The introduction is here [CATCH UP], I am not going to slow down, re-review and/or rewrite anything. We have a limited amount of time, and the focus of these outlines is easy to understand.
In the next few weeks, I am going to write very specifically about who might be best suited for roles and responsibilities. Not from the perspective of the person per se’, but rather from the perspective of a fully understandable context for the position; the reality of what can be pragmatically accomplished, and detailed reasoning for why the challenge they will face exists. Today I focus on “the emissary.”
Without a doubt in my mind, the “emissary” is the most important person President Trump will select.
The Washington DC Intelligence Community (IC) actively work to isolate the office of the president. This is an almost impossible dynamic to avoid, caused by an entrenched and ideological adversary who has dug themselves deep into the apparatus of government.
The “emissary” is the person who carries the word of President Trump to any person identified by President Trump. The emissary is very much like a tape recording of President Trump in human form. The emissary travels to a location, meets a particular person or group, and then recites the opinion of the President. The words spoken by the emissary, are the words of President Trump.
The IC cannot inject themselves into this dynamic; that is why it is so valuable.
The emissary then hears the response from the intended person or group, repeats it back to them to ensure he/she will return with clarity of intent as expressed, and then returns to the office of the presidency and repeats the reply for the President. The emissary recites back exactly what he was /is told.
This process is critical when you understand how thoroughly compromised the full Executive Branch is. More importantly, this process becomes even more critical when you accept the Intelligence Community will lie to the office of the President to retain their position.
Read this next sentence slowly…. If the Senate confirms a director of an IC silo, then that director is demonstrably going to lie to the office of the President.
The Senate only confirms Intelligence Community leadership who are willing to LIE to THE PRESIDENT. This is just a factual reality.
If the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence (SSCI) confirms them, they will lie. That is the main role of the SSCI.
The people who constructed the Silos then metastasized the control rot within them, use the term “continuity of government,” to describe the true role and responsibility of the system. This is not factually wrong.
Where people go wrong is misunderstanding what the “continuity” is that is being maintained. Truly, the continuity of government is the priority. However, it’s the continuity of currently corrupt and immoral government we are now maintaining.
The CIA Director will lie to President Trump (they did, remember). The FBI Leadership will lie to President Trump (they did, remember). The AG will lie, the DNI will lie, the NSA will lie, and all the deputies therein will lie.
Washington DC puts it this way, you probably heard Bill Barr talking about ad-infinitum. The IC leadership is responsible for maintaining the “continuity of government” at all costs. The government is more important than The President.
If the continuity of government is maintained by lying to the office of the President, then so be it. Or, as James Comey said when justifying his lies to the President and his manipulation on March 20th, 2017: “because of the sensitivity of the matter.”
You can get as angry as you want about this, it’s just the DC system that exists. We must deal with what exists, not what we would pretend there to be.
If a candidate for an IC position is not willing to lie to the President, the Senate will not confirm him/her. This is why President Trump needs an emissary.
The role of the emissary is critical, the qualifications for that role are extremely important.
Remember, this person is speaking on behalf of President Trump. And representing the responding voice with a similar level of clarity.
The emissary must be of incredible moral character. They must be honest. The person should be entirely altruistic. They must have exceptional judgement, possess no ego, be impervious to scrutiny or review. They must maintain themselves at the highest moral standards at all times and exhibit incredible judgement and wisdom.
Due to the nature of the position the emissary is extremely powerful; therefore, a disposition of humility is also critical. The President must be able to trust this person without reservation or issue. At the same time, the entire weight of the U.S. Intelligence Community apparatus will seek to compromise the emissary, as they try to put walls around the President who holds silo-busting power.
Honesty, integrity, humility, trustworthiness, unimpeachable character and exceptional judgement, establish the baseline of traits the emissary must possess.
This is a choice that will be deeply important to President Trump. Fortunately, it is not a position that requires any confirmation or external approval. Judgement, discernment, wisdom and silence are the strength characteristics.
From my perspective, I can think of only one qualified candidate, Dr Ben Carson. However, I could be wrong – I do not know the sum total of the people around President Trump.

He would be the best to not only let PDJT know what is being said – correctly – but tell him honestly what he thinks, without embellishment.
There is no one more easily nominated for this position than Dr. Carson so I agree in principle.
However, I personally fear Dr. Carson may not have the temperament and age stamina for such a post. Lots of travel, lots of meetings–this will be a physically, mentally and demanding–but incredibly exciting–position. As a candidate I can think of no one beyond Dr. Carson better qualified than Kari Lake. She has seen the elephant of the Deep State up close, she can be reached with a full understanding of the silo system and she can tell RINOs to eff off–or simply ignore and bypass them–with the best of them as needed. And she has all of the outsider qualifications of Dr. Carson.
Of all the job requirements she may lack–humility–that can be assimilated.
I know we need her in the Senate too. But if for some reason that doesn’t happen–then Kari for the position. And the hell with the deep state corporate media attacks that will be 24/7. These will be ongoing for anyone including Dr. Carson. No holds will be barred for anyone’s color or accomplishments.

