I’m just catching up on some events that I have missed. The first press conference by the U.S. Secret Service about the Trump assassination attempt was alarming. This is the first time the media had to question USSS since the attempted assassination in Butler, Pennsylvania.
Fox News host Jesse Watters does a good job summarizing the event and encapsulating the largest takeaways from the briefing.

The full press briefing is below.

Has anyone heard if Crooks had been talking to anyone on his cell phone on July 13th?
If so, might be interesting to know who he was talking to.
Early reports show that using geofencing, a Washington DC entity visited the residence of Crooks prior to the event.
Because they NEED us to lose our sh!t so they would have an excuse to come after ALL of us the way they did January 6th tourists. They NEED it.
But why would the day of an attack on Trump coincidentally have counter snipers? How about because they planned to “destroy the evidence” after their patsy served his purpose.
This young and impressionable, mind-virus carrier, was only that. And to them, he was not a life ruined and lost. He was just a tool for their plan and knew in advance they would have to destroy the evidence of their crimes.
But these morons probably had a narrative already prepared. But their narrative failed because their target survived and because the public had recorded just about EVERYTHING that happened. Now they are trapped. Zapruder x1000. They haven’t delivered a narrative because they can’t create a narrative that fits the current facts without implicating themselves.
And day by day, they continue implicating themselves.
Meanwhile, the media pretends this never happened and sadly a LOT of people no longer care about this. It’s evaporating.
Let me get this straight. He is admitting the SS is utterly incompetent, and weasel wording excuses for that incompetence. That admission means that they did not suddenly become incompetent that day – they must have always been incompetent. Everything is “should have been, should not have been”, etc. I’m sorry but saying you are sorry the SS was so incompetent doesn’t cut it this time. We the People are not SS agents but we do apparently have way more common sense than they do. There is no way to cover this up. He is saying really stupid things. He says the agents are feeling very “down” right now. Really? How “down” does he think the family of the man who was killed feels? He is a tool. Right now he is talking about how important it is for the SS to work with the local law enforcement but did not bother meeting with them before the event per standard procedure. Yeah, right. He is “rethinking” protocols. What a load of B.S.
