We continue referencing the key staffing challenges and positions for Trump 2025, in part to frame a proactive outline and in part to highlight the challenges within several positions that have been corrupted by the administrative state. Today we look at Main Justice, the DOJ in DC.
Main Justice works closely with the FBI on what is loosely termed federal “law and order.” We will address the FBI silo in another outline, choosing to focus exclusively on Main Justice first. There are several positions within the DOJ that are familiar as a result of the modern weaponization that took place.
FBI HQ left, Main Justice HQ right
As an institution, Main Justice is now almost exclusively a Lawfare targeting mechanism. The Dept of Justice unilaterally focuses all criminal investigative resources against the political enemies of the Administrative State.
This is not to say Republicans are targets, because often the republicans are beneficiaries of the targeting operation. Think about the example of Main Justice working with the IRS to target the Tea Party groups in 2010 and 2011.
The Republicans were much more opposed to the Tea Party than the Democrats were. The professional republican apparatus was furious about the primary victories of the Tea Party, and subsequently benefitted from the DOJ targeting of the various patriot movements.
Main Justice targets individuals, organizations and systems that government officials and politicians determine are a threat to the power structure. The Intelligence Community use their ability to conduct electronic surveillance to discover evidence against their targets. The IC then feeds the evidence to Main Justice giving them the targeting coordinates. The DOJ takes action based on the information from the IC, often using the FBI as the enforcement mechanism.
The entire structure of Main Justice as an institution is corrupt, top to bottom. Much like the FBI, there is no agency, office, or subsidiary set of personnel within the DOJ that is not compromised by the modern mission of the organization. This is a critical point to accept, because if it is not accepted then we repeat the mistakes of thinking an Attorney General alone can correct the problem. They cannot.
Within the DOJ there are several divisions that must be addressed simultaneously if any effort to take it down to brass tacks is going to succeed. This cannot be a delicate surgical approach, the effort to remove the corrupt lesion will need chainsaws not scalpels. The fine surgical details and cleaning will be for the next administration.
The interior silos each have an important role, and they include: (1) the DOJ-National Security Division (DOJ-NSD), (2) the DOJ Civil Rights Division, (3) the DOJ-Community Relations Service (DOJ-CRS), and (4) the DOJ Inspector General’s Office. These are the four key agencies within the larger Main Justice system that must be addressed from DC.
Of those FOUR AGENCIES, the single most important one is the DOJ-National Security Division (DOJ-NSD). This is the interior silo that was corrupted from its origin and remained intentionally without Inspector General oversight until 2017.
When we think of the common Lawfare targeting the enemies of the Deep State like Donald Trump, that’s the core purpose of the DOJ-NSD.
DOJ-NSD: […] ” The National Security Division (NSD) was created in March 2006 by the USA PATRIOT Reauthorization and Improvement Act (Pub. L. No. 109-177). The creation of the NSD consolidated the Justice Department’s primary national security operations: the former Office of Intelligence Policy and Review and the Counterterrorism and Counterintelligence and Export Control Sections of the Criminal Division. The new Office of Law and Policy and the Executive Office, as well as the Office of Justice for Victims of Overseas Terrorism (which previously operated out of the Criminal Division) complete the NSD. The NSD commenced operations in September 2006 upon the swearing in of the first Assistant Attorney General for National Security.” (link)
The DOJ-NSD hides behind the justification of “national security” to cloud their activity. In many ways the DOJ-NSD and the CIA have the same cover story that allows them virtually omnipotent power.
The President has previously been hamstrung by the claimed importance and power of agencies under the guise of national security. As you can see from the origin, the Legislative Branch created the beast then cowered away from oversight. The worst outcome stemmed from the Judicial Branch who historically deferred to the national security apparatus.
To understand the dynamic with the Judicial Branch it is worth looking at the outcome of the DOJ-NSD targeting President Trump on the issue of classified records. Check the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals framing.
As you can see the DOJ-NSD knows how to use “national security” as a sword and a shield. This is essentially the issue now created by the DOJ-NSD targeting President Trump.
With the Legislative Branch compromised by their own creation, and with the Judicial Branch stuck inside an old paradigm of “national security” you can see how confronting the DOJ-NSD can only come from one place, THE OVAL OFFICE.
The President of the United States, hopefully Donald J Trump, is going to have to do what the other branches have failed to do, take apart the DOJ-NSD and remove all the functions of Main Justice to their pre-Patriot Act status. This is not going to be easy and will take a very specific type of person as U.S. Attorney General who both understands the issue and can, more importantly, articulate the problem to the larger American public.
So, we have some context for the positions that will be important. We need:
♦ An Attorney General (AG);
♦ A Deputy Attorney General (DAG);
♦ An Asst Deputy AG in charge of the NSD;
♦ An Asst Deputy AG in charge of the Civil Rights Division.
♦ And we need a key person in charge of the ultra-secretive DOJ Community Relations Service.
We need more, but these are the most critical positions to cover – AND REMEMBER, not a single person who has ever worked in Main Justice should ever be considered a candidate for any leadership position in 2025. If they worked in the corrupt DOJ system, they are corrupt – I do not care what capacity they worked in it before.
♦ The AG needs to be ultra clean with a spine of steel and a laser focus. The AG needs to totally understand the goals and objectives, without being told what the goals and objectives are. The AG needs to be independent, stable, strategic, brutally honest and keenly confident in his/her communication style with the attack media.
President Trump cannot spend exhaustive time instructing the AG on critical priorities. The AG needs to operate with skill, focus and self-motivated energy. The AG will be the focus of the Lawfare crew for removal/recusal. (Weissmann, McCord, Eisen, etc.)
♦ The Deputy AG needs to be intensely capable to stay on task with minimal supervision. The DAG is the git-r’-done person, no excuses, no apologies, no explanations. Raw, brutal, cold, quiet and determined. The DAG needs eyes of a mouse and ears of an elephant. The DAG needs to be a sponge, with total loyalty to the mission. The DAG also needs to be the bridge to the FBI.
♦ The Asst DAG in charge of the NSD will be walking into the heart of Obama/Holder’s created snake pit. This DOJ-NSD position covers Foreign Agent Registration Act violations (targeting) as well as the weaponized FISA constructs. The person put into this silo needs to completely understand the dynamic of the DOJ-NSD as the source of the most weaponized aspects.
♦ The Asst DAG in charge of the Civil Rights Division will be critical for all elements of election reform. The ADAG-CRD is going to be attacked, called racist and blasted by the Lawfare operatives. The Civil Rights Division DAG will be targeted by Marc Elias and hundreds of activist lawyers inside every aligned non-governmental agency who depends on the DOJ for enforcement and support.
