I’m just catching up on some events that I have missed. The first press conference by the U.S. Secret Service about the Trump assassination attempt was alarming. This is the first time the media had to question USSS since the attempted assassination in Butler, Pennsylvania.

If Trump was killed it wouldn’t have mattered if people thought it was an inside job or not. Mission accomplished. But Trump was lucky enough to survive, and they didn’t plan for this.
I don’t know how one does not plan for failure in the scenario… it would further prove their incompetence or arrogance. But, assuming what you say is accurate “they didn’t plan” for a failed attempt, then they certainly were not depending on a 20-something-soy-latte-sipping-snowflake to get it done.
Do not underestimate the enemy. I’d say we are witnessing the plan they created for this scenario. I cannot fathom that we have a group of keystone cops running this thing. We are cleverly being led to believe, as one member here wrote… why do they (USSS) want us to think this assassination attempt was an inside job? I agree they are stoking the inside-job conspiracy theory with their silence thus far. Look here. Look here. Over here. All eyes on me. Again, I highly doubt the kid with a rifle on the roof actually got off one round, much less 7 or 8 or whatever the number is now.

The thing with psychopaths is that they have a grandiose sense of their own intelligence, meaning they cannot possibly conceive of things not going as planned or that their victims are smart enough to thwart them. When caught out, they lie pathologically and engage in impression management, trying to influence the thoughts and beliefs of those who suspect them through emotional manipulation and appealing to the empathy of others that they lack themselves. Psychopaths also lack insight into how odd and disordered their psychopathic behaviors and actions look to normal people. And make no mistake about it, it is psychopathic to think you can murder the most popular and respected leader in the country, that in fact you have a right to do so, and then think you can lie and charm your way out of it when you are suspected.

Many law “enforcers” live in a stressful world where anyone who is unknown may be become a physical threat. They also have to be careful to not inadvertently disclose sensitive information.
Until they develop a sense that the unfamiliar person is “a good guy,” they will keep their guard up. If a ‘new guy’ is “on the job” it is easier to find “common ground” and build a level of trust.
Many of us have stressful jobs, but do not have to carry and be prepared to use a weapon at work. Even when off duty they may be expected to get involved or be able to testify about some craziness that occurs.
IMHO, approximately ninety percent are “good guys [and/or gals].” The rest are “ten-percenters”.

If you look at him on the roof, there is footage of the first shot ringing out. That is the shot meant for Trump’s head. The only problem when watching that footage is, is there is zero kickback on the rifle, none, zero, nada! That is impossible! If you have fired a well shouldered rifle, you will know your shoulder moves with the shot!

Perhaps it’s like Doolittle’s raid in 1942. Did it actually have any military impact on Japan? Not really; but it did send an overt message that we can plan, and commit, to reach out & touch you. Trump dead or not, the message is received.

Jonathan Parshall is an expert on Midway, the full of mistakes sea-battle, which turned into lucky coincidences. But let me stop here, or else there is the danger of hijacking the comments of this post.
It was a daring raid. Then- Col. Doolittle was one of the greatest and smartest pilots in the world. He was guest of honor at the annual air show at Miramar (then NAS) in San Diego (when it was the Navy’s Top Gun School… it reverted back to being a Marine Air Station a few decades ago) back in the early 1980s. The 1973 movie “Midway” goes into better detail portraying the thinking of the Japanese high command after the raid and their shift of objectives to Midway after the Battle of the Coral Sea. The retaliation by the Japanese army against Chinese civilians for helping the pilots who crashed on the mainland was harsh; over 200,000 executed. Maybe 2 drowned when their B-25 crashed in the sea. 8 were captured, 4 died in prison; execution or starvation. One, after a long recovery, went back to Japan as a Missionary for 30 years. Doolittle’s co-pilot, Richard Cole, died in 2019 at 103. All those pilots and aircrews sure had guts. The National morale was lifted tremendously after a seemingly unending string of catastrophes from Dec. 7 onward in the western Pacific with the fall of the Philippines and various British defeats. My father remembered as a 10-year old how somber and stressful things were just listening to his parents late at night discussing things and listening to the radio.

(their B-17 Nine-of-nine was one that crashed after takeoff from that airfield in Massachuetts a few years back killing half of the crew and passengers aboard. There are just all sorts of things wrong with that analysis by John Cullen.
For one, he states one audio signature is the sound of the kid being killed, and it is before any shots are heard. But we have witnesses who saw the shooters head being hit, audio of them reacting to the sight of it, which coincides with the 10th shot.
And he is saying the pro took the 5 rapid fire shots through the window below Crooks’ position? That is just not really believable on its face, and when combined with the fact that window was NEVER OPEN, shown in the same video, with glass reflecting the whole time, its impossible.

