I could be wrong on this, but in Idaho at least, ballots with write-ins have to be hand counted.

But the 25th Amendment Section 4 allows FJB to send a written notification to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives that no inability to serve exists. In that case, the VP and cabinet need to repeat the same procedure, and then it is up to Congress to remove him with 2/3 vote of both houses.
What’s FJB got to lose by fighting it? It gives him time to hand out pardons to his crime family, and at the end of the day, Big Club members are never prosecuted for their crimes, regardless of mental capacity.

The Eligibility Clause of Article II was not changed by the 12th or 22nd Amendment. The 22nd specifically states a person may not be elected more than twice — it doesn’t say that person is ineligible after two terms. If that is the case then the 12th Amendment’s last sentence is moot.

So the totality of the cabal is shifting with the underground tide, as expected. Once he has been evicerafed and withdraws as the nominee, the power shift begins in earnest. If they nominate Camelhoe as I predict, watch for a potential resignation by the Biden puppet prior to the election. He will say they’ve suddenly “found serious medical issues” which prevent him from continuing to serve. Camelhoe becomes President and runs as such, giving her a brief chance to “prove” she is a real leader. To do that they will stage some global crisis, enabling her to RISE TO THE MOMENT IN VICTORY.

Dems can put a cardboard cutout of anyone on the ticket, say its going to protect democracy, and the cheat will get it over the finish line. Biden has truly made the position of President irrelevant. It’s the Office of the Presidency, the oligarchy, that’s running the executive branch now.
The problem for the Democrats is not Joe Biden or anyone they replace him with. It is their policies and no matter what happens the Democrats will always walk in lockstep to enact them.
At best, Joe is a bellwether indicating the next DS move — only of value as to what we might be threatened with next in Deep State’s war on the world. Time and media space devoted to the man and his personal retinue seem pointless in determining good intel we can use to protect/defend ourselves.
He is at the top of the list of strategic distractions that lead us away from anything useful to know in this epic conflict. He and his amoral friends/family/puppet masters are not only repulsive, but exceedingly boring in their depravity theatre.
The best and worst thing that could happen to America is to confront The Big Ugly before anybody is prepared and braced against it. If we could get Joe Biden to begin the explanations, out of hurt ego, bruised narcissism and betrayals; exactly what he recalls about how he won the election of 2020 and a host of other mysteries of the last 50 years! As a Virginian, I would love to see Warner in the hot seat. Maybe so hot he has to vacate his seat.