♦ The person in charge of the CRS will need to head-off the FBI constructs and false flag attacks targeting the Trump administration. The CRS leadership will need to protect all of the DOJ team from the Antifa/BLM efforts as they are manufactured by the FBI silo operators.
Potential candidates:
♦ Attorney General – Ken Paxton (TX)
♦ Deputy AG – Jeff Landry (LA)
♦ Deputy AG NSD – Sidney Powell
♦ Deputy AG Civil Rights Division – Byron Donalds
♦ Community Relations Service – Vivek Ramaswamy

DAG Civil Rights is Byron Donalds?
Ha! I thought he wrote B Donalds, and had to scroll up.
If you search for “Byron Daniels”, all the results are for Byron Donalds…
Yes. I think that “Daniels” is an error. Sometimes I go to type “that” and I type “what”. I blame it on my fingers.
Your picks seem fine. There just never seems to be anyone from the right that the leftists fear.
They obviously fear Ken Paxton from their current targeting of him as Texas AG.
Bush Clan payback and they lost big time. All politics is local, and this was a local pissing match. Who was that attorney that represented Paxton? He would be great at the national level too.
Tony Buzbee, love him
And they would be right to do so.
AG Paxton places his life into the hands of Christ Jesus, our Lord and Saviour, our only mediator and advocate.
And for me, there can be no higher qualification for this man who has fought against the injustices thrown at him by those who serve another master.
Kris Kobach AG Kansas fits the bill for USAG.
This is the team we need!
Question: Besides AG…
Do ALL 4 other positions require Senate approval?
Thanks!
As a man of words, here’s the granular version from CRS…

And you are correct…WORDMAN loves wordy! 🙂
The Democrats use the DOJ Antitrust Division to go after corporations and CEOs who don’t tow the WOKE line like Elon Musk as well as an extortion tool to shakedown Big Tech for more contributions to the DNC and payola to Democrat politicians.
Look how AG Garland is boasting about using Lawfare against Apple Computer, Amazon, Facebook and Google which are the biggest $$$ corporate supporters to the Democrats. It would be like George Bush and the Republican DOJ going after Exxon and Chevron!
It doesn’t make sense unless there’s something else at play which we don’t see???? Does the IC want greater access and control over these companies!
Yes. The DOJ must be burned to the ground and then the earth salted in order to battle these demons.
What I remember about AG Bill Barr is that his overriding concern was the legitimacy of and preservation of the DOJ; so he bent over backwards to let slide the numerous faults of the DOJ staff.
It was the institution of the DOJ he protected, at the expense of the rule of law, the Constitution, and the preservation of the USA.
He gets failing marks — may his name be erased from history.
AG Bill Barr allowed Clyburn and the African Methodist Church run ballot factories in Detroit, Milwaukee, Atlanta and Philadelphia stealing 2020 election in plain sight.
Bill Barr must think his grandchildren will be exempted from the consequences of this destruction because he made the Bolsheviks wildest dreams come true!
No… may his name be equated to that of Benedict Arnold.
May his treason against the Republic never be forgotten.
That works for me, as well, SM.
How about a cemetery — not hallowed ground, but for the unsaved — right in the middle of DC?
The task at hand – to defang the DS immediately upon taking office – is immense.
This lineup is certainly up to the task.
Immense is a perfect description! The biggest issue remains the judiciary in DC…ALL CORRUPT and bought and paid for. In order for PDJT and his admin to put even a dent in the ds, we would need some judges in DC with integrity, fortitude and backbone. Are there ANY? Charges would have to be brought in the courts in DC, assuming the crimes were committed while these cretins were operating in DC.
Sydney Powell caved,,, what about Habba?
Yes, she caved ….. and we still haven’t got to see what she told Fani.
Did you read what Powell actually agreed to in her plea, not what the MSM played it as? She did not ‘cave’, she walked away with what will be, when all is said and done, a clean record, and she did it without spending millions more in attorney costs.
Think I share your view here. Believe that those who have had the flamethroweer directed toward themselves, have an enhanced, focused awareness dedicated to redressing the wrongs.
(Paxton has also faced such animosities.)
We should all grasp that navigating the shoals of what the swamp storms have put into practice is not an easy task. Having seen such malice directed specifically to oneself, provides some insights, perhaps not otherwise seen
Thank you!
Lots of really brave keyboard warriors, that have never sat across the table from prosecutors, as they laid out for you exactly how they will RUIN YOUR LIFE,….unless you cooperate.
Its about 1:1000, the ratio of Manaforts to Cohens,..
The “Stand up guys and gals” vs those who will turn snitch.
Sidney knows what needs to be done, how to do it and definetly should not be A.G., but as Sundance suggests, should be down in the trenches.
Vivek for CRS, interesting choice.
These are the ones who blackmail police departments with the threat of opening Civil Rights cases against them,…I THINK.
May also be the ones that take over the messaging after mass shooting events, Sundance has written about that.
Landry and Paxton are known commodities, and for those Texans crying they need Paxton, he needs to get out of Texas, where the Bushites are keeping him down/holding him back.
And Texans need to do the work, to cleanse the Texas Republican Party, and therefore State Legislature of all the Bushie/RINOS.
Without that, keeping Paxton as Texas A.G. is a waste of good talent.
Actually I have faced those prosecutors many years ago, in Chicago thank you very much, and they threatened to kill my kids,,,,I am still here, so are my kids,,,if you stand firm and don’t cave, you will win
It’s amazing how so many people still believe the MSM headlines and never dig for the truth. Sidney Powell is one smart and tough cookie. She would know instinctively what to do.
Powell made a complete fool of herself and others with her presser in Atlanta with Linn Wood. Do you really think that a solid legal mind would use phrases like “kracken”. Also, in some of her pleadings in the voter fraud cases were very poorly written.
…don’t know that SP ever used the term “kracken” but she has used the word “Kraken” on many occasions throughout her career. As far as your opinion on her legal mind, I think I’ll stick with the SCOTUS and Andrew Weissman opinions. They agreed with her and Weissman hates her! I think he hates her more than he does Trump. 🙂
She reads here and occasionally posts here.
I get her newsletter and she’s been fighting all along. She sends a weekly Good News Friday email which surfaces stories I never see elsewhere.
I find her impressive and I am very happy with sundance’s entire slate for this particular snake pit.
Hallelujah WH. 🎯💯
Ken Paxton immediately came to my mind.