He would be, so far as I understand what was said above, the messenger who could move between all the silos and report what they all say about/to each other. No hatchet needed, just honesty and attention to detail to get it all communicated accurately.

I was raised in the same vicinity as Dr. Carson, I understand his background, his values, etc…my mother drove up Grand River Ave during the Tigers 68 championship, people were one, joyous, riding on the car hood and trunk, no problem with 7 kids in the 63 Chevrolet impala…

Morality rarely leads to promotion. Our history’s would cross in a few places. Fortunately I was not formally trained in a field. I made my living mostly as an entrepreneur. So walking away would cost me but not destroy me.

I listened to Dr. Carson’s recent interview with Tucker Carlson. Carson struck me as a bit naive, more of a book person than a people person. 85% of communication is nonverbal. I think that PDJT needs someone who is better at reading people.
Ben Carson is masterclass. However, if he is unwell or unable, I really like Peter Navarro. Navarro is good because so much of the Trump platform is financial and international and he has and excellent grasp of that (obviously). He could still be part of the financial dream team Trump had last time, I hope he does get them back together.

If you did not understand how our government operates this article could not spell it out in any easier terms. Our government is not as it appears, and nobody within it can be trusted, that is how critical this will be.

Carson is more of a book person than a people person. I don’t think that he is a great fit. Plus, people would catch on quickly as to what he is doing. Nunes or Navarro are way more discrete.
Also Rev Franklin Graham, Pastor Robert Jeffres. But both men have higher callings.
I’d be a firm “NO” on Mr. Vodoo Donuts Franklin Graham. Because of his choice in eatery’s, (a child trafficking establishment), is why I stopped giving to Samaritan’s Purse.
And Jeffres was pro vaccine. Worse, he stated emphatically that there is no Biblical reason not to take it. I suspect his was one of the big churches that received a kickback for promoting. Vaxxhole!

I understand the task of the role – deliver President’s message and then deliver the response(s). But won’t that same group continue to lie and obfuscate?
How does the President determine the truth of the matter? The Emissary may be totally honest and ethical. But is he or she going to be able to read between the lines to identify in all instances who is lying and what they are lying about? I would think that some of that evaluation would come from an ability to read faces and other body language, recognize the designs of how interactions occur and other such subtleties.
Am I missing something in trying to fully understand the goal as well as the functionality and accuracy of this role?
Me too. My best guess is if Trump calls someone he’s being eavesdropped on by the IC. An emissary acts as a human carrier pigeon.

You articulate a question that arose in my mind, too. If people are going to lie to the president, why would they not lie to the emissary of the president? If it is not a position created by law, my fear would be that they not even receive the person, much as the agencies refuse to turn over material that has been subpoenaed by Congress.
A new thought in rhis: the person should be a little intimidating. A true gentleman.

The VP needs to be in better health and younger in order to be president for the next 8 years and carry on Trump’s policies, etc!

Thank you for that thought. It broke through a ‘thought’ barrier I was struggling with. Why not a council of close emissaries (knights of the round table) that bring different perspectives, uses, and tools to the toolbox?
What you describe is what the traditional cabinet is for. The “emissary” doesn’t need to offer perspectives or opinions, only truthful, honest, verbatim communications to and from other principles .
Let’s also assume that other principles have the same needs regarding a private way to communicate with our President.
How about Sundance?
I often wonder if President Trump is familiar with the no holds barred analysis which Sundance provides which would be indispensable gold to him as he goes forward into a second term.
Praying mightily that some in his camp whom he trusts are at least…and can pass on these invaluable nuggets to him.
Forewarned (if he doesn’t fully appreciate the vipers already) is forearmed.
All the better to establish his war plans. He will need them more than ever.
He is no longer a DC neophyte, is battle hardened and has the scars to show for it. May God imbue him with the wisdom to choose his lieutenants with caution.
Let us hope he has learned. Let us pray God gives him the wisdom and grace and protection

I love Ben Carson. He’s a man of integrity and very intelligent. I wish he had been the VP pick rather than Vance. That being said, I’m afraid to fall into the trap of wishful thinking on personnel choices. The current campaign manager, for instance, was a never-Trumper and hates Texas AG Paxton. I’m not holding my breath even if Trump is able to overcome what will be massive cheating.
I suggest that Victor Davis Hanson of the Hoover Institution has the array of qualities Sundance enumerates to be an emissary for President Trump.
He possesses a sweeping knowledge of classical and modern Western civilizations, (why nations rise and why they fail), a superior intellect and the proper conservative perspective with the eloquence to convey that perspective, (author of ‘The Case for Trump’ and ‘The Dying Civilization: How Progressive Elites, Tribalism and Globalization are Destroying the Idea of America’).
Most of all, his love for our Constitutional Republic appears genuine.
I don’t think it’s a good fit for VDH’s skill set — By all means, he knows lots of stuff — but I’ve been following him since before 2012 and I see him as “moldable,” lacking in core convictions.
He fits well where he is: educating.
