

He became “hyper-focused” on Trump’s July 13 rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, after it was announced. Crooks fired eight shots at Trump from a rooftop that day, killing one person in the crowd, injuring two others and injuring Trump’s ear. Within seconds, a Secret Service sniper shot and killed Crooks.
There are no signs that Crooks had any co-conspirators or had links to foreign entities, officials said.
The FBI has accessed and analyzed material from encrypted email accounts he used, officials added.

Most, if not all of the shooting ranges that I have been to have some sort of sign-in process with logs, both written and electronic.
Cross-reference Crooks’s logged time at the range with the cell phones that were in proximity to his, and then for check phone and text communications between Crooks and his co-conspirators.
The logs are somewhere with the family silverware.

Instead, they asked local law enforcement to relay information to them “over a cell phone.”

Earlier this summer I volunteered for a festival in a rural area. There was very limited cell service, 3,000 people attended each day. We are talking small non-profit using volunteers, majority were strangers meeting for the first time winging it to do pretty much everything. We pulled it off using common sense and team work. Even they had radios! And we all just naturally looked for anyone suspicious or out of line. It is unfathonable to me that there was so many incompetent idiots there that day running the show. None of this was by accident.
I have to add, quite a few people had never used radios before. It was a tad humorous when the leaders of the festival decided next year they were going to teach code to the users for a little more discretion. They didn’t want things that could be heard by all, like, there is a gross diaper outside of Port-a-John A and we have a puker on the path to the woods.
Anyway, all normal people that could figure it out, but not the hired trained professionals?

They all said “no, there is no possibility of anyone being that incompetent.” That leaves only one option – and we all know what it is.

The political fields in the USA and the other embattled Western countries are pockmarked with a variety of rabbit holes that were dug to trap, neutralize and confuse the electorate and hide the truth about what is happening to their countries. SD has frequently warned about them. The FBI investigation into the Butler assassination attempt and murder is a deep and dark rabbit hole that has been wiped clean of any credible evidence or culpability. At least that is what the FBI and SS want Americans to believe.
It’s probably a silly metaphor (right critics) but MAGA supporters are fortunate they have a wise and courageous leader to vote for in P Trump and competent civilian investigators and interpreters like sundance, Mark Steyn and so on to help make sense of this increasingly corrupt political world.
Suspicion is a necessity until trust is reasonably justified given the many betrayals and lies that have dominated much of the past. This is clearly a classic fight of good against evil.
