New details about the assassination attempt on President Trump are coming fast.
Earlier this morning former Secret Service Agent Dan Bongino gave his opinion about the Secret Service almost unfathomable drop in security protocol that allowed a gunman with a rifle to climb atop a building a mere 130 yards away from President Trump. Making matters worse, the FBI are in charge of the investigation. The FBI has suffered irreversible credibility collapse, and many believe there is no worse agency to investigate the events than a highly politicized and weaponized Federal Bureau of Investigation, with a long and non-debatable history of corruption.
Obviously, accepting the lack of public trust in both the FBI and Secret Service, there is mounting speculation as to whether the assassination effort was the result of a series of grossly incompetent mistakes, or was perhaps a willfully blind -and intentional- failure of security.
Adding fuel to the fire of intentional security failures, the AP is now reporting that a police officer saw the gunman before the shots were fired, and the police officer retreated allowing time for the shooter to fire 5 shots toward his target – wounding President Trump and two other attendees, killing another.

NBC Local news was interviewing an eyewitness who couldn’t believe the lack of security compared to 2020.
Obviously Biden won’t provide it and President Trump hasn’t been able to talk about it for obvious reasons.

I was watching it live on RSBN. Trump took himself down for self-protection, the Secret Service showed up a few seconds later. So a 78year old man had quicker instincts than the ss.
I am just about a year younger and I can tell you my instincts and reflexes are 10 times better than the younger generation and also my strength of spirit.
I had a hiking accident about 3 years ago and I fell backwards off a cliff onto ledge and my head hit the ledge. It was actually the last thing to hit so the impact was softened a bit by the backpack I had on. I was wedged in a crevice so the first thing I had to do was get my body out of the crevice.
Then the blood…if any one here has ever had a head wound you know that the blood can be far greater than the wound. I sat up and I always carry a red bandanna with me so I tied the bandana around my head to stop the bleeding. Then I sat and assessed my condition. I determined I did not have a concussion and no broke bones. So, I was about 2 miles out from the road and no on else on trail. I walked out..alone. I had one bad situation, did not know if I could overcome it, but I did it.
Walked up to the ranger station…so…I drove myself home…went to an urgent care along the way. Anyway, the point of this story is that when in a situation like DJT you learn a lot about your character. DJT is my hero, my idol, but also someone I relate to through personal experience and character.

Washington with skis, ski boots and a pony keg of beer, strapped to a pack frame. This was on June 1, with hip-deep, slushy snow. There were snow squalls that day. We skied down Hillman’s Highway. We also skied partly down to the trail head over slush, mud, grass and streams. Stupidest thing I ever did, but memorable.

Scott I understand your questions. I don’t think we are supposed to understand these things. Rather we are supposed to have faith that God’s plan is good. When we have accomplished what he planned for us to do here on earth He takes us home to be with Him. According to Hebrews 9:27, He has appointed that time for each of us. I don’t understand it either, but faith helps me trust Him.
When someone’s life is taken abruptly, to me it drives home the point that our days on this earth are indeed limited. Nobody knows when their time will be up. Could be today, next week or thirty, forty years from now.
Some people accomplish everything they came here to do in a very short time. My husband died very young and people said he accomplished so much and never wasted a drop of the life he had. It was very true. He was larger than life.
Others may live to 100 and still haven’t figured out or fulfilled their original purpose in life. Free will can be a double-edged sword.

Beginners Guide to Fixing the Secret Service:
-All qualification metrics should be the same for male and female agents. USSS protectee’s heights and weights don’t change for male versus female agents, so neither should the standards.
-Security assets should be allocated based on threat levels, not titles. Assassins don’t care about titles, they care about death.
-Merge the agent and Uniformed Division Special Operations teams. Agents can’t currently act as dog handlers or Counter-Sniper Officers. And UD officers cannot serve on the Counter Assault Team. This is a meaningless obstacle.
-Turn over the investigation functions of the USSS to other federal agencies and have the Field Offices focus exclusively on threat mitigation, training, protective intelligence and physical protection.
-Scrap all cancerous DEI initiatives and salary enhancements for supervisors. Merit should be the ONLY guiding principle when it involves the lives of the country’s critical political figures.

As I understand it from someone in the know, the SS have been a bunch of jamokes for several years now. During the Obama regime, the Navy SEALS were brought in to provide additional security for some very sensitive state visits.
That’s not uncommon, and it goes back a long way. Seals and other elite units are often worked into operations, especially in the most sensitive state events involving foreign visitors, where something like what happened yesterday (a clown car detail) could have really dramatic international consequences. Of course, the visitors bring their own people, too.

In August 2018 at State convention I heard there had already been 12 attempts. One was classified.

I would certainly be distrustful of the SS going forward if I were Trump. Even if he had a smaller detail at this rally it is troubling that not one of the agents there pointed out the glaring flashing red strobe light that was the danger of not the having roof secured of the building directly in front of stage.
If this his regular though small detail which will grow after convention, you would assume he has built a rapport with them. Yet none displayed any initiative or care for his person.
I imagine that he has had a few in-depth conversations with those guys since yesterday.

What gets me in all of this, is that Crooks vantage point is one of the ones the SS teams should have been using to have a watchful eye on the gathering. And did they have anyone with a high powered lens and comm equipment up in that water tower behind the stage?
The more I learn about this incident, the closer I get to a probability of 100% that the security lapses at this event were the result of malfeasance, not gross incompetence. I think there’s a good reason why this attempted assassination took place in Pennsylvania, and that has to do with who gets to conduct the investigation.

The attractive lass wearing a white top and MAGA cap atop her blonde shoulder length hair, seated ‘directly’ behind Pres. Trump appeared to have been shot in the head by a round after Trump’s ear was snicked.
The woman to her immediate left (viewer’s right) also appeared to have received a debilitating wound.
Yet, to that first mentioned woman’s right (and one seat down), an older chap wearing a hat appeared unmoved through all that happened – indeed, many appeared unmoved by what happened – perhaps by non-comprehension, shock or disbelief, I guess.
Does anyone have video camera locations and angles of view relative to where Pres. Trump was behind the lectern?
The footage I refer to appears to be taken “front on” to Trump, the stage and the seating behind the stage – which then confuses me because of the angle relative to the stage from whence the alleged shooter fired… which I assumed would place fired rounds well toward the southern end of the seating behind the President???
Anyone with greater knowledge, please be kind enough to point out the errors in my observations.

Just read a tweet referenced on Citizen Free Press that President Trump’s SS detail were substitutes as his regular detail had been overworked working too many days without a break and resources were diverted to Jill Biden’s event.
The tweet from someone named “Crabtree” who claims sources within the SS said that PDJT is treated as a former President and First Lady takes precedence. No mention of the fact he is running for President.

Something seems wrong about that. An ex-President still has lingering security clearances, and for a while is still full of some very sensitive national security secrets. Maybe not Jimmy Carter in 2024, but certainly a Donald Trump or Barack Obama does.
Besides assassinations, part of the protective duty is also to mitigate the risk of abduction/kidnapping. I have never received any confirmation of this, but it may be protocol to see to it that some protectees never be permitted to be taken alive by hostile actors, even if the protective detail has to do it. Because of what they might extract from them. Again, not my direct wheelhouse, and even my friends who are retired from that service refuse to confirm that with me.
A First Lady should not have that status or be that sensitive with respect to national security secrets to merit that level of protection over an ex-President. But who knows what a sitting President really tells a First Lady up in the Residence?