It appears to me they were deployed in this particular case because there was a “possibility” that there might be a [patsy] “lone wolf” assassin present, and it would be highly desirable that he be eliminated and then blamed, whatever the outcome of the assassination attempt might be.
Notice how so much information about this patsy assassin is as obscure as possible, and discussed as little as possible? Not only has his life been eliminate, his very existence has been eliminated as much as possible.

It’s possible, given the cell data locations from heritage foundation showing some communication in DC with Crooks that an “inside” person as some say had some influence over a smart mental patient.
Remember the person who talked someone into suicide and was convicted for doing it? If I was going to speculate, there was only Crooks and he got shot by counter snipers. Crooks could have been informed of the massive incompetence of SS and encouraged to “do something” knowing there would be opportunity. Crooks knew security was woeful and walked around like he knew that.

The handler likely didn’t care nor think it would be successful, they just wanted someone to try.

CNN covered the Butler rally live. How often does CNN cover ANY Trump rally? Had Trump not moved his head to the right CNN would have broadcast the President’s head being blown off in real time.

He flinched because he was looking at exactly where the shooter was, although obscured by the tree from his position, and was at least aware there was a possible threat there and then he heard the gunshot. So he flinched. I dont think he was being shot AT.

Here’s my interpretation of suddenly SS snipers being in Butler……the powers that be KNEW an attempt was going to be made that day. I believe spectators who advised shots were coming from the trees and from the water tower. What area of AGR building complex is that at 1:01 mark ? Do you know?
If you go back to 0:21 of the video, you can see the fulllength of the AGR building (this is where the guy in grey is kicking everyone out in the line of fire). At this 0:21 point, notice the tree in the distance along the fence. This is where Dave Stewart (videographer) moves to. So the portion of the AGR building you see at the 1:01 mark would be the left hand side of the building. At the 1:01 view, if you were to move around the building (counter clockwise), you would have the full front view.

It’s hard to figure out why the officer was running during this time. Many officers were moving around. I think that the 6:28 view of the window is a reflection of some sort. Later on, this seems to have disappeared.
Saw that Dave Stewart video last week. It is such an excellent video of the gunshots- so close and clear…! It’s fascinating and you can definitely identify 10 shots.
Very likely people that know guns well can identify how many shooters there were. My guess would be 3 or 4.

You should listen to John Cullen / Clay Martin interview interview. It’s posted several times on this thread. There were mores shots than what’s being reported. Long but very informative. If nothing else, at least watch around 17 minute mark. It changes the perspective. 🙂
The first video showing that amateur audio analysis is absolutely not conclusive proof of 2 shooters accounting for the first 8 shots because the shot and echo overlap each other on the second round of 5 shots, which is why they audio signature doesnt look the same as the first 3 shots. And we already know shots 9 and 10 were taken by 2 different shooters so there are at least 3 shooters and that is not in dispute.

First of all, ALL the windows are one pane glass that do not open like up-down. If they open at all, they are the crank-out sideways type. But they all appear closed the entire time because you can see the reflection on the full pane of glass on all the windows, the whole time.
I see nobody standing in any window at any time.
The shades in all the windows stay the same throughout the video. Some up, some halfway down. I think you are mixing up the windows.
The flashes in the window occur after the barrage of 8 shots have been fired. They must be a reflection of something else.
As far as the officer counting 5 shells, that doesnt mean anything because for one its a partial video, and two we know that the rooftop shooter took 3 shots, then moved and took 5 more, so that would make sense.

Occam’s Razor suggests that the simplest explanation is the most plausible. Shortly after the attempted assassination bureaucratic and operational incompetence seemed to fit the bill. As new information emerged however, Occam still applies, however with plausibility tilting in a more conspiratorial direction. Were the government/Secret Service being abundantly transparent perhaps Occam would support the initial explanation of gross incompetence. Today we are left with the growing likelihood – based upon Occam – that there was either a deliberate attempt to get Trump killed, or a deliberate attempt to create a conspiracy theory that they wanted him killed. Where is the accountability? Not even one person fired?
Either way our government sucks.
Perhaps if a number of people were openly punished for criminal negligence and/or gross incompetence people would be more confident that the truth is being presented. But nobody in government is EVER punished for sucking at their jobs. The entire Biden (mal) Administration is an object lesson in the Peter Principle writ large.