Also L. Todd Wood “eyes of a mouse, ears of an elephant”, but if the position requires a lawyer, well then never mind, but he should maybe be considered elsewhere. https://ltoddwood.com/novelist-correspondent-pilot-bond-trader/
How about President Trump’s lawyer, Kurt Olsen?
Sydney Powell agreed to lesser charges because she does not have millions of dollars to waste fighting them.
She also does not have 30 to 40 years left of her life to earn back the money that she had to spend fighting a justice department which has unlimited funds. Ruining people financially is part of the process of “justice”. They do it because most people cannot afford to fight them.
Harrison Floyd, another defendant, is not a lawyer, is way, way less wealthy, and he didn’t cave.
And he’s almost single handedly put Fani’s office in check, to the point of jeopardizing all of the Georgia defendants’ cases.
Powell could have done the same thing and should have. She’s a freaking lawyer.
If you say so.
I think that because she is a lawyer most of the lawyers and judges circled the wagons around themselves and hung her out to dry. It was more important to teach everyone in the herd the consequences of stepping out of line.
Each corrupt clan protects the clan at all costs. That’s why the politicians stick together in order to preserve themselves. The same for judges/lawyers, corrupt dirty police who turn on the one trying to expose their dirt, the supporters of whatever is the newest degenerate victim group, and others.
Do you think that the J6ers who took a plea deal just to end the “judicial” torture caved?
Congratulations to H. Floyd for his strength. Oh, and he is not a lawyer so he was not an “insider” to the legal profession. Insiders get it worse than outsiders. She had a legal career for them to ruin. He did not. Who recently got disbarred because he pi$$ed off the wrong people? That is my point.
This above is total bs and ignorant of who SP is. Read more
Been reading for years. I know exactly who SP is and what she’s done and not done.
And what part of Floyd and his so far successsful efforts are BS?
Maybe you need to read more.
Sigh.
Powell plead to misdemeanor charges related to unauthorized breach of elections equipment in a rural Georgia county elections office.
Floyd was not charged with anything related to the breach. Your argument is moot. AKA BS.
Powell originally faced 7 felony charges with up to 20 years jail each, BAR dismissal, and millions in lawyer fees.
She pleaded guilty to 6 misdemeanors related only to the Coffee County breach event in which she was only peripherally involved. She received 6 years’ probation, ALL of which will be purged from her records, if she completes the probation without being found guilty of any other crimes in GA during her probation. She is one hell of a lawyer. Ask Weissman.
Maybe …just maybe …it’s you who need to read more.
Do better.
Sigh.
Floyd is one of 19 defendants. Regardless of the rspective charges, the challenge he used to jam up Fani could have been used by any of the defendants on any of the charges.
So, it’s not moot. Maybe you need to read more.
If she had used the defense, she may not have even had to take a deal.
Sigh.
Nice try.
Follow your own advice!!
Excellent reply, Black Knight.
Sigh.
Nice deflection attempt. Read Alinsky much?
1) It was Roman, not Floyd, who brought the original charges against Willis. Reading Comprehension 101. You entire posit is moot …aka BS.
2) Those charges were originated by Roman’s attorney based on the attorney’s personal communications with another person not directly involved in any of the cases but aware of the suspect relationship. The allegations were first made public on 8 Jan 2024.
3) SP pleaded in Oct 2023, several months before the allegations against Willis were even made. There is ZERO evidence that Powell …or anyone else involved, much less Floyd, knew anything about the Willis allegations at the time of SP’s pleading.. Your timeline sucks buttermilk.
Unlike you, I do try to follow my own advice …like not making up facts to suit an agenda. You don’t like Powell, that’s your problem. Rearranging facts to suit your opinion of her, that’s everyone’s problem.
Do everyone a favor, move on.
Thank you, Mr. William Hindman. You are spot on.
Wrong again.
You are not even talking about what I am due to a lack of “reading comprehension.”
Floyd brought up that Willis never had a criminal referral from the Election Board, thus she should be not even be prosecuting any of the charges.
The Appeals Court refused to hear it. On the same day, Trump’s attorneys filed to have Willis removed from the case on issues similarly related to Floyd’s but from a different angle.
It is still tied up waiting to be heard.
That’s why all of the proceedings against Trump and all other defendants (approximately 14 who have pled not guilty) have had their cases held up from proceeding until there is a ruling.
If Trump wins the appeal, the case for all defendants will collapse and most likely be dismissed or nolle pros’d.
So, Floyd did get the ball rolling, everything is held up, and should Trump win the appeal, the rest walk.
And had SP held in there, she could’ve been part of that group.
THOSE ARE THE FACTS!!!
Talking about having timelines (and facts) sucking? Look in the mirror, buttercup!!!
And if you don’t like me challenging or responding to you, don’t engage me to begin with and move on!!!
Yet another cool, calm light of reason response, Black Knight.
1) Floyd’s individually itemized charges are not even close to the same as those brought against Powell.
2) Floyd’s defense charges were filed in Nov, well after Powell’s pleas, and dismissed months ago by the GA Appellate Appeals court. They have zero …zero …to do with Trump’s case now before the Ga Supreme Court. Your timeline …and facts …again …suck.
3) You apparently hate Powell for a totally unsupported reason. You let your personal opinion of her overrule any common sense you might have left and completely ignore Sundance’s explicitly, and twice stated support for her in the position. The same explicit reason I have stated repeatedly in this thread.
4) The RICO case is a peculiar beast in Georgia. The state RICO law gives prosecutors the ability to merge into a solitary case a series of alleged crimes that the state believes were committed to further one organizational goal. The members of this “organization” can, according to the statute, serve as agents for one another even if they do not know one another. In Powell’s case, she signed the retainer and paid the bill for the Coffee County election machine intrusion to obtain voting records. She had no other part in the event and had been assured by the County Elections Supervisor that the audit was legal.
However, Georgia law says otherwise. The fact that Powell paid the bill out of her own accounts made her legally culpable. She had no assured defense, could be sentenced to 20 years on each felony count, lose her license for any felony conviction, and spend millions in a losing defense. She did the best thing she could and accepted a plea to six misdemeanors, no felony, and probation …with a very specific clause that all records will be expunged upon completion of probation. She has offered no testimony against Trump and won’t because he has zero involvement in anything she plead to.
This was months before Floyd made his filings …and of course, ultimately lost. Neither Powell’s plea nor Floyd’s loss has a single thing to do with what Trump currently has before the Georgia Supreme Court. Your facts and rationale are simply wrong. Powell didn’t “cave” …she made the best of a rotten and highly politicized case. It’s what smart lawyers do.
