The limiting date is set by the Military and Overseas Voter Empowerment (MOVE) Act passed in 2009. It requires states to send out absentee ballots by mail or email no later than 45 days prior to election. So 24 Sep 2024. Apart from that it is a matter of state law, so check your state’s election officials.

The electors of that state, California in this scenario, would have a problem casting ballots for both Newsom and Harris as residents of the same state for POTUS and VPOTUS. One slate of ballots would be disallowed. That slate could, however, be cast for a candidate who’s a resident of a different state.

It is about the people backing him and what they want. Two major foreign policy objectives are crucial: the Ukraine and Israel. From what CIA/State have been doing for the past decade or so, it seems that they are willing to walk away from backing Israel on the world stage and push a 2-state solution. Biden’s people have not pushed for that, but instead have said a few things without stopping Israel or pushing a 2-state solution. In regard to the Ukraine, Trump wants to shut it down (but may be prevented by Congress and the 10-year funding plan) and State/CIA wants to keep it going.
Not sure which foreign policy objective is in the crosshairs, but we do know that Biden’s biggest cheerleader has been MSNBC (CRF–i.e. Mika’s dad), while his biggest detractor has been CNN (State).

Joe Biden won the 2024 Democrat Primary Election with over 87% of the total votes. The Democrat Party Leaders are right now destroying democracy by denying Joe the nomination. And then the Democrat Party Leaders refuse to support Kamala Harris, and instead are promoting a Male with White Privilege….. The Democrat Party Leader’s racism and misogyny, is showing.
Joe might screw things up. He may be far enough gone that he actually believes he had 81 million people vote for him, and that he actually is able to generate that degree of enthusiasm in the electorate. Joe may be that delusional. If he stays in and the Obama-Clyburn machine withholds their generated ballots, Joe goes down in flames and brings in a wave of Republican newcomers who could back the dismantling of the IC. The IC cannot allow that to happen so they will cause a “medical emergency” or kill him outright. Some other hack takes over and “miraculously” brings the party together, again squeaking out an electoral victory by mail-in ballots. The grift continues.
Joe is a sacrificial layer, designed to be burned off while the rest of the cabal loot the treasury. It is their business model and business has been very good.
