Well guys, it has come to pass as anticipated. Joe Biden has announced his withdrawal from the 2024 presidential campaign.
Within his announcement letter, Biden says, “I believe it is in the best interest of my party and the country for me to stand down and focus solely on fulfilling my duties as President.”
Don’t get too caught up on the details, remember this was always going to happen. None of us should be surprised.
Biden was always a one-term disposable President, and that was confirmed as soon as his Obama handler, Susan Rice, left the White House in 2023.
Within moments of his announcement to withdraw, Biden then endorsed Kamala Harris.

The Kamala endorsement comes through a multi-angled prism. You can make the argument Biden is attacking back against Obama and Pelosi for undermining him.
Kamala was NOT Obama/Pelosi’s chosen ’24 candidate, but the political landscape is totally different after the failed assassination of President Trump.
There’s an argument to be made that Democrats see the 2024 election as too formidable now, Trump looks too strong, etc. And from that perspective any Democrat thrown into the race is being thrown into a losing situation. Perhaps Obama/Pelosi are cool with Kamala taking the loss, now.
The thing to watch is whether she picks Newsom as her running mate, and if Newsom agrees. If yes, then the bet is they can defeat Trump. If no, then the needle points in the other direction.
This part is the sketchy part, it’s the part that I was the least certain about when I said in 2022 that Biden was going to resign – no doubt.

I’ve mentioned here a couple of times my long-standing antipathy towards Joe Biden going back to my time in the mid-80s living in DC and watching him in his role a Senator from Delaware.
Now that he seems to finally be about to rid the country of the long national nightmare that has been his prominent position as an elected member of the Democrat Party, I want to summarize in bullet point fashion what his 6 decades DC have represented:
1. He a despicable human being. He has exploited the accident that claimed the life of his first wife and daughter, falsely attributing fault to the truck driver she collided with.
2. At the age of 35 he marries Jill, 26 at the time. But Jill was first married in 1970, and Jill and her husband worked on his 1972 Senate campaign. After Joe’s first wife was killed, the 21 year old Jill started helping babysit Joe’s sons Beau and Hunter. They have both lied through the years about having first met on a blind date after her first marriage ended, but that has always been BS to help keep the real story covered up. The 31 year old Joe started an affair with a 22 year old who was then married. 31 year old Joe had the hots for the babysitter barely out of her teens.
3. With the exception of Beau, his children are trainwrecks. Hunter starts an affair with Beau’s grieving widow and turns her into a crack addict like he was.
4. Joe gets nicknamed “Senator MBNA” — a “bank” that is really just a credit card issuer based on Delaware, part of an industry he could never find it within himself to say “No” as long as the campaign funds kept coming. Did I mention that Hunter’s first job out of law school was as a “Vice President” at MBNA? Cashing in on the power of his elected office was never a problem — it has been a Biden family vocation/tradition for 50 years. He sees NOTHING WRONG WITH IT.
5. He has ALWAYS been a liar, braggart, and blowhard who is the central actor in the fantasy life he has fashioned for himself in his brain. He is the walking embodiment of the “Walter Mitty” complex. This was made plain by the story just published last week where he lionized himself as the “most influential” politician in the world — “Ask anyone!!!” — who had put NATO back together, blah blah blah. Yet US citizens remain as hostages held in Gaza and he never mentions their existence.
6. He was DONE with politics after being a distant also ran for the Dem. nomination of POTUS in 2008 — his third try. After 36 years in DC, he polled at less than 5% nationally. He withdrew after receiving less than 1% of the vote in Iowa. Some guys never take the hint.
That should have been it for him. But Obama wanted a VP who did not have the initials HRC. Biden had the attractive quality of being someone they could park in the corner and tell him to be quiet. That is the ONLY reason at 81 years old we’ve been consumed by the drama of “Will he or won’t he” in the 2024 race.
The two epitafhs he deserves to have on his headstone are:
1. Robert Gates writing in his book that Biden had been “Wrong on nearly every major issue” involving foreign policy for 40 years.
2. Obama’s comment “Don’t underestimate Joe’s ability to fook things up.”
In my lifetime he has been the single worst politician in the country — both as a person and on issues of consequence.

No one is buying our debt an we have to continually create new debt to pay off the old debt or we have to default. I believe they are going to trap President Trump into this war before he is elected.
Break this down to a personal level.
If you keep spending beyond your means and the interest or late payments start to add up, you might go to your parents first if you’re young. Eventually you’ll ask friends for help but at a certain point, family and friends will have lost confidence in you, leaving no choice but to file bankruptcy.
If you’re older, same applies here, you might refinance your debt or take out a loan but all you’re doing is getting into more debt leaving no choice but bankruptcy.
Everything is based on confidence and confidence is based on character! Politicians need all of us to place our confidence in them, (votes) and governments need other governments to place that same confidence in each other. (Bonds or treasuries)
Eventually, that confidence runs out. We won’t vote for so and so, governments stop buying each other’s debt.
Why this war matters?
In order for politicians to deflect your anger to whatever boogeyman they choose is because they don’t want to hang from street polls.
It’s better they blame the war on Putin or Xi, (Russia/China) as they always have, at least my whole life, therefore a war is a perfect excuse for default.
President Trump does not want war, he’s proven that. There’s also no way to pay off the debt, otherwise, why spend and borrow continuously?

That’s always been a basic element of their plan. Putting someone like Kamala Harris at the top of the ticket who has the outward appearance of being a weak candidate — from the Republican’s point of view, at least — is a key part of their psy-ops strategy to lull MAGA Republicans and the Trump campaign into a sense of complacency concerning strong indications that election fraud preparation activity is present in the these few months left before the fall election.
Massive election fraud worked well for them in 2020 and in 2022. As things stand today, the Democrats have no reason to believe they can’t pull off another big steal in 2024.
Even more so because the problem of the lack of credibility for Joe Biden’s reelection is now solved. Now Harris will be spun as a fresh younger face. With a blank background that will be invented and tweaked to appease that Demo base. And even some neutrals who value a new figure rather than the familiar men.
Of course, critics will easily expose the false image, but the MSM still brainwash incessantly.
Trump has to tread more carefully now, but should find the right nuanced attack lines.