5) …last but far from least, you pompously posted “if you don’t like me challenging or responding to you, don’t engage me to begin with and move on!!!
Dear god Gerty, you have one highly inflated and completely unsupportable opinion of yourself here. You repeatedly challenge fellow Treepers who dare to disagree with you in the slightest way, often personally disparaging them, claiming they are “trolls” or …I love this one …”narrative control agents” for simply not rolling over and kissing your patootie when it is, in fact, most often you that are wrong.
I personally don’t give a hoot whether you “challenge” me or respond in any way. I haven’t lost a thread to you as yet. Look at the ratios. I engage anyone here when I think they may be in error or …as is often the case with you …simply blathering on. If you can’t stand the heat, don’t post bs. Most of all, get over yourself.
As for Powell, as Sundance said, she knows the DoJ/NDA better than any other MAGA lawyer and, imnsho, is better prepared to eviscerate them than any other available candidate. That was the sole point and intent of naming her. Trump may have to use a recess appointment to by-pass the Senate but with McConnell no longer the Majority Leader, even that should not be a problem.
Move on.
Wrong. You NEVER plead guilty to something you’re innocent of. I’ve been put in similar circumstances, would have lost everything. No, no, NO! I fought the corrupt city government that was trying to destroy myself and other good people, all the way to the state Supreme Court …. And prevailed. It takes a lot of faith and earnest prayer, and trust in God to do it.
Some things in life aren’t negotiable.
Except in the specific matter of the Coffee County intrusion where Powell was factually, if only peripherally, involved and thus could have been found guilty, disbarred, and sent to jail for 20 years.
Facts matter. Even when you don’t like them. Smart lawyers know this and act accordingly.
So, William Hindman, if that is your real name, Sydney Powell pleaded guilty because she’s in fact guilty? A lawyer broke the law? If that’s the case, it’s even more evidence she’s an incompetent lawyer, and President Trump should keep her far, far away.
Yeah, yeah, yeah. I post under my real name and picture. You, on the other hand, hide.
I bought a beige ’64 Corvair Monza. Deer jumped the road and totaled the front end in ’66. Great car. Nader was an idiot.
Forget about my posts re Powell. Try reading Sundance’s, eh.
I place 0% value on anything Weissman says.
Do better.
Powell literally eviscerated him in a best-selling book on the Enron case.
SCOTUS, iirc 9-0, threw his whole case out. Weissman hates her. Literally.
Anyone Weissman hates, I admire. Just do.
I read/research first, then cite sometimes inconvenient facts. Works for me.
granted, but I lost a lot of faith in Powell over the whole “Kraken” silliness. Her motivations were in the right place, but she allowed herself to be used and played.
That also leads me to second guess the nature of her other efforts post-Enron (Flynn, etc.).
Just my opinion.
Powell got the Biden treatment.
Do what we demand or will will destroy you and your future.
Black Knight, you nailed it! Common Sense 101. Sydney Powell doesn’t need to be anywhere near President Trump. Her caving was a tremendous propaganda win for Fani & Co.
To those that say, oh, you’ve never been in those shoes, well yes, I have. I wasn’t facing criminal charges, though they were threatened and attempted by the corrupt City government I was fighting, and I spent $80k I couldn’t afford and fought them all the way to the state Supreme Court and prevailed. I eventually got half my money back. When you’re in the right and know it, you fight and don’t let these evil people force you to lie and cave. Having been subjected to something similar, I’m even more inclined to call Sydney Powell out for her caving. Being economically ruined is nothing compared to letting the evil ones use you to rewrite the truth.
Fact matter. Inconvenient though they be.
Sidney was out maneuvered by illegal charges and costing money to keep up her defense. I’m positive she would bear down 100% all day long on law fair traitors to the rule of law.

A tragic suicide, a likely murder, wrongful imprisonment, and gripping courtroom scenes draw readers into this compelling story giving them a frightening perspective on justice corrupted and who should be accountable when evidence is withheld. Licensed to Lie: Exposing Corruption in the Department of Justice is the true story of the strong-arm, illegal, and unethical tactics used by headline-grabbing federal prosecutors in their narcissistic pursuit of power. Its scope reaches from the US Department of Justice to the US Senate, the FBI, and the White House. This true story is a scathing attack on corrupt prosecutors, the judges who turned a blind eye to these injustices, and the president who has promoted them to powerful political positions.
Should be 5 stars out of 5. Thank you.
This again.. Or read the deal
Sidney is a convicted felon now and will never be confirmed by the Senate!
Yup. If she’d only had the fortitude to keep fighting, to perhaps even get locked up like Bannon and Navarro, she would have been fully vindicated after Fani and Nathan got hammered. She folded at the WORST time, plead guilty to something she wasn’t guilty of…..I’m so tired of the apologists for her. I’m sympathetic to her, but she should never be anywhere near President Trump ever again.
Give it up already.
WTF, dude?
Shes not a convicted felon.
A simple search is all that’s needed.
Please do not post easily verifiable falsehoods.
I do agree that Senate confirmation,
if needed, won’t happen.
But geez, bro! She ain’t a felon.
She pleaded guilty in the Atlanta case. No?
https://theconservativetreehouse.com/?s=Sidney+Powell
No better source than this.
Its how you do it, bro.
Misdemeanors! My mistake. Thank you!
Pardon?
She plead to six misdemeanors. No felonies. Read the Judge’s ruling. When she completes the probation, the record will be expunged. Facts matter.
Yes, they do!
So Fani & Co (with Herr Weissman undoubtedly in the background) got to celebrate and claim 6 guilty pleas for election interference from “Trump’s lawyer”. In addition to getting away with the voter fraud based “win” in Fulton County in 2020, Sydney Powell’s caving also allowed them a legal win to prove it was actually Trump’s side that was guilty of election misconduct. Felony, misdemeanor, is irrelevant. She pled guilty and, even worse, cooperated. She had to give Fani & Co “dirt” to get the deal. It wasn’t free. Sorry, she doesn’t make the team for ‘25.

Hard to see how she’d get confirmed.
♦ Deputy AG Civil Rights Division – Byron Daniels♦ Community Relations Service – Vivek Ramaswamy
I think both of these divisions should just be dissolved completely.
That would take acts of Congress. But in the meantime, it’s not like life couldn’t be made difficult for the embedded, entitled and overly sensitive bureaucrats.
Why would it take an act of CONgress? Are either of those divisions outlined in the Constitution?
