OK, the USSS can’t shoot someone who just looks dangerous, like they are going to shoot someone. Or can they? You can shoot someone it you believe they are a threat to you or someone else. It sounds like they could shoot someone who has a rifle, has assumed a shooting position and posture, and appears ready to pull the trigger. We watched the sniper wait. Why did he wait? There would probably be fewer attempts if it was known that the USSS would not wait.
They certainly knew he was there. There is probably drone footage showing someone on the shed. Why wasn’t someone going after him?

I worked at a hospital in AZ when Barry Goldwater was in the hospital in 1995. This was during the Clinton – Dole presidential showdown. Ronny Jackson who said he has heard that PDJT’s security detail is smaller than that of the other former presidents, even though he is out and about so much more than any of them.
