I just have a question. A sincere one. As a poll worker or watcher, what if you actually SEE something fishy? what happens? is there an actual dispute at the time? do they say, well we will just count these and then we can worry about it later? what is really the process? because I watched all this in real time during the midterms Kari Lake and we all WATCHED it and viola Katie Hobbs is in the gov mansion and it is another “aw shucks” moment with a LOT of litigation that went no where. I think it depends on the state. In mine, if I happen to recognize a person and know they are an illegitimate voter, I think I could fill out a piece of paper saying so. And that’s about it.
But I could also ask lots of pointed questions. And I did. “You mean to say the only reason there is that people should use the Ballot Marking Device is that it fills in the ovals perfectly? Isn’t filling in shapes and coloring within lines generally taught in first grade?”
Anyway, the answer is that any election that is not transparent is not a real election and everyone knows it – that’s what the US used to tell other countries about how to hold honest elections! So, if we don’t get a real election, we can assume our candidates actually won and start installing them, unless someone wants to challenge them in a free, fair, and transparent election!

Well, in 2020, in Detroit, when people noticed, the Dem poll watchers called them trespassers, used the police to boot them out, and then covered up the windows.
I believe in other areas, Pheonix, for example, poll watchers who exposed wrongdoing or raised questions were treated similarly- the Dem reps harassed them, told them to stand back, or were removed by police.

Poll watchers in MN have almost zero use. They are told where to sit and can only dispute a voter they personally know shouldn’t be voting. For example, your neighbors 14 year old comes in and tries to vote or you know through a personal connection someone is not a citizen. That’s it. You can’t question the process, or fishy business, or even mishandling paperwork.
My first experience at the polls was as a watcher where I was told by the head judge with blue hair, illegally, that I had to sit in a hallway out of site of tabulators. I countered back that watchers are legally allowed to observe the entire process, and she told me to sit in the spot she approved or I would be removed.
I then called the “hotline” MNGOP number and reported this. Nothing happened. No one called me back. No one even asked me about it after election day. I even made a point of calling back a day or so later and talked with the watcher coordinator. Nothing ever became of it.
Even as a judge you are limited to filling out an incident report if something odd is happening and the judges on duty can’t resolve it. I have never heard any info about those incidents or their resolution. Normally the head judge just makes a call in coordination with the other Party and that’s that.

Unfortunately, he didn’t factor in that the Democrats scheme had enabled “late voting” wherein ballots postmarked (or not postmarked) by election day can trickle in for days, weeks, months … however long it takes … until Biden overtakes Trump. He made it easy for them, they knew exactly how many ballots they needed because all of President Trump’s votes had already been counted, and there was no significant reservoir of incoming ballots.
In 2024 President Trump is all in. At least the Democrats won’t know what they have to cover, which makes it much harder for them to drag their candidate’s carcass across the finish line.