If we get rid of the Civil Rights Division, who is going to enforce trans men in women’s bathrooms?? Come on, now! No Joke!
The DoJ Civil Rights Division was established by Act of Congress in 1957. It would require another act of congress to dissolve it.
It should certainly be reined in to fit only within the actual law and subsequent judicial rulings. Should we manage to obtain enough MAGA Senators in the Nov election, the act could be rewritten.
It could be seriously depopulated and its activities effectively supervised. In fact both should happen with or without Congress.
The new AG must take the Durham Special Counsel Report as well as all of the evidence uncovered of FBI and DOJ criminal activity and PROSECUTE ALL OF THE FBI and DOJ Officials that Durham refused to indict.
The report and evidence are there. We cannot let the criminals walk away without being arrested!!!
nice
I like this idea, but I fear that the double jeopardy would make it impossible.
do believe that was the reason for the cover up.
Paxton is my choice also. The only one I question is Powell. Powell is tainted by the “kraken” among other post 2020 election missteps.
I think that after what they have done to her that she probably relishes the idea of MAGA payback. She’s earned the right to facilitate the reaping of what they have sown.
Every J6 falsely accused prisoner had to plead guilty to something in order to not completely destroy their finances. Taking a lesser plea and going to prison was their only option.
I do not want to sit at my keyboard in judgment of people who got in the crosshairs of the DOJ while fighting for MAGA. J6ers and S. Powell included.
Amen..
I highly approve!
Pray this goes From CTH to Trumps ears!
I like it, good list.
I’m real good, and in fact, had the first two, Paxton & Landry, in mind myself, particularly Paxton.
Donalds, I’m OK with too.
I’m not so sure on the other 2. Powell caving so fast in Georgia recently and allegedly putting Woods’ name on suits in different states during 2020-21 regarding election stuff suits without his knowledge or approval seems suspicious to me.
I just don’t trust Vivek.
But i don’t have any better picks in mind other than that Eric Dubilier (sp) guy.
TBH, I would rather see the NSD and CRS completely dismantled and shut down. There is nothing they handle that could not be done by others, especially NSD, as I believe it is nothing more than a domestic station for the CIA. Too risky to let it continue to exist.
I don’t have his name in front of me right now, but the Missouri AG is pretty activist on the voting security issue and may be a good candidate.
Good point, forgot about him.
Andrew Baily
AG Alan Wilson of SC would be another one to look at. He had joined other AGs in lawsuits against ObamaCare, DACA, green new deal, covid, and the 2020 election sreal.
MO AG Bailey appears to do well on voting security but has not actually addressed the 740,000 facially invalid votes or the 296,000 more votes counted than voters who voted in the 2022 Federal election. (Bailey has been sent the names and reasons why each of the 740,000 votes are facially invalid).
I don’t trust Vivek, either.
too much of a smooth talker like Obama and to “connected” to iffy groups (Pharma and globalists)
and one thing that really sticks in the back of my mind – just an observation,,,,,
all the western nations that are in crisis seem to have Indian heads of state………
that were not “really elected” …..
too many to be coincidence – I cannot remove it from my mind.
Because of his loyalty to Trump, is there a place for Rudy?
Maybe, but he’s been disbarred in NY and has a bunch of open cases and engaged in bankruptcy proceedings at present.
Rudy should play a part in this, not only because he is a loyal foot soldier for Trump, but because he need some payback for the way the current administration and the DOJ has treat him.
No! His time has come and gone. Trump needs new blood and fresh faces.
New blood has little understanding of the true evil we are up against.
I would rather have a 1 armed 1 legged former marine running the war than some ivy educated trust fund beta male.
One of them has a true view of the battle ahead.
Did you miss this part….
AND REMEMBER, not a single person who has ever worked in Main Justice should ever be considered a candidate for any leadership position in 2025.
Have to wait and see what Sundance has in mind for Stephen Miller, currently at A1st Legal.
Still legal positions to be filled, like Solicitor General and WHC, I am pretty sure Miller will have a prominent position in the Trump Administration.
I wish Miller had a law degree. He would be one heck of a crackerjack.
Really like Stephen Miller. He is quick on his feet and very in-depth thinker. I feel like you, there will be a place for him that is a perfect fit if I know the Boss’s way of thinking.
Miller is the policy guru. Special Assistant to POTUS. Trump’s right hand man. Office next door. Bannon’s old position in ’17.
‘TBH, I would rather see the NSD and CRS completely dismantled and shut down. There is nothing they handle that could not be done by others, especially NSD, as I believe it is nothing more than a domestic station for the CIA. Too risky to let it continue to exist.”
Congress backstops this, yes? In other words, they have the final say. If they are mute, then POTUS plans become law?
If true, what are the odds of Congress allowing PDJT to dismantle any department?
If odds are too high, how can he hamstring them to render their powers largely impotent?
Fire them all, which is within his power and authority.
There you go again.
Those DoJ divisions were established by Congress. Only Congress can remove them.
There are a very limited number of political appointments within each division that Trump can hire and fire. Some have to be Senate confirmed. The rest are Civil Service positions which are notoriously difficult to fire for any reason at all.
One of the better ideas Ramaswamy proposed is a 50% RIF based strictly on SSNs. ALL even SSN numbered federal civil service employees are terminated on 20 Jan by an across the board Reduction In Force (RIF). No discrimination by race, longevity, politics, gender, et etc etc. Just begone!
They would tie it up in the courts for years of course …but in the meantime 🙂
I know, sounds crazy …but it’s the only way I’ve heard proposed that might really work.
One also needs to understand how “politicals” are inserted into the system.
First, the Presidential Appointed/Senate Confirmed [PAS] people are: AG, DepAG, AsstAG, Director of a Bureau, Administrator of a Bureau, IG, and all of the U.S. Attorneys for each district.
The second tier is the Senior Executive Service cadre, who run all of the divisions. They come in three “flavors:” Schedule A or career employees who have “risen through the ranks” and whose tenure is governed by Civil Service Rules [nearly impossible to fire], Schedule B maximum 4 year appointment for “technical and other purposes], and Schedule C [indefinite appointment for “special needs/knowledge]. The folks in C are often offered jobs as A while an Administration is coming to a close.
Fire them all! Let them sue to get their jobs back. It’ll take years and they won’t be able to sabotage President Trump!
Many/most will slink off if they are wise.
Ken Paxton would be great; he warded off attacks to the Texas elections in 2020 basically preventing the cheating that could have turned Texas Blue. Paxton is strong on the border; and he’s a huge fighter. He’s been attacked by Democrats and RINOs his entire term.
And, he went after Pfizer too…
I like most of these picks! However, I am not sure who Byron Daniels is…
Donalds
Stephen Miller is a bulldog. He needs a prominent position.
Not a lawyer
Byron Donalds is not a lawyer. He has a BA in finance and marketing.
My thought as well, after having SD point out Stephen Millers lack of a JD as a vague disqualifier for a legal pit bull position in past threads…..
I don’t agree with your assertion that it’s a “vague disqualifer.” If a position requires a JD and a candidate is not an attorney, then he does not qualify. Pretty straightforward.
The position description is not in the Constitution or law. It can thus be changed by POTUS at his sole discretion. Thus “vague disqualifier” is “vaguely” legitimate. 🙂
Lawyers can be wishy washy. A few non- lawyers could be a good thing.
The CRS position probably does not involve the actual practice of law.
Miller operates with strong logic in my opinion. A sound logician can see through the feckless bureaucrat lawyers. Our Republic needs a hatchet man with near unlimited pink slips.
Miller may not be a lawyer. Does that mean he can’t still be great cleaning house?
Wouldn’t be a requirement to run the FBI!
Chief of Staff is a much better fit.
These are great picks Sundance! Your hard work and insight are all appreciated.
I especially appreciated what you said at the beginning of this post about the Professionally Republican establishment being just as corrupt as the Democrats. GOP reaction to the Tea Party is the perfect example. There are still people who think the Republicans are our friends. They aren’t. They’re just the other wing of the UniParty and they are our enemies.
Rather see Vivek in a “right-sizing” role (unless Consumer Relations is just a euphemism for hatchet man?)
Read what Sundance has previously written about the CR dept. of the DOJ.
Its far more nefarious than it sounds.
Beautiful and spot on!
Thank you!
Sidney Powell into the NSD… that will nuke Leftie heads for sure.
Excellent choice… not only does she have a BIG ax to grind against Lawfare, but she got nothing to lose. They already tried to chop her down… so she’s pretty much clean.
BTW, another thing I’d like to add to the rationale behind your choices… the people selected either are 100% clean or, like Powell, have been run through the Lawfare grind and have been cleansed by the fire.
Like DJT….!!👍🏻
Exactly! Payback time!
My thought exactly! I would pay just to see her walking into that office on the first day. ‘Splodey heads all around!
Watch out for random shrapnel.
All good picks, except Sydney Powell. She collapsed to Fani Willis, of all people, and pleaded guilty and cooperated. Cooperated with Fani Willis and gave testimony that got President Trump indicted, to save herself. We haven’t got to see that testimony yet.
Let’s not forget, the Georgia cases against President Trump are still lingering, they’re not quite dead.
Read more, know the truth. Do you have millions to stave off malicious prosecution with possibilities of fines and jail. She got her name license and will to fight preserved. Sidney is an American Warrior. Read “Licensed To Kill”.

I’ve read it all. And went through something similar fighting a corrupt city government. Like Sydney, I had everything to lose. I didn’t cave , kept fighting all the way to the state supreme court, and prevailed. It can be done.
If only Sydney could have held out until Harrison Floyd slammed Fani and Nathan…. but, she caved, cooperated, and enabled Fani and Co. to spread their falsehoods.
Fighting a city government and fighting the Feds are two entirely different things. It would be like fighting a local tough guy versus fighting Mike Tyson in his prime. The $80,000 you spent would not be a down payment on the retainer needed to fight a federal case. Speaking from experience!
AcE1….to be quite honest, for a multitude of reasons, fighting the Feds would have been easier. A corrupt city government can get away with FAR more, and have far less oversight and checks and balances than the feds. And their coffers are just as bottomless as the feds. The city I went against spent $1.6M versus my $80k. And once I beat them at the state SC, they dangled $250k to settle if I’d sign a NDA and let them falsely claim to have won.
As you can probably guess, I said no.
You cannot cooperate or compromise with evil.
Not entirely accurate. Your data set and intel are shallow.
Ok, Rick, so Sydney really helped President Trump in some way? I may be shallow in intel, I’ve never been accused of Einstein intelligence, but I know better than to plead guilty to something when I’m actually innocent.
Sydney Powell has NEVER given any testimony that got Trump indicted. Period. She agreed only to testify in any matter related to the Coffee County misdemeanors to which she pleaded. Trump’s GA indictments do not include the Coffee County event.
She is considered “Trump’s lawyer” or “Trump ally” to the media, so ultimately it is irrelevant. It was a big win for Fani & Co. It gave them massive headlines like this. Also, I do believe you have it wrong. She and Trump are codefendants.
https://apnews.com/article/sidney-powell-plea-deal-georgia-election-indictment-ec7dc601ad78d756643aa2544028e9f5
Only on the RICO charge which she did not plea to. The only thing she agreed to cooperate on were misdemeanors related to the Coffee County charges …which were not part of Trump’s charges. You are of course right that the MSM made it sound like she would testify against him. Is the MSM where you get your news?
And fire all 93 U.S. attorneys . Clinton did. 🤔
A historical pattern
But historical data compiled by the Senate show the same pattern going back to former President Ronald Reagan. Reagan replaced 89 of the 93 U.S. attorneys in his first two years in office, starting in 1981. Clinton also had 89 new U.S. attorneys in his first two years, while President Bush had 88 new U.S. attorneys in his first two years in office.

The President has previously been hamstrung by the claimed importance and power of agencies under the guise of national security. As you can see from the origin, the Legislative Branch created the beast then cowered away from oversight. The worst outcome stemmed from the Judicial Branch who historically deferred to the national security apparatus.
Sundance, would Chevon help in this matter? is it a new tool for Executive branch?
Chevron is only 1/2 of it, but an important 1/2.
I believe one of the decisions in one of Trumps cases (classified docs case?) affirmed the absolute planary authority of the POTUS, as C i C, over National Security.
All of those Depts involved with Nastional Security, get there DERIVATIVE authority FROM the POTUS, ergo both legislature and courts must defer to those agencies, as extensions of the PRESIDENT, on matters of National Security, but said agencies MUST defer to POTUS.
Don’t know if Nastional Security is a Freudian slip, but I love it!
Thanx, Dutchman, I always look for your comments.
“plenary authority” …but yes, exactly. Smith tried to make the case that someone who works for POTUS has classification authority that POTUS doesn’t. Deep state loves that idea. Judge threw it out. Whole case now depends on whether he had to explicitly declassify something before he left office, or could just declare it as such.
So did George W. Bush…about 40 of them and they fought like tooth and nail, filing frivolous lawsuits.
Frankly in the end, I don’t know if any were forced to resign.
I don’t think so.
GW Bush and his first AG John Ashcroft caved to Dem pressure about firing the doj attorneys.
Actually a good move would be to fire any lawyer hired to a federal position brought in by Obama or Sessions or Barr. Fire them all. If 1 or 2 are actually good people, the other 400 are scum. A fair trade.
Exactly! Just look at the date of hires between 2008 and 2016. Again from 2020 to 2024.
I would place Rudy in charge of “the Biden family influence peddling organization inquiry” this would impact not only Joe Biden & family, but all. Burocrats, appointed and elected officials as well. Get him a couple of capable liutenants and every one on that web is fair game.
Rudy’s experience in RICO and getting the mafia would be of use in going after many of these criminals who have been involved in a conspiracy.
If Rudy could stay sober and keep his hands off his female co-workers??
Well well well. Throwing nasty, underhand shade like this is typical leftist tactics.
I love Rudy and LIVED THROUGH his cleansing of NYC in the 80’s…..demonstrable and VERY OBVIOUS improvement……but I think he’s TOO radioactive now and may well HAVE UNCLEAN HANDS…
too risky in this stage of the war…..imho
A few generals always go down in a worthy battle.
Another one throwing shade.
“The AG will be the focus of the Lawfare crew for removal/recusal. (Weissmann, McCord, Eisen, etc.)”
If Trump can get the election certified by Congress (lots of huge hurdles between now and then), would it not be beneficial to publicly identify and name the Lawfare Group participants/targets up front so that when they start in President Trump can tell everyone “See, I told you about these guys.”?
I agree, I think part of the problem was that during his term Trump did not draw attention to specific individuals involved in the sedition.
Draining the swamp can only be started and accomplished by President Trump.
If there is one Silo that needs Augean Stable treatment, it is tne DOJ.
.
There is no way to cure this patient without lots of pain. So Trump and team need to be strong enough to accept that the treatment might cause lots of collateral damage. And the main treatment needs to be the immediate firing of nearly everyone in the DOJ that occupies an SES level billet. These positions ARE NOT protected by Civil Service rules.
Obviously doing this will toss a very small minority of honest AND competent people. Buy that’s a price worth paying to flush the toilet.
It will be harder to flush the rot from the GS15 and below ranks. But maybe the recent SCOTUS decision about a President’s immunity could help.
The rot is very deep and very wide. Like the Augean Stables, this is literally a Herculean effort.
Its been done, before.
Corrupt police departments HAVE successfully been “cleaned up”.
Private companies HAVE been ‘turned around’ with a toxic “culture” rooted out and eliminated.
With the support of the American people, and a great team of battle tested patriots that well understand the nature of the enemy and the task, it CAN be accomplished.
But WE need to continue to do OUR part, AFTER the election.
Assuming PDJT is declared the winner, we must continue to show our support for him, as he gets hammered on all sides.
And, we must continue our work to purge the RINOS from the State Republican Parties, SO THAT we can get honest (MAGA) people ‘counting the votes’ SO THAT we can get MAGA Gov.’s, SOS’s, A.G.’s and prosecutors, County and State Judges, and State Legislature Majorities.
While PDJT and his team of wolverines (plural and no caps) are dismantling the silos in D.C., the States can attack using extreme Federalism, to cut down the Regulatory agencies overreach thru the Courts.
I love the reference to Federalism.! Not nearly enough has been done that can and needs be done using this Process. Why the hell do conservative governed states accept bs unconstitutional federal edicts?
There are no honest people at these levels. Just the fact that they continued to work with these corrupt bastards and kept their mouths shut tells me they aren’t honest. Clean house!
Exactly, if they were actually honest they would not be there in the first place.
Vivek for nothing.
Vivek defended President Trump during several debates against DeSantis and Nimrata and did spectacular. He deserves to be rewarded and he has certain skills and connections which are valuable!
Some of these personnel must be like a Green Beret training mountain people to overthrow the tyrant.
The ultimate goal is to work yourself out of a job.
Thoughts on Missouri AG Andrew Bailey?

Roger that!
When we hark back to 1776 we find that many influential patriots were men and women of means They could afford to carry on their work unencumbered by the need to feed their families i.e. a day job. This is what is required now. We need patriots of means who can not be bought, have nerves of steel and willing to risk all they have for the good of society. On top of that they need the skills and intellect to navigate a very corrupt city and system. These qualities are not common but then again if there is a chance to restore justice and hope it will be done by individuals who have these very qualities.
Is Robert Barnes a possibility?
Sydney Powell seems a curious recommendation.
The only choice I question is Ramaswamy. I agree the position is critical, but I’d much rather turn Ramaswamy loose as OPM to dismantle the Senior Executive Service structure that provides the career protective cover for so much of the administrative state.
I might also question Byron “Daniels” since I don’t recognize the individual. If its a typo for Byron Donalds, then I’d point out that his background is finance, not legal.
I agree with all of your selection SD, withe exception of Sydney Powell.
IMO, Sydney does not know how to hold her tongue and gives away strategy to the whole world. There is no room for mistakes or glory seeking in this important position . Sydney also likes the tv attention too much. The “release the kraken “ became a joke.
She knows the NSD best
She also knows the ‘lawfare’ gurus inside out and backwards. She would be hard to get through the Senate but no one …no one …would do as much as her to eviscerate the NSD. Most of all, it would drive Andrew Weissman insane …and that’s a really, really, really good thing to do on it’s own merits, imnsho.
Those who think she ‘caved’ on the state charges need to read the plea deal. She gave up nothing and so long as she doesn’t violate any other Ga laws in, iirc, 2 years, her record will be expunged. The state charges that she pled to are not included in many of the other cases, were very technical in aspects, difficult and costly to defend and risked a conviction that could have affected her license. She’s a very smart lawyer.
Why does the Department of Justice need to be involved with “National Security” to begin with? According to their mission statement “The mission of the Department of Justice is to uphold the rule of law, to keep our country safe, and to protect civil rights.” That mission has morphed into keeping the Democrat Party safe from Republicans and keeping Democrats exclusively in the White House and secondarily in Congress! When it comes to civil rights POC and illegal aliens take priority over all others! How does keeping the southern border wide open keep our country safe? Just another useless alphabet agency with a false useless mission statement!!! JMO
Ask your representative. He or she voted on it after 9/11 and several times since. It gives the DoJ/FBI the underpinning to create a police state in the land of the free …and foolish.
National Security is a dog whistle for internal security!
National Security and keep our country safe….. that’s the excuse for classifying everything right down to cocktail napkins!!!
What is the likelihood of getting any of these selections through the Senate confirmation process ??? Assuming the Trump team is aware of this advice AND is shrewd enough to follow it……. Confirmation of anyone who even might pose a threat was the one of the biggest hurdles of his previous administration. Remember how McTurtle kept the Senate in permanent session to deliberately prevent him making Recess Appointments ?
Bingo. We need just ONE freaking Senator who will actually stand up and refuse to vote for the Unanimous Consent votes that gave McConnell the power to do this. ONE! Not even one did so between Jan 2017 and Jan 21. NOT ONE! F’ing UNIPARTY.
Why I keep pointing out that the Senate races are just as critical as the POTUS race. There has to be a true MAGA Senator elected.
Watch the Montana Senate race. The DNC is spending money there like crazy to keep Tester in place. Same in Ohio and AZ.
I’m hoping the 11″ binder is real and will come in very handy.
I believe 1 Senator alone can request a recess. Not entirely sure here…
Actually, it takes just one Senator to object to the unanimous consent vote. Once that happens then it goes to a full Senate vote on whether or not to go into recess. And then recess has to also be in accordance with the House.
So while it just takes one senator’s vote to get the ball rolling, there are other steps to be taken by both the Senate and the House in order to go into an official Congressional recess.
Once the Unanimous Consent is defeated by just ONE Senator, all regular recess rules apply per Supreme Court ruling. Anything more than a 10-day recess and Trump can name a temp to hold the office for, iirc, as long as 270 days.
MONGO LIKE……
Powell is a wait and see for me….I hope Viveks appointment is consequential enough to challenge or just FULLY UTILIZE his skillset and capabilities…. while importantly ….satisfying his burning ambition and necessary sense of profound ACCOMPLISHMENT while experiencing his freshman foray into fixing The System…as a TEAM player.
I am wondering if it is constitutionally possible for the president to appoint a commission, or create an investigative body separate from the DOJ, reporting to and subservient to the President, that can investigate and/or prosecute everyone connected to these seditious crimes committed against Trump and our nation. Also, getting the statute of limitations removed for a number of these crimes would be helpful.
Ken Paxton is the best! I hate to lose him in Texas but it must be done for the Republic. I can’t think of a replacement.
Wow!! What a lineup of SEASONED WARRIORS. They all are – with the possible exception of Vivek, who I consider is still a rookie – well-suited for the task at hand. And I believe Vivek has great potential.
Who was it that has said from time to time….”we shall see.”
Why, I believe that would be our Very Stable Genius.
Exceptional group of Patriots, for the real President Trump’s DOJ. The Murderers’ Row of his administration.
Add Flynn and Navarro to the list in some capacity and it would exceed the 1927 Yankees…
Maybe as a Clemenza and Tessio…
I suspect Sundance has posts for these 2 gutsy Gentleman warriors. We haven’t seen the entire Team lineup yet….
Absolutely agree with everyone. Sidney has been a brilliant strategist in litigation defeating those DOJ monsters for malicious prosecution. Her book is astonishing in detail footnotes explaining her fabulous victory and reversal of evil prosecutions.
Yeah, he definetly has that used car salesman, timeshare associate aura about him, a “hussler”.
Still, he is NOT going to go away, now that he has tasted the limelight, so better to have him using his talents FOR you, rather than Agin ya.
Keep your unknowns close. Watch them. Test them. Fire them when they fail you.
I keep thinking that all of the J6ers should have a hand in this. They would know how to meet out justice, just like they got.
Paxton would be a good pick. The RINOs and the Dems hate him in Texas.
I am concerned that Paxton has not yet gotten past the SEC charges brought against him. That may be a confirmation problem for him.
President Trump can fire the Bolshevik in charge of the SEC!
I think these are well thought out choices
WOW! This is going to be a huge job, and critical. I think Trump has the ‘nads to do it. Finding “support” is going to be difficult.
As for the personnel choices: With the exception of Sydney, I think they are excellent. My only issue with Sydney is her run ins since 2020. She has become recluse and silent. She may not have favor with Trump at this time. She is mean enough…I like her. Not sure she is up to it now.
Great outline. And again, forcing us to entertain the truth and difficult tasks ahead. Thank you for preparing us for the deep, wide, dark, and essential steps to restoration. Blessings.
She is not silent.
I hear from her several times a week since I signed up (free) to her newsletter. I haven’t yet agreed to the paid level, but I might…
…love your logo 🙂
PDJT is in the unique position of knowing dozens to hundreds of lawyers during his business and political career, the vast majority of whom are unknown to us but whom have been loyal allies of his.
While names we recognize are comforting, they also have a public history and tend to be highly scrutinized and I’m mindful that the Senate will have to approve a substantial majority of such positions.
I would expect PDJT to face an even tougher time this time than he did in 2016, when some nominations took months or even years to be finalized/approved. That’s an obstacle every nomination will face.
In reviewing some history I was reminded of one of PDJT’s mentors who was a relatively unknown lawyer until the last big Communist hunt took place in the 1950’s and he worked with and for Joe McCarthy in that hunt. James Woods, a stalwart MAGA, played him in a retrospective on his life. Roy Cohn was his name.
Squashing the Communist bugs in government and society should be Job #1. Whatever work furthers that goal is the mission. They are the disease. Else, we have a robust system of government and a society which uses the tools of freedom and liberty to better their own lives and the world. Do not fear adversaries or conflict or war. It’s part of life, and death.
The Communists have ass-raped Lady Justice with her own scale. That cannot stand. Whoever PDJT chooses, IMO they should be absolute zealots in the war against the Communists. That’s what it takes to defeat them.
Kris Kobach, any room for him in the DOJ? Clay Higgins as the Director of the FBI?
FBI is next, i think. Patience grasshopper.
I’m not sure anyone has more experience dealing with the Lawfare group than Paxton.. They were after him for several years before he landed the TX AG position. Would hate to loose him to the sewers of DC especially since this move would create a big opportunity to Californicate the TX AG office .. We have lost Austin to the socialist nuts and fruits, they dragged the political outhouses of California with them.. Between the illegal alien ballots and democrats voting in Republican primaries there is a good possibility we will loose ground in November.. Sydney Powell is another talent that would be good for the country, her experience with Lawfare is also above the fold.. I like Ramaswamy, makes sense.. The others I draw a blank.. Too bad all this strategizing won’t go very far..
